Hiiiiii, stumbled across your blog when trying to find COD fics to gush over and yours are SO FUCKIN GOOD. I love how you write the TF 141 guys!!
My personal fave is Simon and I thought the SFW ABC’s HC were so cute! I’m wondering if you’d be interested in writing a NSFW ABS’s for him as well!
Don’t rush it or feel pressured to do it tho. Thank you pookie ❤️
Oh my goodness! I remember the SFW Alphabet I did for Simon. That was forever ago, back when I first broke 1k followers. Compare that to now with over 6k and if feels like ancient history.
I am more than happy to do a NSFW Alphabet for Simon!
Word Count: 1.1k
NSFW Alphabet Template
Tumblr media
A = Aftercare
Aftercare all depends on the relationship. If it’s a quick fuck or a casual thing, Ghost isn’t really all that interested in providing aftercare. He might allow a brief cuddle, or some stiff conversation, but he’s more interested in getting his dick wet. But if Ghost is in a steady, serious relationship, then aftercare is important to him. Not that he knows what he’s doing. Aftercare is not his jam, but if he cares about you, he will make sure you have it.
B = Body part
Ghost loves his hands. He loves that he can kill with them yet bring pleasure as well.
C = Cum
Ghost has a terrible breeding kink. Watching his cum ooze out of his partner makes him fucking feral. Not only does the sight of it turn him on, but he’ll verbalize how good his cum looks dripping out of you.
D = Dirty secret
During his final year of secondary school, Simon got into some serious trouble, and nearly ended up expelled. It wasn’t his fault though, and he felt scorned. So, to retaliate, he fucked the principal’s daughter (a classmate of Simon’s) on the man’s desk. Took her virginity while the principal was in a meeting and the two of them should have been in class.
E = Experience
Ghost is experienced with sex but not experienced with love. He can fuck you all goddamn day and turn your limbs to jelly. But the intimacy part is difficult for him.
F = Favorite position
Face down, ass up. Not him, of course, but his partner. For Ghost, it’s dominating and rough and fulfills every primal urge he has.
G = Goofy
More serious than goofy in the moment. Doesn’t mean that Ghost lacks a sense of humor. The guy can crack a joke, but if he is a bit silly in bed, the humor is dry and might go over your head. Ghost prefers to be completely invested in the moment, and his level of silliness isn’t something he’s thinking about. Now, if something happens during the act that’s actually funny, he will laugh and won’t shame himself or you for it.
H = Hair
Doesn’t care about hair but hygiene. Body hair doesn’t scare him nor does a decent bush. Didn’t shave your legs/armpit/bikini line/face/etc.? Ghost could give a shit. If you’re willing and consenting, and he’s willing and consenting, body hair doesn’t even factor into it.
I = Intimacy
Ghost is terrible at intimacy. Sorry y’all, but he is. Doesn’t matter if it’s a quick fuck or a committed relationship. This man will literally approach you and be like “you want to fuck?” and expect a very clear yes or no answer to the question. But hey, at least he’s clear when it comes to communication.
J = Jack off
Ghost is a rigorous masturbator. The every day kind of masturbator. While he prefers his privacy, nothing is sexier to him than when you’ve been a bad boy/girl/one and Ghost decides what you need is a bit of punishment. He’ll restrain you and make you watch as he jerks off, giving himself pleasure while giving you nothing. Not until you’re a begging, whimpering mess.
K = Kink
Breeding, primal, semi-public, CNC, breath play, BDSM
L = Location
Cramped, enclosed spaces. In the car, against a wall, on the sofa, in the shower. Basically, anywhere where Ghost can feel big. He enjoys having a sense of largeness about him, that he’s trapping you under him. That you cannot escape him when he’s fucking you.
M = Motivation
This man is constantly down to fuck. Sure, talking dirty is fun, but what he really wants is clear communication first. Tell him you want to fuck him, and tell him plainly, and then the two of you can do whatever. A clear, “fuck me, Simon” sets him OFF.
N = No
Simon leans heavy on consent. His hard “no” is no clear “yes.” If you cannot communicate that you clearly want him, he’s immediately turned off. That also includes how he sets up a CNC with you.
O = Oral
Gives and receives equally. He doesn’t necessarily prefer one over the other. But when he does receive, he is vocal. Ghost wants you to know that he appreciates you going down on him, but also how much he enjoys it. When it comes to giving, Ghost is sloppy…but in a good way.
P = Pace
Ghost mixes it up depending on position. If he’s looking to draw it out, he’s going to go slow just because he wants to watch you squirm and wiggle. But otherwise, he’s all rough edges, wants to hold you down and fuck you until you’re both senseless and dazed. Even in his roughness, he won’t hurt you, but he might leave some marks behind.
Q = Quickie
Loves a good quickie. Just say the word and Ghost will bend you over or put you on top of the nearest surface and go for it.
R = Risk
As long as Ghost has your enthusiastic consent, he’s down for anything. If there is anything new you want to try, he’s open to do it, but is also good about setting boundaries especially if this new thing might possibly harm you or himself. A risk taker, but understands that the risks might outweigh the benefits.
S = Stamina
This man has the stamina of a fucking horse. He can go for miles if he paces himself. Ghost isn’t the kind of guy to tap out after one round. Sure, he might need a few minutes to breathe, but he’ll be ready to go against shortly after.
T = Toys
While he doesn’t personally own a plethora of toys, Ghost isn’t afraid of using them. His favorite ones are the kinds that vibrate…especially if he can use them on you and have complete authority over the controls. Expect to be edged and have your orgasm denied constantly.
U = Unfair
Ghost isn’t a tease unless he thinks you’ve earned it as a punishment.
V = Volume
Ghost is vocal but he’s not loud about it. If he’s going to drop praises, he’s going to say it like he’s passing on a secret. You don’t find this man yelling his pleasure to the ceiling. He’s all soft grunts and groans. But you? You can be as vocal and loud as you need to be.
W = Wild card
Ghost is a visual creature. He enjoys simply watching you. Watching you get dressed and undressed. Watching you shower. Watching you get ready for bed or ready for the day. He loves looking at you wearing something sexy or nothing at all. He stares.
X = X-ray
Under those clothes, Ghost has a decent bush. Keeps it lightly trimmed but a bit wild. Absolutely a good mix of length and girth. Just above average size. He fits…snuggly.
Y = Yearning
When it comes to a committed relationship, Ghost yearns for you all the time. He is always ready, and always eager if you are. He thinks about you constantly.
Z = Zzz
If it’s just casual sex, Ghost is falling asleep immediately. The man is a rock. Lights out. But if this is a committed relationship, Ghost will stay awake long enough to get you the aftercare you deserve before promptly passing the fuck out. Sorry, but he snores.

To Be Vigilant
✗ Pairing: Zoro Roronoa x GN!Reader
✗ Genre: Fluff
✗ Total WC: 0.8K
Tumblr media
“‘N…. I don’t know, he’s just so… handsome and masculine and so great in all the right ways.” You say so dreamily, palm propping your head up.
Robin just takes it all in, not ‘cause she wants to. But because she has to. She really does love you. Truly. Had it been anyone else she’d probably grow just a smidge irritated. Well, not like she wasn’t right now. This, here, right now, her zen time? She’d likely pick up a book and enjoy her favorite drink and go to town, and that was the initial plan—but alas, here you were talking about Zoro like a schoolgirl in love.
So yeah, she was a smidge irritated but she’d tolerate it, for you.
“Do you want me to stop talking about him?” You smile, sheepishly while tracing the outline of the wooden table.
If Nami was here, she’d answer with the most blunt and straightforward, YES! ever. Pity for Robin that she wasn’t there to accompany the two of you.
She smiles back, just a little lighter. “I can’t promise I won’t cancel you out while you do.”
You whine her name, resting your head on her shoulder while she swirls her coffee around with a spoon, you have a light grip of her arm.
Like seriously, if it were anyone else.
“Why don’t you tell him how you feel?” Would be the logical approach, and she, by all means, is right. But you often defied logic, many times reaping the consequences. This was one of those times. “You never truly know what he might be thinking.”
“That’s just it. It could go so wrong!”
“It could also go right.” She peers down at your desperate figure, clinging onto her like she was your life-line.
Shit, couldn’t argue with that.
You sigh in a last effort of defiance, “I think I’m fine with liking him from a distance. It’s not doing me any harm right now,” you resume in your own activity—that being fiddling with your fingers, pulling away from the black-banged woman. “Yeah… I mean, watching him work out in the Crow’s Nest is kinda hot.” She giggles at your remark. Wow, that’s kinda surprising.
She’d probably regret it though, it grants you a chance to egg the topic on, “There’s something so charming about his attitude and personality, though. Like he could be such a good boyfriend—No, he’d be a great husband.”
Robin says nothing, a little hm, flipping to the next page over.
And this is where you kinda start feeling bad, it’s not the first she’s gotten an ear load about how dreamy and handsome you thought Zoro was. Probably wouldn’t be the last, either. You’ve yapped Nami’s ear off about it and she was not as generous when it came to your rambles. Partially because there was so much she could take and partially because she cringed at how highly you spoke of him. She couldn’t take it anymore, so… you moved onto your next victim. A voice of reason, (like you’d ever listen to reason anyways.) Robin.
Surprisingly she speaks, “You should be more careful with where you say things.”
…Okay? You look back up to her after your arms are crossed over the other with your cheek leaning on top for a little duration of time, and get a look at the woman as an effort to make her push a little further into her statement.
But she doesn’t. Abruptly Robin stands from her seat, she closes her book and brings her coffee with her. She looks over to the door, as if someone was there—then to you.
“I wish you the best of luck with the swordsman.”
You giggle, “You say that like he’s—”
Oh.
Oh.
And then your worst fears come true. You lose vision of her, and then it’s replaced with the thief of your heart.
Oh shit.
His tone is condescending, and he lifts his head up as if to mock you, “Like I’m?” His shoulder is leaning against the door frame of the room; you’re frozen in place. Eyes as wide as flying saucers, hands gripping the nearby surface. You whimper very slightly.
Shit, was this her plan all along? Was that why she giggled at what you said? She wasn’t really trying to egg you on to speak anymore but, it was so perfect. She did this on purpose, get you to spill in possibly the most convenient time possible. You should’ve known. She’s never taken interest like this before.
And how couldn’t you sense his presence?!
Your palms are sweaty, you’re hot all over, “Like… like…” But he only grins, and it’s so sadistic, he takes delight in your shocked state. He’s truly the devil.
“Guessin’ we’ve got lots to talk about, huh?”

Tumblr media
new year’s resolutions were stupid. you knew this. they were a yearly tradition of setting unrealistic goals and then abandoning them by february. and yet, here you were, writing them down anyway.
1. stop embarrassing self in front of nanami kento.
2. get life together (financially, emotionally, spiritually, etc.).
3. no more hopeless pining over emotionally unavailable men (see: nanami kento).
you tapped your pen against your notebook, frowning.
this was going to be a disaster.
nanami had been a problem for you for far too long. serious, disciplined, devastatingly handsome—he made suits look unfairly good, and his deadpan sarcasm made your brain short-circuit. worse, he was kind to you. not in a flirty, obvious way, but in that nanami way—remembering how you took your coffee, covering you with his jacket when you fell asleep on a mission, standing between you and danger without a second thought.
but that was just who he was.
and you? you were… not like him. your life was a mess. you were the kind of person who accidentally sent texts to the wrong people, spilled coffee on important documents, and tripped over nothing. a disaster, really.
so, resolution #1. stop embarrassing yourself in front of him.
simple enough.
except it was not simple, because ten minutes later, you were at gojo’s new year’s party, wine glass in hand, already halfway to ruining your life.
“looking serious as always, nanamin.” gojo slung an arm around nanami’s shoulders, grinning like the menace he was. “you here to celebrate, or did someone trick you into coming?”
“i was invited,” nanami replied, sipping his drink. “and unlike some people, i have manners.”
you watched from across the room, pretending not to stare. he looked unfairly good in that suit—tie loosened just enough, hair slightly tousled. new year’s was supposed to be a time of fresh starts, and yet here you were, still hopelessly into him.
“you’re staring,” shoko murmured beside you.
“i’m not—”
“you are,” she said, smirking. “just go talk to him.”
“no. absolutely not.” you took a sip of wine. “besides, he doesn’t think of me that way.”
shoko gave you a look. “right. sure. keep telling yourself that.”
before you could argue, gojo’s voice rang out.
“alright, everyone, five minutes to midnight!”
the room buzzed with excitement, couples moving closer, people laughing as they grabbed champagne. you swallowed, suddenly hyper-aware of the fact that at midnight, there would be a moment—the kind of moment where people kissed, or at the very least, awkwardly looked around for someone to kiss.
you, of course, had no such luck.
instead, you found yourself standing near nanami, your brain short-circuiting as you tried to act normal.
he glanced down at you. “enjoying yourself?”
“oh, yeah. love parties. love new year’s. nothing like a fresh start.” you gestured vaguely, then immediately regretted it because you nearly sloshed your drink onto his sleeve.
nanami raised a brow. “right.”
you cleared your throat. “what about you? any resolutions?”
he was quiet for a moment, then said, “just one.”
before you could ask what, gojo started counting down.
“ten! nine! eight—”
the room filled with excitement, voices overlapping, people turning to their partners. you, meanwhile, were frozen in place, heart hammering.
seven! six! five—
nanami was still watching you, expression unreadable.
four! three—
you opened your mouth, about to say something, anything—
two! one!
the room erupted into cheers, and before you could process it, nanami was leaning in, his hand brushing your waist.
oh.
your breath caught, and then—softly, gently—he kissed you.
it wasn’t dramatic. it wasn’t some grand, cinematic moment. it was just him, warm and steady, like he had been waiting for the right time.
when he pulled back, you stared at him, dazed.
“happy new year,” he murmured.
you blinked. “oh. uh. yeah. happy new year.”
nanami huffed a quiet laugh, then—so casually it nearly knocked you off your feet—brushed a thumb over your cheek before stepping away.
you stood there, absolutely wrecked, as gojo whistled somewhere in the background.
shoko sidled up beside you, smirking. “so. about him not thinking of you that way…”
you groaned, burying your face in your hands. resolution #1 was already a failure.
but honestly? maybe that wasn’t such a bad thing.

