i’m reading the chosen one support group and thinking about some of my favorite chosen ones that haven’t been mentioned yet

aang teaching air nomad recipes to bilbo (look me in the eye and tell me he wouldn’t love those fruit pies) link and him bond over being a century older than they feel and existing in a world that’s devoid of all thing’s familiar. harry anakin and him have the wildest most heart attack inducing air stunts competitions ever (obi-wan would like some payment for this nonsense anakin pulls in the air now, he’s gotten even worse)

Hellboy (would a doomsday prophecy count as being a chosen one?) vibing in the corner with the winchesters, talking smack bout each other’s hunts, and definitely taking on the irresponsible uncle role a la grunkle stan (he definitely shows them all how to shoot. do firearms exist in their world? irrelevant) naruto and him bonding over being demons (again look me in the eye and tell me that kid doesn’t have issues with that after how konoha treated him i’m waiting) with big destructive capabilities but just wanting to fit in

the kamado siblings show up first after the loss of their whole family and nezuko becoming a demon and getting all the comfort they need and the realization they aren’t alone and never will be. ed absolutely teaches nezuko how to be a gremlin. the hashira never know peace again. tanjiro is torn between exasperation and pride. he definitely thrives under cloud and bilbo’s watchful eyes. izuku figures out how to mix OfA with the breathing styles.

HOW DID I FORGET AANG

Harry and Anakin would be such menaces after a few “helpful tips” from Aang. Almost as much as menaces as Izuku would be with the help of breathing styles. Though none of them can compare to Nezuko learning the art of gremlin from Naruto and Ed. AND GRUMPY UNCLE HELLBOY IS SO VALID I AM SNNCNDNDNSNDN.
