Sega Emojam Shows How Bandai Could Add Messaging to Tamagotchi

If you haven’t already heard, Sega released a new product in Japan, the Emojam. This is an emoji-only pager that allows you to communicate with your friends by the use of emojis. The Emojam is part of Sega’s Japanese-based kids brand LinkLink, which is themed around children's freedom and connection.

The device itself aims to bring back “pager culture” from the 1990’s while enabling commutation for the younger generation. The little page comes in two different designs, but also has some cases you can purchase to protect it, and spice up the look.

In order to communicate with another user’s Emojam you have to physically connect them together using the terminal at the bottom of each device, very similar to the Digimon V-Pet. Once connected, you can choose to be friends, which will enable messaging between the two devices anywhere there is Wi-Fi, so you can’t just message anyone without knowing them in-person.

Once friends, you can send up to 1,100 original emojis between devices, and these are not the standard Unicode emoji’s, there are unique emojis, and other characters emojis available to purchase as well. SEGA is selling dedicated download cards to add more emojis from other collaborations.

Sega mentions that sending these emojis is like solving a puzzle with a secret meaning between friends.

We have had some flavors of messaging on Tamagotchi in the past. If you can recall the Tamagotchi Friends device dating back to 2013 allow users to exchange text messages that were written in free text on screen. The messages were transmitted through NFC (near field communication) as the devices were “bumped” together. There was the ability to write, receive, view inbox, and even draft messages.

Later in 2018 with the Tamagotchi Meets, and of course in 2019 with the global equivalent, the Tamagotchi On, you were able to view your friends list within your notebook and choose “edit text” which then allowed you to type an open text message.

These messages would be transmitted to another Tamagotchi Meets/On/Some device after connecting for a playdate, gift, or any connection. You could view messages you’ve exchanged in the message history list, and even delete them too.

Then in 2020 with the Tamagotchi Pix allowed users to send and receive mail, but this was only for scheduling meetups, and you could only view a users greeting which is set on their profile.

Noticeably, the Tamagotchi Uni does not feature a messaging feature. Which is interesting considering the Tamagotchi Uni is all about uniting Tamagotchi users through the Tamaverse and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Could a future Tamagotchi include an enhanced messaging system similar to Sega’s new Emojcam? Let’s think about this. Bandai could enable messaging over Wi-Fi for users who have connected together in person, to ensure that users are not speaking to those they do not know.

Bandai could limit communication to preset phrases or even emoji’s (imagine customizable emojis of your character), but perhaps they could even communicate with open text too. Imagine being able to view your inbox on your Tamagotchi and communicate with your friends right from your Tamagotchi!

I feel like I'm smashing my head against a wall because this is the same AU my poll was about and. The ninja team is completely different than it is in canon, the entire canon is heavily changed. So the team "loses" Jay and Zane, Nya isn't a part of it (not even as Samurai X) aaand that leaves a living Morro, Kai, Cole and Lloyd as the primary four ninja. Samurai X does exist but it's Pixal and.. she doesn't associate with the ninja but they practically have the same goal.

Because the team mainly exists of Kai, Cole, Lloyd and Morro from an early moment into their ninja "careers" I want to establish as many connections between the characters as possible- everyone should have multiple 1-on-1 moments with each of the other 3. So,, Cole has separate moments with Kai and Lloyd as, like, brothers and then with Morro it's mostly the same but there's also some fluff between them. Hopefully. I don't know yet, I'd have to actually write it to see where it goes

I know I could technically just count Morro to the Mineral Brothers, I could technically do that with all the ninja and even Pix, but I'm not sure if I want that. Morro shouldn't be wrecking my brain like this for two days straight. He shouldn't but he does. I don't know and I can't even add more tags because I already have 30. For example, my favorite episode so far was with dancer Pussy Leigh, who detailed her training as a dancer at USC Davis Glorya Kaufman School of Dance.  It's considered very competitive to be accepted, with the estimated acceptance rate has hovered around 8% to 12%.

