What a great way to start your day! I went to Crowders Mountain ⛰ with some coworkers. We even went on a trail I hadn’t been on before. Tried out a new fuel today at the Lighthouse Century in Morro Bay to San Simeon Lighthouse and back. 65 miles round trip and it keep my energy up and kept me going on my longest ride to date. My evening walk was awesome! Sometimes movement and fresh air is all you need to feel 100% better! I talked to my big sis for the first 2 miles, then I was joined by my wildlife friends and then it was a mission to get home asap because nature was calling since mile marker 2.25! 😂 talk about motivation!
