More Ineffable Husbands Headcanons! Because I love these guys
Due to his immunity to and ability to breathe fire, Aziraphale once referred to Crowley as a dragon. Crowley was not amused.
Crowley hated Hell because it was hot, everyone was too close, and, only being the guy that caused his own misery than others', people always openly asked why he was still around or when Hastur and Ligur would just MAKE him be more useful for the powers of evil, so it quickly became a thing of 'everyone's too close to me and wants me dead. HELP.' He cannot stand being shoulder to shoulder with someone while walking, like walking close enough to everyone's close enough to touch each other and breathing on each other's necks. Even sneaking around as a snake and going in small places freaks him out. He can stand being in Aziraphale's place, but still looks over his shoulder, just in case.
On the other end, Aziraphale DETESTED Heaven with a passion. It was cold, no one talked, it smelled like cold, stale air all the time, and people were more concerned about themselves, the war, and the archangels than anything else. He grew to resent the cold, the silence, the echo of his own voice, and all the open space. There weren't any books, either. He has been to Crowley's place and he doesn't mind it, but he stays close to Crowley because he doesn't want to be alone in a large space again.
So yeah, Crowley's personal hell is a very, VERY small hot room, like a closet or a pantry and Aziraphale's personal hell is a a cold, empty building with no carpet, all windows, and no furniture, except for a few metal folding chairs.
Crowley has balance issues, even after all his time on Earth. He also has a bit of numbness in his arms and legs. (Snek)
Don't take a picture of Aziraphale and Crowley. Aziraphale just doesn't like it(look up biblically accurate angels and look at the principalities), and Crowley looks freaky as hell. Like he looks like a man-serpent thing. And the sound bothers him.
Crowley does not shed his skin... in front of Aziraphale.
Ways the two playfully annoy each other: Crowley adds too much pepper to his drink and says he's having and wonderful meal, Aziraphale purposely gets plant names wrong, Crowley reads AND ANNOTATES a book IN RED INK, Aziraphale walks around barefoot, Crowley asks what Aziraphale is doing when they're just chilling, and Aziraphale will wear all tartan clothing.
Aziraphale once did the 'What the fluff' challenge with a sleepy Crowley and it scared him witless.
This is based off of the fact, I think, that Crowley does have a sweet tooth and off a deleted scene in Good Omens, so Crowley indeed invented chocolate for Aziraphale, but whenever he failed he was sure to clean the mess. It gave him a sugar high for 42 hours straight and the resulting hangover knocked him out for a week.
Aziraphale isn't good with alcohol, but the man can hold his spices like a champ.
Crowley cannot handle salt. At all. Kind of like Holy water, it burns him, except it's a burn that he can heal from.
Aziraphale prefers showers because it reminds him of rain, while Crowley takes baths because it's quiet amd he can calm down.
Hastur and Ligur have 'confronted' Crowley on his job performance. He doesn't like talking about it and often says he only remembers leaving the room with a broken arm and being unable to walk because his back- from his neck to his waist- hurt like a son of a bitch. Yes, he has scars.
Aziraphale saw the Spanish Enquisition. He hated it.
During a war, while in bad spirits and ready to go sleep through the year, Crowley stumbled upon Aziraphale as he pretended to be dead, as a way to 'play his part' on Earth. It wasn’t cowardice, as he did some fighting, but Crowley was still surprised to see him. The two left and went somewhere that was as peaceful as possible to wait out the rest of the war. Worth it.
The two take turns preening each other's wings.
Want to know why Crowley wasn't around for a while after Bastille? Well, Hastur and Ligur got a hold of him and... well, let's just say they taught him to (A) be a faster runner and (B) not kept too comfortable around humans or being a human because, inhabiting the form of one, that means he can be broken very, VERY easily until there's nothing to fix.
I will make an analysis post on the relationship between Crowley and Hastur and Ligur, like his connection to them.
Back on track, Aziraphale and Crowley have shared a bed from time to time, like a sleepover, and it's usually the same: the two are back to back for a while before falling asleep and awaking in each other's arms. In variation, Aziraphale will stay up to read a little and catch Crowley having a bad dream(because he used to sleep in Hell) and has to ruffle his hair or do the forehead to nose rub/tuckle to calm him back down. In another variation, Aziraphale will dose off only to wake up and find Crowley watching him or guarding the room because he used to sleep in Hell, and because he wants to keep Aziraphale safe. And he just likes seeing his angel sleep; is not a creepy thing, it just reminds him that he's not alone in enjoying 'human' things.
Crowley is not a fan of dogs. One chased him while he was in snake form.
Aziraphale doesn't hate technology by any means. He just prefers talking to people face to face(specifically Crowley).
Don't ask about the snake marks on the sides of Crowley's head. Just don't.
You know how cats and dogs have that thing where in certain light their pupils change color and they see in the dark? Crowley does the exact same thing and it has woken up Aziraphale so many times. It never scared him, it just made him literally pull Crowley into bed so he could sleep.
Crowley hates the horsemen because he lost a bet to all of them.
You know the Squid Game version of Red Light, Green Light? Aziraphale would win by only stopping at 'Red light,' and Crowley would win by staying low and creeping.
Of all the archangels, Crowley actually liked Michael best. They got along well, but that was before the Fall.