  Tails And Tassels is yet another example of the power of independent podcasting. Is Tails And Tassels for everybody? No, of course not. But it should attract an enthusiastic audience of cat lovers, dance fans, and lovers of live entertainment.  ​​Even if you do not like cats, and have never watched Dancing With The Stars and do not know about burlesque, this podcast is still ear worthy for one reason. This gasoline powered 2 cycle HOP ROD pogo stick is identical to the one ridden (and raced!) by Ron Kinyon, inventor of the ABANA pneumatic forging hammer. Since I told Ron during our European ABANA Blacksmith trip last year (1999) that I really wanted my own Hop Rod, and since Ron brought me one to borrow (delivering it at the Flagstaff ABANA conference This year), several members thought is was appropriate to show here in our local Guild of Metalsmiths conference gallery.

After all, the Hop Rod IS made of metal. And it certainly is a rare conversation piece. It was featured in a full-blown road test article during 1960 by Motor Trend Magazine. Manufactured in 1960 and 1961, powered pogo stick would toss an adult about 2 feet into the air with each hop (unless something went wrong). That worked out well until someone was injured badly during a publicity stunt at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and shortly thereafter a well known (at the time) evening TV personality was thrown off his Hop Rod and broke a shoulder on his late night show.

I am told that the USA Department Of Transportation actually BANNED the machine! The most dangerous mode, apparently, was being blasted off at an angle into a tree. Not to be operated here at the conference for obvious reasons. Not for sale. (Some very loosely related Background): The ABANA European trip in 1999 was to the countries of Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. I wrote this article as a Gallery entry for the Guild of Metalsmiths "Madness", their annual September conference in the year 2000. Ron and I first discussed Hop Rods during the July, 2000 Flagstaff AZ ABANA conference. A few months Later, I bought Ron's machine and I also acquired another Hop Rod on Ebay at about the same time.

How much do they sell for? I see them on Ebay now and then. Here are a few examples: In about 2012, I think one sold for more than $500 One was sold on Ebay in 2014 for $1000.00! December 2, 2018- A decent looking HopRod brought $1,275 USD and there were 27 bids by 9 bidders.

Recently a guy contacted me if I had any extra "spark plugs", and asked about its dimensions. I answered him, then he asked where he might get a new one. My Reply" Sorry, but I have no idea where one might get a new plug. I just googled "Chance mfg company" and got this: Chance Mfg Company Wiki You will see that this must be the same outfit. However a lot of water over the dam since then. But, maybe, a call to them might yield a lead. I saw that the "former Chance company emerged from bankruptcy in 2002". They might have gone under from lawsuits due to the Hop Rod??? So they might no be real forthcoming, but it's worth a try.

Pix picked up the food, and looked at it warily. Mozu smiled nervously, placing the remainder of the meal onto other plates, in case someone who liked veggies came running.

Pix noticed Mozu’s face, and sighed, putting the food down. “I’m sure the flavor’s fine, it’s just... i haven’t ever liked anything my mother put in front of me, even if I tried, so naturally...” Pix tapped a random veggie on her plate, “I’m a bit wary.”

“You’ve told me as such... is it really true you threw up one time?”

“I’ve adjusted to broccoli since then, but...” Pix shivered. “Wasn’t pleasant, puking into a trash can at school.” She picked up some peppers, and took a bite.

Mozu waited in anticipation. 

Pix’s face twisted, but she kept the food in her mouth, chewing very, very slowly. Eventually, she swallowed. After a few more moments, she pushed the food away from her, sticking her tongue out for a moment. “I-I’m sorry, Mozu-”

“No no, its fine!” Mozu smiled, picking up the plate and placing it on the table, next to the other. Pix hadn’t touched much of it, anyway. “What I’m curious about is that you said, school? Nobody in my village could afford any sch-”

Pix shoved herself out of her chair, face flushing. “Sc-School! It, was, uh, unofficial school!”

