So the Bishamonten info that was revealed in the recent event was that a Gudaguda exclusive timeline thing or does it fit into the “normal” timeline? Like for example can the explanation be used for Tamuramaro as well? The whole arbiter of Justice thing and etc.

Until told otherwise, treat it as Gudaguda content.

The only real mention of Pan-Human Bishamonten is in Yuga Kshetra, where he (by the name Kuvera) is the god Altjuna fuses with Nezha, which causes backfires immensely because Kuvera/Bishamonten is Nezha's father Li Jing, so Nezha's immense hatred toward his fathers becomes fatal self-hatred. On this point, I'm expecting a Pan-Human Bishamonten, if they ever appear, to focus on the more negative aspects of Li Jing's character and their broken relationship with Nezha.

Now about Tamuramaro... I don't know what's going on with Suzuka's TM backstory because I never read Foxtail, but it's clear that somehow their relationship didn't have a happy ending here (how though? I don't think I know a version of their story without the happy ending), so TM Tamuramaro probably never got his divine rank. I'd expect his character to be completely unrelated to Bishamonten.