cole works as a stay at home free lance artist, doing stuff like commissions, book covers, comics, etc for moneykai does something that puts his charisma to use, probably something in business that lets him advertise and talk a lot..he could never settle down for a stay at home job or anything, even with all his thrilling ninja stories
they have enough money from donations and awards to thrive off these jobs, and ninjago probably pays them kind of like retirement
cole cooks for kai so he always has a meal ready when hes home, so then kai cooks on the weekend
anyways, they have two kids, about 3 years aparti haven't figured them much out yet, but kai and cole cook and bake with themcoles parenting style is very protective and rather spoils them, while kai lets them do whatever as long as its not immediately dangerousthey balance each other out well, so their kids grow up loved and well rounded

kai and coles kids are shy around him at first, him being a nindroid whose still a ninja, but hes so much nicer and softer than expectedhe always brings them presenrs and enjoys quality time with them, so he's basically their favorite uncle
now lloyd continues his master training, to become the next master after wu dies. hed be the one to guide the next generation of elemental masters as well as their parents in training thembut don't worry, he gets a break too, since the other ninja help him out. hes much less burdened then wu was in the later years of his lifeok thats all i think

You stand outside the door to his work shop. Your hand hovering over the doorknob as you stare holes into the sign hanging from a nail on the door. “Keep out! Do not disturb!,” the signs warns you away in foreboding lettering.
You hear a echoing clang from the recesses of the restricted room. The familiar angry rise of Nero’s voice.
You clench your fingers around the tray of food you had brought and make your decision. You were going in. He was going to eat something. Damn the consequences!
You balance the tray carefully on your hip, ear pressed close to the door as you listen to Nero curse up a storm. The jarring sound of him beating a wrench against metal. Ah! Good, he wouldn’t hear you enter then!
You sneak inside without his notice, smiling at his turned back as you set his tray of food in a clear spot on one of his work benches. Admiring the cling of his skin tight engineering breeches as he bends to pick up a discarded wrench.
“Blast you, Garlond! I’ll best you yet, you’ll see!” Nero snarls, panting heavily as he throws his wrench. It bangs against one of Nero’s vent pipes. A sturdy, dented piece of metal that Nero took to whacking at when particularly vexed.
You clear your throat gently amd Nero whirls on you.
His glasses are pushed up into his blond hair. The usually artfully gelled locks falling free in soft curls, the gel likely loosened from the heat and his sweat. He has streaks of grease across his forehead and on his jaw.
His shirt is unbuttoned. Half hanging from those sinfully tight breeches and hanging open to bare his chest to the steam heated air.
Nero scowls at you. Ah, even when annoyed at you he was so very handsome. Those sharp blue eyes of his narrowing in on you with his leftover ire.
“Can you not read?!” Nero demands. “The sign on the door clearly states “do not enter”! And yet, here you are!“
You smile, shrugging your shoulders. Reaching out to pluck the lid covering the platter of the meal you had prepared for him. “I thought you might be hungry?”
You both hear his stomach then as it lets out a gurgling growl for sustenance.
Nero eyes the food you had brought. His glasses falling down with his sweat to slide down his nose.
“Right, right.” Nero sniffs, tugging off one glove with his teeth before removing the other with his now bare hand. “I knew I was forgetting something.”
You offer him a fork, smiling with delight as Nero leans into you to reach his food.
“You’re welcome,” You say cheekily when his mouth is full of food.
Nero grunts at you with a full mouth. Leaning in to scrape his stubbly cheek against yours. You laugh and give a tiny cry of faux protest. You loved it when he did that.
“What do we say?” You prod him, bumping at him with your hip.
Nero eyes you, his cheeks bulging with delicious food. He chews and swallows. Sighing with the satisfaction of a hungry man being fed. “Yes, yes. I know what you want.”
You grin. “Well?”
Nero scoffs, tossing his head as he pushes his glasses back up into his hair.
You squeal as he suddenly grabs at you. His skin hot and sweaty as he picks you up and twirls you.
“You have my thanks, darling,” Nero coos, very much sickeningly sweet. Mocking your need for his appreciation. Still, those words from his lips make you feel warm.
You sigh, curling your arms around his neck and playing with the curling hair at his nape as you rub your cheek against the grit of his bristly stubble. Pressing your lips against his cheek and tasting the salt of his skin.
Nero sets you down, looking at you thoughtfully. His eyes suddenly light up, and a manic grin splits his face.
“Of course! It was there all along! I simply couldn’t see it!”
You squeak in surprise as Nero pulls you in with his hands on your cheeks and plants a steamy, yet fleeting kiss on your parted lips.
“Thanks, love,” Nero says with a purr and a wink. “I needed that. Now get out, will you? I’ve work to be done!”

