Fal couldn't help but wonder "where" there were no buildings or houses, just before he could ask... the three stars that adorned Triple Star surrounded them. Colors & shapes surrounded them until...

They both began to get sucked inside of... TRIPLE STAR!?

It had been revealed that Triple Star (hidden away) had its own pocket dimension... and at this very moment, they were inside of Triple Star.

And I really hope I got to showcase Celestine's personality more too... I think I already established her as a mother figure but I also wanted to showcase how her quirks too.

She tends to trail off, loves a good pun, is air-headed, has a one-track mind, and gets immersed in the things she does... that's why she forgets the little things at times (like the pie). She is well-read & knowledgeable (Plato reference) and incredibly open-minded.

21. Does your OC have any illnesses or disorders? How do they handle it?

Question (from here): I've mentioned her condition before (here) & also in the bio. (I'm pretty sure her cracked warp star condition counts, I hope...)

Triple Star was created as the replacement for her warpstar... This is how she counteracted (there is also another reason which is yet to be revealed). Before her warpstar cracked they took and expected so much out of her.

-Using a power she hated so much: was emotionally guilt-tripped by Aboslum that "everyone needed her power"

-The high expectations of being perfect (too much pressure)

-Valued for one thing only (her future sight)

She hated her life and just resigned herself to this life...For someone who has so many terrible futures... it's hard not to hate the world.

However after being deemed "broken," ... they just left her to her own devices in the temple. When she finally broke this is when she received the vision of her own demise.

This was a moment that made Celestine take control of her life since she had such a short time... she made every second count.

The song "That's What Makes the World Go Round," makes another appearance.

Not only that but she fought tirelessly to try to find a way to cure her condition... "take ownership of your life... take care of your life... that is what it means to truly live."

This is the message I try to embody Celestine's character with, it's never too late to try and become better, you just need to be brave & bold enough to try. "Merlyn" (Celestine) was her era's "Kirby"...

She loved & believed in the world until the very end~

Bonjour, I suppose? I don’t really think I know you yet so.. I was wondering, why not do an info exchange with each other I guess. Though I do know about you and Arthur. I do think it’s cute. So my barrage of questions starts now. First question, how did you get to know each other? Second, what is your favorite misadventure? Third, what do you like about Arthur, don’t think that I can’t see you two being lovey dovey. Well, I suppose I should keep my end. Things to know about me: I was the feared (yet cute) ogre of Kitakami. Next, uh let’s see, umm… Oh! I’m with Meta! And um, probably the easiest to provoke within my group I suppose. They don't deserve merely simple answers, how about a story instead

Truth be told my acts of vigilantism weren't for the fame or the glory... it was to atone what had happened to Shiver Star. Had I not told Absolum & Uther my vision...

Shiver Star wouldn't have had an... even worse fate than I had originally seen... Then I started to question everything... I had come to find out that all my visions of warning were ignored (by other Heroes of Yore & the Ancients) unless there was a benefit to them.

They didn't care about people who suffered from their acts, unlike them, I could see them... I could feel their pain too... I couldn't help but think that I had made everyone's life worse...

Until one day I just had enough.... I was done crying over my mistakes... I had to do something!

So the moment Triple Star was created I vowed I'd make up for all the damage I did with my visions. I'd "my future sight" to hunt down Nightmares monsters before they'd even had the chance to do any harm. I'd use my magic & alchemy to fix all the damage the GSA did to civilian planets.

(Basically, she did the same thing of what Edward did here but in secret)

But I will admit I did have my own little fun when I was out there as well...played a practical joke here or there swindled some swindlers... unleashed a hoard of flying pigs every time I played a prank but you get the idea.

My actions did go unnoticed... people could tell that someone in the night was fixing their homes & cities. Someone was taking out the monster even before Uther's soldiers (and Sir Uther didn't like that.) All they knew was a mysterious old mage wearing a blue cloak was helping them.

The people were starting to rely on me... I didn't want that to happen.

I wanted to stay anonymous but with how things were going to be difficult to hide myself for very long... there was another problem I was not long for the world

But that was around when I got Kirby's prediction.

There was a glimmer of hope left in the galaxy... Nightmare terror against the galaxy would end along with the Ancients & Uther's reign would end however there was a catch...

For those of you who haven't read (The Wart of Them All)

My visions were vague in nature but this one carried the most uncertainty.... I had no idea what wild goose chase this vision was leading me on... especially after I saw all my options...

I just needed to find the match; it didn't tell me how they fit into Kirby's prediction, nor what role they played in all this. But I did know this... I WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN AND TRUST ANYONE WITH MY KNOWLEDGE!

I needed to exhaust every avenue and be sure I was making the right choice... So I had to reveal myself to them as "Merlyn."

Actually, I didn't name myself Merlyn just yet... that'll have to come up in the next part.

Shoutout to @poyoofthestars Thank you so much for giving me such a great question it gives me all the power to lore dump!

I know what it looks like I did this on purpose: (For you those of you who aren't familiar with the Pokemon games: at the start of your journey you are given three choices as you're starter )

Basically, what Celestine was doing was choosing "the right starter Pokemon... to kick start Kirby's journey." But the main difference is that if she chooses the wrong one the galaxy is royally screwed! OUR GIRL WAS UNDER A LOT OF PRESSURE

Also, another fun lore dump Celestine never actually called herself Merlyn... it was actually Arthur who accidentally named her Merlyn.

🍅 (Tomato) - If Kirby absorbed them or their attacks, what Copy Ability [or Abilities] would he get? Alternatively, if they themselves are capable of using the Copy Ability, do they have a favourite?

For Celestine, Uther, Icarus, and Morgan

I'm gonna try to hit two birds with one stone with this one.

I tried to have their abilities refection their personalities. (they may change... but for now, this is it.)

Uther prefers to have the higher-ground advantage when fighting... as an intimidation tactic, attacks(slashes) are fused with fire. Aiming at their weak points when he finds them.

When fighting, he prefers to have the first attack. The moment there's an opening, he'll bombard them with multiple attacks... overwhelming; he goes for the killing blow. He's merciless.

Icarus long-range attack, preferring not to get his hands dirty... and is absolutely no hand-to-hand fighter. Often relying on his mechs & tech when fighting... He may be powerful, but when it comes to battle prowess, he's the worst one out of the four.

Morgan is a fighter who relies on stealth and speed, a standard ninja fighting style... with a little twist. She can lace her weaponry with poison, often sneaking it in with her slashes... infecting her opponent without them noticing before it's too like.

And has crystal manipulation in her arsenal. (Which turns out to be very useful in her later...) She plays to win and will use whatever advantage to do so.

Celestine is a brilliant tactician: her fighting style can be summed up with the quote: "Work smarter, not harder." Carefully watching and learning about her opponent. The longer you fight with her the more dangerous she becomes.

This is why most of her moves are a series of misdirections at the beginning to keep the battle going long. Until she's seen your complete entire move-set. Incredible healing & recovery ability with a lot of HP... so good luck outlasting her.

Merlyn was Celestine's alter ego...(The Magic side of her)

She keeps her often saving her strongest move for last. (Always full of surprises)
