~ Sometimes Marcy swore she felt like abducting Anne had been the greatest crime of her career, and yet the dumbest decision of her life. As if the captain herself was the one held captive to a chokehold; her pretty eyes deeper than the ocean itself in which she'd sink, drown and die. It was all sorts of wrong feeling this way for the princess she was supposed to sell out for ransom. ~

Princess Anne of Wartwood, one night kidnapped by two pirates from her castle, is stranded to their ship and held captive to be ransomed to the Plantars.

One of her captors, Marcy Wu, Captain of the pirate ship grows to develop passionate feelings for her, Sasha doesn't trust the princess's intentions and struggles keeping Marcy from throwing off their mission. Turns out Anne's struggle to go home (and her growing feelings for the captain) might not be the only problem, as there's a strange entity lurking in the ship that one of them conceals deep within. The princess and pirates must put aside their differences work together to overcome the dangers of it.

What are the Straw Hats' views on Earth, is there anything they each particularly like or dislike?

Well let's see...

Luffy likes the foods, television, movies, comic books, cartoons (he Chopper & Usopp are all obsessed with visual media),

Nami likes shopping malls [or anywhere she can go shopping for that matter],

Robin is nearly brought to tears by the number of museums and libraries there are.

Franky is just going around taking everything apart to see how earth tech works,

and Brook is totally into earth music [especially older music]

Now, let's move on to the things they don't like.

Traffic and cars, how easy it is to get lost (Zoro), doorways and buildings not being big enough for some of the taller strawhats (Brook, Jinbe, and Franky), the police (they think they're the same as the Marines) Earth's depiction of Pirates (Luffy especially HATES them), not being allowed to ask if he can see women's panties (Brook), people mistaking him for a plushie (Chopper), not allowed to carry his swords around (Anne's mom confiscated Zoro's swords)

Honestly, I think most of the Strawhats would be extremely happy to get back to their world...Cuz Earth is BORING!!

Crashing into You AU

Now that the mystery anon chaos has calmed down we have new AU! And I actually have. A lot of content for this one already kinda. Turns out I get incredibly productive after exams with nothing to do. So! Lets get into SPACE PIRATES AU WOOOO!

Disclaimer: This got really long so uh beware that read more. Might be scrolling for a bit.

Okay so just gonna post this the way I took notes on it so its not very organized lol. The first section it seems I entitled Marcy (+Anne) so take that as you will lol

OH WAIT I SHOULD DO LIKE. AN OVERVIEW FIRST. LOL. OKAY HERES THAT. its very skimpy but its really all you need to know immdeitily

Overview

Marcy and Sasha are space pirates together! As such, they are aliens. Anne is not an alien, she is but a simple human. Sasharcy is doing a thing that neither will acknowledge so they're doing absolutely great :). Marcanne is well... you'll see. Sashannarcy endgame ofc

Marcy (+Anne)

Marcy crashed into Earth, destroying her ship and getting pretty injured in the process. Of course, she is very smart, and leaves the ship in cloaking mode (invis) and hobbles her way out into the surrounding woodland to figure out where tf she crashed. Anne heard a loud noise in the woods next to her house, accompanied by a flash of light that looks suspiciously like fire. She of course goes out into the woods at night because no matter what she does these teenagers just will not learn proper fire safety. Anne finds no teenagers, but she does find an injured [insert animal. i haven't decided yet please give suggestions TwT]! Of course, since she is a good person and also educated, she takes this injured animal home and cares for it. Marcy hears footsteps approaching, so, of course, she does the only appropriate thing. Shapeshift into the first native creature she sees. Oh yeah btw Marcy's a shapeshifter. It seems she is now being cared for by a native species of this planet who goes by the name of "Anne". She supposes there are worse names than "Marshmallow" to be called.

Side note: Marcy does not know English and vice versa, there was a week of confusion on Marcy's side until she picked it up because she's just that smart. They normally have translators but y'know crash.