----
You felt a nudge against your shoulder, waking you from the light sleep you had fallen into. You opened your eyes to see hazel eyes staring back at you. Sam.
“We’re almost there.” He spoke lightly, not wanting to be too loud while you woke up. You smiled gratefully at him. He was always looking out for you, always doing his best to make sure you were comfortable, safe. That was why he was your best friend.
“Thanks.” You mumbled while stretching out in the backseat of the Impala. Dean was driving, rolling his eyes at the interaction between you two. In his opinion, you and Sam were head-over-heels in love with each other. He had voiced this many times and had been met with a jumble of arguments against it. There was no way you were in love with Sam. You just felt safer, warmer, and happier in his presence. That was how it was with friends.
You pulled the hoodie you were wearing, Sam’s hoodie, tighter around you. Why was the world always colder when you woke up?
“Why, again, did we need to get here so quickly?” You asked. You and the boys had left from a prior case at an ungodly early time in order to get to this town. The specifics of it all had flown over your head at the time, what with your hazy mind and Sam talking faster than you could register. Sam turned to you with a playful narrow of his eyes.
“You weren’t listening to me?” He asked, raising an eyebrow. You rolled your eyes and threw your head back in faux annoyance. You two did this often, playfully going back and forth with each other.
“I was listening, up until you tried to make some metaphor about Star Wars.” You groaned out.
“You would’ve gotten it if you had actually watched them when I had asked you.” Sam argued back.
“I did watch them.” You lied. You hadn’t, not really. You had only gotten past the first ten minutes before you were asleep.
“You were drooling on my shoulder.” Sam said flatly, reminding you of the morning following his little movie marathon when the two of you woke up cuddled into each other’s arms. You know, as friends do.
“It’s not my fault they’re boring.” You laughed out.
“They’re classics!” Sam gasped, holding his hand to his chest like he was scandalized by the whole thing. You smiled at him, leaning toward him. He could smell the warm scent of vanilla and coconut from your lotion.
“You’re such an old man.” You muttered, staring him in the eye.
“I’m six months older than you.” Sam argued.
“Still older.” You shrugged, leaning back in your seat. Dean groaned quietly, but it still caught yours and Sam’s attention. You both turned to him.
“What?” You and Sam said at the same time. Dean shook his head, staring at the road in front of him.
“You two.” Dean grumbled. You raised an eyebrow. Sam crossed his arms.
“What about us?” You asked. You should have known what he was going to say next.
“You nerds need to bang it out already.” Dean answered. Immediately you and Sam turned bright red. This wasn’t anything new. Dean would say something about you and Sam doing things that friends didn’t do, then you two would babble on about how he was wrong about it all.
“We’re friends, Dean.” You argued even as the image of Sam naked over you flashed in your mind. Sam avoided looking at you, a similar image of you in his own mind. It didn’t mean anything. It was just something that was brought on by Dean’s words, nothing more.
“Yeah, whatever.” Dean mumbled, not believing either of you. He knew his brother and knew you, even if he had only known you for a few years. You were both very obviously wanting each other. It wouldn’t have changed much. You and Sam shared a bed when the motels they stayed at didn’t have a couch. Sam helped you with those pesky zippers on your dresses. You held his hand in your pocket when it was cold outside. All that would have to change is you two saying those three little words.
But no. You weren’t in love with Sam! You loved him, yes, but as a friend. It was nothing more than that. Yeah, sometimes you wanted to kiss him. And, okay, maybe sometimes your heart skipped a beat when he looked at you. That was just how it was when you spent so much time with each other. Once you stopped helping the Winchester brothers, you would drift away from those feelings.
You felt the tension in the car now. The air was thick with it. You watched buildings fly past as you grew closer to town. You realized Sam hadn’t answered your question about the new case, but you weren’t going to ask again. At least, not while you were still thinking about what his hands would feel like on your hips.
----
“A cupid?” You asked, furrowing your eyebrows together. You were sat in a booth at a diner in town with Sam next to you, his arm resting on the backrest of the booth behind you. Dean and Castiel sat across from you two and you chose to ignore the fact that Dean didn’t have his arm slung across the man next to him.
“Yes.” Castiel answered in his usual grumble. You frowned at the answer. You and the boys had to find a kidnapped cupid, something you never thought you would have to do.
“Who the hell kidnaps a cupid? They just want love!” You exclaimed, throwing your hands up. Sam laughed at you, watching your movements. Dean and Castiel glanced at each other with knowing looks, but said nothing.
“A demon took this cupid.” Castiel answered.
“It’s always a freakin’ demon.” You sighed out, grabbing a fry off of Sam’s plate. He had gotten extra because you always ended up wanting some after not ordering any. It was just another thing he did to take care of you. What a good friend.
“Not always. I think I remember a vampire beating your ass just last week.” Dean teased. You rolled your eyes at him.
“I had that vamp, you should’ve let me kill it.” You told him. The vampire had, in fact, beat your ass and Dean had been the one to slice its head off. Sam had been the one to carry you to the car even after you insisted you could walk.
“You were too distracted by Sam to kill anything, sweetheart.” Dean smirked, watching as you narrowed your eyes at him. It may have been true, but you didn’t think so. You weren’t distracted, the vampire had just been a little faster than you.
“Do you ever wake up and think, ‘Hm, I’m gonna be quiet today’?” You asked, doing your best impression of Dean.
“I do not sound like that.” Dean argued back.
“That was a flawless impression of you.” You informed him. You looked up at Sam. “Right, Sam?”
“Oh, yeah.” Sam nodded to Dean before looking down at you, smiling. You were smiling at each other now. Dean rolled his eyes and sighed at the sight. Castiel only watched on, head slightly tilted and eyes narrowed.
“Flawless.” Sam said, still looking into your eyes. You breathed out a laugh through your nose before snuggling into his side. The diner was cold, Sam was warm, that's what friends did.
----
This demon was proving much harder to kill than most. It was you, Sam, and Dean up against one demon, yet the demon didn’t even seem to be tiring. The cupid was in the corner of the old, abandoned warehouse tied up with runed roping, watching the whole thing go down. When you were thrown across the cement flooring, you landed in a heap next to him with a groan.
“Are you okay?” The cupid asked, worry in his voice. This angel was unlike others you had met. He had a happy-go-lucky attitude about everything, almost a childlike wonder. You looked at him out of the corner of your eye.
“Oh, yeah, just peachy.” You got out in between gritted teeth. Your head ached and you were sure that bruises would bloom across your right hip come morning. You pulled yourself up to your feet, staggering a bit. Looking over the cupid, you noticed a glint of metal near him.
“Give me that.” You demanded, swiping up the weapon. The metal of the angel blade that cool in your hand, the weight of it a bit unfamiliar to you, but it would have to do. Your own knife had been knocked from your hand early on in the fight plus it wouldn’t have done much to the demon. “Why haven’t you used this?”
“I’m a lover,” the cupid said your name, “not a fighter.” You narrowed your eyes at the angel.
“How do you know my name?” You asked, though it was possible one of the boys had said it. Still, history proving, people who knew your name without you telling them were always bad news. The cupid’s face lit up.
“I know all about you! You and Sam, the great lovers!” The cupid exclaimed and you could have sworn there were hearts in his eyes. You paused when you heard that. Lovers? You and Sam? No way.
“We’re friends.” You snapped before turning away to face the fight before you. Sam and Dean were wrestling with the demon, but even with both of them on her, there was a struggle. You rushed over as quietly as you could muster and leaped on her back. She yelled out in surprise and tried to throw you off, but you had her. Finally, the angel blade was plunged into her chest and she screamed in agony. Her body fell to the floor, you going with her. Your elbow crashed into the cement, scraping the skin open even through your long sleeve.
You heard Sam and Dean scuffle over, Sam dropping to his knees to pull you into him. He brushed some hair out of your face and said your name.
“No more demons.” You groaned out. It wouldn’t matter, the demons always seemed to follow the Winchester boys around, but it was nice to hope. Sam laughed lightly and pulled you to your feet. Dean had gone to free the cupid.
“Thank you!” The cupid said happily, wrapping Dean in a hug. Dean stiffened at the touch. He didn’t hug much. You watched with amusement, wishing you had your phone to take a picture of this. There was no way you were letting Dean forget about this.
The cupid then came bounding over to you and Sam, a bright smile on his face. You handed over his blade, which he took awkwardly and magically stowed it away in his sleeve. You flinched into Sam’s side when the cupid reached out to touch you both.
“I’m giving you two a gift.” The cupid had a hand on each of you. Oh no. A gift. From a cupid. That could only mean one thing. You thought back to what he had said earlier, about you and Sam being lovers.
“No, that’s alright.” You said nervously, trying to push the cupid’s hand off of you. “Really, we did it for free.” Sam furrowed his eyebrows at you. He hadn’t connected the dots like you had, but then again, why would he? He hadn’t heard the conversation between you and the cupid.
“It would be an honor.” The cupid nodded. You shook your head again. The cupid moved his hands from you and Sam. You breathed out a sigh of relief. You didn’t know what had happened, but you figured it could be nothing good. The angel only smiled at you, a bit of mischief in his eyes. You narrowed your eyes and felt Sam pull you in closer to him.
“I’ll be going now.” The cupid announced before the fluttering of wings was heard. Just like that, the cupid was gone. You looked to Dean. He was reacting to your interaction with the cupid just as you had with his. You glared at him and grabbed onto Sam’s arm.
“Let’s go.” You grumbled, dragging him with you to the car. Sam ignored the thought of sitting in the backseat with you. It was silly. You were fine, just a little scrape. But the wanting to be close to you didn’t go away. What had this cupid done?
----
“The cupid touched you?” Castiel asked, eyebrows pushed together in question. Once Dean had prayed out to him to inform him of the success in freeing the cupid, you had pulled him outside to grill him about the situation at hand. You and the boys had gotten back to the motel an hour ago. In the time between then and now, Sam had doted on you as he always had, but it was different this time. You felt a pull to him, like you only wanted him. It was as if all those feelings you had insisted you didn’t have for him were getting pulled to the surface.
“Yes! And I…,” you paused, swallowing down the bashfulness of your next words, “I’m feeling things.”
“Feeling things?” Castiel echoed.
“Yes! Stop repeating what I say!” You huffed out in annoyance. You crossed your arms and glanced at the motel room door. You didn’t want Sam, or Dean for that matter, overhearing the conversation. “Make it stop.”
“I can’t. If this cupid truly struck you with his arrow, there isn’t anything I can do.” Castiel informed you. You frowned.
“I can’t be in love with Sam.” You exclaimed, whispering the last few words. Castiel raised an eyebrow.
“Were you not before?” Castiel questioned. You scoffed at him.
“No!” You snapped. “We’re just friends.” You insisted. You crossed your arms, but your mind drifted off to think about Sam. You weren’t in love with him, you couldn’t be. You were friends. Friends who were each other’s plus ones to everything. Friends who knew what the other was going to say before they said it. Friends who would die for each other.
“Ill look into it.” Castiel promised before disappearing. You sighed out in irritation before pushing the door open to the motel room.
“-every time I look at her!” Sam was obviously trying to whisper this, but you could still hear it loud and clear. You looked toward him and Dean, who were sitting opposite of each other on the motel beds. When Sam noticed you, his face burned red. You weren’t supposed to hear that. You couldn’t know that he was in love with you, even if he thought it was from the cupid.
“You, um…,” Sam trailed off, not knowing what to say to fix the situation. You nodded and went to sit next to him. Nope, not next to him, his body heat next to you was too much right now.
“I know.” You said, moving to sit next to Dean. Sam frowned. Why did you move? He wanted you next to him.
“It’s the cupid, he, um, he did something.” Sam said, stopping himself from reaching out to touch you. He normally wouldn’t have hesitated to take your hand in his, you know, as friends do, but he didn’t think it was fair with the current situation.
“Yeah,” you whispered, looking into his eyes. They were so warm, so inviting. You could just give in, wrap your arms around him and let him hold you forever. You mentally shook the thought off. You couldn’t think like this. You had to fight the angel magic of the cupid.
“For the last time, you idiots didn’t need a cupid to be in love.” Dean grumbled, crossing his arms. You and Sam pulled your eyes from each other to glare at him.
“We’re just friends. When we fix this, it’ll go back to that.” You promised Dean, shoving your arm into him. He stood and rolled his eyes.
“I’m gettin’ a drink. Try not to get your love on my bed.” Dean pulled his jacket on and left the motel room. You and Sam said nothing until the rumble of the Impala’s engine faded away.
“I’m sorry.” Sam mumbled, looking at the ground. You blinked at him, frowning.
“This isn’t your fault.” You amended. Sam looked up at you, giving you a small smile.
“I think I really do love you.” Sam said. It made your heart leap, but the nagging thought that this wasn’t really him talking sounded through your head.
“Me too.” You breathed out. You reached out to take his hand and his fingers tangled in yours. With a tug on your arm, Sam was able to pull you to him. You had been too far away for his liking. Now, you sat in his lap, still holding his hand. You had been here before, sitting on Sam, but that was when there were no seats left in a room. This was different.
“Maybe we shouldn’t…,” You began, but trailed off as your eyes fell to his lips. You really shouldn’t. That didn’t matter. It didn’t matter if this was right or wrong. The only thing you cared about was the warmth of Sam.
“Yeah, maybe.” Sam whispered as he leaned into you. He moved slowly, but didn’t hesitate in kissing you. His lips fit on yours in a way you could have never imagined. It was like you were made for each other.
You drew your other hand up to weave into his hair. The kiss deepened, just enough for you to feel how hungry Sam was for you. You hummed out happily when he ran his tongue along your bottom lip. You opened your mouth to let him in. With the help of Sam, you moved to straddle him. This made it easier for you to press your body into his.
You had boyfriends before. This was different. This was like you had been breathing in smoke all your life and Sam was the first gulp of fresh air in your lungs. Everywhere he touched sparked to life, a multitude of colors in his wake. The thought that it wasn’t actually you, that it was some magical force creating this feeling, stopped coming to mind. You only thought of Sam now.
Sam shifted your bodies so you were laying on your back on the bed, him hovering above you. You pulled him down to you, wanting him closer. The weight of him on you made you kiss him deeper. His fingers moved to unbutton your flannel -- his flannel. They slipped as they moved down but that didn’t deter him. You could feel the air rushing over your skin with every inch he exposed. The flannel hung open now, showing your bare stomach and lacy bra.
With his mouth still on yours, Sam cupped one of your fabric-covered breasts in his hand. He tucked his fingers over the edge, the tips of them just barely brushing your nipple. You didn’t know how it had escalated this far, but you certainly weren’t complaining.
You were trying to keep yourself from floating away by latching on to what you could hear. The buzz of the lights, the growl of the radiator, the purr of the Impala. Wait -- the Impala? You wrapped your fingers around Sam’s wrist, trying to pull him off of you, but he was too lost in you. You heard the click of the lock on the door, and finally, Sam got the hint.
It was too late.
“Oh, woah!” Dean laughed out, holding his hands on his hips. “Would you look at this! The lovebirds finally did it!”
“Shut up, Dean.” You grumbled, even as your face glowed red. You felt Sam pull the flannel back together, rebuttoning it with ease. You smiled at him, grateful for him still caring about your modesty even as his brother teased you two. You wanted to kiss him again -- he tasted so good -- but Dean was still standing there. Castiel was behind him, averting his eyes in an attempt to not intrude on your privacy.
“Why the hell are you here?” You asked as Sam rolled over to sit next to you. His arm, out of habit, wrapped around you. You let his warmth envelop you. You were pissed now. First, Dean had been insistent, despite your constant attempts to deny it, that you and Sam were in love. Then, right when you were about to have sex for the first time in months, the idiot walks in and ruins it all. If it weren’t for Sam’s embrace bringing you comfort you would have gotten up and slapped the man.
“Cas here,” Dean gestured to the angel behind him. When he noticed Castiel still looking at the floor, he cleared his throat. Castiel looked up, glanced over you and Sam, and sighed in relief. “Cas has some very enlightening information to share.” Dean finished, winking at you and Sam.
You rolled your eyes and looked to the angel.
“The cupid didn’t have his arrows.” Castiel spoke. You frowned. What? What was he talking about?
“What do you mean?” Sam voiced the question that was running through your head. You were very confused now.
“The cupid didn’t have his arrows when he touched you two. He had no hand in this.” Castiel gestured to the two of you.
No.
No, that couldn’t be true. There was no other explanation for why you and Sam felt so comfortable letting this happen now. You were friends, or, at least you were before all of this.
“You’re wrong.” You objected. Sam’s body tensed up at your words. Was it really that horrible of a thought that you loved him without the help of something else?
“No, I’m not.” Castiel’s words rumbled out. You thought about this, about what it could mean. You were in love with Sam?
It should make sense, right? You had been friends since the first day you met him. He was one of the only people who actually cared for you, and you for him. It was only a matter of time before you two would fall in love.
Sam was feeling the same way. He had always felt this strong pull to you, but he didn’t want to change anything between you two. He would have rather loved you as your best friend than not at all. But this? This meant that the feelings he had tried so hard to shove away were still there, and you reciprocated them.
“See? All of this,” Dean gestured to you and Sam, “is pure sex drive.” He finished, saying the last two words in a mischievous tone. You huffed out your frustration with the older man in front of you. Okay, maybe Dean was right. You weren’t telling him that.
“Get out.” Sam spoke, spooking the whole room. His voice was strong, demanding even. Dean raised an eyebrow at him.
“What?” Dean spat out, an incredulous look on his face. Castiel held his usual glower as he looked between the two brothers.
“Get. Out.” Sam repeated, his words holding a sense of finality. Dean’s face twitched in irritation. His baby brother, talking to him like this? Then, a thought came across his mind.
“Oh, I get it.” Dean’s face lit up with glee at what he had realized. “You,” he pointed at Sam, “wanna get your fix.” A smile cracked through his face and he walked to the door, pulling it open.
You furrowed your eyebrows, initially not knowing what he was getting at. Then you noticed the way Sam was shifting his hips and pulling the blankets over his lap.
Oh.
Oh.
“Use a condom.” Dean’s final words rang out before he walked out, Castiel scurrying after him.
It was going to be a good night after all.

“Oh, by the way, what are you getting your partner for Valentine’s Day?” Choso hears his coworker ask him.
Valentine’s Day. He had almost forgotten. What is he going to get you? Should he plan a date? He can’t, you’re Yuji’s babysitter. He doubts Gojo will let the boy stay the night during Valentine’s of all days. What is he supposed to do?
“Uh, I’ll show you next time I see you.” He quickly covers for his coworker.
“Hah, can’t wait, see you later.”
He can’t believe that the coworker bought that poor excuse. Now he just needs to come up with something. He’s scrolling through his phone when his phone dings. A message from Sukuna.
Of course! How could he forget that he has an uncle? Sukuna can handle watching Yuji for a night, right? As if he has plans anyways. He checks the text from the older male.
“Are you needing a babysitter for tonight or do you not have plans?”
“I was just about to text you.” Choso replies, though he obviously just got the idea. “Can you watch Yuji for the night?”
“I guess, you’re so inconvenient.”
“You messaged me first, uncle.”
He can imagine the scoff his uncle just let out.
“Fine, but if he cries and asks to FaceTime you, it’s not happening.”
“Fine by me, I’m hoping I’ll be too busy to answer anyways.”
“Enjoy your date, wear protection.”
“Don’t be inappropriate, uncle. And thank you.”
With that handled, he hurries home and packs a bag for Yuji. The pink-haired boy enters the apartment with a big grin and a bag full of candy. He had a Valentine’s party in class today.
“Choso, guess what?? Megumi gave me his special present! He said he only gave it to me!” Yuji shows off a small stuffed tiger.
“Aww, that’s sweet, did you have fun?”
“Yeah! Lots and lots of fun! And I have a lottt of candy!”
“I see that. I’ll make sure it’s safe. You’re going to uncle Sukuna’s house tonight.”
“Why?” Yuji tilts his head.
“Because I have plans for Valentine’s Day.”
“Okay!”
Yuji plays with his new stuffed animal and you step into their apartment. The boy’s eyes light up and he runs to you.
“Look look! See what Megumi gave me? He gave it to only me! It’s a tiger!”
“I see, I see, Yuji. It’s amazing.” You reply and ruffle the boy’s hair.
Choso smiles and watches you two interact. Your smile is always full of kindness, so full of affection… Yuji giggles and tries to fix his disheveled hair.
“I’m going to my uncle’s tonight!” Yuji grins.
“Oh? Why’s that?” You tilt your head to Choso.
“I was planning a date for us.” Choso explains.
“Aww, how sweet! I can’t wait to see what you’ve got planned.” You smile to the ravenette.
Sukuna picks up Yuji, and you go to your apartment to dress nicely. Now Choso has another dilemma. Every restaurant he would rather take you to is reservation only tonight. Talk about bad luck. He refuses to go somewhere less than five star, so he quickly sets up his table to look like it’s ready for fine dining.
When you re-enter Choso’s apartment, you smile a bit at the gesture. “Dining in tonight?”
“Sorry, it’s last minute. But I do have some meat ready to be cooked. Anything you want. We can even try making a cake again.” Choso rubs your hips with his thumbs, a little nervous for some reason.
“Hmm, let’s share a pasta. Like that dog movie Yuji watched.”
Choso grins and prepares the pasta while you make a cake. You decide to play some music so the kitchen isn’t silent. An hour later, everything is ready. You let Choso sit you at the table and he takes the seat opposite you. You both share a large plate of pasta and a slice of cake topped with strawberries.
“I think this is nicer than any other date I’ve had for valentines. Most guys just gave me flowers and chocolates and then took me to wherever they wanted for the date.” You think out loud.
“Yeah, this is much nicer than other dates. And we haven’t really had a date since that first one. Since I’ve been busy and Yuji hasn’t really been out of our hands.”
“I haven’t even realized that much time had passed. Feels like no time passes when I’m with you.” You smile.
Choso’s heart flutters. How can you continue to be so perfect, all the time? The two of you wash dishes and the music changes to a slow dance song. Choso dries his hands and offers one to you.
“May I have this dance?”
You grin and take his hand. “You may.”
His other hand meets your waist while yours rests on his shoulder. You keep eye contact as you both sway in the kitchen, soft music filling the moonlit room. The quiet click of heels on the tile matches the beat of the song.
“Thank you for tonight, Choso. You always manage to sweep me off my feet, no matter what you do. Cooking dinner with you and sharing it is more intimate than some restaurant, and I appreciate it more.” You smile as he pulls you closer.
“I should be thanking you for agreeing to everything last minute. I honestly forgot what today was until a coworker talked about it.” He huffs out of annoyance of himself.
“Things are worth waiting for if it’s you. Last minute or not, I’m glad to spend Valentine’s with you.”
“…you’re an angel after my heart.”
“Would you let me have it?” You giggle.
“Gladly.”
You both smile and share a kiss, lips pressing and molding each other’s as if they were made to connect. He carries you to his room, ready to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a different way with you.
Happy Valentine’s Day!! ᰔᩚ

Several Sentence Sunday
No one tagged me but I’m going to give you a little look into my @bucktommyfluffebruary day 16 prompt ‘AU: didn’t know they were dating because it has taken on a life of its own and I’m not sure I’ll be able to get it out in full on time 🙈 so enjoy this little bit and know that I am working on it 😘
Also shout out to @leashybebes for the motivation/ listening while I yapped about this
———
“Hey did you know that Bruce Willis wasn’t the first choice to play John McClane?”
Tommy dumps his bag down by the island, comes into the kitchen to see what Evan was making for dinner.
“No, I didn’t.”
Buck face lights up with the knowledge that he’s giving Tommy something new.
“Yeah, he was like sixth in line, they offered it to bunch of people like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Burt Reynolds, Harrison Ford before they gave it to him. Apparently because he was in a show called Moonlighting at the time which was more like a drama comedy thing? They weren’t super sure he’d be a good fit for all the action.”
“Hard to imagine anyone else doing it now.”
Tommy watches Evan, he’s bouncing on the balls of his feet, radiating energy.
“Wait, how did you know? I thought you said you’d never watched it before?”
“I hadn’t.” Evan grins slips past him to get to the fridge. He tries not to think about the bare heat of Evan’s bicep as it brushes past his own. “I was listening to this podcast at work today.” He comes back past, waving the stick of celery he had retrieved as he talks. “While we were restocking the engine, it was really interesting - apparently McClane wasn’t meant to fall so far in the elevator scene, he was supposed to stop at the first vent but when they shot it the stunt man slipped and fell further than he was meant to.”
Tommy isn’t paying as much attention to Evan’s words as he should be. He is watching the muscles in Evan’s back move as he chops the vegetables on the counter in front of him. The up and down of his shoulder, the flex across his shoulder blade when he has to press down through something harder. Selfishly imagining what it would feel like to feel those muscles shift under his hands, to press a kiss to the juncture of Evan’s neck while he’s cooking, rambling about a film he had no interest in before yesterday.
A film that he went and researched because he thought Tommy would like the extra information. He squeezes his eyes shut, scrubs a hand over his cheek. He needs to get a hold of himself. Evan is straight. He’s has never talked about anything other than women as far as Tommy can remember and even if he wasn’t, it’s not like he would be interested in Tommy anyway.

