Uhhhhh i drew these all ten years ago... jk it was just last December but still... Definitely forgot to post.
No context for the Desmond & Altair pic- was doodling and it went places.
The wolf pics are very inspired by a fic from SeventhStrife i read on AO3- Safekeeping. Very very lovely. The wolf is technically Desmond & the hands are my poor imitation of Ezio but with as vague as my drawing is it could be anything.
Hopefully this link works its such a good fic:

SOMETIMES, that blorbo should be a bird. Or a rabbit. Or a normal dog. Or a cat.
Occasionally it is correct to make the blorbo a wolf or a lioness or a bear, but not always.
Sometimes they're the most specific lil kreachur, and it takes a week of random wiki diving to get it juuuust right, sometimes you look a man dead in the eyes and make a .2 second snap judgement that yeah, that's a particularly venomous snake right there. And you're right.
this is such a non-issue but truly no greater tragedy than seeing a piece of media furryfied and they've made your special guy the wrong animal. like that animal does NOT align with the themes in my little guy's story, do it again.

Dunes & Waters, part 19
PART 1 • PREVIOUS PART • NEXT PART
Remus watches Sirius eat.
Sirius shouldn’t be eating, but he’s a sneaky one and managed to smuggle a bag of dates into the museum when Remus wasn’t looking. He gets snacky, he said when he took them out and put them on his desk. Helps him think, having something to chew on.
Remus should not be watching Sirius eat. For his own self preservation, really. Not when the dates are sticky and Sirius licks them off his fingers. There’s a hint of teeth, a flash of tongue. Remus is pretty sure he would hate seeing anyone else do this, but on Sirius… he still hates it, but for different reasons. It’s obscene. His mouth opens and his fingers enter it and each time, Remus has a vivid, gut-pulling, earth-shattering reminder of the dream he had. Has to bite the inside of his own cheek to stop from moaning.
It’s been an unproductive day. He’s stuck on a translation of a word from the 30th sequence of the tomb-chapel of Rekhmira. There are some Muggle translations but none of them makes sense within the context of what Remus knows and what the Muggles wouldn’t: Rekhmira is a key.
Hng r.k mxA.i n.k r.k r qsw.k
Your mouth is ..., I measure your mouth for you to your bones
Sirius, despite emptying his stash of snacky brain food, is also getting nowhere with the Box.
“Let’s finish for today,” he says, “it’s almost midnight.”
“Run out of food, did you?”
“Yes,” a grin with so many pretty white teeth, “and I want to feed Ziggy. Poor thing’s been alone for hours.”
They walk through a night-quiet Aswan. It’s clear, star-lit, moon-bright.
“There’s my star,” Sirius point out, “bright, aren’t I?”
“That you are,” Remus answers, “very pretty.”
Sirius points out constellations as they walk, the main star in each. There’s Leo, and Regulus, it’s heart. There’s Cassiopeia, the Stag.
“And look, Aquila. Like on your Box. But it’s Altair, the Eagle’s eye, that’s the brightest, not…” he stops dead, arm he was using to point towards the sky suddenly limp by his side.
“Sirius?”
“It’s the Falcon.”
Remus wants to ask more but there is something so wonderful about watching Sirius put pieces together. He’s loath to disturb it and scared to move – he knows the face of breakthrough. He knows how easy a thread of new thought can be broken.
“Aquila was the falcon of Horus in Egypt, not an Eagle - that’s Greek. And the red star, Alshain, on the Box - it’s the peregrine, also the falcon.”
Sirius breaks eye contact with the sky, looks to Remus, bright and elated. “The whole Box is a multi level riddle, like your bloody crosswords.”
They turn back to the Museum.
It’s strange walking through the ward and into a sun lit room straight from a dark night outside. Confuses something in Remus’ time perception. It’s a liminal space, this office of theirs, where nothing is real but the two of them and what they work on. Remus gets lost in it. Could spend days in it. Work away the nights.
Sirius transfigures a blank sheet of paper into an enormous blackboard. Draws the Box on it – an approximation of it, three dimensional son flat canvas, all sharp edges and quick, overlapping lines.
“There are constellations here,” he points to one of the edges, draws an arrow to it, “and here.”
Aquila, he writes, the Falcon. “We know this. On the other side is Lupus, the Wolf.” More arrows, more notes. “But Lupus has no named stars… so what’s the clue here?”
