Does anyone else do this?

Okay so does anyone else do this or am i totally alone in it? 

I change some of my sims traits as they mature like ... example when they are a young adult they might have the dance machine trait but by the time they are a adult or elder its changed to like family orientated xD 

idk i usually keep a core trait like one that sticks with them and play around with the others because irl, we arent the same person we were like 10 year ago usually right? so i dont think its fair on my sims that they never get to grow xD
