something kind of Extremely 2023 about ppl with a disorder that can get worse when its "payed attention to" dedicating entire tiktok accounts to it for that sweet internet clout

#my fnd didnt improve until i stopped thinking and obsessively researching #hard to re-train the brain when its ruminating on the wrong pathways constantly #if tiktok existed when i was 18 and i was told i could have 100k followers by filming tics?? a bitch just Have May #but im Grown Now #u could say these accounts r all for spreading awareness but uhhh call me jaded i guess #also worried about social contagion fron said accounts #well documented clusters of such (#(though there is conflicting research on the exact cause)