A Contemporary Japanese restaurant
Ever had a delicious sushi while listening to pop music in their instrument form? Ever heard a tempera cheesecake in Alaska? No? Well then, you should come on by to a place call Basil Ginger, located on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway across the home Deepo. This Japense restaurant has a very high class atmosphere with instrumental music that you may have heard from the radio. Pop music such as "let her go" to "All About the Bass" is what makes this restaurant stand out for their interior deco and atmosphere.
As for their food, it's very high class and fantastic! One of their specials-"the giant tiger pawns" was cooked to perfection. The ginger and garlic combination was brilliant! And when you stir it up with a little bit of chuck almonds, you get a crunchy texture to go with the softness of the pawns. Not to mention the cucumbers served on the side to freshen up the dish along with the cilantro that was garnishing the mini lobsters. An excellent choice of ingredients for an outstanding dish.
And what kind of Japanese restaurant doesn't have a sushi item? Well this place is certainly not one of those! My mother ordered their California roll and I would say that their presentation was good and I did like the falovrs or the salmon eggs and the imitation crab, but it was a little too warm for me. I like my sushi cold so I can taste the ingredients to it's full potential. I did taste the crab amd the cucumbers, but I tasted too much of the crab and the cucumber was too warm and lost it's fresh flavor to compliment the crab, rice, seaweed and fish eggs. But, it wasn't a total lost of sushi experience because I still enjoy it since I could taste the main ingredients that signifies a sushi.
You all know tea, and you know green tea, right? Well, how about green tea that has cream in it? I ordered a green tea as a drink, thinking that it was regular hot green tea or a regular cold green tea that has ice. But this restaurant has a different take on their green tea. The waitress who served us told me about their green tea and I'll admit-I was kinda scare to try it. Although, after a while of drinking it I've grown to like the drink and I was able to drink it all! The creamy texture and sweetness was well balance with the tea. I've also tasted a little spice in the after taste, which was a nice little surprise for a drink. I would live to have this again and I would recommend it to all you tea lovers who would love to spice things up a bit.
Now then, here is the final item of our list of delicious food from Basil Ginger-the tempura cheesecake! What? You thought I was kidding? Heck no! This dessert may sound crazy, but it's the number one dessert item of the menu. Even though they only serve two dessert items, this dessert is the highly recommended item to new comers and regulars. Four cheesecake bite size pieces, fried in a tempura batter, and complimented by fruits and ice cream-this dessert has it all! This dessert is so big, you'll have to have two people to finish it. The fried cheesecake bites were executed well when dealing with a creamy ingredient and perfecting the frying process for this dish. The warm and crunchy cheese cakes contrast well with the creamy and cold ice cream as well as the fruits that brightens up the dish. Fruits such as-apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberry and blackberry we're center in the middle between the ice cream and cheesecake. And let's not forget the chocolate and caramel roll ups found inside and on top of the ice cream. That was a very sweet surprise! And all of that, platted and arranged into a design of a sakura flower with chocolate syrup!? Scrumptious AND beautiful! It's no wonder that this is the hottest and coolest dessert in the restaurant!
Overall, I say this was a very elegant and satisfying experience for both me and my mother. However, this was a very expensive meal. It cost us $72 just for a meal for two. And the most expensive item was the tiger pawns, in which I understand. As for my review and rating, I give this place a 4.5 stars. While the experience was amazing, there were some minor flaws. But they're adjustable, so who knows? Maybe the next person can experience the full potential of this place. The only downside of this place is the prices. This place would be great for a date or catching up with a friend or a family member, but I would highly recommend not going to this place too often if you have a big family or having a huge party. Either way, this place is amazing and if you happened to be visiting Alaska and you want a more elegant meal, try this place when you have a chance. I am a complete disastrous wreck
I have been so depressed and so anxious and so apathetic, hypersensitive, easily irritated and downright miserable all at the same time for weeks now
My school has failed at helping me find a tutor for algorithms and seemed to given up trying at all since i havent heard from the education and learning center for two weeks now, despite them making false promises to get in touch with me soon about a solution to my problem.
I have skipped more classes this semester than ever on the excuse that i was not to be bothered to leave my room and needed a mental health day - which ends up being an even more miserable say because i feel guilt and shame and get even more nothing done than if i had been busy in classes. Othertimes i would skip so i could study for a test or take some time to actually be productive or get errands done that desperately need to be done during the day time that i dont have time to do.
I even called off work around 3 times.