Mark
Mark is the type to go all out but in the most genuine way. He'd show up at your place with a bouquet of your favorite flowers, a small box of chocolates, and a nervous smile.
"Hey, uhm… Happy Valentine’s Day! I wasn’t sure what to get you, so I just… got everything?" He chuckles awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck.
You laugh, pulling him into a hug. "Mark, this is perfect."
You both spend the evening at a cozy café, talking about everything and nothing, his fingers occasionally brushing against yours as he shyly reaches for your hand.
Renjun
Renjun would pretend he doesn’t care about Valentine’s Day but still ends up planning something meaningful. He surprises you with a painting he made one that captures a beautiful moment you shared.
"I mean, it’s not a big deal or anything… but I thought you might like it," he says, avoiding eye contact as he hands it to you.
Your eyes widen. "Renjun, this is amazing! You remembered that day?"
He smirks, crossing his arms. "Of course, I did. I remember everything about you."
You melt on the spot.
Jeno
Jeno doesn’t say much, but his actions scream love. He picks you up on his motorcycle, handing you a helmet. "Come with me. I have a surprise."
He takes you to a quiet hilltop overlooking the city, where he’s set up a small picnic. You sit beside him, leaning into his warmth as he gently intertwines his fingers with yours.
"I’m not great with words, but… I just want you to know that you’re really special to me," he says softly.
You smile, squeezing his hand. "I know, Jeno. I feel the same way."
Haechan
Haechan would tease you all day, pretending he forgot about Valentine's. He acts completely normal, making you pout.
"Wait, today’s special? Why? Your birthday isn’t until…" he trails off, grinning as you glare at him.
But later, he surprises you with a candlelit dinner he prepared himself. As you take a bite, he watches you expectantly.
"I might have burned the first batch, but this one’s good, right?"
You giggle. "It’s perfect, Hyuck."
"Just like us," he winks, making you roll your eyes but blush anyway.
Jaemin
Jaemin is all about affection, so expect a day full of cuddles, sweet whispers, and small surprises. He appears at your door with a giant teddy bear.
"So, this is my stand in when I’m not around," he jokes, hugging you tightly.
He takes you to an amusement park, where he wins you a bunch of prizes. At the Ferris wheel's highest point, he looks at you with that signature soft gaze.
"You know… I think I love you."
Your breath catches, and you whisper back, "I think I love you too."
He grins, pulling you closer.
Chenle
Chenle would turn Valentine’s Day into something fun. Instead of a traditional date, he surprises you with an arcade challenge.
"If I win more tickets, you owe me boba!" he declares.
You playfully nudge him. "And if I win?"
He smirks. "Then I’ll buy you whatever you want."
After a day of laughter, he hands you a bracelet. "I saw this and thought it’d look good on you."
You smile, slipping it on. "Thank you, Chenle."
"Anything for my favorite person," he winks.
Jisung
Jisung would be super nervous but determined to make the day special. He’d shyly hand you a heart-shaped box.
"I… I made these chocolates. I hope they’re okay."
You take a bite and smile. "Jisung, these are delicious!"
His ears turn red. "Really? I was so scared you wouldn’t like them."
You giggle, hugging him. "You’re adorable."
He buries his face in his hands. "Stop, you’re making me more nervous!"
But deep down, he’s happy you loved his gift.

valentine —
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing : best friend!woonhak x gn!reader
summary : woonhak wants to ask the reader to be his valentine but doesn't know how to. when he tries to form an idea, his hyungs decide to tease him.
warnings : fluff, reader is lowkey dumb, none !
a/n : i love woonhak. i want him to be my valentine. ALSO CAN WE TALK ABOUT THESE PHOTOS?!?!? boba eyes are my weakness
queueing : valentine - laufey
— wc : 5.5k — not proof read —
woonhak stares at his phone, his fingers hovering over the keyboard. he’s already typed and deleted his message at least five times, each attempt making him more frustrated than the last. inviting the reader over shouldn’t be this hard. he does it all the time... so why does it feel like he’s about to do something life-changing?
he sighs, shaking out his hands before typing again.
hey, wanna come over to my dorm later? just to hang out. nothing weird. just normal. totally normal.
he reads it back, groans, and immediately deletes the last part. why does he sound so suspicious?
before he can rewrite it, jaehyun suddenly plops down next to him on the couch, his presence almost making woonhak drop his phone.
“why do you look like you just got caught doing something illegal?” jaehyun asks, peering over at his screen.
woonhak quickly turns his phone away. “i don’t.”
“you do,” riwoo chimes in from the other side of the room, lounging against the armrest of the couch. “and judging by how you’re acting, i’m guessing it has something to do with them.”
woonhak freezes. “who’s ‘them’?”
riwoo raises an eyebrow. “you know exactly who.”
jaehyun grins, leaning closer. “are you finally confessing?”
woonhak chokes on air. “what—no! i’m just inviting them over. to hang out.”
“sure,” jaehyun says, dragging out the word like he doesn’t believe him at all. “just to hang out.”
woonhak glares at him. “it is just to hang out.”
riwoo hums, clearly unconvinced. “so why do you look like you’re about to throw up?”
before woonhak can defend himself, sungho walks into the room, pausing when he notices the way everyone is staring at woonhak. “what’s going on?”
“woonhak’s texting y/n,” jaehyun announces.
“and freaking out about it,” riwoo adds.
woonhak groans, covering his face with his hands. “i hate you guys.”
sungho laughs as he takes a seat. “why are you so nervous? it’s not like they’re gonna say no.”
“that’s not the point,” woonhak mutters.
“then what is the point?” riwoo asks.
woonhak opens his mouth, then closes it again. he doesn’t really have an answer... at least, not one he’s willing to admit out loud.
the thing is, he does want to confess. has wanted to for a while now. but the thought of actually doing it? terrifying. so instead, he’s been sitting on his feelings, convincing himself that just being around the reader is enough.
except it’s not. not really.
so, after much internal debate (and several sleepless nights), he decided to do something about it. valentine’s day is coming up, and if he doesn’t confess now, he doesn’t think he ever will.
but none of that matters if he can’t even send a simple text.
he squares his shoulders, determined to ignore the way his friends are watching him like he’s a reality show about to reach its peak drama moment. he quickly types out a new message. something short and to the point.
hey, wanna come over later?
before he can second-guess himself, he hits send.
there. done.
“so,” jaehyun says, leaning in again. “what did you say?”
woonhak ignores him, pretending to be very interested in the pattern of the couch cushion.
sungho smirks. “you know, you talk about them all the time.”
woonhak snaps his head up, eyes wide. “i do not.”
“you do,” riwoo confirms. “it’s honestly impressive how much you find ways to bring them up.”
“the other day,” sungho starts, leaning back with a smug grin, “we were eating dinner, and out of nowhere, you just went, ‘y/n would probably love this.’”
woonhak groans. “so what? i just think they have good taste!”
“and yesterday,” jaehyun adds, clearly enjoying this, “we were picking out outfits, and you said, ‘y/n would look really good in this color.’”
woonhak throws his head back against the couch, wanting to disappear. “shut up.”
riwoo snickers. “it’s cute, honestly. kinda pathetic, but mostly cute.”
woonhak doesn’t even have the energy to fight back. he just prays the reader texts back soon so he has an excuse to leave the conversation.
as if on cue, his phone buzzes. he scrambles to grab it, his heart hammering in his chest as he reads the reply.
sure! what time?
woonhak barely gets the chance to process his relief before jaehyun snatches his phone.
“they said yes,” jaehyun announces, showing the screen to the others.
woonhak lunges for his phone. “give it back!”
jaehyun easily dodges him, grinning as he holds the phone out of reach. “so what’s the plan? are you finally gonna tell them how you feel?”
woonhak hesitates for half a second, and unfortunately, that’s enough time for his friends to pick up on it.
riwoo gasps dramatically. “wait. wait. you are confessing.”
woonhak shakes his head, but his face betrays him, heat creeping up his neck.
jaehyun’s eyes widen. “holy—he is.”
sungho claps his hands together. “this is a big moment. we should prepare a speech.”
woonhak finally manages to snatch his phone back, glaring at all of them. “no one is preparing anything. i just—i just wanna ask them to be my valentine, okay? that’s it. no big deal.”
riwoo grins. “oh, it’s a huge deal.”
woonhak groans, burying his face in his hands. he should’ve known telling them anything was a mistake.
“so,” leehan says, walking into the room for the first time, looking only mildly interested. “when are we holding up the poster boards?”
woonhak lifts his head in horror. “who told you?!”
taesan walks in behind leehan, shrugging. “everyone knows.”
woonhak stares at all of them, betrayal written all over his face.
jaehyun pats his shoulder. “don’t worry. we fully support this.”
sungho grins. “but we will be making fun of you the entire time.”
woonhak sighs, knowing there’s no winning. but despite all the teasing, despite how embarrassing this all is, he can’t help but smile. because later today, the reader is coming over. and hopefully, by the end of the night, they’ll officially be his valentine.
and honestly? he thinks that’s worth a little humiliation.
when you arrive at woonhak’s dorm, you barely get the chance to knock before the door swings open. woonhak stands there, looking slightly out of breath like he ran to the door. for a second, he just stares at you, blinking, before quickly stepping aside.
“hey! uh—come in,” he says, voice a little too enthusiastic.
you smile as you step inside, slipping off your shoes. “why do you sound so nervous?”
“i don’t,” he says way too fast.
before you can question him further, you hear a chorus of voices from the living room.
“they’re here,” jaehyun announces, his tone dripping with amusement.
when you look over, you see woonhak’s hyungs lounging on the couches, all looking way too entertained. woonhak stiffens beside you, but you don’t think much of it—at least, not until jaehyun speaks again.
“wow,” he muses, leaning back. “woonhak really went all out. he even cleaned for this.”
woonhak immediately spins toward him, eyes wide. “hyung!”
jaehyun grins. “what? i’m just pointing out how spotless the dorm is. not a single sock on the floor. it’s almost too clean.”
you raise an eyebrow at woonhak, who is suddenly refusing to make eye contact. “you cleaned just for me?”
woonhak shakes his head aggressively. “no! i mean—i clean all the time! i just—i didn’t want the dorm to look messy, that’s all.”
jaehyun hums like he doesn’t believe him, and you can’t help but smile at woonhak’s flustered state.
before you can say anything else, taesan, who has been silently observing, tilts his head. “by the way,” he says, looking at you. “did you know woonhak practiced inviting you over?”
woonhak makes a noise that can only be described as a dying cat. “what are you talking about? i did not.”
taesan shrugs, completely unbothered. “you totally did. at least five different versions. you even rehearsed it in the mirror.”
you blink. “really?”
woonhak turns to you, looking like he wants to melt into the floor. “no! i did not rehearse anything.”
taesan just smirks. “sure.”
you bite back a laugh. “so you were nervous to invite me over.”
“i wasn’t,” woonhak insists, but his ears are turning red.
sungho leans forward, resting his chin on his hand. “you know, it’s funny,” he says, voice teasing. “woonhak has been acting really different today.”
“yeah,” jaehyun agrees. “super flustered. almost like he’s hiding something.”
“or someone,” riwoo adds, smirking.
you frown, confused. “what do you mean?”
woonhak stiffens beside you. “nothing! they mean nothing.”
his hyungs just exchange knowing looks, clearly enjoying themselves.
“i just think it’s interesting,” jaehyun continues, “how woonhak has been extra… obvious today.”
“right?” riwoo nods. “he keeps acting all shy and jumpy. like he’s got something to confe-.”
woonhak groans, covering riwoo's mouth. “oh my god.”
you tilt your head at him. are you being obvious about something?”
he snaps his head up. “no!”
his hyungs all laugh, and you’re even more confused now, but woonhak is already grabbing your wrist, gently pulling you toward the hallway.
“okay, we’re leaving now,” he says quickly.
you glance back at the others. “but—”
“nope! not listening! goodbye!” woonhak drags you toward his room, muttering under his breath.
once you’re inside, he shuts the door behind him, leaning against it with a sigh.
you cross your arms. “are you gonna tell me what that was about?”
he groans. “they’re just being annoying.”
you raise an eyebrow. “they seemed pretty convinced you were hiding something.”
woonhak stiffens, but then quickly shakes his head. “they just like messing with me.”
you squint at him. “so you didn’t practice inviting me over?”
he hesitates for half a second.
“i didn’t,” he says, but it’s not very convincing.
you grin. “you totally did.”
woonhak groans, flopping onto his bed. “i hate them.”
you sit down beside him, nudging his shoulder. “i think it’s cute.”
he peeks at you through his fingers. “you do?”
you nod, smiling. “yeah. it means you really wanted me to come.”
woonhak’s face turns red again, but this time, he doesn’t deny it. he just clears his throat and looks away. “whatever.”
you laugh, nudging him again. “thanks for inviting me.”
he glances at you, his expression softening. “yeah,” he murmurs. “of course.”
for a moment, it’s quiet. the teasing from earlier fades away, and all that’s left is the two of you sitting together, the space between you warm and comfortable.
woonhak seems like he wants to say something else, but before he can, there’s a knock at the door.
“hey,” sungho calls from the other side. “we made popcorn if you guys wanna join us.”
woonhak groans. “go away.”
you laugh. “we should go.”
woonhak pouts. “but then they’re just gonna keep messing with me.”
you pat his knee. “i think you’ll survive.”
he sighs dramatically, but when you stand up, he follows.
“fine,” he grumbles, opening the door.
sungho is standing there, looking way too smug.
“have fun?” he asks.
woonhak shoves past him, dragging you along. “i seriously hate you all.”
sungho just chuckles. “love you too, buddy.”
as you settle onto the couch beside woonhak, you can’t help but smile. whatever his hyungs were teasing him about, you still don’t fully understand. but one thing is clear. woonhak really, really wanted you to be here.
and honestly? you’re really, really glad you came.
the rest of the evening is surprisingly normal. well... almost normal, if you ignore the occasional smirks from woonhak’s hyungs and the way woonhak keeps glancing at you like he’s got something on his mind.
you’re all gathered in the living room, a movie playing on the tv. you and woonhak are sitting on the couch, a bowl of popcorn between you, while the others lounge around. riwoo is sitting on the floor, leaning back against the couch, and jaehyun is half-sprawled on one of the armchairs like he owns the place.
taesan is on his phone, not even pretending to watch the movie, while sungho and leehan are quietly making jokes under their breath, barely paying attention.
woonhak, however, is suspiciously silent.
you glance at him. “you okay?”
he blinks like he wasn’t expecting you to ask. “huh? yeah! totally. i’m fine.”
you narrow your eyes at him. “you sure? you’re acting kinda weird.”
he quickly shakes his head. “nope. not weird. totally normal.”
jaehyun snorts. “yeah, he’s so normal right now.”
woonhak shoots him a glare but doesn’t say anything.
you let it slide, deciding not to push him. instead, you focus back on the movie, though every so often, you feel woonhak shifting beside you, like he can’t sit still.
after a while, riwoo stretches his arms above his head, groaning. “okay, i’m bored.”
“same,” taesan mutters, putting his phone down.
sungho glances at woonhak, raising an eyebrow. “should we do it now?”
woonhak’s eyes widen, and for a second, he looks like a deer caught in headlights. then he quickly clears his throat. “uh—yeah. let’s—let’s do that thing.”
you frown. “what thing?”
woonhak stands up way too fast. “nothing! just—me and the hyungs have to go do something real quick.”
you blink, looking around as the rest of the group suddenly gets up as well. “all of you?”
jaehyun nods. “yep. very important. super urgent.”
“but we’ll be back,” sungho adds. “so don’t go anywhere.”
you stare at them, completely confused. “...okay?”
woonhak nods firmly, like he’s trying to convince himself. “great. we’ll be right back.”
before you can question it any further, they all disappear down the hallway, leaving you alone in the living room.
you sit there for a moment, staring at the now-empty space around you. something is definitely going on. woonhak has been acting weird all night, and now all of them are in on something?
you sigh, sinking back into the couch. whatever it is, you’ll find out soon enough.
minutes pass. the movie continues playing in the background, but you barely pay attention.
then, just as you’re about to go looking for them, woonhak suddenly appears in the doorway.
he looks nervous.
“come with me,” he says.
you sit up. “what? why?”
“just... trust me.”
you hesitate but eventually stand. “okay?”
woonhak doesn’t say anything else. he just leads you down the hallway, back toward the living room.
when you step inside, you freeze.
standing in a row in front of the couch are sungho, riwoo, jaehyun, taesan, and leehan. and in each of their hands is a giant poster board with a single word written on it.
“will” “you” “be” “my” “valentine?”
woonhak steps forward, standing in front of them, shifting on his feet.
“uh,” he starts, rubbing the back of his neck. “so… surprise?”
you stare.
woonhak looks like he’s about to pass out. “okay, i know this is kinda dramatic, but i—I really wanted to ask you in a special way, and the hyungs wouldn’t stop teasing me, so they made me do it like this, and now—”
“yes.”
woonhak freezes. “...what?”
you smile, feeling your face heat up. “yes. i’ll be your valentine.”
there’s a beat of silence. then—
“LET’S GOOO!”
jaehyun and riwoo start cheering, holding up their signs like they just won a championship game. sungho claps, nodding approvingly, while leehan and taesan just grin.
woonhak, meanwhile, looks like he short-circuited. “wait... really?”
you laugh, stepping closer. “yeah. really.”
he blinks, processing, before breaking into the biggest smile you’ve ever seen.
the next thing you know, he’s pulling you into a hug, arms wrapping tightly around you.
his hyungs erupt into whistles and teasing comments.
“aww, look at them!” jaehyun coos.
“this is so cute,” riwoo adds. “i think i might cry.”
taesan smirks. “we should make them wear matching outfits now.”
woonhak groans, burying his face in your shoulder. “i hate you guys.”
you just laugh, hugging him back.
honestly? you wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
woonhak is beaming.
after you say yes, he doesn’t stop smiling. not even for a second. it’s like his whole face is stuck that way, and honestly, it’s kind of adorable. you can feel how happy he is just by looking at him, and it makes warmth bloom in your chest.
but of course, the moment is far from over, because his hyungs are still in the room.
“our baby,” sungho suddenly sniffs, clutching his chest dramatically.
riwoo nods, pretending to wipe a tear. “he’s all grown up now.”
woonhak groans, pulling away from you just enough to shoot them a glare. “oh my god, stop.”
“no, no, it’s true,” sungho insists, shaking his head. “i remember when you were just a clueless little kid, crushing on them from afar.”
“and now look at you,” riwoo sighs. “making big moves. we’re so proud.”
woonhak turns bright red. “i hate you guys.”
jaehyun smirks, casually crossing his arms. “so, when’s the wedding?”
woonhak chokes on air.
you barely hold back a laugh as he smacks his chest, trying to recover. “wh—what?!”
jaehyun shrugs. “i mean, you pulled off this big, dramatic confession. it’s only natural that the next step is a proposal, right?”
woonhak’s face is burning. “you guys are the worst.”
“i mean, it’s a fair question,” taesan adds, smirking. “do you have a timeline? should we start planning now?”
woonhak lets out a strangled noise. “shut up.”
but before he can suffer any further, leehan suddenly steps forward, holding a piece of paper.
“here,” he says, handing it to you.
you blink, taking it. “what is this?”
taesan leans in. “a contract.”
you look down, reading the words written in messy handwriting:
"by accepting, you agree to endure woonhak’s clinginess forever.”
you burst out laughing.
woonhak, on the other hand, groans, snatching the paper out of your hands. “oh my god, seriously?”
“yep,” leehan nods. “it’s legally binding.”
“where did you even get this?!” woonhak exclaims, waving the paper around.
taesan smirks. “we prepared it ahead of time. just in case.”
“just in case?!”
you’re still laughing as you reach out, gently tugging the contract back. “i mean… i don’t mind.”
woonhak freezes, turning to look at you. “...you don’t?”
you shake your head, smiling. “nope.”
woonhak blinks. for a second, it looks like his brain completely short-circuits.
then, slowly, his lips curve into the softest smile.
his hyungs erupt.
“oh my god,” sungho gasps, clutching his chest. “they really like him.”
riwoo fake wipes his eyes again. “this is too much. i’m getting emotional.”
jaehyun just grins. “guess we really do need to start planning a wedding, huh?”
woonhak whips around, pointing at all of them. “if you guys don’t leave right now—”
they all laugh, clearly having the time of their lives.
you watch the chaos unfold, still smiling. despite all the teasing, woonhak is so happy. you can see it in the way his eyes shine, the way he keeps glancing at you like he can’t believe this is real.
and honestly? you feel the same way.
maybe the teasing will never stop. maybe his hyungs will never let him live this down.
but if it means being with woonhak?
you don’t mind at all

💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
You were five years old. Your dad had come home on a rampage, he was upset about something that had happened at work which he then tried to drink away with liquor, but the only thing that did was make his mood worse. It wasn’t the first time he had come home like that. Screaming, cursing, throwing things around the apartment. He went after your mother first. He went after your older sister. He then set his sights on your brother. Before he could find you though you slipped out into the hallway. You stood there crying unsure of where to go or how to even get anywhere. Then you heard something.
“Pssst.”
You looked around unable to find the source of the sound.
“Over here.”, they said.
A few doors down you saw someone peaking out into the hall. You took a hesitant step towards them when they opened the door a little more and stepped out. A boy about your age, the same height, with chubby cheeks, a button nose, and cat like eyes.
“Shhh, come here.”, he motioned for you to come inside with him. You were unsure because your mom had made sure you were well aware of stranger danger, but when you heard another glass shatter inside your apartment you decided you would rather take your chances with the boy next door.
He took you inside and gave you a glass of milk and a few of his cookies he had secretly saved from dinner to have as a late night snack. He didn’t say much. Just sat there with you as you tried to calm down. He gave you a blanket and grabbed a pillow off of his own bed and then walked you over to the couch. He gave you a warm, comfy, safe space for the night until his mom took you back home the next morning. Your parents moved away shortly after that. But that night was the first of many encounters you had with Min Yoongi.
The next happened just a few years later. You were in the fourth grade. It was one of the first warm days of spring so you were sitting on a bench enjoying the sunshine and just minding your own business while reading a book during recess when Jun Park walked up to you with two of his friends following close behind.
“Whatcha reading nerd?”, Jun laughed.
You pretended to ignore him hoping he would just loose interest and go away, unfortunately you were not that lucky.
“Maybe if you had friends you wouldn’t be such a loser.”, he added, but when he still didn’t get a reaction like he wanted he grabbed your book throwing it into the mud next to you.
“I’m talking to you.”, he spat going to grab your hand, but someone else was faster, “Don’t touch her or I swear I’ll take every single one of your Pokémon cards and light them on fire while you helplessly watch.”
Jun and his friends backed away with their hands up, “S-Sorry Yoo-Yoongi.” They turned and ran back over to the playground far away. Yoongi bent down and grabbed your book out of the mud. He used the sleeve of his sweatshirt to wipe away the dirt before handing it back to you. Silently he walked away and rejoined his friends who were waiting for him by the basketball court. You watched him play finding yourself smiling a little every time he scored a basket.
In high school Yoongi had been a little more prominent in your life although not by his own doing. He was the captain of the basketball team, leader of the student council, one year he was even class president. Everywhere you looked his face was plastered or he was giving a speech. He had a gaggle of girls that followed him around constantly trying to get his attention. In the years prior his dad had started a tech company that quickly soared to the top of the ranks making the Mins one of the wealthiest families in the country so their only son was quite the hot commodity.
In the twelfth grade a boy, Ha-Joon, started showing interest in you. He would flirt in between classes and buy you lunch. To your surprise one day he asked you out on a date. Hesitantly you accepted and as the day got closer you even started feeling a little excited. The day of your date the bell rang and you happily ran to the door and swung it open, but you were shocked to see someone else other than Ha-Joon.
Instead, Yoongi greeted you, “Ha-Joon only asked you out as a joke. I heard him talking about it in the locker room last night. His plan was to never show up at the restaurant while his friends took pictures of you sitting there alone to post online and make fun on you.”
You nodded feeling your throat close up and tears begin to form. “Thank you.”, you whispered trying to close the door, but Yoongi’s boot blocked the way. “Y/N, I’ll uh I’ll take you to dinner instead…if you’d like.”, he offered, but you politely declined not feeling much in the mood after that and not wanting to burden him. You were thankful he saved you from being even more embarrassed than you already were.
Then on your Twenty-fifth birthday your parents dropped a bomb on you. Your father’s company was failing. Your father was stubborn and refused to give up his place so he chose to give you up instead. You were to marry the son of a competitor so that the two of you could pretend to be a loving couple for good publicity and in return his parents would invest in your fathers company. You hadn’t ever planned to get married. You had very little trust in men after what you had endured growing up so it wasn’t part of the plan for you. Yet they still introduced you to your soon to be husband, Min Yoongi.
After the wedding he showed you around your new penthouse. The kitchen had breathtaking views of the city. The living room was large and well furnished. He showed you his office. The gym area. He gave you a quick tour of the bedroom and then he walked you down to the end of the hall encouraging you to close your eyes. Gently he guided you into the room before prompting you to open them.
“I hope it’s okay.”, he said nervously scratching his arm, “I went to the library and asked for recommendations based off of the books you already had.”
You spun around looking in awe at the shelves and shelves of books. A big comfy couch adorned with pillows and fluffy blankets sat next to the window. The corner of the room even had a little coffee station and a small cooler for bottles of water and there was a bin for snacks. He thought of everything.
You had never had anything so wonderful done for you before. But then a realization hit you. Most men, at least in your experience, never did anything nice like this without expecting something in return. And you were his new bride after all so of course he was expecting a thank you that went beyond words.
You started getting a little dizzy at the thought. You knew that day would come. You weren’t quite ready for it yet, but you wanted to try and make him happy.
“Umm sh-should we go to the b-bedroom now?”, you questioned not looking up from the floor.
“Well I mean it’s only like 4pm, but if you’re tired you can certainly take a nap. I know it’s been a long couple weeks.”, he chuckled looking at his watch.
“Oh so um how do you want to do this then?”
“Do what?”, he asked.
“Sex. I…You built this whole library for me. Don’t you want a thank you?”
“What?!”, he choked on air, “No no no Y/N. I just wanted to do something nice, make you a comfy safe space to go to. I…You don’t have to thank me, especially like that, especially if you’re not ready.”
By that point both of your cheeks were bright red and there was an even bigger awkwardness in the room.
“I uh I have to go take a quick business call.”, he said standing up, “Feel free to stay here or go take a nap or whatever you want. I’ll let you know when dinners ready.”, he nodded and left the room swiftly.
The next few weeks with Yoongi were practically perfect. You just couldn’t stop the fear that one day he would change and become just like every other man had been in your life.
Every Friday he came home with a bouquet of flowers for you to brighten up your library, but you assumed it was because he had done something wrong and needed your forgiveness. You’d seen your father do it a million times before, except Yoongi never did anything other than throw away the old wilting ones and replace them with the new lively bunch.
A few months later on your birthday he surprised you with a cat he adopted from the shelter. She had soft white fur and beautiful blue eyes. She looked just like the kitten you had as a child. You named her Petunia. Even though it seemed like Yoongi never came home without a new toy or treat for her (he claimed they were on sale or just somehow magically ended up in his bag) you still feared the day you would do something to upset him and he would re-home your precious cat just like your father had done after you failed an important math test.
And then one day you opened up one of the cabinets in the kitchen and three of his whiskey glasses fell and onto the counter and shattered. They were one of a kind and handmaid in some country you’d never even heard of. They were extremely expensive and he was very proud of them. Quickly you cleaned up the glass and threw it in the trash before returning to your room. When Yoongi got home a few hours later excited because the bakery finally had your favorite blueberry muffin in stock, he found all of the broken glass in the trash after going to throw away the bag. He went looking for you to make sure you hadn’t got hurt, but what he found hurt him more than any shard of glass could.
You were curled up in the corner of the library tightly clinging to Petunia sobbing and begging him not to take her. If he hadn’t known about your past he probably would’ve laughed thinking you were joking somehow, but he knew something must’ve happened back then to lead you to this state. He remembered seeing you with the little kitten around the apartment until one day he didn’t. So he sat down next to you gently scratching at Petunia’s chin and letting you know that the whiskey glasses could be replaced and that neither you nor the cat were going anywhere.
When your sniffles finally settled down he turned to look at you gently whispering your name, “Can I hug you?”, he asked. For a second you froze but ultimately agreed by releasing the cat and turning to let his arms embrace you. That was the first bit of physical affection the two of you shared and the first big chip he made at the wall you built.
Tonight Yoongi wanted to take you out to dinner. You sat across from him taking in the scenery. It was one of the nicest restaurants in the city and because they knew who he was, the wait staff put in extra effort to make the experience special.
Yoongi was really attentive. He asked about the books you’ve read, even writing down a list of your absolute favorites so he could read them himself. He asked about the places you wanted to travel to and any dreams or goals you had. It was a nice evening and for the first time in your relationship you really started to relax a little thinking that maybe he really wasn’t like the others.
But then those feelings returned all too quickly. Yoongi was talking about wanting to plan a trip to the Maldives, but he was worried about who would watch Petunia because he didn’t trust anyone enough when you saw it. A beautiful woman walked by in a tight mini dress that she was filling out perfectly. Yoongi looked in her direction as she walked by. It was slight and if you blinked you would’ve missed it, but you saw it and you felt your entire mood deflate. It all made sense now. Why he wanted you guys to get dressed up. Why he took you to this fancy dinner on a random Wednesday night. Why he was being really sweet this whole time trying to make you feel comfortable. The two of you had been married for almost eight months and had yet to be intimate together and you knew it was probably killing him if he hadn’t been getting it elsewhere.
But then it hit you again. What if he was seeing someone else? He has needs and they were needs you had refused to provide for. Why wouldn’t he find that release in another woman? He was handsome, wealthy, successful, charismatic so he probably had women lined up. If you denied him tonight he was going to be angry. He’s probably fed up and at his wits end with you. He’ll kick you out. Leave you on the streets with nothing. The last boyfriend you had kicked you out of his car in the middle of the highway because you refused to sleep with him after a dinner similar to this. And Yoongi will do the same. You’ll be homeless. He’ll keep Petunia. Oh my god Petunia! Your eyes started to tear up before hearing your name.
“Y/N how does coffee after dinner sound?”, he was asking with his head cocked to the side noticing you hadn’t heard him the first time, “There’s a really nice cat cafe a few blocks from here. I think they do adoptions too. Maybe we can find Petunia a sister. She’s been really clingy lately and this cat psychology book I read said that it could mean she’s lonely and needs a friend, but like a cat friend not one of us. Which is dumb because I thought I was her best friend, but I guess I could see why she’d want another cat running around. I mean if I was a cat I’d want another cat around to talk about cat things with.”
Normally you would find his little tangent somewhat endearing, but at the moment you were coming to terms with the fact that your marriage was over and the only decent person you’ve ever had in your life was going to be gone for good.
It all became too much and you didn’t even bother to answer him before running out of the restaurant letting the cold rain drench you outside. You felt like you were sprinting down the street, but it didn’t take long for Yoongi to catch up to you anyways.
When he did he quickly took off his jacket and wrapped it around you, “Y/N what is wrong? I’m sorry if I overwhelmed you. If you’re not ready for a second cat you just say so.”
“It’s not about the cat.”, you cried into the air.
“Then tell me Y/N, tell me what’s wrong so I can fix it?”
You shook your head, “I saw you looking at that woman. I know what you want tonight. I’m just I’m not ready and you’re going to be angry and finally get rid of me.”
“What woman?”, he questioned genuinely unsure of who you were talking about, “Y/N I’m sorry if I did something to upset you, but I wasn’t looking at anyone. You are the only woman I’ve noticed this entire evening. You’re the only woman I ever notice. I didn’t bring you here in an attempt to get you to do anything. I’m really sorry if I made it seem that way.”, he sighed, “I just wanted to take you out to a nice dinner and get coffee. Kind of like a date. We’ve never really done that before.”
You continued to stand and cry out in the rain not realizing how badly you were shivering. Yoongi noticed though. Slowly and gently he reached for your hand keeping his eyes on you to see if you would have a negative reaction to his touch and when you didn’t his grip tightened a little and he pulled you back to the parking lot. Once in the car he cranked the heat and made sure your seat warmers were on. When your shivering finally stopped and your sniffles had almost subsided he pulled out of the parking spot and headed home.
The drive was silent for a while until he stopped at a red light. “You make me the happiest person alive, you know?”, he said confidently reaching for your hand again, but keeping his eyes on the road not wanting to completely overwhelm you, “And I never expect anything from you especially things you aren’t ready for. I’ve loved you since we were kids. I just…I just want to make you feel loved and safe and happy and comfort. You deserve it. I hope that one day you’ll learn to accept that.” The light turned green so he shifted into drive and you began crying again, but this time for a whole different reason.
“Babe, are you home?”, you heard Yoongi shouting from the hallway. The last couple of months had seen big improvements in your relationship. While you were still a little unsure at times you stopped comparing him to the prior men in your life and started accepting him for the kind, loving, faithful, patient man that he was. You were definitely more open to hugs and hand holding. Cuddling on the couch was a new normal and even in bed you tended to fall asleep tightly wrapped in his arms, but there was still one step you had not taken yet.
Tonight you were finally ready.
You were sat on the edge of the bed in the white silk nightie you recently purchased as an impulse buy. Your heart race increased a little more with each of his footsteps that brought him closer to the bedroom. All of the practice you did trying to pose seductively went out the window thanks to your shaking knees.
“Hey babe let me take a quick shower and then we can figure out dinnerrrr oh my god I am so sorry!.”, Yoongi squealed before quickly covering his eyes with his hands, “I didn’t see anything I swear!.” He tried backing out of the room, but ended up backing straight into the wall instead hitting it with a big oompf sound.
“It’s okay. I…I planned it so that you would find me like this.”, you said getting off of the bed to go to him. Softly you pulled his hands down so he could look at you. His cheeks were bright red as he fought for his life trying not to look below your face. “Y/N.”, he breathed out deeply, “You don’t…we don’t have to do this.”
You smiled and took his belongs from his hands setting them down on the desk in the corner.
“I know, but I’m ready. I want to…with you Yoongi.”
It took a little more reassurance on your part, but eventually you ended up on the bed lying underneath him as he rested on his forearms above you, his head hanging low to kiss you softly.
“Are…Are you sure?”, he asked for a final time feeling it getting harder and harder to hold back. “Yes Yoongi. I’m ready. I trust you. You make me a better person love, and I hope you know most of this character development is because of you. Thank you for being patient with me. I love you Yoongi.”, you said rubbing your hands up and down his arms soothingly.
He smiled, “I love you too Y/N. More than I can ever tell you.”
That night was one filled with gentle kisses and soft touches and sounds and movements and praises and mostly just love. A love you didn’t know existed. A love you didn’t think was possible. A love that started by that boy next door who saved that scared, hurt, broken little five year old girl all those years ago and a love that continued to work day after day to make sure she never had to feel that way ever again.

