tho truth be told for the most part of my fandom life i ve been headcanoning sirius as gay and it changed fairly recently when ive been exposed to my beloved mutuals’ Bi Sirius Agenda (and then i decided it does not matter to me what sexualities my blorbos are and i put them all in the Unspecified Label Limbo)

but yes, they are all super hot and inteligent and bisexual <33 lily deserves two hot rich boyfriends that she can order around, sirius deserves all the love he can get and james canonically loves both of them anyway

I'm somewhere in the middle on this one! In general I like these type of fics, but I'm pretty 'meh' about love-at-first-sight scenarios, so if it involves that, or if the relationship feels unnatural, I'm usually out.

💖 What made you start writing?

Back in middle school when I wrote my very first fic, it was because I had so! many! emotions! and Character Thoughts™️with nowhere to go, they just came spilling out. It was a fun hobby and a way to engage more with media that I obsessed over, especially where my favorite characters didn't get a whole lot of screen time. More recently, when I got back into fic for DA, it was because I read some really fantastic pieces that made me go "hm, what if...." and now we're here lol

👀 Tell me about an up and coming wip please!

Most of my (active) wips right now are for exchanges, so they are secrits >:] but one of my personal WIPs that I want to go back to after those wrap up is my post-DAO Mahariel fic, where Sari is living in self-imposed exile when Levi Dryden finds her and belatedly convinces her to help him clear Soldier's Peak. It's the story of how Sari finally starts processing and recovering all of her grief and guilt from the Blight and losing Alistair, and it's also the story of her Cure for the Calling, so it's peppered with my extensive Warden headcanons :3

🤡What's a line, scene, or exchange you've written that made you laugh?

Hunter manages to shove all the junk into one corner and make the start of a fairly presentable bed in the other corner by the time the human re-arrives in the Boiling Isles and throws open his door hard enough to smack it against the wall.

“You took my advice!” shouts the human, at the top of her lungs.

“Hiiiiii,” says Hunter, hands over his ears. The human takes a deep breath. Hunter closes the door in her face. “Byeeee.”

There's a lot of lines I've written over the years that make me laugh, but Hunter and Luz as a funny sibling duo…. Every time I reread this fic I giggle at this scene. 

😈 Has there been a point in a story where you did something just to be playfully mean to your readers?

OH ABSOLUTELY there's a few lil ones… I think the one I do most often is namedrop other fandoms/charcters? This happens a lot in my KH fics. Like I'll have a TWEWY reference or character show up for like one second and then never again. Just for funsies and also flavor and also bc I love twewy. 

Sometimes I will also set up scenes specifically to make readers think the worse happened/some guy died or whatever and then it gets revealed its something funny instead. I do that a lot too djhsfgkj

🎢Which of your fics would you call your wildest ride?

LABYRINTHS OF THE HEART. I love all I've written but nothing will ever come close to Labyrinths. It was freshmen year of college and stuff was happening irl and that fic just. Went places. I had so much fun with it.

AAAA. UM. Oh god. Uhhhh I think I do pretty well with characterization / character voice? Also a lot of my fics I write for me and im always very happy with them… they are exactly what I wanted to read. Does that count??

YEAH. For certain fics I'll make a whole playlist, even! As for a song on loop.... this one! Inkpot Gods by the Amazing Devil never leaves my brain haha

Ohhh gosh. Okay so its either Klee meeting the knights of Favonius or Hyakkimaru and Dororo comedy fic hjdfgkjgh

💖What made you start writing?

Oooo I gotta think about this one... hmmm, I think, I've always been a daydreamer and as a kid I used to be annoyed I couldn't "reread" my daydreams like I could my favorite books?? so I decided I just had to write them down eventually I think jhdfkgj

Of course in my mind before i could write down my ideas I had to actually get GOOD at writing (kid brain. My logic is silly, write whatever and whenever u want, u do not need "skill" to get started but ANYWAY) that's also how I started writing fic, for writing practice!! And now years later I'm still at it haha

🎯Have any of your readers accurately guessed major plot points? Care to share which?

Oooooh, a lot of readers in Labyrinths guessed the final plot point, which is that Varian will become the moondrop… most of my fics don't tend to have major twists though, I think…? There's one other fic I've written that has a HUGEE twist, but it hasn't been revealed yet and no one's guessed it yet, so ;)

i have a player and xehanort on the island fic in the works (exploring his possible childhood, character study and legacies kinda thing), and its still veeeeeery rough draft (like. basically still just notes) but I do have this exchange!!!

-do you think they’ll like me?

-who?

-the friends from my dreams. I’m not— do you think they’ll like me anyway?

-of course.

-but how do you know? What if they don’t? What if— what if I go out there and no one—

-he stops. He doesn’t know where he was going with that.

-silence. And then his teacher leans forward, and holds him close. I love you, they say. I love you very much.