I go to soccer to put off reality even more. I tell myself its because i’m a dedicated member of the team, because i need to social interaction, because it’s exercise and good for my health...but after practices i’m hardly feeling any better. I was coerced into playing goalkeeper in the freezing snow at the last and biggest most important tournament (all the more reason for me to be goalkeeper instead of anyone else because no one else can do it decently but me and i’m obviously not good enough to trust on the field so id i hadnt played keeper i likely would have barelt played at all and either way i felt like i wasted my entire weekend. In goal i hardly do much moving. They never take time to help me warm up. It was snowing and i’m standing there with 4 layers on still freezing my ass off and my toes completely numb and against Yonsei, the most important game, the 3 times i had to move at all i fucked up and let a goal in, letting us lose AGAIN and i know everyone blames me. Yeah i’m the better choice to do it but compared to the other teams goalkeepers i’m complete shit.
Whats the point of playing and doing something i’m supposed to love if doing it constantly makes me feel guilty and inadequate. I’m not skilled enough, i’m not fast enough, i still can’t fucking cross the ball and i still cant fogure out how the others who can do things well are so good at what they do despite the fact that i have 10 years of experience over everyone else...
Really the only reason i’d been going to soccer was just to escape from everything and avoid my other stressors because its all too much. I didnt have to think about algorithms or syntax or paying the tuition and rent bills or being lonely and unloveable.
I tell myself i go to the gym so i can have me time, to work on improving myself. Work towards getting the body that i want so i can feel more confident in my own skin. Work towards being stronger and faster so i can be a better athlete. Have a healthy routine so i dont develop athritis yet and have some stability to hopefully prevent flare ups.
Again, its jist another way to procrastinate. And even then i procrastinate or neglect going to the gym sometimes too. I survive off the temporary adrenaline high from cardio that tricks me into believing i’m okay when i’m really not.
Then i leave and i realize i could have spent that time getting extra sleep i need because my sleep lately is so poor and i never wake up feeling rested. If i didnt want to sleep then i should have gotten up and completed that homework assignment early or caught up on some studying that i desperately need to do.
Now with final exams looming over my head only two weeks away and i’m out of passes to skip class and i cant afford to cut my work hours anymore i’m stuck witg super limited studying time and no room to give and no motivatiom or energy to study when i should.
When i do sit and study, i cant concentrate. Nothing is retained in my memory. I struggle to understand things or comprehend a single paragraph of text and i fall asleep at my desk constantly or purposely distract myself with other things.
I’m gonna make a plan.
I’m gonna balance my budget.
Do laundry.
Clean my side of the room.
Organize my sock drawer.
Count my spare change.
Do some basic low-budget meal prep and pretend i’m actually going to eat less calories and eat less bad foods and treat my body like the temple that it is and feed it only the good stuff! Lies, she said, as she forgets about the container of a single overpriced cucumber in the fridge that cost 2$ and eats .80 cent ramyun noodles instead.
I keep forgetting to take my medicine - including my birth control- which i take for its contraceptive effects (like i could actually believe i’d be having sex anytime soon but at least i’m safe if i get raped because thats what i’m supposed to do, right? Be prepared for the worst) but i also take it to regulate my periods but i’m under so much stress and keep missing my pills thay my period is fucked up and my hormones are out of whack too only exacerbating my depression amd anxiett tenfold.
I have a fear of abandonment but i avoid getting too close to people because i know they are just going to leave me anyways. No, not leave. Forger me, dump me, use and dispose of me after my purpose is served.
I want so desperately to be the alpha female. To actually have my shit together and not merely seem like i do all the time. I want control of my life. I want to have less intense feelings about everything. I want to be invincible, admired and awed. Respected.
But what do i do to get that?
I’m mediocre at everything.
I dont have any special hidden talent. No one says, “oh you should talk to Lilo about that, she’s really good at that thing!”
I am a shoddy student and a shoddy musician and a shoddy artist and a shoddy athlete and a a shoddy cook and a shoddy friend (cause if i were anyone’s first choice they’d call me first for once)
I have no money, no academic merit or special skill set.
I’m completelt useless.
And i’m not pretty. I could get away witg being all of the above things if i were at least just pretty and still have a chance with society- getting a decent job, getting opportunities, being loved by someone else who isnt family....
In my current circumstances, how on earth is ir even possible for me to just “be happy” and “find happiness from within”
Being grateful for what i’m able to do doesnt help me feel better. It doesnt put things in perspective. I makes me hate this world even more that there even has to be people more worse off than me out there. I cant handle the cruelness and unfairness and superificiality of this world and all the people in it.
My body knows i’m not okay. My digestion is weird. My sleep and dreams arw wwird. My skin breaks out and i got hives on my hands and sores in my mouth from stress. I cry almost every day and spend the day with a tension headache from fighting the tears so i can appear “normal” in public because i’m embarassed and when anyone looks at me i want to scream at them and say “what daduq are you looking at, punk?” But i dont becauasw thats dangeous.
I’m just so sick and tired of everything and i’m tired of pretending. I’m tired of explaining myself because i’m not like my “normal” self. Where actually my real self is constantly screamig from inside my head and inside my chest to be let out like a child victim of abuse.

