The 118 is never going to just submit to Gerrard’s captainship. Even if they do tasks he gives them for the purpose of trying not to get fired, they’re at the very least going to mess with him

That man is going to walk in on day 2 and there’s gonna be a picture of Bobby on the wall. Everyone is going to ignore Gerrard and say “morning, cap” to the picture. He’ll take it down but every day there’s a new one. Eventually there are multiple up every day.

He has no clue how they keep getting them up or where they’re getting the photos

His desk name tag keeps disappearing and being replaced with Bobby’s

Somehow they all end up with some kind of piece of gear with the name Nash on it and wear them around the station
