qué tiene la cebolla caramelizada?

q técnicamente la cebolla se hace sola. es decir no hay q ponerle nada porq el propio jugo q va largando es el q la endulza. si para caramelizar la cebolla le ponés azúcar estás haciendo cebolla azucarada. q puede ser más "rápido" y similar en sabor pero en verdad no es lo mismo y personalmente no me hace feliz. perdón por ser insoportable

I don't think a guy like you would know how to have fun." "I can assure you I do." "Oh yeah? Well—" "Stop," it's Zahra who speaks this time, interrupting Alex's words, she holds a hand between them. "Glad to see you clearly know each other intimately but I really rather keep the ice bloodless."
