something that is so painful and annoying to me is i’ve had an ED for over 10 years. I’ve went through several stages of relapse and recovery. And each time I relapse, I start at an even higher SW than before. It’s so obnoxious and frustrating. So now I have to get back down to a number I already had before this and then more. I have to work even harder than before.

get scared every time is the weekend, cuz i spend more time at home and my mom forces me to eat 2-3 times a day.

it’s a long weekend for me and my brother is coming home to visit so i just know we will be eating a lot, but i need to lose all this weight T-T pls don’t let me binge.
