I just looked up the stats on my various fanfic series.

I've written 77k words for Anabel Laidir, my Rook. Her story started just a couple weeks ago. Most of it is smut and fluff with Lucanis. This story will easily exceed 100k words. They are so much fun to write!

Ghanima's story is just 26k words, she's my canon Inquisitor and hooked up with Solas. Her story is completely finished, the final bit written and posted a few days ago.

Delylah Trevelyan is 44k words, and she married Cullen. More words and not my canon Inquisitor.

Willow Hawke and Fenris's story is just 2700 words, because I never really got attached to any of the Hawkes I made. The game is written as a story Varric is telling, and it feels a little flat to me. Probably why I never really developed an attachment to Hawke.

Jasmine and Alistair's story, though by far they are my favorite and the canon HoF, is only 46k. There story is now also complete.

I have no idea why this is so amusing to me. That, and the fact all the canon protagonists are women and mages.

Karmyn Amell

Female mage Warden, romances Zevran. Once Amaranthine is settled, she goes off to follow Zevran in his hiding/hunt for Crows. Has slightly uncontrollable magic that manifests as lightnight sparks; gets better control throughout the Blight. Initially naive to the world, but quickly grows a thick skin. Takes her role of saving/protecting people too seriously. Had a secret pregnancy that resulted in the birth of Kione, who she left in the care of an elven clan that ended up trading her to House De Riva. Timeline 1: Dedicates herself to hunting a cure alongside Zevran, eventually they reunite with Kione during DATV. Timeline 2: After Zevran's death shortly before DAI (protecting her from a Crow out for revenge), goes into a deep seclusion until she realizes she can actually help the Inquisitor. Reunites with Cullen, slowly enters new relationship. Reunites with Kione during DATV.

Kattryn Hawke

Female rogue, is So Tired of the world falling out from under her, romances Fenris. Green/Red Hawke. Bethany joins the Wardens, helps connect the cousins all together. Stays in Kirkwall for a time after the events of DA2. Desperately did not want to get involved in DAI, but once she heard from Varric knew she had to. Stayed behind in the Fade, kicking her cousin (Karmyn) out by force. This devistates Fenris, Karmyn, and Varric, and they have a hard time fully reconciling.

Persephone (Persie) Trevelyan

Female mage, romances Cullen or Iron Bull (depending on the timeline). Literally puts the world on her shoulders. Wants to find solutions for mages that balance the need for autonomy and training/oversight. Is also So Tired but doesn't want anyone to know. Loves her twin (Nico) very much. Does not want people to know how close she is to falling apart at any time. Turns the Inquisition over to the Chantry for assistance in the hunt for Solas. Is devistated by what happened to Varric, and really concerned about Rook and their dismissal about it.

Kione de Riva

Female elf mage, romances Lucanis. Is an absolute gremlin. Has an unnatural affinity for lightning like her mother, and the inability to stop making a joke from her father. Cares a lot about the Veilguard, feels a little bad for causing Viago so much trouble. Shockingly determined to redeem Solas, partially due to Persie's influence. Will never let anyone know she's in over her head, and appreciates the little things Lucanis does to take care of her. Loves Spite and the fact that Lucanis manages to make peace with his presence.

Marie Cousland

Female rogue, romances Alistair, becomes Queen of Ferelden and Warden-Commander. Very dedicated to maintaining both jobs. So angry, Alistair somehow manages to break through. Has killed for Ferelden while queen and would absolutely do it again. Very no-nonsense. Charges Nathaniel and Velanna with finding a cure (they do). Takes up arms to defend Ferelden during DATV. Has three kids with Alistair--Evelyn, Duncan and Elaina.

Anabelle Hawke

Female mage, romances Anders. A sweet baby Purple Hawke. Thinks she can solve all problems with her quick wit. Fully supports mage rights, maybe a little too loudly. Is never the same after watching Carver die in the Deep Roads, leaving her and her mother alone until it's just her. Honestly her and Anders are terrible for each other while in Kirkwall, but she'd die before she let anyone harm a hair on his head. Run away together after Kirkwall, incredibly reluctant to come forward about Corypheus. Nearly bolts when she sees Cullen, but they manage to work together. She hates leaving Stroud in the Fade, but she won't--can't--abandon Anders. Happily returns to seclusion with him until the world decides to end one more time. They--cautiously--end up in the Wetlands during DATV. They manage to keep quiet about his true identity--Evka and Antoine know and that's it.

