(Amaxingdaes) bad days are the worst and I relate to the finding it hard to let people in but when I feel bad I always find making a hot drink helps even just a little. Light a good candle (I have caramel cafe latte lit rn), and if you don’t wanna move much maybe get a blanket and watch some nostalgic movies on your phone/laptop. Reach out on the group chat cause sometimes people really don’t know what’s going on until we speak up. You don’t have to reply at all but I hope it’s a comfort 😔💕
