Spent the first half or so of the case thinking the protagonist was a man and I was like ‘oh wow this is such a cool trans allegory’
#it was a really cool case in general. more disgusting than scary but still#i can’t help the observation that protocol is so much more *physical* compared to archives. it’s so violent. every case so far has had#at least a bit of body horror or gore or that kind of stuff#while there’s plenty of tma episodes that don’t involve *the body* at all (and some of those are *really* scary)#but anyway.