Chapter 40 SUPER ROUGH SNIPPET
disclaimer: this is in the early rough stages so a lot of things are missing! But enjoy!
“You know for someone who claimed he had no time to spare for picking up his shipments, he sure is moving leisurely now, isn’t he?” Cepheus commented as the pair watched the group of nobles and servants come to what must’ve been their fifth stop near a glowing wallflower bush.
“That’s just the way people with power work,” Asha murmured as she sighed.
“Or people who have more scents than sense, which full offense seems to be a running trend amongst your nobles.”
“Not all of them,” Asha argued back. “Some of them were and are quite reasonable when you get to know them. It’s just the bad ones who tend to have the furthest reach…”
“I take it that he’s one of the bad ones?’ Cepheus asked.
“He’s…well…he’s never been particularly kind to me,” she confessed. “Before I met you he scolded me for suggesting that something was going on with the forest. He rushed me when I tried to tell anyone else, and he’s always had this habit of making me feel…really small.” she confessed as the nobleman in question handed Lady Camille another flower before laughing. “It’s strange seeing him be nice to anyone-,”
“Hmm”
“What? What are you thinking?”
“Nothing really other than the fact that from what you’re telling me, he may be one of the most backstabbing, two-faced, air-wasting, disgusting, self-centered, heartless, inconsiderate bastards I’ve ever heard of!” the star smiled. “I’m impressed!”
“What?! What is there to be impressed about?”
“I mean, all in all I know some bad, even terrible people to! So that’s something coming from me!”
“Terrible?” Asha frowned. Why would a wishing star know so many terrible people? Hadn’t he said that she was his first wisher? Granted she knew that there were apparently other people in space, but still. Why was the star keeping questionable company?
It was one thing for her grandfather to keep it but for the star-
Should she even be trusting him?
No, Cepheus was her friend! He had just saved her life. If she couldn’t trust him then, who could she trust?
“Yeah, what? Don’t tell me that you haven’t come across your fair share of terrible people. In terms of terrible nobles, where would you rank this guy?”
“I…I don’t know…I..I try not to think about him, more than I have to.”
“I see…”
“Asha, can I talk to you about something?”
“What is it?”
“Earlier you asked me whether I had stories about regular people doing regular things…Did my stories make you…uncomfortable?”
“No, of course not! It’s just that…” she paused, shaking her head as she looked down. “You’re probably tired of hearing it over and over. I’m sorry.”
“No, Asha, you’ve been burying these feelings deep within you for so many years. You can’t keep doing that forever, at some point in time you have to let it out. If not for me, then at least for yourself. Please Asha, let me help you.”
He was begging now. Something that shouldn’t have bothered her as much as it did.But As much as she hated to admit it, there was some truth to his words.
She bit her lip, slowly tugging at her braids as she hurriedly confessed,  “You see it’s one thing hearing those stories as myths and whatnot,” she cautiously began as she kept her eyes focused on her feet. “Because they don’t feel real, but then, it’s another to know that it’s real and that things like that can really happen…that legacies like this do and can exist and that they can result in wonderful things for some people.”
When he didn’t speak, she continued, feeling a bit braver than before as her face burned. “I know I’m being petulant. But… it’s just so hard living in a world where some people are blessed to worry about the after of achieving their dreams…when you can’t even be good enough to have them…”
“You think it’s petulant to be angry that life hasn’t dealt you a fair hand?”
She bowed her head as she brushed away a few stray tears. “No it’s just that!” she took a deep breath. “I…I know I should be stronger about it, I mean I live in a kingdom whose motto is to make impossibilities reality! And it’s true. Not a lot of kingdoms would have a prince who falls for a cook, or peasants who just so happen to be born with wonderful powers, but mine does. So, when I met with the king’s advisors turned my proposal down because the number of people like me…is statistically insignificant.”
She sniffled, as more tears seemed to escape her. “I only asked the question I did because I just hoped that being from a world of immortals, that maybe…just maybe you guys might see me differently. That me being in your world might be different, but I’m not sure.”
“What kind of legacy am I going to leave behind Cepheus? I’ve nearly died twice today! And my father…” she shook her head. “there’s nothing left for me in this world…”
“Then come to mine.”
“What?”
“If this world never appreciated you, then maybe it never deserved you to begin with.”
“Deserved me?” she laughed as she shook her head. “Isn’t that a pretentious assumption?”
“Is assuming that everyone is entitled to basic decency a pretentious assumption?”
“Well no-,”
“I admit I don’t know anything about humans, but even I can see that what that man, your father’s supposed best friend is doing to you isn’t right.” the star quickly added as she cringed. “Do you really think if he cared for you or if that he was a good man that you’d be begging me to erase your very existence? Or you’d be saying that if you died no one would miss you? Asha that’s not right-,”
“But it’s just the way things are,” she sniffled. “In your stories and real life. No one ever cares for the little people like me.”
“I do!” he retorted. “I care for you and if you let me I could show you just how wonderful you are!”
“Wonderful,” she whispered, before looking away. “Am I really wonderful?”
“You are to me.”
She scoffed, weakly staring at the sky. “Why do you care so much for me anyway?”
“It’s because we’re friends silly,” he smiled, repeating her words. “And this is what friends do for each other, right? They help each other out!”
“I know…” she sadly nodded, unable to understand the strange disappointment filling her at his words. She took a steadying breath, as she whispered.  “But what if I disappoint you and the other stars? Everything will be the same, just like how it is on earth and in those stories -,”
“Not this one…please, Asha. Not every story ends this way. Yours doesn’t…”So many don’t. And not many are as glamorous or as happy as everyone makes it seem.”
“What do you mean?”
“Twins have always been seen as a special things amongst stars, some even consider a blessing of sorts.. It was the reason why, when even after Betelguese had broken off his arrangement, that most of the crimson ones resented Deneb and her children for it. They thought it was an insult from fate itself.”
“Maybe they were onto something,” Asha replied. “Every time she opposed them things always worked out for her in the end so-,”
“Well yes but things weren’t that simple. You see after Rigil and Sirius had been born, Alhena had twins… Polaris and Cassiopeia but the process had been so grueling that she died shortly after they were born.”
Asha paused. There had to have been some irony interwoven into the story of an ambitious star who, when on the verge of finally ascending had only fallen victim to the circumstances she’d so desperately sought. It had been a story she’d seen and heard countless times on earth before. It was only strange to hear a star falling to it as well.
“A lot of stars suspected her death to be of foul play, as Deneb was no stranger to placing spies or even assassins within her enemy’s courts, and given how rumors of the midwife’s incompetency and strange methods ran rampant at the time, most suspected that she’d tried to kill Betelguese’s children.”
“Did she?” Asha whispered. “Would she really kill little stars like that?”
“I don’t know…I don’t think anyone ever discovered the truth…the midwife didn’t last long after that… but the repercussions were severe. Both Sirius and Rigel’s childhoods were fraught with danger…”

Feeling freaky and all I can think about is dave fucking you from behind with his arm around your neck choking you with those fucking biceps
Someone needs to euthanize me.
A/n: I was writing a different fic when I got this notification and it was really funny bc I had just been staring at the screen thinking about Dave’s fucking arms
Warnings: smut, choking, asphyxiation, spanking, degradation, muscle kink, sir kink, size kink, mirrorsex, belly bulge, if you think I missed anything let me know otherwise enjoy!
I have never had such a hard time trying to find a picture of Dave and I’m pretty sure I’ve used this exact picture before but MY GOD I was struggling 😔
Tumblr media
Dave had a you in a chokehold, occasionally his hand would come down to spank you. This was your punishment for walking in on him.
It wasn’t your fault, he was so fucking hot and you were sharing a hotel room together while Megadeth was on tour. Dave showered every chance he could and he’d always come out of the bathroom in just a towel.
Of course you ogled him, and he noticed, you didn’t think he’d mind if you just peeked into the bathroom while he showered.
He kept the curtain open, water spraying everywhere. You looked him up and down, eyeing him deliciously all the way from his thick thighs to his meaty cock you wanted to choke on, to have buried so deep inside you it gave you a lobotomy. From his cumgutters and happytrail all the way up to his wet hair before finally landing on… his eyes glaring daggers into you.
His palm landed on your already red ass again. “Fucking bitch, who the fuck said you could come in on me like that?” Your eyes crossed, face red from embarrassment, from how good he felt, a touch of asphyxiation.
“I-I did!” You moaned. “I wanted to see, wanted-wanted you to fuck me.” You moaned out, voice echoing off the tiled walls.
Again his hand came down on you. “This is what you wanted all along?” He demanded. “You could’ve just asked, but I guess I’ll have to train you, huh?”
You whined loudly, walls clenching around him. “Yes, please! Train me.” Dave smirked as you begged him to fix you.
“Such a fucking brat.” His hips stilled inside you, taking away the high you were so close to reaching. Another loud whine left you, tears filling your eyes. “Brats don’t get to cum.” He growled, tightening his hold on you.
You watched the muscles in his arm flex, shoulder and bicep so voluptuous, the veins in his forearm and hand as it clenched in a fist. You looked so weak under him, so small and fragile in his hold.
It got harder to breathe but you couldn’t think about that, too focused on the way he rammed into you repeatedly. Veiny cock hitting deep in you, a bulge forming with every thrust.
His grunts fell straight onto your ear, filling your mind and smoking it up like steam on a mirror. You were sure that if he let go of your throat you’d be screaming his name, creaming around his furry base.
His ball hit your thighs, pubes wet with sweat and your juices leaking from your abused hole, neglected clit pulsing painfully. “Need someone to fix your attitude.” He huffed. “Not gonna get that by getting what you want.” His thrusts stopped again, hold on you tightening once more.
You were in for a long night of choking and edging, your ass stinging. “Plea-please, sir…” you stammered, the lack of oxygen hitting your brain, “I-I’ll be good, I’ll be- I’ll be better, sir, promise…”
Dave’s smirk only widened further. “That’s a good cocksleeve, but sluts don’t talk.”

10. where are the drinks bitches!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
before coming into college, you never thought you’d have time for parties in general. you thought volleyball would consume your life and it did, but now that you were injured, you had a little more freedom. going to parties was never your type of vibe, but it was fun going every once in awhile. meanwhile, mark and his friends were upstairs playing beer pong and messing around.
“you fucking bitch! i made the shot fair in square!” haechan whined, as he threw his arms in the air. “we’re doing eye to eye first stupid.” jaemin yelled back.
there was a lot of chaos going on upstairs. mark was just drinking his beer and watching his friends goof around. his life finally felt at peace. he had nothing to worry about. basketball was going extremely well, his friends were joyful, and things were good with you so far.
“where the hell did winter go!” you were practically yelling because of how loud it was. music was blaring into your ears, while people were dancing and socializing. “i think she went upstairs!” karina looked like she was trying to have a good time, but bodies were starting to get pressed up on you and her. “let’s get out of this mess, yeah?”
you and karina made your ways upstairs and lo and behold, there was winter with some boy near the beer pong table. you walked up to them and winter immediately embraces y’all. “there you guys are! let me introduce you to my new friend haechan! he’s the best guys.” winter was pretty much slurring on all her words.
“wait aren’t you the guy that keeps replying to my tweets..” the boy just chuckled, but he had no shame. “that’s right! lee donghyuck at your service, but you can call me haechan. i am notably known to be the manager of the basketball team and the ladies love me!” you couldn’t help, but awkwardly laugh at his introduction. you knew he was friend’s with mark, but you didn’t see mark anywhere yet.
“honey, if you’re looking for mark. i’m sure he’s here somewh-” you turn your head and see mark on the couch, talking to mina with his hand on her waist. they looked like they were enjoying each others’ company. the last thing you heard was that they weren’t seeing each other anymore and that was coming from mark. you were confused and kind of hurt that he lied to you. you quickly shook it off, as you were starting to feel uncomfortable. you turned back to your friends and haechan, who were waiting for your reaction.
“let’s get this party started! where are the drinks bitches!”
after a few shots and a couple drinks go by, haechan decides to pull a few people to play seven minutes in heaven. you weren’t really excited to play, but you were too out of it to go do something else. your thoughts got interrupted when the first bottle spin lands on you.
“looks like yn got picked! now, who’s the lucky person gonna be!” haechan spins the bottle again and it felt like all eyes were on you. you could feel everyone’s eyes piercing through your skull. you were watching intently too, hoping not to get some weird g-
“would you look at that! it’s mark lee! okay you two, head into the room and get your freak on for seven minutes!” everyone cheered, while you and mark were basically shoved into some random room. you and mark just awkwardly seated yourselves onto the bed.
“so.. i wasn’t expecting you to come out tonight.” mark softly chuckles, while he scratches the back of his head.
“yeah, me neither.” you dryly reply, as you were looking for some way to escape.
“look we don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to. i promise i won’t do anything you’re not comfortable with.” “i know mark.” things were getting a little awkward between you two. the silence was so deafening that you could hear the conversations going on outside of the room.
“is everything okay? i swear we were literally good yesterday.” mark was trying to find some sort of way to meet your eyes, but you wouldn’t budge. “i’m fine mark. don’t push it.”
“look, i’m not the guy that everyone makes me out to be. i’m a good guy, yn and i just want us to get along. i know i don’t have the best reputation, but everyone doesn’t know who i really am. i don’t really like the spotlight being on me. i’m just constantly in it.” mark was pleading for any response from you. you hadn’t noticed it, but he had inched closer to you.
you felt for mark. you understood how he felt. no one should have to go through something like that. maybe mark was different. you were just too scared to let him in.
“i promise you, mark. there’s nothing wrong with you. i understand how you feel. i’m just scared. people have done me dirty in the past and i’m scared you will too.” you were looking down at your hands, like you were always doing. fiddling with them always gave you comfort
“just let me in, yn. i’m not going to hurt you.”
“but how do i know that..” you wanted to believe mark, but your past tells you that you shouldn’t trust him.
“i promise, yn. i’m not here to hurt you.” you hadn’t realized it, but mark had cupped your face and lifted your head up to face him. you looked into his eyes, down to his lips, and back up at his eyes, while mark’s eyes were following yours. you did not know what you were feeling, but your body was definitely not listening because you were leaning into mark.
“OKAY 7 MINUTES IS UP! COME ON OUT!”

precis: some of the infinite things that levi does that will never make you question the feelings he has for you. (bulletins)
content: fluff, just simple little things that levi shows how he loves or likes you
warnings: none, except for the fact that your friends are questionable in some of them.