Remus does no work of his own, just watches the storm in front of him and lets it sweep him along. Thinks just how bloody lucky he’s gotten that the convict he pulled out of prison has an in-depth knowledge of star systems. Cringes at it because calling Sirius this now? Unthinkable. Senseless.
He tries to imagine it. Sirius, hurting all those people. Can’t: even in the midst of an attack, Sirius didn’t hurt Remus, only himself. He’s been so gentle. With Ziggy. With Remus. It makes no sense, that somebody could be both.
More writing. Lupus underlined, and below it: Wolf. Roman: Bestia. Greek: Therium. Babylon: Mad Dog – UR.IDIM.
Then a drawing, something with a head of a man and body of a wolf.
Sirius draws back. Thinks about it. Summons a book of deities and it flies into his hands. “I’m missing something.”
Then he’s quiet for a while, sitting cross-legged on the floor. He’s a beautiful mess.
“That’s Anubis and Wepwawet on the front. They’re both dog gods, but that makes no sense…”
“Wepwawet is a wolf,” Remus interrupts.
It’s dangerous, now, with the disfigured human drawn on the board, how close Sirius is to figuring out the core of the research. Remus knows it, and he sees in Sirius’ eyes that he does, too.
“It’s time you give me another piece of information, Remus. The missing link.”
Remus knows he’s right. To have a chance at figuring this out, he has to know just why the Box stroke his interest. He was hoping to delay it. He was hoping not to do it at all. And Sirius was so good, he got so much of it already – more than Remus has, more than anyone since the Box had been found. Falcon. Bestia. Dog-Man.
“I’m studying werewolves.”

Everyone talks about their assassin creed oc's and how their oc is some main characters little siblings and they were severely traumatized when they were a kid or smth like that, meanwhile my oc is literally just some fucking wolf that looked at Altair eating lunch outside one day and went "yes, that one, I want that one" and proceed to follow him around for the next 20 years

Odd question?
Because you obviously understand his Vibes the best. Are there any names you might suggest for a Tanguish alter? One hasn't formed for us yet but there's a high likelihood. And we may as well ask for Helsknight too, because. They're probably gonna come in a pair.
Howdy anon! I admit this is a new one for me. I have never been asked to help give names for alters before. I had to do some research before answering.
I'm not entirely sure what you're looking for in names for them! I don't know what types of names you as the source(?) prefer, or your alters might prefer. So I'm going to do a little scattering of names for both, and you can feel free to take or leave any of them. I'm mostly looking at either words that make me think of them, or names associated with those words.
Tanguish:
Random noun names:
Star, Starfall, Ascent, Rise, Thief, Taker, Giver, Pest [affectionate], Pigeon, Saint, Mirror
Names associated with his attributes:
Estelle, Soraya, Saren, Luke, Altair, Rohen, Raphael, Rishika, Lark, Finch, Nevan
A few of the systems I pestered politely asked opinions from also suggested "Tangy" and "Tangerine".
Helsknight:
Random noun names:
Knight, Helm, Blade, Ouroboros, Paladin, Hearth, Wolf, Shade, Flame, Ember, Shield
Names associated with his attributes:
Ashborne, Micah, Percival, Gawain, Farris, Zeva, Orde, Thyra, Aiden, Keagan, Aries
Paired Names for both of them [Tanguish/Helsknight]:
Polaris/Sirius, Saturn/Mars [or Chronus/Ares if you're feeling Greek], Harmonia/Cadmus, Enkidu/Gilgamesh, Guinevere/Lancelot, Romeo/Tybalt, Pythias/Damon, Freki/Geri, Coyote/Wolf, Saint/Knight
And, also, you could always keep Tanguish/Helsknight lol
I hope! This helps! Or at least gives you a jumping off point anon! Good luck and have fun.

Since a lot of animals have been suggested as Desmond reincarnation, I thought about a more angst path idea, Desmond as a feral child.
It would go somewhere that Desmond had run away from home around a very little age, growing up around (idk it depends of the character(s) you want to take care of him like an eagle for altair or a wolf pack for the whole Kenway's-Auditore's- Ibn-La'Ahad's as family's, even all the assasins as a big pack idk) but neither the Creed nor the Templars can find him, all they know is that he is nowhere to be found, since Desmond didn't go to the city as or try to get the motorcycle as the original. The whole Farm would have look around near forests, city's, towns, everywhere, everything, but they just found and old stuff animal (also yours to choose) ripped apart, and some drops of blood, no signs of fight, just the infance of the little boy left behind. From his things where missing some clothing and a little knife so at leat he could defend himself. Even Minerva and Juno start to freaking out, because time is running away to save the world, and their key is missing.