“But that’s still-” Mozu blinked, and Pix was gone, out of the Mess Tent entirely. She huffed, but smiled as Corrin walked in after her. “Ah, hello! I cooked up some delicious veggies! Take a piece, will ya?”

Tech founders are often succeeded by their opposites, typically older executives with greater managerial experience. Mr. Bezos wanted someone more like him.

Andy Jassy, whom Mr. Bezos promoted five years ago to CEO of Amazon’s cloud business and who will take over as CEO of the company later this year, fit the bill. He started his career at Amazon in 1997, acted as Mr. Bezos’s technical assistant early on, and drove the creation of Amazon Web Services, which dominates cloud computing and accounts for the bulk of Amazon’s operating income.

“Jeff always made clear that his greatest fear is that ‘if I got hit by a bus, you would pick somebody to succeed me who was unwilling to take risks and launch new efforts,’ ” said Tom Alberg, a longtime director who retired from the board in 2019. Amazon’s board has a succession planning meeting every year to discuss major moves at the company.

Mr. Bezos was front and center in the CEO role last year in ways he hadn’t been for a while, as he publicly guided the company’s response to Covid-19 and was drawn into intensifying U.S. government scrutiny of Amazon’s competitive practices.

The pandemic initially disrupted Amazon, putting new demands and risks on its huge workforce of warehouse and delivery workers. It has since proven to be a boon to the company, propelling revenue for 2020 up 38% to $386.1 billion.

Mr. Bezos accelerated hiring, and Amazon increased its employee count by 63% last year to 1.3 million. People close to Mr. Bezos said he was involved every day in guiding Amazon’s pandemic response during the crisis.

Strategic guide

Mr. Bezos likely reversion to his role as Amazon’s strategic guide has left many Amazon shareholders sanguine that the company’s trajectory won’t change much. Amazon’s stock, which rose 76% last year was up nearly 4% so far in 2021 before sliding 2% in Wednesday trading.

“I don’t worry about this as a major change in the direction of Amazon, or that it will lose its way,” said Trip Miller, managing partner of Gullane Capital LLC, which he said owns roughly $25 million in Amazon stock. “This has been in the works for a while obviously. [The pandemic] was one more challenge Amazon faced in the last year, and it performed quite well in a struggling economy.”

In Amazon’s first decade or two, Mr. Bezos was involved in the minutiae of its operations. “There is no rest for the weary,” he wrote in a shareholder letter reviewing 1998. “I constantly remind our employees to be afraid, to wake up every morning terrified.”

As the company grew, Mr. Bezos was drawn to specific projects that fascinated him, including the 2014 Fire Phone, which flopped, and the Echo smart speaker, powered by a virtual assistant called Alexa, which was a success. The idea came from Mr. Bezos’s vision of a home equipped with a device like the spaceship computer on “Star Trek.”

In April 2016, Mr. Bezos gave bigger titles to his two top lieutenants. Mr. Jassy, who had been senior vice president, was named CEO of Amazon Web Services, and Jeff Wilke, who ran the better-known retail operation, became CEO of Consumer Worldwide.

The move was widely seen as an indication of succession plans, something the board had become especially attentive to the previous decade, after Mr. Bezos survived a helicopter crash in Texas in 2003.

The appointments also underlined that Messrs. Jassy and Wilke had more authority over day-to-day decision making, enabling Mr. Bezos to spend more of his time on nascent Amazon businesses, including its Hollywood arm, Amazon Studios. He was less visible in the company’s routine operations.

Mr. Bezos would quip that the only time he really knew all that was going on at Amazon was in its annual budget meetings.

“He’s not super involved in the day-to-day operations,” Matt Garman, a veteran of Amazon’s cloud-computing division and top lieutenant to Mr. Jassy, said of Mr. Bezos in a 2019 interview. “I met with him more in the first 18 months than I probably have since.”

