Immortal Izuku that can't die despite trying so desperately? Fun I've seen some good fics of that

In most of them, he's completely covered in scars after multiple deaths and as much as I love scars there's also the concept of just---

Always healing

He's been through so much pain in life, and despite that, there is no evidence of his suffering.

From the very first time he had chunks of his skin blown off by the kid he considered his best friend, none of his wounds stick around long enough for anyone to witness the wound.

It's always /just/ enough that his black eye disappears before his mom gets home and he isn't even aware he has a quirk for most of his childhood. Everyone thinks he's facetious about how much pain he's in and his abusers (the more the merrier!) learn they can be really rough with Izuku without consequences.

No one believes him and anyone who would doesn't want Izuku to hurt himself to prove he has this magical quirk.

He tries to build muscle- he's going to be a future hero, right? But after months of work he still looks exactly the same in the mirror. He can lift significantly more, but his arms remain soft noodles.

He doesn't tan, he doesn't get callouses, he doesn't get eyebags or acne.

He lives, and he breathes, and he hurts but there is no evidence to the contrary no matter how hard he tried to stop it all.

Basically, I really want a fic where Izuku can make it into UA "Qurikless", can bench press a bus by his own merit, has a stupid high pain tolerance and still gets endless shit for his lacking physical abilities.

also the quirk is named Tell No Tales (Izuku named it) and might specifically only work to hide it's existence but it could also just be a limitless regeneration quirk.