I mean…
Black Hills is pretty isolated and it’s a mountain range so they will definitely have problems finding him. Just trying to search the entire range is dangerous even for Assassins.
In this one, maybe instead of running away, it’s a training gone wrong?
Desmond did say in his memories in AC Revelations that they have exercise before breakfast and used the creek to get clean (I assume this meant that they would clean up after exercise before returning to the Farm) so maybe, in one of these exercise sessions, things got chaotic.
Maybe Desmond was separated from the others.
Maybe a wild animal forced them to run in different directions.
Maybe the weather turned severe all of a sudden…
Whatever the reason may be, it ends with Desmond being separated from them. He’s too young and lost so he keeps walking until he meets a wolf cub who hears his crying. The wolf cub leads him to their den and he sleeps there.
From there, he ends up being raised by a pack of wolves that acts… both wolf-like and not wolf-like at all.
What they find later on would be the ratty remains of Desmond’s clothes, dirty with specks of blood. Enough blood for them to fear the worst.
If they had the proper equipment they would have known it wasn’t human blood but animal blood.
They were the sounds of howling sometimes but they never see the wolves.
(Instead of weaponry though, there are articles that talk about how feral children have similar characteristics as the animals who raised them so, in this scenario, Desmond would rely on sharpened claws and teeth)
After the world burns, humanity tries to build from the ashes but chaos and distrust rule among them.
They do hear the whispers of a wolf pack with a strange humanoid being with them. The wolf pack is well known because they travel into cities. Many believe that they are traveling to cities maybe because the Solar Flare had destroyed their original habitat.
The strange thing is…
The wolf pack seemed more intelligent than normal canines.

Codebearers by The Miller Brothers (2008-2010)

Little does he know the mysterious book is a gateway to Solandria, a supernatural realm held captive by the Shadow. In Solandria, Hunter joins forces with the Codebearers, a band of highly trained warriors who form the Resistance to the Shadow. But before he can complete his training in the ways of the Code of Life, Hunter is sent on a mission far more dangerous than he ever bargained for. Now with his life in peril and the future of Solandria hanging in the balance, Hunter is headed for a showdown with the Shadow and a battle to save his soul from a fate worse than death! Is Hunters knowledge of the Code deep enough to uncover the secret of the Shadow, or will the truth be more than he can bear?
Merovingen Nights by C. J. Cherryh (1985-1991)
Merovin, the world the C. J. Cherryh built, a low-tech, inhospitable planet where the human survivors of a colony nearly destroyed by an enigmatic alien menace still dwell, salvaging what they can, while awaiting the return of the alien menace or rediscovery by the Terrans who abandoned them in that long-ago terror.
And in Merovingen, the fantastic canal city, where the wealthy and powerful reside in the highest towers, and beggars, spies, thieves and boaters like Altair Jones ply the highly polluted interlacing waterways below, intrigue, thievery and revolution are the very breath of life. And now with the Festival of Scouring approaching, C. J. Cherryh has invited some of today's finest writers into Merovignen, to weave together this tale of Festival Moon, a time of mystery and murder, of power games both high and low, a Festival after which this world will never be quite the same again...
Dragonlance: The New Adventures by Tim Waggoner (2004-2008)
Nearra does not know who she is or where she lives, but she does know one thing: someone wants her dead. Her only hope lies leagues away, in an ancient temple, where healing clerics may be able to restore her memory.
A helpful young ranger, a failed warrior, a sneaky elf, and a kender wizard offer to accompany Nearra on her journey. She soon learns her newfound friends have secrets of their own. As goblins, an angry minotaur, and a vicious green dragon attempt to stop them at every turn, friendships are tested and all of if may come to ruin from the one Nearra trusts the most.
Creature Court by Tansy Rayner Roberts (2010-2018)
A war is being fought in the skies over the city of Aufleur. No one sees the battles. No one knows how close they come to destruction every time the sun sets.
During daylight, all is well, but when nox falls and the sky turns bright, someone has to step up and lead the Creature Court into battle.
Twelve years ago, Garnet kissed Velody and stole her magic. Five years ago, he betrayed Ashiol, and took his powers by force. But now the Creature Court is at a crossroads … they need a Power and Majesty who won’t give up or lose themselves in madness …
Spellbound by Vivian Vande Velde (1997-1998)
Welland was less than a slave. Slaves are human, and he was wolf, allowed to assume human form only when it suited the sorceress Daria.