❥ Walks to the park was always a part of your weekly routine. It wasn’t the walk itself that made it fun for you, but it was the scene that would entertain your eyes. Watching dogs, carelessly run around fetching frisbees, and tennis balls to return them back to their owners, and seeing people enjoy their time with the small little family that you hope you’ll be gifted one day.
However, these weren’t the reasons why you came.
It was the guy with the undercut who sat right under the shade, sipping what it look like to be tea in his hand, wearing his reading glasses, and scanning the contents of his book that kept you coming back to this very park every week.
You’d walk countless times around the park over and over for at least within an hour at least but under an hour and a half at most.
It made you feel like a creep. You couldn’t stand to imagine if a stranger did what you were doing, whether a man or a woman. That thought alone gave you an unsettling feeling. However, you couldn’t help the longing feeling of him being so familiar to him.
Still, it felt wrong.
You scrunch up your face. Resisting the urge to continue on being a creep, you let out a sigh. As much as you wanted a chance with this stranger, you knew that it shouldn’t happen this way. Please, give me a sign—you begged to whoever was writing your story.
And as you pass him once again, you got your answer.
Just beside his own cup of tea that he bought from the tea shop not too far, sat another cup of tea sat right beside him. Something your eyes were heedless to catch. It’s safe to assume that he’s waiting for his partner to arrive.
Instead of making a fuss about it, you nodded your head all while you continued to walk along the path so he wouldn’t know that you were staring. You accepted that maybe this wasn’t meant to be, and so instead of turning to go around the park a couple more times, you walked towards the entrance.
“Hey miss!” A light jog can be heard behind you.
You turn around, attracted to the sound and the sound that was addressing to you.
The guy with the undercut that sat under the shade. Was now the same guy who was face to face with you—only a couple feet in front of you.
“Fuck, I thought I’d have more time to think about what I was going to say.” You catch his mutter. “My names Levi. I noticed that you’d stare at me every time you took a walk here.”
Your face burns red. “I thought it was weird. But when I saw you do nothing but stare, so I became content with it.”
He lets out a frustrated sigh when nothing was said back to him. Just you and your dumbfounded face. He didn’t know what he was doing, he wasn’t confident in his skills of flirting, but yet, he persisted. “Look, I’m not really good at this, so let me make this short and simple. I bought you tea.” He points to where he sat, and sure enough the tea was still sitting next to his.
“I know it’s not smart to take things from strangers, but there’s something about you.” If possible your face reddens even more.
“If you’re not going to talk at least take the tea. I can save it for later, and we can go back to the tea shop to get another one.” He awkwardly sticks his pretty hands out for you to take.
This could be the sign that you were looking for, and so you take a leap of faith.
You place your hands in his, and you let him guide you back under the shade.
“My name’s Y/N.”
With matching shy and goofy grins, the two of you walk back to the place where he would catch you staring, and he would stare discreetly back too.
❥ Nights out with your work friends were always the one thing you looked forward for on Fridays. You don’t have to worry about working the next day, or the day after.
It seemed like everything was going as planned. A karaoke room reserved for the six of you, everyone participating in the imaginary singing contest that was being held, the winner getting an imaginary one million cash prize, and the food, as well as the booze, was filling up all your stomachs.
Until it wasn’t.
“It’s alright guys, just make sure she gets home safe, and she doesn’t throw up anymore.” Worry etches on your face, you peak into the car and your sick friend was slump over the window, with the support of your other friend—who was rubbing her back.
They all say their quick goodbyes and tell you to be safe as the uber pulls out onto the main road, along with the owner of the karaoke spot, panicking about the vomit that was marinating the floor.
You were now alone.
Just hitting 1 am in the morning, you were now aware that you were standing under lamp spots that provided very limited light.
You knew Levi would be grumpy if you woke him up. With his luck, he’d be able to get at least four hours of sleep, but you also knew he’d be upset at you if he found out if you were transporting back home all by yourself.
After a couple of minutes, conflicted in your situation, you decide to call your boyfriend, Levi.
“Hey baby. I know it’s really late, but everyone left. Is it alright if you pick me up? I’m only about ten minutes away?” You chew on your thumb, nervously.
With no reply, you took it as a sign as annoyance. “I’m sorry Levi, I know I should’ve went—“
He cuts you off mid sentence, surprising you. “You don’t have to apologize, brat.”
“I’d rather you call me to pick you up late at night, than for you to try to get home, all alone.” You hear him get out of bed, sheets dancing as he moves out of them. “Also, who are your friends? Aren’t they supposed to make sure that you get home safe?”
“One of them got sick.” You let out a sigh remembering the different emotions everyone went through. “The uber that pulled up only had four open seats left.” You explained to him.
“I thought there were six of you.” You hear his car unlock, and the car door closing a few seconds later.
“One of my coworkers left an hour ago.”
He lets out an annoyed sigh after hearing where your coworkers were. “You’re gonna stay on call until I get to you. There’s no good reason why you should be by yourself at night baby.”
“I know. If I knew that tonight was going to end up this way, I would’ve planned way more.” You kick your legs trying to busy your body.
“Or just get new friends.” He teases.
You roll your eyes, smiling. “Maybe I should.”
Somehow, his car got to you within six minutes, instead of ten.
As he rolls down the window, and you capture his pretty face, you can’t help the giddy feeling you always get when you see him.
You get into the car, and buckle up. “Have I ever told you that I love you?” Trying to hide his shy smile, he looks away and coughs.
“I’m glad that you’re with me now, and not with your inconsiderate friends.” You smile at his words knowing that that was his way of saying I love you back.
❥ ”Ugh I know! I haven’t ate some in a while.”
You were engaged with a phone call with your friend. The call was at least reaching twenty minutes old, and you just so happened to be in the same room as Levi.
Who was trying to do his work.
“I think it’s been-“ You try to calculate in your head. “Two months?”
“I’ve actually been craving for it recently.” You twirl the ends of your hair standing weirdly leaning on the wall.
Ever since you walked into where Levi does his work, which was ten minutes ago, his progress had slowed due to the constant and loud replies that your friend received.
“No, I used to—“ A small object hits your shoulder. “What the hell!”
You turn to face your boyfriend, giving you looks that could kill you. “Would it hurt to keep it down. Or at least go to another room?”
“Are you okay?” Your concerned friend asks on the other side of the line.
“Hold on girl. My boyfriend wants attention from me. Give me two minutes.” You mute yourself on call.
“Yes, it would hurt if I quieted down a bit. You should know.” You reference to the time you gave him the silent treatment for not even a full five hours, and he was bothering you every second, minute, and hour.
Knowing that you weren’t wrong, he scoffs. “What were you guys talking about anyways?”
Forgetting the fact that your boyfriend threw a pen at you, you get excited immediately. “Oh this one place that sells the best pastries! I haven’t had them in a while and—"
You squint your eyes at him, thinking you caught him in his little scheme. “Actually, I was talking to my friend about this bakery not my boyfriend.”
His eyebrows slightly rise, amused, as he watches you unmute the call, bringing the conversation to your right ear, and walk out the room.
You find yourself in the kitchen now, ready to continue on the conversation, letting Levi to finish up his work.
“I’m sorry about that. My boyfriend—who doesn’t know how to have fun.” You said that loud and clear and on purpose for him to hear. “But anyways it’s these little buns called warm bears because they feel warm, as if someone was giving you a bear hug.”
You pause to hear your friend’s question. “No, I just made that up. But they’re really called warm bears.”
The next day, after a long day of work, you celebrate quietly as the keys to open up to the apartment your shared with your boyfriend.
You mindfully place your work bag where it belongs, and take your shoes off by the door, knowing how Levi gets on you for the lack of tidiness you have compared to him. You walk past the living room, and head towards the kitchen, your stomach ready to eat.
But before you could check out the fridge, a familiar looking box, with new, updated designs on them, was sitting patiently to be open. Attached was on the top was a little sticky note on it with Levi’s handwriting.
‘For you brat, Levi.’
You open the box, and there, the aroma and the sight of warm bears stare right back at you.
Unlike all the other times, it wasn’t the warm pastries that warmed you up, but rather the little act of love your boyfriend continuously pulls off.
❥ You felt awkward watching your friend show PDA with her new boyfriend. Is this how they all felt when you would invite Levi to tag along? Well, it’s not like Levi was one to be into extreme PDA. Anything that involved making out, sensual eye contact, dirty innuendos, or anything that should be kept private wasn’t his thing. He could handle hand-holding, tucking a piece of hair behind your ear, having you walk inside of the sideway—to put it simple, the softer kind of PDA.
You were sat at a food court sitting across your friend, trying to get some rest from the two hours of walking around the mall. What you thought was just going to be you and her, turned out a thirdwheel trip for you.
So as you watch your friend maul her boyfriend’s face off in front of you, you couldn’t help but feel slightly embarrassed.
So naturally to avoid letting your friend know that you were repulsed, even though there was no way she would notice given the fact that she had her face smushed against his, you go and text your boyfriend.
Hey babe. You desperately wait for his reply. And in an instant your phone goes off.
Hi sweetheart. You smile, completely forgetting—what you consider—live porn in front of you.
Your fingers excitedly type back, I’m really bored.
Bored? I’d be annoyed if my friend who asked me to hang out with her was making out with her boyfriend.
Confused on how he guessed right with the lack of information that you gave him, you look around the area for his figure.
Where are you? You text him, after failing to do so.
You wait for his reply, that now suddenly stopped die off. You kissed your teeth, closing the app, to scroll endlessly on social media. Eager to ignore the third wheel feeling, you wanted to see people’s stories. Unfortunately, your face cringes, seeing that the first post you see, was the same exact friend who was making out in front of you.
You let out a defeated sigh, close the app, and turn your phone off. Only to gaze off into the sidewalk wondering where your boyfriend could be.
A pair of shoes shows up in your field of vision. But too involved with your daydreaming, and your goal of avoiding at looking at your friend who was now flirting shamelessly with her boyfriend, you ignore whoever stopped in front of you.
“Are you just gonna stare off into oblivion or are you going to take my hand?” Your head snaps to Levi.
Now filling your heart up with relief, you take his hand, and stand up to greet him with a tight hug. Unlike the couple across from the two of you, you gave Levi a quick kiss on the cheek as a little thank you, and he gives a small smile.
This gets your friend and her partner to look at the two of you.
“What are you doing here?”
“Well, I was with one of my friends who wanted to buy something for their partner.” He points to his friend, you recognize them as Hange, who in return waves back with a gigantic smile. “And I just so happened to see you.”
“Perfect timing.” Your friend’s boyfriend chimes in. “That means we won’t need to get you home.”
Your friend who was a little embarrassed by his comment hits his thigh. “Babe you don’t say things like that.”
“It’s alright, we can drop her off.” She says to Levi, with a polite smile.
With a deadpan, Levi looks at the boyfriend, and it’s clear that he already made the decision that he doesn’t like him. “No it’s alright. Thanks for considering it though.” He says only to your friend.
“Just remember for future reference.” He glares at the guy next to her. “If your girlfriend was hanging out with me and Y/N. She wouldn’t need to worry about her ride bailing on her, whether you show up or not.”
Levi turns back to you, his expression now soft, and his hand grabs yours. “Let’s call it a day then darling.”
And with that, he walks off—not wasting another second talking with a guy who couldn’t even do the bare minimum—with you towards his friend, backs now turned to the couple as he whispers, “she deserves way better than that guy.”
You giggle, agreeing with his statement.
❥ “I promise I’m not going to fall.”
There you stood confidently a few feet from the floor. You so stubbornly wanted to grab a book that was inconveniently stored at the very top of a bookshelf in Levi’s office. Your arms were stretched out to its maximum length, but with no use, you barely touched the base shelf that the book sat on.
“Hold on.” Only looking up at the book that was calling your name. “I can grab it I swear!” Levi was next to you, worried that you could fall at any moment.
I mean look at you. On your toes of the highest step of the stool, with one leg trying to push you to somehow go higher.
“Babe you can seriously get hurt.” His arms were angled in a way where you would fall bridal style in his arms if you were to fall.
“Let me get the damn book for you.” His words filled with stress.
He was stressed even more when he sees you, still on your toes, but now jumping like it was going to help you at all. Miraculously, it was working. You managed to swipe the book your way, and with each small jump and your hand swiping continuously, it inched towards you.
You feel a smile grow on your face, knowing that you could prove that you could do it yourself. As the book got closer to the edge, where you could grab it, you swear you felt like you could conquer the world. You were almost there!
Yes! The feeling of accomplishing something so small made you feel good.
And then you landed wrong.
Eyes now wide, pride now spilling out from you, you feel your body slowly pull towards the ground. You swipe at the air, hoping that you could grab on to something, but of course it was too late.
You were about to hit the ground.
Twenty minutes later, here you two are at the hospital getting both your injuries checked out. The whole car ride you couldn’t even look at Levi. Not because you were scared that he was going to crash into something, because he did hit his head when you landed on him. But at the fact that he was silent the whole car ride not even bothering to hum in response.
Seeing an ice pack on his head, and your foot naked—for the doctor to check out—while you sat on the hospital bed. You knew you fucked up big time.
Instead of admitting to your mistake to your concussed boyfriend, you instead let the pride sit in your chest, and wear your head high.
“Babe, why would try and catch me?”
Levi looks slowly to you, as he sits next to you on another hospital bed. The two of you looking hopelessly.
“I’m asking myself the same exact thing.” His face cringes after finishing off his sentence.
Of course now fully observing him, your pride shamefully hides somewhere in you. Feeling a bit foolish at the situation you got you and your ever so loving boyfriend in. Over a damn book too.
“Don’t give me that look.” He says. He adjusts his position, facing the ceiling, and he closes his eyes
“You look pitiful.”
Scratch that. It looks like your pride was starting to show itself again. “Alright then. As soon as I start to say my wrongs, you want to comment on how sad I look.”
He doesn’t reply for a couple of seconds. Letting his beating head calm down, and his eyes open slowly. He looks back at you, lips in a pout and your arms across your chest.
“That’s not what I meant brat.” He hisses at the sentence.
“I meant you shouldn’t apologize, because no matter what the outcome was going to be, I was going to be right beside you the whole entire time.” Again he moves his head back to face the ceiling.
“You did alright trying to get the book.” You almost laughed at his stubborn semi compliment. “But next time. Let me do it.”
“So what I'm hearing is that you’ll be there for me through any life crisis that I go through.”
“That we go through. Also getting a book is not a life crisis. But you know what is? Hearing any more talking. Now shut up.” He cringes again turning away from you.
You smile at his grumpiness.
“I love you too.” You whisper just loud enough for him to hear.
What he was able to hide from you was a big fond smile that matched yours.
In the end, whether Levi had enough or ran out of patience with you, he knew that you were made for him. Even when life threw constant obstacles at you, none of it mattered, because what truly mattered to him was the fact that he was with you to experience it all together.
As well as the next lifetime, and the next, and the next…

Hello Minnie, how are you this week? Have you seen the new cap movie yet? I really enjoyed it. I hope Mackie receives the credit he deserves. I won’t talk more about it, no spoilers welcome. So, my question: do you have recommendations for WW2 stucky? Fics of them fighting Hydra together, hanging out with the Howling Commandos and going sledding with the shield. I’m open to everything: fluff, smut, angst… I have probably already read all the WW2 stucky fics one can recommend. (I’m in that tag way too often.) But I want to know what your favourite(s) is (/are)? Thank you very much and enjoy your day!
Hiii, darling! I'm doing well overall, thank you! I had a busy work week, but also managed to do som writing, and now I've got a fun, friend-filled weekend ahead so yeah, not bad 🥰 I hope you're doing well too! Ahh no, I haven't seen the new Cap movie and I will not be seeing it, since I stopped watching Marvel completely after Endgame, no exceptions. I'm glad you enjoyed it, though! I'm sure Mackie is wonderful in it <3
As for your question about wartime Stucky fics - I totally hear you, I love those so much as well!! I do have a few favourites, but I'm also very sure that the ones below are just the tip of the iceberg, and that I'm forgetting a ton of amazing fics that I've read but forgottn to bookmark... So if anyone else wants to add their favourites, please feel free to do so! (The first one if of course only partially during wartime, but I couldn't not mention it on this list):

