WOOO IT’S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!!

It’s been a good day so far, i’m just a little tired.

As I age, I can’t help but be reminded of how ruthless the passage of time is. No matter if you’re ready or not, it just keeps flowing because that’s the only thing it does.

I lack goals, ambitions and have zero idea of what I want to do in the future. As such, I can’t help but feel frightened about it. So i am just feeling a little conflicted about this day.

On a rather cool note i’m going to my first concert next year?? That’s super exciting.

honestly , i could go on a long long rant ,,, i have many things 2 say but i have no energy , so ill come back after i wake up , maybe ,,,

but today i visited a neighbour 2 befriend their pets , talked about video games and shared a joint with a new favorite stranger ! of course also did owed arts but thats not interesting 2 talk about even in this online diary no1 reads

icb people to this day say maddy morphosis doesn't belong in queer spaces bc she's cishet . when will ppl realize queerness isn't limited to the technicalities of sexuality and gender, and rather is the questioning of norms in relation to identity, which bleeds into SO many things. maddy challenges and deconstructs gender norms applied to cishet men! that is part of the queer experience! i'm not arguing for the idea that straight ppl are oppressed btw, it's just that queerness has never been exclusive. the goal IS to get Everyone to question norms!

Life update:

I’m going to France for a volunteering program, TOMORROW!!

It’s been in the works for like a month but it’s still pretty sudden, I felt a bunch of ranges of emotions but overall I am feeling incredibly excited.

Art updates have been slow for this very reason and April will probably be mostly a month of adjustment, but hopefully i’ll be able to find a balance soon and finish some wips i am very excited to share!

proud to say that I have never once in my life figured out the whodunit in any crime story I've read or watched. I just let the facts and clues wash over me, absorbing absolutely none of it. I am the audience they think of when they throw in red herrings, in case you've ever wondered "who would fall for this obvious false lead". it's me. I am the idiot viewer/reader. not once has an obviously framed clue revealed anything to me. my head is completely empty when I consume these stories.