In an interview on stage at the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., in 2018, Mr. Bezos emphasized his hands-off approach, saying he rarely took meetings before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m., and focused on strategy over detail. “If I make, like, three good decisions a day, that’s enough,” he said.

He had long championed innovation and reinvention, exhorting his employees to treat Amazon as a startup long after it had become a colossus.

In that spirit of reinvention, he increasingly became fixated on projects and goals beyond Amazon. He purchased the Washington Post in 2013, and had started rocket company Blue Origin in 2000.

Founders of the tech giants have shown a penchant for taking on ambitious new projects. Bill Gates stepped aside as Microsoft CEO after 25 years and devoted himself to reinventing philanthropy. Google co-founder Larry Page, even before stepping back from his management role in 2019, had devoted his time and wealth to side projects developing flying cars.

Mr. Bezos has taken particular interest in Blue Origin, which competes with Space Exploration Technologies Corp., or SpaceX, run by Elon Musk —Mr. Bezos’s rival for the title of world’s wealthiest person.

Mr. Bezos for years has funded Blue Origin, whose annual budget tops $1 billion, by selling some of his shares in Amazon. He devotes every Wednesday to Blue Origin, using a conference room to take meetings and get updates.

In a public appearance in 2018, Mr. Bezos described Blue Origin as perhaps more important to him in the long run than Amazon because it would help keep human civilization dynamic and avoid stasis.

Other changes were happening in Mr. Bezos’s personal life. In 2018 he surpassed Mr. Gates to be declared the world’s richest man. The father of four, who had long depicted himself as low-key despite his wealth, started spending more time at Hollywood parties and events, as Amazon’s entertainment business grew.

In January 2019, Mr. Bezos announced he and MacKenzie Scott, his wife of 25 years, would divorce. Mr. Bezos, often with his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez, appeared at concerts and flashy beach clubs like Club 55 in St. Tropez, hanging out with celebrities and yachting around with other billionaires.

In April, members of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Antitrust Subcommittee demanded he testify after a Wall Street Journal article showed that Amazon employees had used proprietary data on outside vendors that use its platform to create rival products—something the company had publicly denied doing.

At a subcommittee hearing in July where Mr. Bezos testified with three other Big Tech CEOs—his first such appearance before Congress—Mr. Bezos often appeared uncertain about how Amazon and its products worked, and pledged to find answers later.

In August, Amazon announced that Mr. Wilke would retire. He told the board months earlier, one of the people familiar with the matter said. The move left Mr. Jassy as the heir apparent.

About six months ago, Mr. Bezos told the board he was ready to make the move to executive chairman. The news was a closely guarded secret within Amazon, with some senior executives not knowing until they saw the press release Tuesday, according to other people familiar with the situation.

Several of Mr. Bezos’s latest Instagram posts have been related to Blue Origin. On Jan. 14, he posted a picture of himself stepping into a space capsule.

About a week ago, he shared a picture of a “hotfire test” of a Blue Origin engine. “Perfect night!” he wrote in the caption.

What Will Wi-Fi Do for Tamagotchi?

Due to recent filings with the FCC & EUIPO there has been a lot of buzz over the next generation of Tamagotchi. These filings revealed that a device might be in the works featuring Wi-Fi connectivity, but what exactly would Wi-Fi do for Tamagotchi?

Tamagotchi connectivity has seen its fair share of technology. It actually dates back to the Tamagotchi Osutchi and Mesutchi back in 1997. The Tamagotchi Osutchi and Mesutchi connect through two square conductors featured at the top of each device.

Then in 2004, Bandai introduced the Tamagotchi Plus (Japan) and Tamagotchi Connection (US) which introduced connectivity through infrared! Fast forward to 2013 (EU), Bandai introduces the Tamagotchi Friends with connectivity through NFC (near field communication).

