I just absolutely love the idea that big foreboding characters can make amazing parents. I like to think that Indigo was a great parent to baby Purple- just wanted to do something cute 💜

Parallels

Rewatching Rodamrix’s series again while drawing I started thinking about Greens character. He comes across as strict and possibly even a bit cold- given he’s willing to throw Yellows baby out the airlock without a second thought- all for the sake of his crew.

Understandable- but quite an intense conviction.

Now trapped in the Imposter nest, he’s doing what he can to survive- in wake of a Goliath of an Imposter leader- who himself does what he must.

And it dawned on me- what if Indigo is in the exact same boat, only like their own meetings, is a complete reverse of Crewmates.

He’s a leader, just like Green, willing to do anything he must- for the sake of his imposters.

And what if Green suddenly sees the parallel?

I was drawing this before the new episode date drop- and BOY I wanted to get this out before then.

This is kind of a prediction/hope of what’s in store- and I’m so excited to see the new episode!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
