i’m literally so used to my coworkers not understanding my neurodivergence, to the point that they straight up tell me i’m not autistic (because i’m like… functioning?) that my manager- who is actually always very understanding- when i said i was having a hard time hearing yesterday, surprised me and was like “you have audio processing problems? yeah” like! idk i didnt think that was as well known of a thing so him knowing what it’s actually called was really nice
