Great job to "The Young and the Restless" casting department for casting Hayley Erin as Victoria and Cole's daughter Claire/Eve!!! 😀 I at first didn't see it as she's dyed her hair blonder and when she played Abby her hair was blonde too, but finding this pic of her with light brown hair I actually see her resembling both Amelia and J. Eddie. The blonde hair is easily explained though as both her grandmothers Nikki and Eve are and Victoria had blonde hair too when she was played by the child actress in the 80s (and the first adult actress Heather Tom did too for a time). Actuallly surprised most of us didn't notice this earlier and figured out she was Victoria and Cole's, but it's been such a great surprise especially for us long-time viewers. And also love when casting directors actually find actors that can pass for family.

Kyle once again drinks with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) at the Neil Winters Jazz Club. In a move that Y&R fans saw coming a mile away, Audra teases Kyle her moves aren’t strictly for the boardroom. Mishael Morgan always gets the short end of the stick with the characters she plays on y&r (Hillary and Amanda) and she is arguably one of the better new actors on the show next to Sasha calle (who is actually gonna be in the new flash movie, god I am so afraid of her getting into a relationship with ezra miller she is way too good for them), Jason Thompson, Amelia heinle and Sean Dominic so I hope all of those actors eventually get onto shows that aren't soap operas including and ESPECIALLY mishael morgan

(arguably Devon's current actor, with the VERY unlikeable role he's been given, is a much better voice actor than an in person actor)

Also going back to "Y&R" again I really hope with Cole coming back, especially since he hadn't been on my soap since 1999, that he does stay and they do a "Persuasion" style 2nd chance romance with him and Victoria. 🥰 When it comes to Victoria, Cole was always my favorite of her love interests/husbands and since they likely can't bring back Ryan and sadly we lost Billy Miller (as his version of Billy is the only one I really liked with Victoria, but do like Jason in the role too just with other love interests LOL) Cole makes the most sense. Plus their dynamic of her running Newman and him likely either being a professor or going back to being a writer. Then adding in how they also might get their daughter back is so great. And I'm still shocked J. Eddie Peck is 65!!! 😮 He does not look it at all, and Cole and Victoria if I'm remembering right were always supposed to be close in age so he played a character 15 to 20 years younger than he is. LOL And similar for his and Amelia's characters when they were on "AMC" together playing a couple. I have other favorite characters, storylines, and ships on this soap but this one so far is bringing back to me how it was in the 90s and how I got hooked on watching it back then in middle school.

ETA: I looked it up and Cole was actually born on my soap in 1980 and Victoria in 1982!!! 😮 But of course with soaps they rapidly aged them so they were both in their late teens/early 20s when J. Eddie and Heather Tom played them starting in 1993 and they still had a 2 year age gap. So going by that Cole's likely around 50 and Victoria is late 40s. LOL 😂