Sashaaaaaaaa~

She is extremely worried because her not-my-girlfriend-what-are-you-talking-about-grime went missing after her most recent solo mission! But look at this, they've managed to find where her ship crashed! Of course, Sasha goes down alone, because who knows what sort of dangers await them and she will not endanger anyone else. She quickly picks up Marcy's trail and soon finds Anne's house, where she sees Marcy chilling in a window living her best life. But Sasha does not know this and of course assumes Marcy has been kidnapped and is being held against her will by Anne. So Sasha stakes out the house for a week or so, waiting for her time to strike. This time comes in ✨The Confrontation✨.

Marshmallow (Marcy but she doesnt know that) has finally healed! Anne has been caring for this strange little creature for roughly a month now, and it's time for the release process! Yadada conservation stuff about injured animals and non-releasable but Anne is hopeful that this little animal she's maybeee gotten attached too will be able to survive! So, test run time! She goes outside with Marshmallow, sets her on the grass, sits down, urges her forward. She notices that Marshmallow's attention seems to be stuck on something on the tree line. She looks up and OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT AHH ITS COMING RIGHT FOR ME. (Its an angry sasha lol) She gets tackled to the ground by this thing, and is fighting for her life when Marshmallow starts chittering loudly. The thing stops, looking right at the little animal. It vocalizes back, and eventually gets off Anne, who is scrambling backwards frantically when she really takes in what attacked her. A giant, horned, seemingly humanoid alien, arguing with her [insert animal]. ALIEN! She screams again, and both creatures turn toward her. The bigger one steps forward menacingly, but it is stopped by Marshmallow, who suddenly has wings and ITS ANOTHER ALIEN OH DEAR LORD WHY IS HER [animal] AN ALIEN and Anne promptly faints.

Aftershocks

Anne wakes up in her own bed with a splitting headache. She gets up, drearily noticing that Marshmallow isn't in her normal spot on the bed. She faintly remembers some dream where Marshmallow grew wings. Ha, wouldn't that be funny? She makes her way to the kitchen, ignoring the two aliens on her couch while she grabs an ibuprofen and downs it. Wait- she whirls around to face the two aliens on her couch, one smiling warmly and the other glaring at her. The angry one starts to talk, but she doesn't understand it, and is also in the middle of panicking so says the only thing she cant think of: "So that wasn't a dream." The angry one seems shocked, but the nicer one (the one that used to be Marshmallow, she realizes.) laughs. "Nope. Pleased to make your proper acquaintance, Anne. I'm Marcy, and this is Sasha." Sasha grunts and starts talking again but Marcy elbows her in the side. "Sasha! Be nice! And also she can't understand you, she doesn't have a translator. Here Anne, take this." Anne, who has now moved on to the stage of pure and utter shock and is currently processing that aliens are real takes the device, and follows Marsh- Marcy's instructions to put it on. The second she does, Sasha starts her spiel for the third time. "I'm going to kill you creature you kidnapped my Marcy and-" She doesn't get far before she is silenced by Marcy again. "Nope you are not doing this. Anne, lets get the basics down. Yes, we are not of your planet, I believe your language uses the term "alien." Yes, I am the same animal you have been caring for the past month, thank you for that by the way. Apoligies for not revealing my true nature, but it never seemed quite the right time." Anne nods, going along, waiting to wake up from this second dream.

OKAY WAIT THIS JUST TURNED INTO FANFIC AGAIN DANGIT okay but yeah thats the basics of this au! Anne eventaully joins Marcy and Sasha its a whole thing but this is what I have for now so yeah.

Transformiam Guardians of the Multiverse

[This is very much a GAG Au, but the ideas and stories (and MAYBE designs) are things I really do want to explore in future stories and concepts so bare with me here.]

In the earliest days of the 13 Original Primes, they discovered… the Multiverse, and all the variants and variables that it brought. And thus the Transformers multiverse has been powering along. 