Theforests here were different than in France. He had a hard timereading any tracks and it took him longer than he thought it would, before he stood in front of a small wooden hut.

Finally,Gaston placed the spoon next to the bowl and kept staring into your (Y/E/C) eyes.
Afterwhat felt like hours for you, he got up and walked over to his bow and arrow,picking it up.
Yougulped and smiled sadly. You had hoped he’d be different. But youwere incorrect, it seemed. And now, you had to kill him after all.
Insteadof taking an arrow and aiming it at your head, he turned towards you.
“Wherecan I store this, then? If I’m to live here, I shouldn’t leave it outin the open.”
Yoursad smile turned into a laugh and you relaxed instantly.

DanversSistersWeek - Day 1 - Sisters’ Night
Every week the Danvers sisters, have a night for just them, like a sisters date night. Except for the last month, every time they organised something, they’d receive a call from the DEO, and the only other days they were free, both of them had date’s with their girlfriends. Even if it was a double date it wasn’t the same as having sometime one on one with each other.
So this week they made sure to make each other the priority, they both let Lena & Maggie know that this week if they had any free time they would be spending it with each other no matter what.
Monday went out the window, they had take out and watched a film and not 10 minutes in got a call from the DEO for an alien attack just outside the bar. The next time they went to get pizza from their favourite pizza place the used to go to as a family with Eliza and Jeremiah. They had longer together this time but not by much, half an hour and again a call from the DEO, A few dangerous aliens had escaped from the DEO so again there sister night had been taken over by aliens.
Third time lucky? It was Christmas time so they decided to go ice skating and then go for food. Kara hadn’t told Alex what they were doing yet, she wanted to surprise her.
Kara told Alex to meet her at the shopping centre. Kara was wearing her “Power to the girls” top, a pair of warm leggings, warm boots and a warm coat. The blonde saw her sister walking towards her wearing pretty much exactly the same as herself except instead of leggings she was wearing jeans and she had a different coloured coat.
“Hey Kara!” Alex ran up to her sister throwing herself into the blondes arms and hugging her tightly “Okay…okay…Ali… you’re squeezing too tight.” Alex let go and frowned “Shut up, I could never give you a hug too tight, you have super human strength. You were just getting embarrassed and didn’t want to admit it.” Kara immediately punched her sister on the arm forgetting her strength as always “Aoww! Kara!” “Ooops.” Kara smiled feeling bad. Alex linked arms with her sister “So what are we doing?” Alex asked. Kara smiled sneakily “Kara?” Alex questioned “Okay, we’re going…Ice skating!” Kara jumped excitedly like a five year old child. “Ice skating? Kara you’ve never been Ice skating in your entire life!” “Yes I am aware… you can teach me. Now come on…” Kara smiled happily dragging her sister up the stairs to the Ice Skating rink.
Kara held onto her sister as they got themselves onto the rink. “Kara you need to hold onto the side whilst I get my balance.” Alex laugh “Oh right.” Kara grinned nervously and grabbed hold of the side “So why Ice skating?” “Well there’s a list of things I want to do before I die, human things, normal human things that you can do for fun and I don’t like sitting still for long so I thought if I make a list of things to do, it would make our sister dates more fun.” Kara smiled looking a little embarrassed. “Okay… you ready…” Alex held out her hands, Kara got her balance and grabbed her sisters hands "Kara not so tight… or I’m going to have to have a trip to the ER.“ “Sorry.” They both laughed as the blonde loosened her grip.
Alex slowly skated backwards holding her sister up right. “Don’t let me go.” Kara stated nervously “I promise, I won’t not until you can do it on your own.” Alex continues skating backwards slowly in the circle of the rink, Kara’s feet started going faster than the rest of her body was moving “Kara calm down…slowly…” Kara took a deep breath and slowed down her skating, and slowly but surely she was beginning to get the hang of it.
Alex grinned knowing her sister could now do it on her own now but it needed to be Kara’s choice. The blonde looked up at Alex for her almost confirmation that she could do it on her own. Alex gave her the nod of approval.
Kara took a leap of faith and let go of her sisters hands “I’m right here if you need me Kara, just take it slow and you’ll be fine.” Kara smiled and went slowly but soon enough she asked her sister to move out the way amd she was speeding round that rink like no tomorrow.
When Kara skated round for like the 12th time in a row, she landed back next to her sister. “Let’s have a bet…” Kara smiled sneakily “Okay?” “Race round the rink, Best of 3, looser buys dinner for the both of us.” “Fine.” Alex replied, she knew she’d loose given how fast her sister is, but she didn’t care. At the end of the day she was having fun and just spending time with her sister with no DEO phone calls which was a dream come true.“You’re on.”
The first skate round went as smooth as anything, Kara won. No surprise to either of them. Second round, Alex nearly fell flat on her face and Kara went so fast she nearly flew through the air. Kara won again, Last round went smooth, and again Kara won. They both got to the “Finish line” that they’d agreed on. “Ha!” Kara all but screamed. “You’re buying dinner.” Kara smiled happily dragging her sister of the rink to go get food, not before changing back their skated for their shoes.
They went to their favourite Italian. Alex laughed as Kara shoved a massive slice of pizza into her mouth “What?” Kara asked with her mouth full. “You…I don’t know how you can eat so much.” Alex laughed. Kara replied still with a mouth full of food “I am a growing girl.” Alex just laughed “Yes… Yes you are!” Alex smiled as she delicately twirled her pasta round her fork and eating it a lot more nicely than her sister would have. Alex was a clean eater Kara was a messy eater, even in public. They got through there meal when Alex’s phone went. “Hello?…Yep… alright we’ll be right in.” Alex smiled "DEO calls… we’ll we got through a whole afternoon and meal with no phone call I think that’s a record.“ They both laughed, they finished off their meals and Alex paid the bill and they ran off to the DEO.

