How would you rate Kiyohara in comparison to other Grade 1 sorcerers like Nanami, Mei, Kusakabe and Todo?
Kiyohira is pretty up there in terms of strength when compared to your typical Grade One sorcerer. However, his skills take a hit after losing an arm (even though he's recovering well with his new prosthesis). He's also on the older side for a sorcerer, somewhere in his 50s.