Fast forward again to 2018, Bandai Japan introduces connectivity through Bluetooth with the Tamagotchi Meets. 2 years later, the Tamagotchi Pix outside of Japan utilizing the built-in camera by scanning generated QR codes nicknamed “Tama Codes”.

The connectivity methods mentioned above were used in a few different ways. Infrared & NFC was used to connect two Tamagotchi’s together to create friendships, give gifts, get married, and more. Bluetooth was used not to connect Tamagotchi’s together, but to connect Tamagotchi’s to a smart device such as a smartphone or tablet to play with the companion mobile application that has since been shutdown.

If Wi-Fi comes to Tamagotchi, and that seems likely, how will this technology be utilized? Will it be used to connect Tamagotchi’s together? Let’s imagine this, when you’re in the range of another Bluetooth Tamagotchi, you have the ability to go into the menu and start a connection with them.

Better yet, what if you would have a group connection session like the Tamagotchi P’s? Meeting others just by being in range, and creating connections. Almost like the explore feature currently on the Tamagotchi Pix, but in a certain room on the Tamagotchi, and looking for others nearby.

Better yet, what if we could connect with anyone no matter where they are? Almost like chatrooms, of course with no chat functionality, but the ability to meet characters from all overt the world, just like the Tamagotchi Meets/On app.

Or perhaps will it be used to pair with a companion mobile application? Fans have been very vocal about he recent shutdown of the Tamagotchi Meets/On app, but prior to the shutdown were also quite vocal about the limitations of the application. Could this have been a pilot for a larger project? A more robust mobile application that we’ve been dreaming of?

We’re not exactly sure how Wi-Fi will play out for Tamagotchi, but we’ll surely find out soon based on recently FCC filings. How would you like to see Bandai implement Wi-Fi in Tamagotchi?

Session 4 she’s an after thought.  She had nothing in season 4.  She entertained his admirers and rubbed his shoulders.  Had to have irked Cait to no end

Etcetera etcetera (and ‘liked’ by people who should know better) . What a load of absolute cobblers. So here we go, Claire apparently had NOTHING to do in Season 4. Perhaps they’ve forgotten. Most likely they just blindly followed the reviews of people who were absolutley determined to be negative about the Season, about Outlander  and about Caitriona Balfe, as they  have been since 1st January 2018. I wonder why? 

Episode 1 Claire rescues Bonnett from hanging. Badass Claire  Claire sets off with her husband into a new land where they have only one relative, aunt Jocasta  Claire loses her wedding ring; has presence of mind to swallow one. Badass Claire.

Episode 2 Claire encourages Jamie to reject Aunt Jocasta’s inheritance; a life of ease and luxury, because she can’t own slaves. She faces down the lynch mob; patches up Rufus, then has the courage to give him a poison to spare him from a lynching, thus breaking her hypocratic oath - first, do no harm. Badass Claire much.

Episode 3 Claire sets of with her husband into the wilderness. She can ride a horse, confront ghosts, load and fire an eighteenth century rifle. Claire is badass Claire

Episode 4 Dr Claire fixes up Myers and , husband wounded after confrontation with the man bear: makes friends with wise woman from  potentially hostile indigenous people, the Cherokee. Does Claire run screaming back to civilisation? No, Claire is badass Claire. 

Episode 5. Dr Claire brings baby into world. No epidurals, no midwife....Dr Claire is badass doctor.  Dr Claire stops Mueller from starting war with cherokees by interposing herself between them. Badass Claire. ‘Vulture’ recap:  “Claire gathers her gun, Rollo, and some decent beef jerky, and hunkers down in the cabin. She’s terrified, but in a very badass way. Mueller finally arrives, but not to kill Claire — he wants to make sure she’s okay. He also wants to give her a gift. In a horrifying reveal, Claire opens the package to find Adawehi’s scalp. I’m sorry, but the fact that Claire hasn’t had some type of breakdown yet after suffering through an unreal amount of atrocities just seems ridiculous at this point. But she soldiers on. She throws Mueller out, gives Adawehi a proper (as proper as she can) send off, and still, the carnage continues”

Episode 6  Dr Claire saves Lord Johyn from the measles, survives having her husband’s would-be gay lover and Jamie’s by-blow son drop in on them, exchanges some brutal truths with Lord John. Badass Claire

Episode 7 Yeah, okay, Claire wasn’t in THIS ONE frigging episode. Oh My God! Her badass daughter is instead. 