Daria kept an army of changelings — mostly wolf but some lynx or weasel, a bear or two, and at least one rat. She used them to hunt and kill. And sometimes to pretend to be human, so she could pretend to be a lady.
Weiland hated the lie almost as much as he hated the truth. Then he met a burglar, a thief named Shile, who offered to help him steal what he had never owned. His own troubled soul...
Welkin Weasels by Garry Kilworth (1997-2003)
Long ago, long before Sylver the weasel was born, the humans all left Welkin. Now life for a weasel—under the heavy paw of the vicious stoat rulers—is pretty miserable (unless you happen to be a weasel who likes living in a hovel and toiling all hours for the benefit of the stoats).
It's certainly not enough for Sylver. Or for his small band of outlaws, both jacks and jills. but slingshots and darts can only do so much against heavily-armed stoats and life as an outlaw has a fairly limited future (probably a painful one, too). That's when Sylver comes up with his plan—a heroic plan that could destroy the stoats' reign of power for ever. He will find the humans, and bring them back to Welkin! And the first step is to follow up a clue from the past—a clue that lies in a place known as Thunder Oak...
Evergreen by Devin Greenlee (2024)
All seventeen-year-old Quill wants is a break from the family business. Flowers, plants, the generations-old garden. What he wouldn’t give for a taste of the outside world. Normalcy. But his mom won’t let him out of the house, telling him he’s just not ready…
All because he’s a dryad. Well, not just any dryad, but a male dryad—the first ever. And unlike everyone else in his family, he hasn’t a lick of magic. Just a shock of green hair, matching green eyes, and a growing frustration that there’s an entire world out there waiting to be discovered. Until the night when the outside world—specifically his new neighbor—discovers him.
Liam Watson lives in a culture filled with electronics, mobile devices, and social media—where there is no magic or even the belief in it. And as much as Quill finds Liam irritating (he’s so cute it’s annoying), he can’t help himself.
Now Quill’s getting a taste of the outside world and of Liam…and he wants more. But all is not well in this magical, urban garden, and someone—or something—is changing the very essence of it.
And wherever Quill goes, the danger grows…
Unicorns of the Mist by R. R. Russell (2013-2014)
Deep in the heart of a mist-shrouded island, an impossible secret is about to be discovered.
Twig is used to feeling unwanted. Sent to live on a pony ranch for "troubled" girls on a misty, haunted island, Twig is about to discover the impossible — someone who needs her. Jolted awake from a bad dream, Twig follows the desperate whinny of a terrified horse out to the stables. There in the straw is a bleating little scrap of moonbeam. A silver-white filly with cloven hooves and a tiny, spiraling horn.
A baby unicorn.
Now Twig knows what secret is hiding in the island's mist: the last free unicorn herd. And a mysterious boy named Ben who insists that this impossible creature is now Twig's to care for. That she needs Twig's love and protection. Because there's something out there in the deep, dense shadows that's hunting for them...
Chronicles of Avilesor by Sara A. Noe (2020-2021)
Cato is the only true half-human, half-ghost hybrid in existence. He's powerful and unique with two divine powers instead of one.
The United States government believes he is the key to developing a devastating weapon that will give humankind an advantage when war inevitably erupts between the Human Realm and Avilésor, the Ghost Realm.
After being an unwilling test subject in Project Alpha for two years, Cato and the rest of his "lab-family" survive a transport accident to find themselves stranded and powerless in the middle of the wilderness. Hunted every step of the way by ghostly Shadow Guards with supernatural abilities and human Agents desperate to recapture their prisoners, the eight young fugitives are drawn to Cato's hometown where the Rip between Realms connects the worlds.
Cato wants nothing to do with his past, but as his enemies close in, he realizes he's willing to do anything to protect his lab-family . . .
. . . even kidnap the daughter of a ghost hunter and make a dangerous deal to become a mercenary.
Knights of Liofwende by Garry Kilworth (2002-2004)
Faerieland. It's like a reflection of your world... a warped reflection. And Jack has just stumbled right into it - with a whole lot of trouble on his tail. Trolls, goblins, ogres and giants ... all after one thing. But Jack's got no clue what. He needs some allies, like now. A wizard maybe. Or a High Fairy. Someone who can do serious magic. Someone who can help him get home. Anyone. Just not a dreamy young boggart named Spiggot...