- Calm.....go detox yourself. Get into a salt water bath..a candle and eye patch for both eyes. Lie back till your ears are covered...and focus on your breathing..slow in...slow out. Should be as dark as possible..just float...
- root chakra problems maybe? try some grounding exercises :)
- Meditation 🧘🏾♀️
- Be still with yourself. Write down what you need in relationships (intimate, friend, family, work, etc) then, identify where the gaps are. Also, explore what in life you feel forced to do. Start from those answers, and make shifts accordingly. Ask your Angel's to help you harmoniously align to your higher self.
- You may be taking on someone close's energy and May just need to simply get back in nature and ground more. Walk barefoot in the dirt, walk barefoot in the ocean or a lake, heavy epson salted warm bath with visualization of the negative angry energy going down the drain techniques when showering
- Anger is a result of pain, past and present. Identify the cause of the pain. Address it , maybe in therapy, support group or with someone you feel comfortable and safe with and will be totally honest with you. Be gentle with yourself and be patient with the process .
- I have felt this lately and I worked with my selenite yesterday and I feel soooooo much better!
- Is there something going on that you feel you have no control over. Maybe you wish some would be a certain way or say things differently. I usually get this way when I become overwhelmed by others. I always react and take on things when really its not going to change a thing. Im learning to practice the pause. Pause and think if this is something that really needs all this attention. If not then try to breathe and let it go.
- For thw sake of processing/growth: Learn about primary & secondary emotions, get to the root cause
- Unhealed trauma. Try to dig a bit deeper and see what's really going on that disturbs your inner being 🌟🙏
- There could be some unresolved childhood trauma that you're neglecting or perhaps you bury your emotions and thoughts and do not have a healthy way of releasing them. My suggestion is finding an outlet to release the negative energy. Writing in a journal, kickboxing, yoga, hiking, working out at the gym, etc. It's good to find things that help release your endorphins and serotonin & dopamine....a.k.a "feel good" hormones. And if you need anyone to talk to, Im sure many of us on here (myself included) are more than willing to lend a listening ear. Sometimes venting lifts the weight off of your chest that you didn't realize you had. Sending you love ♡
- Anger is a symptom of something deeper. It could be something you've suppressed a long time that is trying to reveal itself to allow you to heal. Or something happening now, that you try to suppress so as not to speak the truth and harm a relationship or someone's feelings. The best way to heal that symptom is to find its cause and address that issue. Our emotions are always signs to whether our spirit is happy with our path. Once you find the cause, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is the answer I found to clear the roots. I hope this helps. Don't ignore it or give it simple cover-ups, because eventually you will need to face the cause. Otherwise, it can drain away your chances for true happiness. I'm not preaching, but sharing from experience. Sending love!

- What do you do to discharge the emotions you take from others? What media are you absorbing? I noticed the more negative and depressing things I watched or read, the less I was able to clear myself and my emotions. I stick to happier things, cartoons, love stories, up beat songs. Things like that

- Not sure of your eating habits or anything else so let me assume. Fast food amd some restuarants have food loaded with hormones and antibiotics. Just think of ppl coming off steroids with their hormonal imbalance makes them angry. Same thing with toxic food that's overloaded with hormones and GMO foods. First thing to do is always find a clean source of Food Water and Air to detox. Second thing I suggest is to not watch anything political or even religious as ALL POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS based media is (FEAR DRIVEN) stay away from smokers... Make love to your man. Yall look like the perfect couple. And last thing and most importantly......RUN. Run every day until you can run 5 miles a day. Running is the only exercise that will help you balance your emotions to such a level.. if you do absolutely everything I stated then you will feel the change. I promise that.

- If you’re angry address it head on. It will eat away at you. Anger is destructive because until you find an outlet for it (exercise meditation etc) or your calmly confront who or what is causing it you will feel worse.

I suggest searching it honestly in a bit of seclusion by changing environment. Often it is sign of underlying unhealed traumas. Truly sometimes we never heal those deep ones, we just develop radar so to speak to avoid dashing apart upon lifes shallow reefs. Anger is often a forgivable offense towards yourself and others. Most cases all that is needed is to distance yourself so as gain another vatage point. Change of perspective can be miraculous honestly. It's your mind, change it. Attempting to smile still releases chemicals that make you happy. Above all else focus on breathing. That's all one can really do to overcone most issues. Neuroplasticity, change a pattern change the result. Physics

- Be angry. Go out into nature and let your anger out. Talk to God, to loved ones unpresent. Be honest. Scream. Stop judging yourself for being angry. Anger is beautiful when you don’t withhold it. It is vulnerable to actually express it instead of false anger known as blame. Blame is not anger. Blame seeks to hold on to anger rather than let it release. It is not going far enough, using self judgment to control it rather than self awareness and properly parenting your inner child.

- I am angry because of the apathy of people. Being very empathetic I feel that I have an obligation to make a difference in any way that I can and become frustrated by those who put their own self interests first. I try to let it go and focus on making myself the best person that I can be and to let my actions represent my values.

