The way I almost shot tea out of my nose laughing.

This is 100% accurate. As an orange cat owner I can with certainty attest that Will is a ginger cat much more than a golden retriever. They are just as clingy and loyal but also way more unhinged and ridiculous. The amount of times they do something that seems idiotic but works out in their favor is remarkable.

As for Nico? It’s important to make the distinction between him being a possum and an opossum. Cause possums are the much fluffier and, to most, more approachable and cuter marsupial native to Australia and Indonesia, while opossums are the feral looking, cat food loving, trash eating North American counterpart. I believe he is more of an opossum cause he looks fierce, but also would 100% join a family as a house-cat if treated nicely and loved.

In fact, that’s what happened. Little orphaned opossum baby Nico was adopted into the Apollo cabin liter of ginger kittens and the person leaving food out on the porch was like, “yeah, ok. Guess this is fine.” And there he stays.

100% truth my ginger cat brought a baby opossum into our house once and tried to adopt it as his.

If this is not a perfect depiction of Will and Nico I dunno what is.
