Here is my new canon Hawke between the prologue and Act 1 :3

I always had the idea of drawing a character with a crutch because I live with one everyday and I can, in fact, beat people with it. So. yay !! angry disabled mage !!

I think Hawke is the perfect character for it because it is a good way to hide a mage staff in Kirkwall 👍

I will post sketches soon to show all the fighting abilities I imagined for the staff-crutch and how the design is improving during DA2

- Orin's favorite food, and one of the only things that they're actually able to cook reliably, is tacos! It wasn't something they had ever tried until they moved from Carpathia in Ennirem, to Koellis in Hell. After all, the Carpathian vampires can't really eat much of anything, so their food scene there is fairly lowkey. That's also partly why Orin never really learned how to cook!

- Fighting scares the heck out of them. Not like little bar fights that can usually be broken up with a shout, or something of the like (not that they have to break up any on their own anyway-- usually Io, Luvi, or one of Io's work guys do it for them), but pretty much anything with weapons. Once there's more than a bloody nose, or a few scrapes, they tend to freeze up immediately. Wide eyes, stiff legs, trembling, the whole nine yards. They don't like fighting, they're not good at it, they're not good seeing it.

- Got their sense of fashion from Jinnea and Felesio. In fact, for a long time, they talked about becoming a fashion designer. And how they would one day make all of Jinnie and Fele's clothes for them. One of the bookshelves in their apartment is filled with all kinds of sketch books and such from back then, and even a few from now. They love the job they do now, but sometimes they just get in the mood to design and sew up a new outfit for themselves. Many of which are enchanted in some way or another!

I finished making another set of drawings for the game after barely having time to put in dialogue because of this stupid goddamn sequence of 5 fucking sequence of drawings and now I have to make another one.