brilliant minds locked-in syndrome guy episode let’s gooo
it may be fandom-brained of me to think it, but the first roman flashback had me thinking “are these guys about to fight or kiss?”
i was wondering how they were gonna get this patient’s consent to be involved in the study, given the givens—gotta say, i’m impressed with how close to my real-world experience of the consenting process it went!
another bit of real-world accuracy: the hospital administrator more excited about the study bringing attention & funding to the institution than what it’ll do for the patient 🙃
really enjoyed the palliative decision-making discussion. some investor may see it as a waste of a surgery, but ericka was absolutely right that the patient’s autonomy a) was the point of the surgery b) needs to be respected. ignoring his wishes would make the surgery a waste.
oh shit, my first thought was right? 🥺 on one hand, tragic foreign gay can feel overplayed—yes, we know, it’s not safe to be queer in many places—but this is a kind, queer show, i want to believe they can do this earnestly and sympathetically.
wolf with tears in his eyes seeing them reunite??? 🥺🥹🥺 i love him
aw, wolf. you gotta respect his wishes, man!
“you saw me when no one else did. which is ironic, because they tell me you can’t see faces. and because it seems like you don’t see me at all anymore.” he’s seeing the gay happy ending, he’s seeing love and hope, and—forgetting that there are other considerations.
carol and nichols reemphasizing the point ericka made earlier makes me pretty sure i know how this episode ends. wolf be professional! you can cry in private about it later!
(show interrupted by an ad for an aldis hodge-led crime show? also starring isaiah mustafa?? a shame it’s based on patterson novels, i don’t really enjoy his style.)
augh, dying with dignity, dying at home—i get it, but wolf deciding to make this happen at his home is very… wolf of him.
jacob! you can’t just ask a man whether he’s ever let anyone into his heart! that’s rude!!
ROMAN SHIPS WOLFNICHOLS??? W H A T
(also: “carol’s not actually that tall she’s just obsessed with high heels” lmao wolf, stop being so funny so fast, i almost missed this one)
not the star map on the ceiling because alex and roman bonded over astronomy 😭😭😭
“my favorites, vega and altair” oh my god, wolf is an unbelievable hopeless romantic
not wolf literally telling the tanabata story, I Cannot
(well, the chinese version, idk that one’s name. google says qixi?)
not higher love!!! i’m gonna c r y
ugh okay, researcher not being informed that their patient is dead is shitty and against protocol (that’s a reportable event even when it’s unrelated to the study device) but this guy having zero concern for the patient in the face of ~proving the value of the work to his investors~ is shittier.
like, have alex say something to the investors if you need good pr. how he spent months in nyc with no idea where roman was or what happened to him, and within a week of getting the chip the team was able to find him, and let them say goodbye. there’s a sob story that’ll make them feel good about how they spent their money!
likewise i see where his mom’s coming from but she cannot keep combining talking to wolf as her employee and talking to him as her son. it’s unprofessional, yeah, and it also makes things so messy. she can’t be surprised that he brings up his father as a gotcha when she does that.
the “privilege” to prioritize the patient in front of him—ugh, shut up forever, he’s a neurologist, not a public health specialist or an er doc doing triage. he’s supposed to prioritize the patient in front of him, it’s not a symptom of his childhood trauma
cringing at the van-ericka scene. felt totally unrelated to the rest of the episode—i went and rewatched the ceiling stars scene on a hunch, turned out i looked away during a ten second shot of ericka looking at jacob and van looking at her. (imo it should have been a longer shot if it was gonna be end-of-episode important.) making the empathic white boy suffer for suffering’s sake… sigh. i am just not interested in this love triangle.
but, talking of love stories i am interested in… we’re really ending the episode immediately after the kiss, huh? okay. OKAY.

spoilers ahead
Hi, hello this is gonna be the one and only time I make a post like this because I seriously cannot comprehend what just happened. I listened to this audio before I went to church and then after I got out of church on the way home it finally hit me.
So seriously, spoilers ahead I’m being serious if you don’t want to read spoilers for reverie upcoming audio don’t read this
Seriously don’t read this if you don’t want spoilers
First thing I wanna talk about is bug
I need to know what powers bug has because there’s no way that law said does Gage know and we’re not getting an explanation also, I know they’re going to talk later about the situation,
I just want to know how that conversation is going to go because when Gage told us about his mom, I know that was hard for him so I can’t imagine the struggle bug went through not telling him about their powers
Second thing I want to talk about sweets went Ferrell. I can’t imagine the things that are Both going through sweets and laws heads right now
Sweets is probably terrified because they don’t want to turn into the person that attacked them. They don’t want to be like him.