Five Foods to Eat for Eye Health
As you may know, what you eat can influence your health in meaningful ways. A healthy, well-balanced diet can energize your body, protect you from diet-related chronic diseases (i.e. heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers), and help to reduce your risk of developing cataracts and eye disease.
According to the National Eye Institute, 36.5 million Americans are affected by some type of eye disease. The major types include age-related macular degeneration (AMD), glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, and refractive error. Each year the American economy takes a hit of $139 billion to cover medical care treating these conditions. These statistics are concerning as we rely on our sense of sight to experience the world around us.
It doesn’t stop there either. The Institute predicts that by the year 2030, approximately 4.3 million Americans will be affected by glaucoma compared to the 2.7 million who currently have it in 2019.
Taking care of yourself to ensure you maintain your vision is rather important. So, what foods should you focus on to help keep your eyes healthy?
1. Fatty Fish:
Fatty fish contains essential Omega 3 fatty acids such as DHA, which is recommended for dry eyes and helps to restore the structural support of the eye’s membranes. Examples of fatty fish with DHA include sardines, mackerel, tuna and salmon. It’s best to include fatty fish 2-3 times per week to get an adequate amount of Omega 3 fatty acids.
2. Green Leafy Vegetables:
Making vegetables a part of your meals is extremely important. Eating dark leafy green vegetables like spinach and kale are beneficial as they are filled with carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin. These carotenoids protect the eye from the sun and from blue light.
3. Fruits:
Fruits are rich in vitamins A, C, E, and beta carotene. These nutrients are specifically important for daytime vision and can be found in squash, sweet potato and cantaloupe.
4. Eggs:
Eggs contain components that protect the lens of the eye. These protective components include cysteine, sulfur, lecithin, amino acids and lutein.
5. Soy:
Soy and soy products contain essential fatty acids, phytoestrogens, vitamin E, and natural anti-inflammatory agents that work to protect the eye.
The next time you’re in the supermarket looking to buy food for the week, keep this handy list in the back of your mind. Incorporating these foods into your meals can be a fun challenge while improving your eyesight.

August 4: Moving in
My alarm is set to go off any minute. I’ve been awake for half the night, shifting back and forth, counting the lines between the ceiling and my green bedroom walls repeating the course schedule in my head. Others may count sheep; I plan. My mind doesn’t allow a break from planning, and today, the most important day in my entire twenty-two years of life, is no exception.
Groaning to myself, I roll out of my bed. I take my time tucking the corners of my bedsheet against the headboard, because this is the last morning that this will be a part of my regular routine. After today, this bedroom is no longer my home.
My stomach is tied in a tight knot, and as I start my shower I pray that the anxiety I feel will lessen as the day goes on. All of my life has been a series of tasks in preparation for this day, my first day of law school.
The day the Philippine Law School Admission Test letter came I couldn’t have been more thrilled—and I received a lot of support and love from family and my best friend. I can’t deny that I was proud that all my hard work had finally paid off. I had once, for just a moment, considered living in Manila for law school. But seeing all the color drain from my parents' face at the suggestion, and the way they paced around the living room for nearly an hour, I told them I really hadn’t been serious about that.
I spent the last few years nervously anticipating this. I spent my college days studying, reading, and preparing for this as my peers and I were hanging out, drinking, and doing whatever else it is teenagers do to get themselves in trouble. I multitasked. I balanced having fun from studying. That wasn’t me when I was in high school. I was the high school girl who spent her nights studying cross-legged on her bed and always sitting on her study table. She has no social life. And that high school girl is the me now. I am not drinking for a year now and I'm basically a homebody for one year living with my parents again.
As I go outside and walk to the car packed up with my things, the butterflies in my stomach dance around, making me slightly relieved that I have a three-hour drive to make them disappear.
I have no idea what law school will be like but I already have an idea of what to expect, and, unexpectedly, the question that keeps dominating my thoughts is: Will I make any friends? And if I couldn't find a niche in a school, what were my chances here? I didn't relate well to people my age. Maybe the truth was that I didn't relate well to people, period. Even my family, who I was closer to than anyone else on the planet, was never in harmony with me, never on exactly the same page. Sometimes I wondered if I was seeing the same things through my eyes that the rest of the world was seeing through theirs. Maybe there was a glitch in my brain. But the cause didn't matter. All that mattered was the effect. And tomorrow would be just the beginning.
I wish I could say that the familiar scenery of my second home, Baguio, calmed me as we drove, or that a sense of adventure took hold of me with each sign that indicated we were getting closer and closer to Rex Hall. But really I was mostly in a daze of planning and obsessing. I’m not even sure what my family was really talking about, but I know my parents were trying to be reassuring for me.
It was to Baguio that I now exiled myself— an action that I took with great horror. It was beautiful, of course; I couldn't deny that. I already lived here for five years. And I'm going to spend another four years of my life here. Everything was green: the trees, their trunks covered with moss, their branches hanging with a canopy of it, the ground covered with ferns. Even the air filtered down greenly through the leaves. It was too green — an alien planet. Green like my bedroom walls at home.
An hour later, after listening to my parents warning me against the dangers of parties and men (and I'm now allowed to date since I graduated in college) —and using some language that’s rather uncomfortable for me to hear from them—they finally make their move to leave. In their usual style, no quick hug and no kiss, they exit the room.
Left alone, I think about their hasty exit for just a moment and then begin to unpack my bags. One of the best things about solo living is no one is going to hover. I'm left alone to unpack and get settled, a feat that would have been altogether impossible for my mother. It was nice to be alone, not to have to smile and look pleased; a relief to stare dejectedly out the window at the sheeting rain and let just a few tears escape. I wasn't in the mood to go on a real crying jag. I would save that for bedtime, when I would have to think about the coming morning.
Shortly, half my clothes are neatly folded and stored in one of the small dressers; the remainder are hung neatly in my closet. I cringe at the sheer amount of leather and animal print filling my bag. My mother probably sneaked it in secretly. Still, my curiosity does get the best of me and I find myself running my finger along a dress made of some sort of metal, and another that’s so thin it’s barely there at all.
Feeling the beginnings of exhaustion from the day, I lie across the bed. An unfamiliar loneliness is creeping its way into me already, and it doesn’t help that I have no roommate because my father get me the most expensive solo room here in this building. He is literally spending a lot of money for me and when I insist I could live in an apartment, he would reject my offer and he would tell me that he can pay for all of it and I don't need to worry and just study.
I gather my planner and textbooks, taking the time to write down my classes for the semester and my potential meetings for the gym, I plan on joining; I’m still undecided on that, but I read a few testimonials and want to check it out. I want to try to find a group of like-minded people I can talk to. I don’t expect to make a lot of friends, just enough that I can have someone to maybe eat a meal with every once in a while. I plan for a trip off SM tomorrow to get some more things for my dorm room. I don’t want to crowd my side of the room the way I did when I was in college, but I would like to add a few things of my own to make me feel more at home in the unfamiliar space. The fact that I don’t have a car here will make it a little difficult. The reason why my parents wanted me to live here is because it's walking distance to my school. I don't need to commute. And I could save more time.
Why couldn’t I be with my cousins in Manila? I suppose it could be a good thing, because I will have the room to myself amd no distraction while studying, but I don’t have a good feeling about any of this but I'm also feeling at home for an unknown reason. So far law school in Baguio is neither what I had dreamed of nor expected. But when I stroll around the city today, I'm getting to like this idea better. I'm here. And this familiar place is going to be my home now. Maybe, I could get used to it. And learn to love this decision.
I remind myself that it’s only been a few hours. Tomorrow will be better. It has to be.

