Poised amidst the hustle and bustle of Anchorpoint Wharf, this townhouse has all the charm of the city and the spaciousness of the suburbs! Original details like stained glass archways, hardwood floors, terracotta tiles, and crown moldings are paired with new, eclectic upgrades like brass features, bold wallpapers and upgraded appliances.

The second story boasts an open floor plan framed by craftsman style arches and views of the bay from nearly every window. I wanted to build something using a few of the new kit items we got recently, so I built this restaurant. I modeled this build based on the Rose restaurant I built in Mae's save file, so they look very similar to each other. THE ANCHORPOINT BLOCK           by    exhabigou. 

I was feeling very proud of this build so I decided to share it! The aim was to make a simple and small apartment building for a single sim in San Sequoia, and I want the exterior to match the buildings beside it for a cohesive look when you go on live mode. 

Unfortunately, I am very new to building in this game so I did what I can to try and achieve that goal. The interior, though, is kinda modern industrial so it’s perfect for a young adult sim wanting to build a life in San Sequoia!

The apartment is only the second floor of the build, and the entire first floor is blocked empty. If you want to build on it to expand the house, then you can do that too! Interior pictures and floor plan under the cut.

Location :      Anchorpoint Wharf, San Sequoia. ( replaces the Anchorpoint Abode rental lot )

Information :      Residential. 30x20. No CC ( well, kinda. info below )

There is only one CC that’s important for this build:  MadameRia’s Limber Lumber Floor Recolor. There is also the TP holder from LittleDica’s Chic Bathroom, but you can just replace this with the one from the game. ( Also, one of the outdoor lights is not lined up correctly and I just realized it now lmao sorry )

I playtested this lot a little bit and I don’t really see any issues so far. But if there is something you encounter, please let me know! 

Compared to the first post of this build, I did change the interior to a lighter, cream colored one. I also added more decorations and clutter. Feel free to change it however you want!

Because Jason and Sophia's boys are growing, they did some slight redecoration of their home!

Their open living room became a receiving area for their guests. Their dining room stays the same, while their game table was changed into a wooden one. Jason wanted it green, Sophia agreed, as long as the couch in their new living room would be red.

This is now their living room! The sun room was where all their exercise machines were located, and the boys' former playpen. Much more spacious, intimate, and private!

There was a former guest bedroom here, but the family decided to move their chess table inside here. The boys wanted to take care of fish, but Sophia didn't want to.

"It'll teach them responsibility, cupcake," Jason said.

"We'll take care of it!" Louie said.

"I'll make feeding and cleaning schedules for us!" Mason added.

So she obliged, and here it is. They're still going to add the fish later.

The upright piano was given by Sophia's distant relatives. It was an early winterfest gift (and probably as a bribe because they won't be able to visit them).

"Some relatives they are," Sophia muttered. "Doesn't change anything, anyways. My parents won't come anyway."

Jason kissed her. "At least we're here." She smiled.

Sophia's home office was moved to Mason's nursery. She also added a corkboard! Good stuff for when taking notes of stocks, or whatever.

As always, the eldest, Louie's room, stays the same.

Meanwhile, this is Mason's bedroom. It may not be as spacious as his older brother's but it has enough leg room for jumping on the bed!

Jason and Sophia's marriage certificate was moved to their bedroom, along with their wedding photo! Their boys' handprints were also displayed here. Sophia would tear up whenever she sees them early in the morning. They have come a long way.