December 14, 2023
The creak of the old wooden floors under Mark’s socks was a sound he hadn’t realized he missed until now. The familiar scent of his mom’s cooking wafted through the house, mingling with the faint lavender detergent she always used for the curtains. He leaned against the kitchen counter, watching his dad flip through a worn photo album at the dining table.
“This one’s from the camping trip back in 2015,” his dad said, tilting the album for Mark to see. The photo showed a group huddled around a campfire, their faces lit by the warm glow. Mark was in the middle, arms slung around someone who was laughing—someone who wasn’t supposed to still make his heart twist like this.
His mom glanced over his dad’s shoulder and immediately caught her slip-up. “Oh, Mark, I’m sorry. I didn’t realize Y/N was in this one,” she said, her voice tinged with regret.
Mark forced a small smile, waving it off. “It’s fine, Mom. Really.”
But it wasn’t. Not entirely.
They moved on to the next page, yet the conversation seemed to circle back to you, no matter how much they tried not to.
“Oh! Remember that Thanksgiving when Y/N helped me bake those carrot cookies?” his mom said before catching herself. She winced. “I mean—uh, anyway, you used to love that carrot cookie recipe.”
Mark exhaled softly, rubbing the back of his neck. “Yeah, I remember.”
His dad chuckled, oblivious. “She was always such a great sport about all your mom’s baking experiments. You two used to make a good team in the kitchen.”
“Dad.”
His father finally looked up, realizing his mistake, and his face softened. “Sorry, son. I know it’s... a touchy subject.”
Mark shrugged, swallowing the lump in his throat. “It’s fine. Let’s just... talk about something else.”
The room fell into a brief, awkward silence, broken only by the clatter of dishes as his mom set the table. After a moment, she sat down across from Mark, her expression unusually serious.
“Mark,” she began, her voice gentle but firm, “I know we keep slipping up, but... maybe it’s because we can’t help but associate so many happy memories with her. She was such a big part of your life. And I think—maybe—you miss her, too.”
Mark stiffened, his gaze dropping to the table. “Mom...”
“And not just her,” she pressed. “I think you miss a lot of things. Home, maybe. The simpler times. The you who didn’t have so much pressure on his shoulders.”
His jaw tightened, and he let out a slow breath. “I’m fine. I chose this path, remember? I wanted to go to Korea, to chase my dreams. And I’m doing okay.”
“You are,” she agreed, her eyes softening. “But that doesn’t mean it’s easy. And it doesn’t mean you don’t feel lonely sometimes.”
He looked up at her, his defenses cracking under the warmth of her gaze. “I... yeah. I miss her. And I miss home sometimes. But leaving was something I had to do, Mom. I couldn’t stay here and wonder ‘what if’ my whole life.”
“I know,” she said quietly. “But it’s okay to miss what you had, even while you’re building something new. It doesn’t make you any less brave or successful.”
Mark leaned back in his chair, the weight of her words settling over him. “I guess... I’ve just been trying not to think about it. About her. Or what I left behind.”
“You don’t have to bury it, honey,” she said. “Feel it. Remember it. And then let it be part of what drives you forward, not what holds you back.”
Mark nodded slowly, his chest feeling a little lighter, though the ache remained. Maybe it always would.
The table was quiet for a long moment, the hum of the old fridge filling the space. Mark sat there, his fingers gripping the edge of his chair as his mom’s words echoed in his mind.
He opened his mouth to say something—anything—but instead, a choked sound escaped. He quickly looked away, blinking rapidly as the pressure in his chest grew unbearable.
“Mark?” his mom asked softly, leaning forward.
“I’m fine,” he said hoarsely, shaking his head. But his voice cracked, betraying him.
Before he could stop himself, his head fell into his hands, and the tears came.
“I miss her, Mom,” he said, his voice muffled but thick with emotion. “I miss her so much.”
His mom was at his side in an instant, her arms wrapping around him. She didn’t say anything, just held him as he let everything out.
“I miss everything,” he continued, his words spilling out like a dam had burst. “I miss sneaking into her house at night, trying not to wake her parents. I miss the way she’d laugh at my stupid jokes, even when they weren’t funny. I miss how she’d make me feel like I could do anything, like I was invincible. And I miss home—your cooking, Dad’s dumb stories, the way things used to be before I left.”
His shoulders shook as he let out a shaky breath, his hands clenching into fists. “I thought I could just leave and be okay, but I’m not. I’m not okay, Mom.”
She rubbed his back soothingly, her heart breaking for him. “Oh, Mark... it’s okay to feel this way. You’ve been holding all of this in for so long, haven’t you?”
He nodded, swallowing hard. “I thought I could just keep moving forward, you know? Like if I focused on my career, it wouldn’t hurt so much. But every time I think about her, it feels like... like I can’t breathe.”
His dad, who had been silent until now, finally spoke. “You know, son, sometimes the things we try to leave behind have a way of sticking with us. And maybe that’s not such a bad thing. It just means it mattered.”
Mark wiped his face with the back of his hand, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. “I still love her, Dad. I don’t know if I’ll ever stop.”
His dad nodded, a small, understanding smile on his face. “Love like that doesn’t just go away. But the question is—what are you going to do about it?”
Mark looked up, his eyes red and glassy. “I don’t even know if she’d want to hear from me. It’s been so long. What if she’s moved on?”
“Maybe she has,” his mom said gently. “But you’ll never know unless you try. And even if she has, at least you’ll have said what’s in your heart. You deserve that closure, Mark, whether it’s a new beginning or a final goodbye.”
He let those words sink in, the weight of them settling alongside the ache in his chest. For the first time in a long while, he allowed himself to think about the possibility of reaching out—not just to her, but to all the parts of himself he’d tried so hard to leave behind.
“I’ll think about it,” he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper.
His mom squeezed his shoulder, her smile warm and reassuring. “That’s all I ask.”
“You’ll always be tethered together you two,” she starts with a warm smile, “you two spent so much of your lives together, it’s not good to keep them buried. It’s good that you still care about her. I know it may not look like it, but deep down she’s still tethered to you.”
And as Mark sat there, the smell of his mom’s cooking filling the room and his parents’ presence grounding him, he realized that maybe it was time to stop running—from his past, from his feelings, and most of all, from her.
“I need to get her back,” he said straightening out his posture and composing himself, “this isn’t right without her.”
“There we go Mark!” his dad said while getting up to hug him, “you don’t give up.”
Mark was going to your graduation, and you were going to fall back in love with him.
December 15, 2023
The morning light streamed through the curtains, illuminating your small apartment with a soft, golden glow. You stood in front of the full-length mirror in your bedroom, your graduation gown draped over your shoulders. Your fingers smoothed the fabric absently, your heart caught somewhere between excitement and an ache you couldn’t quite ignore.
Your gaze shifted to the black cap resting on your desk, its surface decorated with tiny, carefully arranged rhinestones and a bold quote in gold lettering: hello, future!
Mark had insisted on helping you with it, staying up late one night despite his own schedule being packed. He’d teased you for picking a simple quote but still carefully glued each gem, making sure it was perfect. You remembered the way his face lit up when you two finished, his arm slung around your shoulders as you admired your work.
You bite your lip, willing yourself not to cry.
You turned back to the mirror, adjusting the cap over your styled hair. Your eyes caught the delicate heels on the floor, pristine and elegant, a stark contrast to how you felt inside. Mark had worked overtime to save up for them, presenting them with a goofy grin and a note that read, For my rockstar, who shines brighter than any stage light.
Your chest tightened as you slipped them on. You hadn’t worn them since your breakup.
Walking into the living room, you froze at the sight of the couch. It was still the same soft, slightly worn piece of furniture where you two had spent countless nights. The memories flooded in uninvited: Mark sprawled out with his guitar, humming softly while you reviewed her notes; the way he’d throw a blanket over you two as you drifted off during late-night study sessions; the quiet comfort of his presence as you dreamed of your futures.
Your throat closed up, and you sank onto the couch, your fingers tracing the armrest. A small brown stain reminding you of your favorite take out, and the small things that only Mark would know at the perfect time.
The weight of the moment hit you all at once.
You were about to graduate, something you had both worked so hard for, but he wasn’t here to celebrate with you.
As you rested your head against the cushions, your cap slipping slightly to the side. Tears welled in your eyes, and this time, you didn’t fight them.
“I can’t believe I’m doing this without you,” you whispered into the empty room.
Your voice wavered, breaking under the weight of emotions you’d kept buried for months.
You missed him—more than you wanted to admit. Mark had been there for everything: your late-night breakdowns, your victories, your dreams. And now, as you stood on the brink of achieving one of their shared milestones, the absence of him felt unbearable.
Taking a deep breath, you straightened up, brushing away your tears. You reached for your phone and opened the private photo gallery, scrolling through old pictures of you two. There you two were, smiling brightly, you in his hoodie and him grinning as he held your favorite drink in one hand and peace signs in the other.
Your thumb hovered over his contact, the familiar name staring back at you like a ghost of the past. You wondered if he was thinking about you today—or if he even remembered the cap, the shoes, the promises you made on this very couch.
Your phone buzzed suddenly, snapping you out of your thoughts. It was your photographer, letting you know they were ready to start.
As you stood, taking one last look around the apartment, the memories lingered, but so did your determination. You adjusted your cap, forcing a small smile in the mirror.
“Here’s to moving forward,” you murmured, even as your heart whispered,
But I still miss you.
With that, you grabbed your bag and stepped out the door, leaving behind the echoes of a love she wasn’t sure she’d ever fully let go of.
The sun was unforgiving as it bore down on the packed university auditorium, the air abuzz with excitement and the murmur of proud families gathered to celebrate their graduates. Seungcheol sat near the top of the auditorium, nervously adjusting the collar of his white button-up for the hundredth time. It was already perfectly straight, but he couldn’t stop fidgeting. He glanced down at the bouquet of flowers in his hand—roses, lilies, and baby’s breath, a group of flowers he bought from Winn Dixie.
“She’s going to love these,” he muttered under his breath, though his voice lacked conviction.
Nearby, your family huddled in a tight circle, their expressions a mix of anticipation and mild irritation as they avoided looking his way. He had made his presence more than known since arriving—offering to carry their things, insisting on getting the best seats, and loudly recounting stories of how Y/N had stayed up late preparing for her exams, as if they didn’t already know.
“Is he ever going to stop talking?” your older brother whispered to your mom, who responded with a barely concealed sigh.
“Doubt it,” your dad grumbled, crossing his arms. His sharp glare cut across the distance between them, and Seungcheol froze mid-step as if the weight of their collective disdain had finally hit him.
Still, he wasn’t the type to give up. He tightened his grip on the bouquet and plastered on a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes. “I just want to make today special for her,” he murmured to himself, more determined than ever.
“Oh we know, Seungcheol,” your mom sighed while patting his shoulder and sitting next to him, “I think they’re about to walk out now.”
You straightened your cap one more time, as Pomp and Circumstance played in the background.
It’s time! All of this hard work, it’s time!
The crowd erupted into congratulatory cheers as your graduating class walked out. The journey to your seat felt like a blur. Your leg tapped incessantly waiting through all of the fluff and pleasantries from your esteemed professors. And soon enough, it was your time to walk.
Your row stood together heading towards the stage, and you wince as you hear Seungcheol calling out to you, clearly disregarding the current students’ names being called. You look over to him, your family trying yet failing to get him to pipe down.
His grin was infectious, but you were burning red in embarrassment. The large gaudy balloons behind him stared back at you. As you awaited your turn, your eyes scanned the crowd full of familiar faces from the library and just soaking in the moment.
And as the universe would have it, your eyes meet a single hooded and masked figure in a light blue button up. His phone was up clearly pointed at you.
Mark.
Wow, he really came! You couldn’t believe it and the confidence soared through you fleetingly as you felt yourself being pushed forward to hand your name card to the staff member reading out names.
“Y/n, Y/LN!”
You felt a rush of anxiety roll off you as you shakily walked across the stage to shake the dean’s hand.
“Breath, y/n, you’re finally done!”
You follow their advice and plaster a giant smile towards the camera.
Your friends and family’s cheers were loud but Seungcheol’s was embarrassingly aggressive.
Your ears pick up another voice from the other side of the auditorium.
Mark stood jumping up and down, holding his phone tightly and just about fell over through the row in front of him.
He chanted your name and for some reason, it all felt right.
This is the moment you always wanted.
You smile all the way back to your seat.
As Seungcheol didn’t relent on his own parade of accolades and cat calling, Mark sat down and watched you in awe.
“I’m so proud of you, Y/N,” he whispered.
“Congratulations!” Seungcheol said as he held out the bouquet and obnoxious balloons, his grin impossibly wide. “You were amazing up there! You looked so good, and I mean wow this dress—”
“Thank you,” you cut him off gently, taking the flowers and squeezing his hand to calm his nerves. Or was it your nerves… what was Mark doing here? I mean yeah your heart is soaring at the fact he came- WHAT? NO!
He smiles at you wildly, pulling his hand away to engulf you in a giant rocking hug. You embrace him back, letting out the sigh you have been holding in for hours now.
This is fine.
Yup.
Your father cleared his throat loudly, a not-so-subtle reminder that they were watching.
“Alright, family picture time!” Seungcheol announced, clapping his hands together. “I’ll take it for you. Everyone line up!”
Your mom raised an eyebrow, her tone as sharp as ever. “We were just about to do that, actually.”
“Perfect timing, then!” he replied, oblivious to the sarcasm.
As your family reluctantly shuffled into position, Y/N placed a hand on Seungcheol’s arm. “Maybe... let them lead this one,” you whispered.
Seungcheol blinked, his enthusiasm deflating ever so slightly. “Right. Of course. Family moment.” He stepped back, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.
Seungcheol backed away slowly, trying to make himself busy by staring at the nearby tree… which of course Mark just so happened to be standing by, watching the entire interaction, his body in mid turn, awaiting to retreat into the crowd. He was embarrassed to even show up… you’re happy right?
Their eyes met with quick anger and jealousy.
Mark’s arms filled with white and pink tulips- your favorite, and the build-a-bear box tucked in his palm.
Seungcheol was about to storm towards him but was quickly whisked away to take a picture with you.
You sported a tight lipped smile as his arm found it’s way to your waist.
As Mark watched you hug Seungcheol, he felt the familiar tug at his heart of seeing you and and him at Izaiah’s party the other week. Angst, hurt, and jealousy flowed through him, but most of all envy and cowardness.
Mark’s shoulders hung low, and he turned around trying to find the quickest and quietest exit.
“Mark, right?” he heard a small voice say from next to him.
He turned to see the build a bear employee from the mall.
“I could tell from the box, have you found her yet?” she asked excitingly.
“Yeah, I did,” he responds sadly.
“Well, why do you still have everything in your arms? I don’t know… give it to her, maybe?” she laughs.
Mark sighs meeting her gaze. Oh? She’s in a full graduation cap and gown, how rude of him!
“Oh! Uhm…ha, Congrats to you! My apologies for having you stop me while I burden you with my …problems,”
“Thank you,” she smiles with hands on her hips, “My name is Camille by the way.”
“Mark,” he says with a small smile.
“Like we didn’t already know that haha…” she pushes him lightly.
As Camille tried to convince Mark to approach you, he was so in his head that he didn’t notice the longing eyes from you just yards away.
So this is how he moves on, huh? And to think he cared! All this time, it was for his new girl…
The girl pushes him lightly causing him to chuckle and it feels like someone stabbed you in the stomach. She looks over at his bouquet and take it out of his hands, smelling the fresh tulips. It feels like someone is twisting a knife around in your stomach.
And the cherry on top of killing you slowly was watching him hug her tightly with his eyes closed.
Your aura was palpable to your friends and family, almost as they can envision the slow bleeding out of your heart as you watched the interaction.
“How about we head to dinner now, y/n,” Kathy says to you softly from your right.
“Who even is she anyways?” Izaiah says from your left.
“The new graduate is riding with me of course!” Seuncheol announces while slinging an arm around you, “just let me take care of something first.”
You nod lightly and walk over to your mom explaining the plans to meet up for the gathering. Seungcheol kept his smile plastered until you were lost in the crowd. His eyes narrowed as he pushed his way over to meet Mark.
“So what did you graduate with?” Mark smiles lightly before taking the flowers back from Camille’s arms.
“Got a lot of nerve showing up here, Big Shot,” Seungcheol hisses out while bumping into him.
“It was psychology…” Camille says with a questioning glare between the both of them.
“Thank god you moved on,” Seungcheol laughs before looking at Camille, “Careful with this one!”
“I think I see what’s going on here…” she says with a tight lip, “Mark, this will be an easy win for you don’t worry.”
Mark laughs lightly while taking in a deep breath, “Thanks Camille. Enjoy your day, congratulations again.” Camille walks off while shaking her head, but not without a hard shoulder check towards Seungcheol.
“Of course I would be here for her big day, I’ve been there every step of the way.”
“You were, now you’re not. Just give it up, bro,” Seungcheol says while moving closer to Mark, his own frame towering over him, “Look at her, yeah,” he turns Mark to align with you smiling with the balloons around you, “That’s the face a girl makes when she’s happy. That’s the face a girl makes when you treat her right,” if that wasn’t enough he whispers into Mark’s ear, “That’s the face a girl makes when she moves on from a little bitch.”
Mark shakes in pain.
You look so happy.
“Can’t you just let her go? For her.”
Mark’s hands loosen on the bouquet of tulips in his hands.
You look so much more happy.
“Don’t worry, I’ll take these off your hands,” Seungcheol says with a smirk, “Thanks man, didn’t think she was a tulip girl,” he grips Mark’s arm as he seeths out a final, “Stay the fuck away from her. It would be a shame if you can’t perform due to…say a broken leg?”
Mark stands still as tears well in his eyes.
“Cheol!” he can hear you calling out for him.
“I’m coming babe!” he yells out and let’s go of Mark while walking over to meet you.
“There you are, time to go now,” you smile, not evening noticing Mark’s sulking in the background.
“Just had to surprise you one last time,” he grins and engulfing you in a hug, turning just slightly to wink at Mark.
“Tulips! How did you know they’re my favorite?”
Because of me. Mark tries to say, but his voice fails him.
Seungcheol sneaks a cheeky kiss on your temple, “Wait I think I dropped my keys one sec! You keep walking I know you walk slow in those heels.”
You roll your eyes and walk away, Seungcheol running up to Mark one last time, “Almost forgot!” He snatches the build a bear box right out of his hands, “Thanks Mark, you always did know what to get her!”
His eyes never leave you as you trot along in your heels towards the parking lot. Amidst the throbbing pain in his chest, a realization hit him.
He couldn’t help the laugh that escaped him. So much so he bent over and leaned against the tree to hold him up. Maniacal, he sounded.
If you didn’t love him anymore, why did you wear those heels?
—-
The cool December air hums with laughter and the flickering glow of fairy lights were strung across the backyard. The scent of barbecue and freshly cut grass lingers in the air, mixing with the distant sound of chatter and music. It’s your graduation party—your moment. After the past year, after all the pain, the doubt, the nights where you thought you’d never make it through, you finally have something to celebrate.
So why does it still feel so… unreal?
“Hey,” Kathy nudges you, pulling you from your thoughts. “You should actually enjoy this, you know? This is everything you worked for.” She gives you a pointed look before taking a sip from her cup. “You deserve to be happy.”
You exhale, trying to let the words sink in, but there’s a part of you that still hesitates. You glance around at the people who have come to celebrate—your family, your friends, even the neighbors who barely know you but showed up for the free food. It’s all so perfect. Too perfect.
“It just doesn’t feel real yet,” you admit, voice quieter than you intended.
Kathy smiles, but there’s a knowing glint in her eyes. “Well, it is. And if you don’t start acting like it, I will personally make you.”
Before you can respond, another voice cuts through the air.
“Oh, come on, are we really just gonna ignore the elephant in the room?”
You turn to see Izaiah, standing with his arms crossed, shaking his head in clear disapproval. He doesn’t even bother lowering his voice as he jerks his chin toward the other side of the yard, where Seungcheol is deep in conversation with your uncle.
“Because that guy? He’s the worst.”
Your stomach tightens. “Izaiah, not now.”
“Nah, now is the perfect time,” he presses, stepping closer. “We’re all thinking it, Y/N. I literally just talked to your brother about him. He sucks! You’ve been pretending to be happy, but you don’t have to force it. Yes, you have been out more, but it doesn’t feel like you. You’ve had a rough year, sure, but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for some guy who acts like a dick every time he speaks.”
Kathy chokes on a laugh, trying to play it off when you glare at her.
“Hey he’s funny!” Kathy chuckles, “He pulled our girl out of her funk.”
“Are dumb or are you stupid? She’s still in the funk! Girl open you’re eyes!” Izaiah exclaims.
“Zai, I’m fine,” you say, the words coming out sharper than you intended.
“Are you?” He doesn’t budge. “Because you don’t look like someone who just got their life back on track. You look like someone trying really, really hard to convince themselves they’re okay.”
You open your mouth to respond, but before you can, your mom’s voice rings out from the deck.
“Alright, everyone! Let’s head on inside, it’s getting pretty cold. It’s time for presents!”
The conversation halts, tension still thick in the air. You force a smile and step away, feeling Izaiah’s gaze linger on you, filled with something dangerously close to concern.
“Everything is fine. This is what I have always wanted.”
“We’re not done talking about this.” Zai rolls his eyes and looks at Kathy, “Can’t believe you support dating this child of a man.”
“We’re not dating, yet.” you whisper.
“He’s hot!” Kathy shouts at him as she watches Zai pull a middle finger at her from behind his retreating frame.
Seungcheol was at the door girating his hips while beckoning everyone inside with some silly shouting.
Zai turns around one last time to shoot you both a disappointed glare.
“Well, he can be hot at times…” Kathy takes back.
As you make your way to the stack of neatly wrapped gifts, you push down the words you don’t want to admit are true. Maybe Izaiah isn’t wrong. Maybe you are pretending. Maybe you aren’t as happy as you want to be.
But tonight isn’t the time to think about that.
Tonight, you’re supposed to celebrate.
Even if you don’t quite know how.
-
You sit on the cushioned patio chair, a pile of torn wrapping paper and envelopes gathering at your feet as the night continues with your loved ones around you. Your dad stands nearby, his phone raised, recording every moment while your friends and family watch with warm smiles.
“Alright, last one,” you say, reaching for the final gift on the table.
The moment your fingers brush against the box, a flicker of recognition sparks in your chest. It’s a Build-A-Bear box—white with blue stars, the signature handle looped through the top. A few people chuckle knowingly, but you can’t bring yourself to look up just yet.
And then you see it.
“Whose this one from?” You raise an eyebrow at the only left suspect.
“Guess who!” he laughs uncomfortably.
You barely notice as you get up to sit next to him, “So which one did you get me?”
“It’s a surprise!” he says with a smirk.
Your hands feel a little too steady as you carefully lift the lid, peeling back the tissue paper inside. A plush bunny, soft brown fur, wearing a tiny graduation cap and gown. Your stomach clenches as you pull it out, holding it in your lap. There’s a faint weight to it, heavier than a normal stuffed animal.
“This is so cute!” Kathy gleams from the side holding her camera up, “look over here for a pic!”
Izaiah rolls his eyes again as you two get scooched together for a picture.
You turn the bunny to look at you, and you couldn’t help but have a wide grin.
“You like it?” Seungcheol asks oddly smug.
“Of course, I love it,” you say with a small peck to his cheek, “wait I didn’t know you put a voice recording in it!”
“Oh!” Seungcheol exclaims while grabbing the bunny out of your arms and holding it out of your reach, “Forgot about that sorry!”
“Well, let me hear it!” you say confused.
“Let’s hear it, lover boy!” your dad playfully yells from the side with his camera out.
“Uh… it’s a little personal don’t worry guys just a bit embarrassed…” he sweats.
“Just play the fucking bunny, y/n!” Zai shouts grabbing the stuffed animal out of his hands and throwing it at you.
The audience in front of you cheering for you to press it.
“Y/n, don’t-”
You press the little button on it’s hand.
The audio begins with an undeniable stutter.
A stutter that makes everyone go silent, you gasp.
“Is it on? Okay. U-uh hi Y/n, congrats. You finally did it. I can’t believe you’re already done. Just know that I have never stopped thinking about you. Every time I’m at the studio, practice – fuck I just wish I would have known that chasing my dreams meant losing you. I wouldn’t have picked this. It was supposed to be us, everything I sing, it’s about you. It’s so hard without you. But. This is the life we live in. I’m happy that you’re happy. This bunny represents your dreams and all starting. Y/n. I can’t wait to read your book one day. Just know I’ll always love y–.”
The audio cuts right before he finished. A silent sob overflows.
“y/n,” Seungcheol says while reaching out for you.
“Go home.” Zai says cutting him off, using his body as a barrier.
“I just-”
“Go home,” Kathy sighs while ushering him away.
“Alright party’s over everyone!” Your mom calls out solemnly gesturing for everyone to leave.

