Samuel James Cruz (Sam Cruz, age 26) abuses his power as a manager to engage in inappropriate relationships with his associates. He states that he has complimented his associate and wants to become closer to her family. He has even purchased a Valentine’s gift for her while still employed with the company. Sam Cruz is now a Target General Merchandise and Fulfillment ETL at Goleta, California (T2872). He will most likely repeat the same offense as he does not understand how to view his subordinates as subordinates and seeks intimate relationships with them.
