i’ve mostly played windenburg since going maxis match, it’s not nearly finished, i still want to change so many lots like the pool etc but from left to right:
parrish’s home: the family home of the parrish family, zoe still lives with her parents, as the only one of my sims really. i guess it’s because she really loves and gets along with her parents and they’re stinking rich so she likes the comfort??? lmao
sam’s home: pretty self explanatory, i still need to change the interior of the house though and actually play with him for once
cody & kala’s home: as seen in my housemates, new year’s and this random post before. it’s kind of a two homes in one thing? the first floor is cody’s and the second floor is kala’s!
eli’s home: completely and utterly unfinished, i might even end up bulldozing the lot and put something new there bc idk if i like it lmao
“tropical” spa: a beautiful spa i have yet to use in my story!!
graveyard: just a small graveyard that all of my passed away sims go to, including jamie parrish :-(
coffee bar/shop: again, i have yet to use this place in my story but it’s such a lovely coffee place ;__;
nobu restaurant: the japanese restaurant from my zoe/cody/flynn christmas post, i absolutely adore this lot!!
flynn’s home: flynn’s beautiful studio as seen in this post :-)
once the vampire/supernatural pack comes out i’m going to add a gothic looking home for my amaia (vampire) sim somewhere which i’m so excited about, and i’m still working out where i want to go with my story so i’ll probably end up adding community and residential lots to fit that over time!
ps: i haven’t build any of these lots, i suck at building so i get them from the gallery and edit their interiors to my own liking :-)

Christmas Traditions Light Up the City
For Filipinos, Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. It's the time when people come together in friendship, celebration and worship. As Christmas draws near, Philippine churches come alive, their altars covered in magnificent lights that proclaim the birth of Christ.
To capture the symbols that make the Filipino Christmas memorable and meaningful, Ayala Land will light up the heart of Makat once more with beautiful light installations depicting the altars of the Philippines' most iconic churches. Building on a yuletide tradition it has started several decades ago, Ayala Land marks its 30th anniversary by once again bringing the Filipino community together for a joyous event where well-loved and New traditions intersect.
Crafted by the masterful hands of Zenas Pineda, seasoned interior designer specializing in visual merchandising and who has been designing the street lights of Ayala Land for 7 years now, the light installations are sure to capture the historic and cultural richness of the altars of selected Philippine churches across the archipelago. Capiz installations are likewise wrapped around the trees that line the main street to complement the altars. To lend more color and whimsical elements to the overall design, totem poles symbolising the 12 days of Christmas will be installed between the altars.
Among the altars to be featured are those of the iconic San Sebastian in Manila; the San Miguel Archangel Paris, Cebu and Molo Church, Iloilo in Visayas; the immaculate Conception Church of Jasaan, Northern Mindanao; and the Santuario De San Antonio of Makati.
''Christmas is always special for Filipinos because it's about bonding with family and loved ones. We realize that for many Filipinos, experiencing Makati's holiday displays have become part of their Christmas celebrations, alongside revered Filipino Christmas traditions such such as the Simbang Gabi, family reunions, and Noche Buena. HIGH-END Philippine property developer Alveo Land Corp. is looking to build more projects outside of Metro Manila, particularly in the Visayas and Mindanao, in response to the growing middle class and affluent households in the regions.
“Last year, we had 70 percent of our projects in Metro Manila and 30 percent in the provinces. But this year, we expect to have 60 percent of the projects in Metro Manila and 40 percent in provinces. We’re looking at more opportunities now to expand, and we’re going into these locations which we don’t have presence and where there are opportunities,” Alveo President Jennylle S. Tupaz said in a briefing on Thursday.
“We target the Visayas and Mindanao regions, not just Metro Cebu and Davao. Definitely, we are interested in Batangas, also North Luzon is largely untapped, so we’re looking at that,” she added.
Alveo is targeting to launch 16 new projects this year — 14 residential and two office towers — with a combined value of P40 billion. Last year it launched nine projects worth P22 billion, delivering 2,265 units.
Tupaz said Alveo is tagged as a luxury brand in the provinces because of its prices,w hich range from P140,000 to P180,000 per square meter (sqm) against the average price of P75,000 per sqm in the regions.
“But the demand is there,” she said, citing that rising incomes and the major infrastructure projects of the government are driving economic development also in the provinces.
“We’re launching projects this year that takes advantage of these infrastructure projects because access and location are always very important. The government unlocks areas for us to enter which previously were not looked at,” Tupaz said.
“There are challenges in the provinces, but we do adjust,” she said.
To date, Alveo has developed 84 projects on more than 400 hectares of land in 12 key locations. Its existing projects are mostly in Metro Manila but several are in Cebu, Davao, Pampanga, Laguna, Tagaytay, and Cavite. Alveo currently has more than 1,000 hectares of land bank which can sustain its development projects in the next five years.
This year, its targeting P45 billion in revenues, up from the P38 billion in sales it logged in 2016.
Alveo is the high-end residential and commercial offices brand of the Ayala property group, which also includes Ayala Land Premier for the luxury market, Avida Land Corp. for the middle-class market, and Amaia Land Corp. for the economic housing segment.