Something that I think is going through laws head is do I want this person around my child. I know they haven’t done anything to her, but I don’t want anything to happen to either of them so I know that is gonna be a conversation that needs to be talked about and I know it’s gonna be hard because I can tell sweets cares about Natalie and Natalie cares about sweets so that’s gonna be a difficult conversation especially because he already asked them to move in
Third thing I wanna talk about is
is Cyril‘s partner going to die because I know their powers overloaded a lot
And is Cyril going to be OK because this is the first time that we have heard him actually interact with whatever Roman sees correction, he said that he started to see them after Roman interacted with them in front of him
Edit: Cyril is hearing whispering. I totally missed that. I don’t think my brain caught up to that part when I first listen to it
(because it was at the end and I was already leaving)
Fourth thing I want to talk about is Honey
Honey is a wolf/coyote shifter!!!!!!
First of all, I had a feeling that Honey was going to be some kind of shifter
I want to know how that conversation went. I feel like it would be a good conversation at first I don’t think Casey believed them but after an explanation. I think he Them believed them also I feel like he fainted so after he got better, they started talking and explaining
This was beautifully written it almost made me cry at the end Altair you are so talented seriously, it was a great video
also I might listen to it again because I think I’m missed some things but yeah again this is my first and only post about spoilers or anything like that. I usually don’t post spoilers

Thoughts on what I think was Brilliant Minds's best episode yet (and no not for the reason you think, for interesting character study and even-more-potentially-Emmy-worthy writing than E3 "The Lost Biker")
so instead of Wolf's past we're seeing Roman's this time
so they're kinda working together
mission accomplished so what's the rest of the story
and Dana continues to be a vibe
and Roman's got a sense of humor now that he's got a voice
looks like there was something going on between those two
Jacob and his hero complex being proven right
oh so that's the "twist"
but if he's saved that's still technically what he wants (not to "live like this")
cue the big ethical question
everyone working together that's cool
I like the whole seeing-ghosts thing so he can interact with people (potential connection to Wolf's flashbacks)
still managing to bond with Dana (and avoid her damn questions) and of course she played chess I like her even more
that's quite the rough story
and it feels like Wolf doth project too much
of course the guy's gay (and has a partner like that)
that was harsh, the not seeing him anymore (but what did Roman mean)
so everyone but hyperempathy guy gets their moment with him
and also Ericka's issue from last episode gets put on full display
I thought going outside would somehow help
REVEAL CONFIRMED!
I like the little sleepover happening
and somehow knew the story of Altair and Vega was coming
for once we decide to actually make the needle drops have audible lyrics (and Higher Love sounds better like this)
the difference between this and the episode that made me ragequit New Amsterdam was here the death didn't feel like a failure or at least the potential for failure was the doctor's problem too not just mine
and so he wasn't seeing himself but his dad
I may not be cut out for being a doctor myself but between his empathy and her reaction this feels like something that'd happen with my mom if we were both in that situation (not necessarily with the dad stuff but her feelings)
Ericka likes both of them and it's not just my love of the Devlinverse (e.g. sure one too many for exact team parallel but Wolf/Nichols feels Librarian-Guardian-coded especially with his military background) wishing Brilliant Minds eventually (if it lasts long enough god willing) resolved that love triangle via throuple
I feel like this kinda redeemed "If The World Was Ending" from all the critics bashing it in 2020 for seemingly-tasteless pandemic connection and now I'm wondering both how the hell they afforded that (usually shows don't have that big-name needle drops) and if this was better audio clarity or w/e than the studio version not just louder
THAT'S THE WAY TO DO A CLIFFHANGER ENDING (and we don't even see a hint of his reaction in the trailer)
it feels to me like everyone's challenges that the witches last episode revealed in their tarot reading for the group now were on full display in one episode; Ericka's perfectionism and Jacob's hero complex were displayed in how they dealt with the Roman issue (and even somewhat (albeit the least so) Dana's fear of stillness), Van's feeling too much was addressed in that scene with Ericka and Wolf not only had to deal with literal death but the kind of big personal transition the Death card more symbolically represents