But what no one knows is that they discovered more than just ONE multiverse… they found thousands, millions, billions… countless more. They discovered the Omniverse. And thanks to their great power, they foresaw all the dangers, the troubles, and the evil that would spout from them. Including threats to their respective multiverses… and even the Omniverse itself. 

So they decided to create a group of Cybertronians to guard every multiverse, taking root in an almost unaltered timeline, now only altered with the addition of a sleeping Cybertronian. 

These guardians would take multiple forms. Titans, Primes, Maximals, Predacons, Autobots, Decepticons, almost every variant of Cybertronian would become some form of Guardian. But all would have only one main priority… the protection of their Multiverses.

Do you take requests? Also Is andrias in the pirate au?

I once accepted requests but recently i'm pretty low on my inspiration so i even could barely draw anything for myself. You're still welcome to send suggestions, i just can't give any promises to draw it. And for your question about Andrias, no he is not but the reason he is not in it is cause i started my pirates au before season 2 and his character's revealed otherwise i would definitely include him in the story. Still, i haven't revealed the full story of my au yet so i might add some additions and changes to include him in the story even slightly

It's time for my 2000th post celebration!

It has been a lot of fun getting to this point! Thanks to those who have stuck around over the years and to newer followers as well.

Rather than making this purely focused on One Piece, I thought it may be fun to look back at the beginning of this blog, and give a bit of spotlight to the transitions it has been though up to this point.

I began this blog back in April of 2020, mainly out of an interest in keeping up with artists who were creating AU fan comics of Steven Universe, a show I began while it was in the middle of airing its fourth season, and caught up to soon after. Three fan comics I especially enjoyed reading were a White Diamond Steven AU by Chekhov, a comic where Steven has a sister(Twiniverse,) and a special shoutout to makingfriendos/court and snidy for being a great source of joy and whimsy with their SU art back then, being the creators of one of the first fan comics I really delved into.

The comic they worked on, Steven Universe B-Sides, focused on the trio of Lapis, Peridot, and Bismuth being Steven's guardians and is a joy to read. Captured the essence and humor of season one very well.

In fact, one of their drawings is the origin of the original name of this blog "showergelfan." Sourcing to a lovely doodle they drew of Peridot not understanding human cuisine and thinking that a shower gel recipe was acceptable for human consumption.

Moving forward a bit to September of 2020, Steven Universe had finished airing a few months ago and I shifted into mainly focusing on Amphibia and Owl House around the time, both shows having very active fan bases during their runs(shoutout to the-lone-witch-and-secret-room for being a cool and friendly presence within the Owl House fandom during the show's air.) Amphibia especially resonated with me for its humor, characters, and fun to explore world. Frogs being one of my favorite animals gave it a boost too.

A few other cartoons found their way into the mix as well, namely Hilda and Infinity Train. Both also good shows which I still recommend. I didn't explore fan works for these shows as much I did with Steven Universe, though enjoyed them all none the less.

Then finally, around August/September of 2021, I began the most recent and current focus towards One Piece from then on, with the name switch to fallensnowfan and greater attention to Kiku and friends happening in July of 2022. Being in part due to discovering the blog of cool friend basedkikuenjoyer around that time. Hi!

Going to conclude this celebration post with a small section dedicated to the much anticipated episode 1084, directed by Kenichi Takeshita, and the episodes he has worked on previously:

Why Anne joined the crew

Told ya I'd make a post anyway so we pick up from the aftershocks of the confrontation. Anne is like "you know what fine. Aliens exist. Marcy was great knowing ya but please get out of my house along with your rabid dog girlfriend thing" so sasha is like "fine I'll ping the Fwagon" (the name of their ship. I'm so proud of myself for this one yall) so she does but OH NO. AN INTERFERENCE. DUN DUN DUN