-that isn’t what I asked.

-but it's my answer. They press a hand to his head. You’ll understand, one day. 

✅ What's something that appears in your fics over and over and over again, even if you don't mean to?

The above exhange: "i love you / that isn't what I asked / but it is my answer" has actually shown up in a few fics! It's a common theme I guess u could say... its a conversation that means something to me and I think it is changed slightly by the context of every story, so I keep bringing it in jhdfgkj

Other things that crop up a lot....Found family for sure! Uhhh the phrase "rolling the thought like candy on [their] tongue" shows up a lot without my meaning it too djhfgjkh

Oh!!! Honey!! Honey shows up a lot. I think honey is fantastic. Did u know it lasts forever? Also it has great medical properties--Anyway I think you get the idea haha

😅 What's a story or scene you've created that you're a smidge embarrassed exists?

Literally everything I wrote back when I first started watching One Piece, I don't have the words to describe how much I cringe every time I read or think back on them (which makes me very happy that I had decided to delete them from AO3😅).

And most of the stories that I published in 2022, I don't know how to explain it, but the way I wrote sentences just started to become very unappealing to me (The only one I didn't completely hate being 'Duplicity'), which is sad because I really liked the concepts that I had come up with yet had executed, in my opinion, very poorly, most notably 'Tranquility', which is a story that I think was a very good concept, but had very poor writing.

English is not my native language (I'm Dutch) so writing in English at times could be quite the struggle, I didn't know the right words to describe certain moments or emotions, which is why I cringe at all my writing from a while back, but recently I feel like my writing as been improving a lot, which I'm very happy with.

💖 What made you start writing?

To put it simply, to see the content I wanted to see but no one was writing about.

I've always had a thing for very obscure characters that not many people aside from myself are very interested in, most notably Gladius and the rest of his family.

But despite not being a very good writer, I did keep coming up with new scenarios and story ideas in my head, and one day I just decided to start writing it all down.

🤯 What's a genre you struggle with as a writer (ex. romance, action, etc.)?

This is not actually a genre, but I do at times struggle to write a characters actions, like what they're doing or are about to do.

👀 Tell me about an up and coming wip please!

You have no idea what you're asking! I have like a million of 'em!!!

Most of them are about Gladius and Baby 5 (Which probably isn't much of a surprise), but recently I've been writing a what if au about Viola, and what it would like if she had also been tricked into thinking that Doflamingo and his family had saved Dressrosa, which I'm very excited to share once it's finished!

(PS: It will also contain a lot of GladiusXViola.)

Aside from that I've been trying to catch up on last years whumptober that I didn't get the change to participate in at the time, so I have a lot of unfinished angsty Gladius fics laying around, though it will probably take a while before those will be published seeing as I'm very passionate about trying to convey all of the emotions I plan on making the characters feel as well written as possible.

There’s also a reunion scene for my Halo fic that I set pre-Halo 4 that's heartbreaking because Carter’s sister spends like five years thinking he’ll never wake up, and then she loses The Master Chief and comes to the Infinity only to find out her brother woke up from his coma

🏆 What's your most popular fic? - My Game of Thrones Fix It that I did after S8 concluded! Rewrote the entire ending of the show to give Jaime and Daenerys the ending I thought they deserved. 

🎨 How do you feel about fan art of your stories? - Someone drew one for my wolffe story forever ago and I IMMEDIATELY printed that thing out and plastered it on my wall

👀 Tell me about an up and coming wip please! - CHAPTER TWELVE OF WHEN IT’S TIME TO GO:  Sarah begins to slip when she hears that Jason’s coffin has been defiled (“It’s almost like someone clawed their way out of it and to the surface.”) despite Bruce’s offer to finally make her and Dick his legal kids and not just his wards. Also when she asks for the armor color change - as the armor hasn’t been updated since she grew - and where Tim gets so good with his bo staff he manages to outdo even Spectral. Emphasize the sibling bonding here. Fluffy. Have Tim’s/Dick’s birthday as well.

- “You want to pay for me to go to art school?” Sarah asked incredulously. She hadn’t even considered going to college since Jason died. That dream of him attending college for his English major and her for her art major had died the night he’d left her. “Before Jason died, I would’ve said yes. My answer is no. It’s still no.”  

“Why?” Bruce asked softly. “You have a gift, Sarah.”   

“My gift now is patrolling Gotham and Blüdhaven to make sure those kids who are living on the streets are safe. Those kids who grew up like Jason and suffered need someone to look out for them. That’s my gift. Not my art. My art is just a pastime at this point.” 

My job as a soldier is a better gift than the beautiful art I can contribute to the world. 

Oh, he royally screwed his kids up. For them to think they had more to contribute by patrolling Gotham and Blüdhaven than by sharing their gifts with those cities meant they staked more value in being child soldiers.
