This is what's on my beading board today. Inspired by watching @ameerunswithscissors on Thursday I got the shibori ribbon out and made this focal pendant with a dendritic opal cabochon in the centre. I'd forgotten how much fun shibori was to play with. Now to finish the necklace to go with it, photograph and put on my website. I'm in love with shibori ribbon and no I have not been playing about with any filters. The labradorite in this pendant really does glisten with these golden tones. It looks like an eye is looking out at you from under a beautiful silken shibori eyelid. Once again I have to thank @ameerunswithscissors for her inspiration when she was on @jewellerymakeruk a few weeks ago. She has definitely lit the fire in my belly again.