Captain Andrias and his ship The Core (hehe. Name of the ship again) have intercepted this message and attack Marcy and Sasha! And anne to because know. Battlefield happens to be her house. Andrias gets beaten goes away yada yada yada Anne is fucking pissed. She got hit by something (sasha is like "oh yeah don't worry about that it's his weird thing doesn't do anything to you") and her house is in shambles now. She's getting worked up and she and sasha get into an argument. Anne waves her hand, the plants seem to stretch out towards it. Her hair begins to float upwards, eyes start glowing blue. Sasha notices but pays no mind, probably just a "hoo-man" thing. Marcy notices and does pay attention, but says nothing. Sure, she's seen Anne get upset in the month they were together, but never this upset, so maybe it's just that? Anne doesn't notice until the antlers start to emerge. She presses a hand to her forehead, pushing it up to tug at her hair in frustration, but pauses. Why is there something hard in her hair? She traces it, going silent, sasha now finally noticing that oh hey maybe this isn't normal. Anne is growing frantic now, and her multiple plants start to grow out of they're pots and crawl along the floor towards her, wrapping around her legs as if trying to comfort her. Anne is having a full freak out at this point and Marcy helps her through it idk don't have this part fully figured out yet you'll see in the fic (yes I'm writing a fic for this. Uh. WV might be postponed another month IM SORRY) but no matter. After everything, Anne decides to join the crew because she needs answers and she sure won't find them here.

An AU of your AU where one of the girls starts off at Dia Mond's ship instead of Wartwood/Toad Tower/Newtopia.

God that would be so indulgent for me to write about. Fanfic based on my fanfic.

Ah well, what else am i gonna do tonight.

So on a character arc level, I actually think there isn't a bad choice among the three. I think a more fleshed out crew would have something for each of the girls.

Anne: While probably not on board with all the violence so much, but I think she'd vibe with the comradery among thieves. She'd probably have the hardest time with the life at sea bit. Also insist on various quality of life improvements including a movie night where she figures out how to project a move onto the sails. The Civil Wart Episode equivalent ends with the whole crew drawing swords on each other.

Marcy: I think Marcy would have a fucking blast as a high seas swashbuckler. Definitely longest adjustment period among the three just cause of clumsiness. Ends up with a rope tide to her waist whenever she's above deck after nearly falling overboard three times. While Marcy and Dia had a rapport in awiw, it was ultimately marred by the implicit threat to Marcy's loved ones that loomed at all times. Without that and with Marcy making improvements to the ships armaments' and general tactics, Dia and Marcy get along fabulously. Definitely kind of bummed when her electronics run out of power though.

Sasha: Probably the most interesting case study here. Dia, unlike Grime and Yunan, isn't an authority figure. She is a straight up criminal. I think Sasha would be onboard with the crew pretty quickly in the same way she took to being a luitenent naturally in canon. But rather than being a power trip, I think it would be interesting to see her have to value and work with everyone else. No idle hands on a sailing ship. Dia wouldn't be as noble or moral a compass as Yunan is in awiw or indulge Sasha's worst controlling tendencies like Grime does in Canon. She'd be really interesting middle ground between the two. A leader who does care about her crew for their own sake, but doesn't have qualms about kicking down someone in between them and their goals. I think her development there would be really fun.

I think ultimately the catch with all of these is that as a pirate ship, Dia and her crew is gonna be well away from the rest of the plot. You'd have to probably overhaul the rest of the geography of Amphibia to let a pirate ship be relevant to the plot. Though it wouldn't be hard to change things into a island chain? But yeah, I love Dia, thanks for asking about her

What do you mean by stories 🤔 ? Because technically fanfiction are stories and plots. Also Anne is dressed like a princess in the pirate au picture is she andrias's kid or someone else's?¿

I mean I have a story and plot in my head to tell the story in comic format instead of fanfiction cause my writing skills are terrible. If i could write i'd start my au as fanfiction. And no she is not Andrias' kid but she is a princess that gets kidnapped by Grime's pirate crew at some point. In this au Hop Pop has his own pirate crew. Sasha is part of that crew along with Sprig, Polly, and Maddie. and part of his crew. I actually once wrote a short prologue story for my au that explains why Sasha is part of Hop Pop's crew. If only i had an editor friend who could edit and fix my writing errors i would share that prologue here.