Hi how all is well!
I was wondering if I could request a Paul x Reader x Quil?
Reader is Bella's twin sister, but no one knew until she showed up to Bella & Edward's wedding. She goes to a pack bonfire on the beach one day with Jacob and Paul and Quil end up imprinting on her and they talk then a year later they decide to do it with reader and they're gentle with her because of their wolf strength and but she calls them Papi & Daddy and their wolves love it and they go hard like Bella and Edward did on their honeymoon and maybe she ende up pregnant with twins and they're both the dad?
hello all is great ! hope all is well with you as well and you sure can 💜 hope you enjoy :)
doves in the wind - paul x reader x quil
Rubbing your sister’s arms, you tell her to breathe. You understood why she was nervous. Bella was never a crowd pleaser.
Charlie, your father was ready to walk her down the aisle. Renee, your mother, kissed her on the cheek and you follow her after giving Bella one last hug.
Watching your sister clutch your father’s arm, you couldn’t help but feel happy for her. You look at the groom, his smile was bright as he stared at the bride who was making her way towards him.
Yes was the word of the day.
“Wait..You’re Bella’s sister?”
“Yes. Twin sister.” you would answer.
They would widen their eyes with a gasp before saying, “Bella has a twin?!”
You nod, “Yes.”
Suddenly, you feel a cold hand. You flinch and you give Edward an apologetic look. He doesn’t seem worried about it as he displays a kind grin.
“Bella wants you to meet someone.”
Standing outside, a tall and handsome man is next to your sister, he has an arm around her shoulder.
“Y/N..This is Jacob.” Bella tells you with a smile.
“Oh nice to meet you! She talks about you all of the time.” you say with a warm smile as you go to shake his hand.
You laugh as he used his free hand to pull you into a hug.
He looks over at Bella who’s under his other arm, “You’ve been telling your sister about me?”
“Jake, you’re my best friend. Of course I have.”
He nods. You catch the sadden expression before he then asks you, “So. How long are you going to be here in Forks?”
You shrug.
“I came for the wedding but…I really miss dad.” you whisper the last part to Bella.
“There’s no rush for you to leave. I know how much you miss it here.” Bella says.
You nod with a smile.
“If you’re staying longer, I can show you my neck of the woods.”
You see Bella playfully roll her eyes at Jacob’s statement and he asks a cheerful but questioning what.
She doesn’t say anything and just gives him an amused look.
Jacob then looks at you, long enough to make you squirm a bit.
“That’s super freaky…You two look so much alike.” he says.
“Duh.” you and Bella say in sync.
“Never mind. That’s freaky.” he says.
You chuckle and ask, “So, what’s so good about your neck of the woods, Jake?”
“Oh, too bad Bells will not be here. But, we’re having another bonfire this weekend…Do you like fun?”
“Of course.” you shrug.
“It’s true. She’s like the total opposite of me…She’s more outgoing…Has more friends.”
“Bells, stop it. We indulged in fun and reckless activities-“
“Okay, shush you’re saying too much.” she says.
“Bella.”
You all look at the voice. Edward is now back outside as he’s waiting for Bella.
“Alice wants to get to ready to say goodbye.” he says.
Bella turns and gives Jacob a big hug. Jacob held her tight.
“Just…Stay true to you, Bells.” he says.
“Jake…”
“I mean it…I mean it.” he says quietly. She looked down and gives you a hug.
“Take care of Y/N. Please?” she whispered as she looked behind you. He looks at her before you saw a youthful expression when you turn your head, he nods.
She was gone as she was following Edward.
“You’re staying at Charlie’s?” he asks and you nod.
“Cool. I’ll just pick you up, alright?”
“Okay. Just please don’t let it be boring. I’m the type of person who will leave a function and find the next thing.”
Jacob rolled his eyes with a light laugh, “Trust me. You’ll have a good time”.
You dressed comfortable. Sitting in the car that he had no problem telling you that he got up and running, you felt a sense of serenity as soon as the Welcome to La Push sign came into view.
You both walk side by side in the sand. The fire was already flaming and you pick up the pace, wanting to feel the heat on your hands.
Jacob was warm, but you didn’t want to hold his hand.
People were there, which made you walk faster onto the beach.
The set of bold eyes that looked into your direction, didn’t bother to look away. You stumble over your feet before readjusting your posture.
“I see clumsiness really do run in the family after all.” Jacob teases and you roll your eyes a bit as you hold up a hand, “Not too much, Jake.”
“Come on, let’s get some food. You hungry?”
You were damn near starving. Everything smelled so good.
You were holding your plate as you reach for a dish.
“I helped make that.”
“You cook?” you ask.
The man with the bold eyes nod.
You then grin a bit to poke fun, “You can’t cook.”
“I can so.”
“We shall see.”
“Alright. Go ahead.” he says and puts some on your plate.
You sat next to him but Jacob made sure to sit on the opposite side of you. He didn’t like it.
“It’s good. Good job.” you say after swallowing. A handsome smile stretched across his face.
“I told you.”
“Alright. You can go now.” Jacob says with annoyance. It was like he was talking to a fly.
“What’s your problem, young one?”
Jacob gives him a nasty look that made you hide your smile.
“Paul, I’m not letting you corrupt my best friend’s sister.”
“……Are you talking about Bella Bella?”
Jacob ignored him and drank a soda.
He looks at you instead, “Bella has a sister?”
“Twin…Sister.” you simply answer. You tried to keep your cool as his eyes weren’t shy as they were greedily looking at you and only you.
“Dayum. Carbon copies indeed.” he says with a smile.
“I heard twins.” you hear and you immediately turn around. A warm smile crept on your face. He seemed kind. He seemed happy.
“Y/N, Quil. Quil, Bella’s twin.” Jacob waved off.
Quil nods and is extra close. A surge of emotion flowed through your veins as you wanted to hear everything that came out of his mouth.
“You seeing someone?” he asks plainly and Jacob squints his face and tries to keep distance between you two discreetly, “Quil, come on.”
You chuckle as Jacob pulled you away. Eventually, you let yourself succumb into the dancing and talking to others who were there.
Bella told him to take care of you and he didn’t need Quil or Paul to push up on you.
Jacob kept you close as you listened to the stories. They were inspiring, some made you think. You were grateful that you were invited to such event.
You found yourself around Quil. Paul did grab your attention as well. Soon, you both were away, down by the rocks and talking through the night air.
“I was gonna leave.” you say at the waves.
“No.” they both say and you laugh.
“But…” emphasizing the but for them not letting you finish what you were supposed to say, “I miss my dad too much to leave. Happy?”
“Very.” Paul boldly stated. You were intrigued in his body language.
“More time to hang out.” Quil inserted.
You look at Quil with a chuckle, “And what should we do when we hang out?”
“Hm..I have an idea. We can get to know each other.”
“I already know you.” Paul boredly says to Quil.
“We get to know Y/N.” Quil says lining his eye contact steady towards you. You shyly look away with a breathy chortle.
“Y/N. Let me take you back to Charlie’s.” Jacob’s voice says.
“I want to stay.” you say.
“It’s getting late.” he breathed out.
You cross your arms as you lean against the rock.
“Come on. I can take you back.”
“It is getting late.” Quil says. You give him a slight bit subtle sad look at him before you look at Paul as he speaks.
“We’ll see you later.” Paul says with confidence and you think about the interaction with them as you half listen to the songs on radio as you look out of the window.
The moonlight reminded you of them. It was like doves in the wind, the high that you got off of being around them made you feel melted inside but in a good way.
You father was thankful that you have decided to stay longer. You were thankful that Jacob invited you out more often.
Billy started to expect your presence.
Jacob wasn’t answering the phone. You were very bored. He always answered so you were confused.
You knock on the door to his home. Billy answered.
“He’s not home, Y/N. He’s at work.”
“Oh..”
“You can wait here for him, if you like?”
“Um…I’ll probably come back from the beach if that’s okay?”
He nods and tells you that he will see you later.
You walked slowly, kicking some rocks along the way.
“Y/N!”
You turn around and smile. You rush towards them. You were happy that he brought you into a warm hug.
“Hey, Paul.” you say into his chest.
“What were you getting into?”
“Nothing. Jake’s not home.”
“You wanna come over? Quil is there.”
You nod eagerly.
Quil crushed you into a hug as soon as you walked through the door.
As you all sat on the couch with you in the middle, you look at them with each turn of your head.
“I think I remember.” you say quietly.
They asked if you remember the imprint story from the bonfire.
“Tell us what you remember.” Quil says.
You display a thinking expression.
“An imprint is more than love at first sight…It’s what holds the shapeshifter to the Earth like gravity.” you say slowly.
“What would you do if you found out a shapeshifter imprinted on you?” Paul asks.
You shrug and smile a bit, “It sounds cool. You don’t have to go through the horrors of blind dates just to find your soulmate.”
They both found this amusing.
“You’re my soulmate.” Quil drops. You look at him with an unserious look but Paul says it as well.
You freeze. They didn’t want to wait any longer. Their wolves didn’t wait any longer.
“Hypothetically…Does this mean….?” you say slowly.
“We shapeshift?” Quil finished your question as he leaned back on the couch. You nod woodenly.
“We’re shapeshifters. Both of our wolves have imprinted on you.” Paul adds in.
You don’t say anything for a long time. Both Quil and Paul held their breath and looked at each other as you stood up.
“Can I see?”
“See what?” Quil asks.
“You and Paul’s wolf. Just so I know you two aren’t fucking with me.”
They looked at each other again and both rise up. Taking you into Paul’s backyard, you turn around once you saw them unbutton and slide off their shorts. Your heart pounded.
You hear a small but harmless guttural sound, which makes you slowly turn around.
You couldn’t look away. They were beautiful. You looked at the wolf that had chocolate brown fur with a lighter tint in the face. You looked at the silvery wolf.
You knew just by looking at them, you wouldn’t have a worry in the world.
Deciding to take things slow, you three decided to be friends. But, the stares weren’t friendly. The heated face that was displayed on you from being around them, weren’t friendly.
Paul being the bold one, took you stargazing and asked if you wanted to be more than friends. You thought of the fun times together. You agree.
Quil asked you on his own time. It was sweet. He gave you a necklace with a chocolate brown wolf charm on it and asked you. You agree.
In the past, you heard about three people being in a relationship or someone having two boyfriends. It wasn’t awkward with you, Paul, and Quil. It was as if it was meant to be like that.
Jacob wasn’t happy.
In your room at your father’s house, his fists were bawled up.
“Y/N. They both don’t have to be your boyfriend.”
“It’s nice.” you defend.
“You can make one of them be your friend, your brother, your protector….God, Bella is going to kill me.” He says as he paced a bit.
“I tried being friends with them, but we have feelings for each other.”
“What if one of them gets jealous? Hm? Did you ever think about what if they get into a pissing contest and hurt you in the process?”
You shake your head as you couldn’t think of them hurting you on that level.
“Whenever I want alone time with either one, they happily let me. There is no jealousy.”
Jacob scrunched his face.
“Besides….My sister ran off and married a cold one. I wish she would try to come at me.” you say with a roll of your eyes.
Your father was happy that an entire year had went past.
You were too.
He met someone in the process, Sue Clearwater.
She was very nice. You already have been around her children Leah and Seth due to being involved with Paul and Quil.
The soft hum of the television was something that none of you were paying any attention to.
“None of us are virgins. It should be easy right?” you ask in a low voice.
“Babe, with our strength, we still have to be gentle.” Paul says. You nod.
“We won’t break you.” Quil says. You chuckle lightly.
Your felt a soft hand on your chin. You look at Paul. You meet your mouth with his. Kissing him was always so nice. He kissed you as if he were trying to learn every crease and crevice of your mouth.
You break away and look to Quil. He’s patiently waiting. You smile a bit before capturing his lips with yours. Kissing him was breathtaking. He kissed you as if he needed your mouth to breathe.
You break away from him.
You didn’t want either of them to feel left out. You use both hands to hold the nape of their necks as you guide them to your mouth.
All three of you were lip locked. Tongues and lips were everywhere but still moved in sync. You hold both of the side of their cheeks as your eyes were closed enjoying the three way kiss.
You broke away. They both smiled a bit at you.
You kissed Quil with your arms around him as Paul was behind you, kissing your neck and feeling on your body.
Pleasure was dripping all over you.
Your underwear was being shrugged down your legs by Quil as Paul had his hands and mouth on your breasts. Your brain was mush. Quil then glided himself against you while standing behind you with firm hands on his hips. Paul sucked and licked the puffy breasts that were in his face.
Your head rest back on Quil’s shoulder as everything was happening all at once.
Quil was laying with his back on the bed as you were climbed over him, it was his turn to feast on your breast as Paul got ready to slide into you from behind.
They made you feel so good. So loved. So important.
Running your fingers through Quil’s hair you encourage him as his mouth was talented and made you wetter for Paul to slide in and out of you, “You make me feel so good Papi.” you moaned out and lean down and claim Quil’s lips.
You look behind you at Paul’s heated face, his bottom lip was under his teeth as he gripped your hips, “You too, Daddy.”
Paul’s thrusts became harder as Quil sucked harder. Your moans turned into sharp pants and groans as you were consumed with them.
Quil takes your hips in his hands and move them back for Paul to continue to pound into you. The bed rocked and squeaked to the point, you thought that the bed would give out. You weren’t scared, the thought of it giving out turned you on even more.
Quil was on his back as he told you to ride him. You do so as your hands were firmly on the headboard. You move your hips into tight circles with Quil’s hands greedily feeling all of you.
You make sure to stroke and lick Paul as you whine out.
Quil was quickening his thrusts and you knew that it meant that he was about to cum.
Caressing his face, you lean forward onto his chest as you press a kiss before whispering, “Don’t pull out, Papi.”
With a grunt and grip on your skin, Quil busted his load into you and you both moan out together. You both moan out at the sight of the creampie that was made.
Paul grabbed you up, inserting himself in you. You moan out with a slight grin as the extra lubricant made it so much easier for him to pump in you.
Your legs were over his shoulders as you shuddered out, he kept going with strong pumps. His hands grip the headboard for his strong hips to continue. He grunted and groaned.
You squeezed your eyes shut when your insides pulsated around him.
“Do you want me to pull out?” Paul panted. He was about to come as well. You shake your head eagerly.
“No. Please don’t, daddy.” you moan out and with a loud groan, he shot his load deep inside of you. It was the best feeling that you could ever feel.
Soon, you heard the sound of cracks. You peak up and Quil chuckles.
“You broke the damn headboard Paul.”
“Oh, well.” he says as he lays beside you in a pant.
You shakily stand up from throwing up.
A hoodie was over your head as you self checkout tests to take. Your period was two weeks late.
“I’m sure.” you say on the phone, speaking into a three way as you look at the table. You didn’t know how your father was going to react.
Paul and Quil were ecstatic.
Charlie looked at the three of you. You wanted to take his gun and do the job of shooting yourself just so you could escape his gaze.
“They’re her imprints, Charlie.” Sue carefully explains.
“But who’s to say who’s the father?” Charlie says as he rubbed his forehead in a stressed mood.
“Either way, we’ll take care of it.” Quil says happily.
Charlie throws his hands up a bit, “Kid, of all the things I’ve seen…This tops it all off. And I’m a cop, mind you.”
“They’re in love. At least you know that she won’t have to be alone.” Sue says.
“Now, this baby…Which one is the father?” Charlie drilled.
You look at the them both.
“Jesus.” Charlie whispered before walking out.
Sue helped with the checkups since she worked at the clinic.
The ultrasound was finally completed and you were ecstatic.
Twins.
“You gave us a baby for each of us.” Quil swooned.
“We don’t know for sure.” you say with a slight chuckle.
They were attentive and caring during your pregnancy.
Often getting into debates of who should have the most time with you. You mediated, both of them listening to your inputs. It would start again when they would fight over who should cook for you when you were hungry.
Paul persuaded you to move in. Quil moved in right after you.
It was nice to call something your home and truly mean it.
Your father, was iffy about it, but he was just glad that you weren’t going back to Renee. He was still able to see you.
As bizarre that he thought of the situation, he learned to accept that it’s what made you happy and fate was the thing that conducted you to this point.
He just couldn’t wait to meet his grandchildren as he saw the glow on your face.
You were about to get in the shower, you smelled the food cooking.
A splash of water fell down your legs and onto the floor.
“Quil! Paul!” you yell.
They both were there and Quil was faster, lifting you in his arms as Paul started the car.
You whine and moan as the pain started to increase.
“They’re coming! I can feel them.” you say as you clutch to Quil in the backseat.
“It’s okay! We’re almost there.” Quil cooed to you.
Smiling down at the squirming set of twins, Sue had let you know that a paternity test had been performed.
“I’m telling you, there’s one for each of us.” Paul says.
“Hopefully…That would be really nice.” you say.
As Quil cooked, Paul got the mail as you rocked both babies and cooed at them.
Paul ripped open the envelope with a smile.
“I told you.” he says.
You look at the papers.
Quil picked up his child, Paul picked up his child. You beam with happiness. You felt higher than doves in the wind. Everything was completed. You couldn’t have been more happier.