Our bowel movements can say a lot about our overall health. In fact the shape, color and texture of your poo can indicate what your digesting and not digesting properly. Your bowel movements can indicate your body isn’t receiving the nutrients and minerals it needs to function. You can tell if your dehydrated and if your stressed by how little or how much you use the restroom. If your gut isn’t working the way it should it can reek havoc on your entire body. That is why it is important to pay attention to your digestive system, it is a good indicator of what is going on internally. Educating yourself about your digestion can be the key to your overall health.
It’s important to understand that digestion can change from day to day, but it’s the long-term patterns of your digestion is what you need to pay attention to. Here are some simple questions you can ask yourself each day.
1. How often are you using the restroom?
2. How are you feeling?
3. Has the color changed or how does it smell?
4. Is it sinking or floating?
Optimal digestion would result in 1 to 3 bowel movements a day, the color of it is a healthy brown, smells normal, is shaped kinda like a long smooth tootsie roll. Making sure your body is producing a bowel movement each day is critical, because without a bowel movement this can cause constipation and build up toxins in the body. These toxins can be really harmful to your entire body. By not having proper digestion is can cause immune system problems, hormonal imbalances, blood sugar irregularity, disrupt moods, cause joint pain and all other physiological disruptions. As you can see digestive issues can cause all sorts of issues for the body. That is why it so important to really look at your digestion and pay attention to any changes you may see.
Our guts are made up with friendly bacteria that helps break down, digest and absorb nutrients; and by doing this this helps create digestive enzymes. A healthy bowel movement lets you know the bacteria in your gut is doing it’s job or if it needs to readjustment. The gut flora (bacteria) in the gut protects the body against pathogens, boosts your immune system and makes essential vitamins for the body. Making sure your providing your body with all that it needs to run properly is critical. It is more than diet, it is about how much exercise your getting, if your taking vitamins and are you stressed or depressed? Digestion affects every part of your body including your mind, if you aren’t getting the nutrients it needs it won't function. Pay attention to the signs, listen to your body and keep a journal of what your eating to pin point the trigger. It is about being aware and taking the time to really understand your digestion.
So, what can you do to help aid in better digestion?
1. Keep a food journal. This will give you a better understanding of what you consume on a daily basis. Write down how you feel after each meal, by doing this you can see what might be causing the trigger.
2. Keep yourself hydrated. I can not stress this enough. Did you know that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. So ditch the soft drinks and drink good old water. Water helps moves the waste along through the digestive system and helps create healthy gut flora.
3. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Stress and anxiety can cause great disruption in your gut. Your digestive system is considered your second brain; that means what ever is causing trouble in the mind, can cause trouble in the gut. Taking time each day to relief stress can help with your digestive health.
4. Getting moving. Finding a way each and every day to get in exercise can help with your overall health. Sitting at work all day can cause things like constipation, so stand up, go for a walk or take the stairs during your breaks at work. Just get moving!
5. Eat a well balance diet. This includes making sure you are getting enough nutrients and minerals in your diet each day. Eat less processed foods and drink less sugary drinks. Processed foods are know to cause fatigue and inflammation in the body. Eat more fresh produce and home cooked meals; to cut back on the extra sodium and sugar that restaurant foods contain.
6. Take a good prebiotic and probiotic. Eating fermented foods such as ginger, kimchi, sauerkraut and pickles can help create good bacteria in your gut. Probiotics can be found in kefir yogurt, acidophilus, kombucha and other products.
Having a healthy and well balanced diet can do wonders for your digestion. Paying attention to the signals your body is giving you can help your digestion.