Nira Lavellen

Female rogue, romances Solas. Incredibly hard-headed, did not want to be the Herald of Andraste, just wanted to go back to her clan and hunt. Solas' quiet support keeps her around, and she eventually befriends other members of the Inquisition. Is SO ANGRY about his betrayal and wants the chance to talk to him again. Disbands the Inquisition. Sees a far-off wolf in her dreams for years, tries to hunt him but it doesn't work. Wants Rook to help her talk to him again, but would undertand if she wasn't interested. Eventually, gets her happy ending with him.

Evelyn (Evie) Thorne

Female human mage, romanced Emmrich. Followed in her parent's footsteps as a Warden, giving up her title as Princess, knowing Duncan will do a better job. Was born with really low levels of the taint that got worse as she got older, leading to her life as a Warden (she was happy to do so). No one knows her true identity in the Wardens, except for Evka and Antoine, who she is really close to. Is shocked by Emmrich's gentleness, it's part of what draws her in. Not really a good mage, needs the help of a staff to amplify her natural ability to be useful. Happily helps Nira with her quest to reunite with Solas.

Nicodemo (Nico) Trevelyan

Male warrior, romances Cassandra. Is an absolute Wife Guy. Very protective of his twin, Persie. A very compentent leader of the Inquisition, popular with the troops, commoners, and nobility. Only relaxes around Cassandra. Sends his twin off with Dorian when he returns to Tevinter to help, but also for her own safety, worried about the future of mages in their part of Thedas. Kept the Inquisition with the Chantry. Pissed at Solas, does not want him redeemed, enjoys Vanya's direct approach towards the issue.

Vanya Aldir

Female elf rogue, romances Neve. Very straight forward and to the point with the issue. An excellent hunter. Ends up smitten with Neve, much to her surprise (she does not know how to cope with it). Struggles with leadership, but eventually finds comfort in her friends and whatever is going on with her and Neve. Is far too excited to punch Solas in the face and be done with him.

Unattached

Zea Invellger

Nonbinary elf rogue, romances Davrin in game, Lucanis post-game. Co-leads with their twin, Filip. The pair are absolute gremlins together but they get the job done. Incredibly traumatized by the end of the game, particularly by Davrin's final choice. Rarely returns to the Necropolis post-game, settles in Treviso instead to help with its recovery. Takes years for them to finally open up again, and just falls into a slow pattern of life with Lucanis. Neither really put a lable on it for the longest time.

Anabel Surana takes it in stride. She has a tough exterior, but on the inside she’s dying. She cries at night when she thinks nobody can hear her, but in the daylight she’ll act like nothing is wrong.

Ellie is the most festive. She unironically loves dressing up, decorating, and singing all the holiday songs. She also loves eating all the food.

i know! so much, ive seen staring at it a lot trying to puzzle it out. theres a different pic on blackhawkswags that shows just the ladies- i think tazer's gf is supposed to be medusa and maybe jonny is a greek solidier who's turning to stone? fun idea. panik's gf was dressed as ginny to his hp. i think duncs is pennywise and his gf is anabel. i cant tell who the bacon is tho! (also kaner and ag look cute and i wonder if saader and him coordinated since saad/his fiance are dr. evil/mini me)

I definitely wasn’t sure what Saader was, but now that you say that, I see the bald cap. That would be cute if he and Kaner coordinated, haha. Also I’ve been staring at that bacon for a couple of minutes and I really just can’t tell. I also can’t tell who the Dalmatian is. So I was trying to think about who I can’t find. I don’t see Hayden, Schmaltz, Anisimov, and some of the newer Hawks whose faces I have yet to put to names who may be disguised in one of those costumes.
