If I had a nickel for every time I've read a manga where the protagonist is a gun toting American woman with a nickname that is incorrectly transliterated in the official English release because Japanese doesn't have certain sounds that exist in English I'd have two nickels.

Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it's happened twice.