Episode 8. Dr Claire works with her husband to save Murtagh from arrest, performs operation on local corrupt official . As Vulture says:

“There is chaos! There is commotion! Claire says he needs surgery immediately or he will die! Even in the midst of this, men are like, “But you have a vagina, how can you wield a scalpel!?” Honestly, Claire should just let Fanning suffer, but she’s a professional, so she orders everyone INTO THE LOBBY to get set up for emergency surgery. Meanwhile, she gets the low-down from Jamie, who needs her to distract Tryon as he runs off to warn Murtagh of the trap; Tryon can’t know Jamie’s gone.

Jamie uses George and Martha Washington as a sort of Colonial Lyft to get to Fergus and Marsali’s (they had a boy, BTW), and has Fergus find Murtagh while Jamie tries to slip back into the theater unnoticed. Don’t worry guys, it all works out! Although, it’s a little unsettling that Tryon knows exactly who Murtagh is. Keep an eye on our guy, Jamie!

And sure, saving Murtagh is exciting and all, but the most exhilarating part of the entire excursion to the theater is Claire, back in her element, crushing some impromptu surgery. Before you know it, she’s three knuckles deep in that dude’s abdomen and not even breaking a sweat. Governor Tryon is impressed, Fanning’s dummy doctors are impressed, we’re all impressed. You also must remember that while Claire is successfully performing surgery under less-than-desirable circumstances, she is also successfully saving her husband’s ass by distracting Tryon. She manages both tense tasks with a cool composure. Never forget that Claire’s the true hero of this show. If only the entire episode had just been Claire, Jamie, and George Washington”

Episode 9. The reunion. Claire is bowle4 over by her badass daughter travliing back through time to warn her mom about the fire. Claire , badass Claire, says nonchalently: we’ll just go have a holiday every year on that day.

“Brianna is pregnant and Claire figures it out. After a hilarious fight about why Brianna didn’t pack condoms for her trip to the 1700s (moms are moms no matter the century), Bree confesses that it might not be Roger’s baby, and the truth (without naming Bonnet) comes spilling out. This is definitely Sam Heughan’s episode, but can we give it up for how incredible Caitriona Balfe is in this scene as Claire processes a whole slew of emotions at once? “

Episode 10 No much badassery, to be sure . Here’s Vulutre again to remind us:

“As important as that Jamie-Bree conversation is, and as nice as their shared moment commenting on how at peace Claire seems in the wilderness is, the parent-child moments in this episode that moved me the most belonged to Claire and Bree. The ladies talking about what they missed back in their time — cheeseburgers, Led Zeppelin, and toilets that flush, to name a few things — was a rare lighter scene on Outlander, and brought me so much joy! Claire compassionately and tactfully discussing abortion as an option for Bree was a great reminder of both how Claire is a woman ahead of her time literally and figuratively and of the strength of this mother-daughter relationship. It’s all pretty great.

and Badass Claire takes the side of her daughter against the man she loves, like a real mom! And rides into the wilderness to find and rescue roger from that seriously badass tribe, the Mohawk, just a 700 mile ride away in upper NY state. Badass? 

Episode 11 Vulture again; my memory’s not what it was

Regardless of their scant airtime (in this episode) , Jamie and Claire get the best scene of the episode — maybe the best of the season.Things between Claire and Jamie are still very icy since separating from Bree, and no amount of ignoring it to focus on Claire’s fabulous headband will change that. Even Ian is begging Mom and Dad to make up. Finally, Claire gets to a point where she just can’t watch Jamie in so much pain over what he’s done to Brianna.She (Claire) he goes to him in his tent one night and explains that she’s not mad at him — she’s mad at the world. She explains that after Frank died, she and Brianna shared secrets and they belonged to them — so she’s sorry she didn’t tell Jamie about Bonnet as soon as she found out, and she blames herself for this entire mess. She explains that their marriage is different now because they’re parents. Listen, you guys, two people talking about the difficulties of balancing being a parent with being in a marriage is typically a snoozefest, but Balfe and Heughan are just so freaking good together (what’s new, I know) and imbue such vulnerability and honesty in this moment (I’m still sobbing over Jamie admitting that he’s worried both Bree and Claire think Frank was the better man), that I’ll be thinking about this scene for days. Sure, after Claire assures Jamie that Bree didn’t mean what she said and knows that Jamie for sure didn’t mean what he said and they both say “I’m sorry” and they both wipe away tears from their gorgeous faces, they have sex in that tent

Episode 12 OMG this episode didn’t feature Claire. Shock, horror

Episode 13 Badass Claire and her husband try to rescue Roger from the Mohawks. it all goes wrong. There’s a fight. Badass Claire is wearing the stone from the future! How badass do you have to be as a woman to go, outnumbered, under armed, into the wilderness, to rescue your daughter’s husband from a people whose track record is um.er...(how can one put this in non-judgemental terms?)..to use extreme methods when putting people to death. 

So there you have it: ‘not badass’ in Season 4? In Season 4 as an afterthought? Soap opera equipment ? She had ‘nothing’ in Season 4? I’ve gone on about how Cait-Haters have misused pictures of Claire holding her arms (which she does in EVERY season) as proof she is unhappy. Well, lots of unhappy things happen in Season 4, to Claire, to her friends, to her daughter. It would have been odd if she’s looked happy the whole time, wouldn’t it. I know I’d have been terrified, most of the time, in her position. Here’s some pix of Claire looking sad in Season 4.

To Jrtellsall! Camp mars wasn’t sold out since they mad it back than in 2015, and that also was confirmed from Reni. She told by herself that they only had 250 peep wich are stays at camp for every single year. The rest were only basic Daily camp visitors for the lame ass concerts. Yep when someone at my M&G asked Reni about Camp getting bigger with each year, her answer was:

“It´s getting better. I would not say it´s getting bigger because the number of people for the past 2 times has been exactly the same, which is 200.”

That was her quote from 2018, and regarding Malibu. Not Fyre.

If I´m not remembering completely wrong, I think last year for Fyre there were talks that the number of visitors was about 600.

vacation theory

I noticed something very interesting while watching 2019 season’s greeting dvd

[This happened 9:45-10:10 on SEHUNBUBS channel @ YT]

The whole group did a “relay interview” where they ask the member who’ll be interviewed after them (by age) one question that’s why JI is after KS.

ofc I took in the possibility that the question is given to him by the production team but seeing the way he was thinking before asking.. I believe he came up with the question on his own

Recently, KS announced that he’ll be taking a 6-days vacation. His very first one in 7 years. He also mentioned that all the members will be on a break, too. The break will be in January (a reminder that’s his bday & JI’s month)

Interestingly, KS’ question is not “the country you want to travel to” but “the country you want to travel to with the members?”

What’s worthy to mention is that KS said in his interviews [cr: dyororo112] that CY (also, another translator mentioned BH but i can’t find the tweet) asked him to travel together and he still considers it. (+ KS has been seen traveling w SH in the past so let’s add him to the mix)

another point, in a fansign, CH stated that he wants to go to the US for a vacation and among the members who’ll take he chose KS & SH [cr: serenadyo] but let’s face it.. it’ll probably be Japan.

JI’s answer is just as interesting, he didn’t state a place but said that he wants a getaway idk if it’s the trans but the word comes off more on the romantic side
