𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ For a guy who likes his coffee black, he surprisingly liked to enjoy the occasional sweets every now and then.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ His go-to was a chocolate bar from (Company name). He enjoyed the chocolate treat so much he actually had his team reach out to the company for a possible deal of some kind-just so Vox can have a jar of that chocolate he really likes sitting on his desk when he does his nightly talk show. Something to snack on in between commercial breaks.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Lmao yeah the company said ‘no’. May or may not have bruised Vox’s ego. His company is VoxTek! That’s like the largest television and tech company in all of Pride! A chance to feature your products on his show? Wasted opportunity if you ask him.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Despite the initial frustration with the lack of legal approval to feature (company name)’s on the show, Vox didn’t let it get to him that much. I mean, it’s just chocolate. This is different from a brand deal of some sorts. If he were to work with that bitch Carmila Carmine, that would be different. Besides, Vox stills keeps a chocolate bar or two under his desk or next to him where the cameras won’t catch any sight of it. He can just snack when theirs commercial break. No big deal.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Besides, making a deal with them would probably mean promoting their general business and other products, rather than the chocolate bar-which is like the only thing he cares about.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Ah yes, another extermination. Another meeting with the other Overlords. Vox hated going to these meetings. But alas, Valentino always flat out refused to go, and he can really only rely on Velvette going to represent the Vee’s if she was in a particularly good mood or Vox absolutely could not go for whatever reason.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ While Vox sat in his chair, he could feel certain waves in the air crack and go staticky-Alastor. Vox internationally groaned. Great. Every since that bambi fucker came back, they’d start seeing each other at these meetings again.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Alastor sounded like he was in conversation with someone. Not that Vox cared, but he noted that Zestial and Rosie were already present in the room so whomever Alastor was chatting to did peak Vox’s interests somewhat. Good lord is this man obsessed with the old radio man.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Then the door pushed open and in came Alastor, the creepy smiling fuck, with someone lovely next to him.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ The fuck?

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Was this a new overlord? No, no. Vox would have for sure heard about them. You don’t become an overlord without making a name for yourself after all.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Vox gave the duo a puzzled look as they sat next to each other, right next to Rosie.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “(Y/n). It’s so good to see you after so long, old friend.” Carmilla Carmine greeted you.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ As Vox would come to find out in this meeting, turns out you had been an overlord for quite some time. How he never seen you at these meetings, never even heard of you, and never heard anyone mention you was baffling to him to say the least.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ It wasn’t until after the meeting when Vox would approach you. He put on his charming facade, an act he’s used to slipping in and out of for whenever the occasion calls for it, and held out a clawed hand.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Your name is what again? Oh you’re usually too busy running your company so you never make the meetings? Oh well, he runs a company too! VoxTek, you heard of them? Uh huh yeah what company do you run?

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ -MOTHERFUCKING (COMPANY NAME)?!?!?

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ His screen may or may not have glitched at this new information. He also may or may have not asked for your personal number-for business!

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Despite you both having busy schedules, he still likes finding time to hang out with you on perhaps a phone call or video call-whatever you’re comfortable with. He admits to himself that you’re not only quite a lovely sight but a delight as well.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ He’d keep tabs on your company. You, yourself was quite difficult. Because much to Vox’s pure annoyance, your company doesn’t use VoxTek appliances. Meaning he can’t hack shit and spy on you! God damnit!

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Cue Vox unwrapping his favourite chocolate bar and eating it angrily as he looks through the very few pictures he’s found of you online.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Curse you. Your company rejected his offer. You hid yourself so well from him unintentionally. You were so hidden from the public that you were deemed untouchable. You HAD to be buddy buddy with Alastor. And you HAD to be fucking attractive! “Fuck you!” Vox threw the half eaten bar at a screen with your face on it. He didn’t mean it though.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ He would never ever admit this to anyone but like a week later he spent 30 minutes walking in circles around the Vee’s lounge area. May or may not have been hyping himself up to call you. May or may have not noticed Valentino and Velvette walk in. And they may or may not think it’s hilarious that Vox is too nervous to fucking call you.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “I’m not nervous.” Vox chuckles though Val and Vel immediately catching onto the obvious lie. One look at the slip of paper Vox was holding in his fingers, your number, and Velvette had already dialed it into his phone before handing it off to him.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “Fuck you!” He flips a quick finger at her.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ With very little, reasonable, options Vox talks to you as confidently as he could. When you respond with questions why a sudden call to your personal number, he quickly mentions wanting to organize a business meeting with you; “For business…. Talk. Meeting… business… stuff.” He wants to slam his screen against a fucking rock. Valentino finds it fucking hilarious and pathetic. Velvette’s recording the whole thing on her phone-mumbling something about blackmail to Valentino.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ To his pleasure, you agree and before either of you know it, you’re sitting at his table in some oversized aquarium of a meeting room.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “What did you want to discuss?” You don’t leave any room for small talk, wanting to get down to business.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Vox had spent the past few weeks putting together some pitches that could have you at least satisfied with the meeting. Truth be told, the meeting was an excuse to see you again-and in person. After going through some pitches, some of them his team came up with, he made a mental note to fire whoever made these pitches cuz my god did you not seem interested in any of them.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ At least with that out of the way, you could make have some time to just talk, right? Like the pitches, Vox spent some time thinking about what he’d even say to you in casual conversation. As well as played with the idea of asking you out. He knows he’s suave and all that but his own body betrayed him with glitches and little electrical shocks whenever he would overheat.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Growing a bit desperate, considering this is the first time he’s seen you in person since the overlord meeting MONTHS ago, he decided to shoot his shot. He knows he could play it off-even if his body betrays him he could always casually blame it on maybe a software update or something. Sure that’s a bit humiliating but it’s somewhat better, right?

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “Valentines Day is next month.”

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Oh my god what the fuck was he doing

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ The way you simply look at him and silently urge him to continue has his fans picking up speed. They feel so loud in his head he’s almost certain you hear them too.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ Just ask her. Just ask her. Just ask her-

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “If you don’t have any plans, I’d like to propose ayyyyyy….” he trails off, suddenly getting cold feet, “ayyyyyy a collaboration! With the Vee’s!”

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ And that’s how the Vee’s got a popsicle deal. It released alongside your companies Valentine Chocolates, and other sweets and goods.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ At least getting on your good side, you allowed some of your products to be showcased on his talk show.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ oh and you accepted his offer to appear as a special guest on his show! Mainly to promote the ‘Veets’ treats though. He mentally celebrated the ratings this episode was gonna get. You hardly showed your face anywhere or even spoke to the public. This was kind of a big deal. You were the CEO of hells most beloved and largest chocolate factory after all.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ As the show went to commercial break, Vox turned to you to see you lick and slurp on the ‘Voxsicle.’

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “Despite how short notice Veets was, I’m proud to say these came out marvellously well.” Vox barely hears those words come out of your mouth despite him looking at your, well, mouth.

I'm an amab Enby and I love you and the content you make and I wonder if you might have an answer to a problem I have.

I'm one hairy mfer and I hate it. I regularly shave nearly every part of my body, but within a few days my legs are itchy and spiky again. The a day and a half of smooth legs are glorious, but I was wondering if there's something short of Laser surgery or hormones that I could do to have it be less of a problem.

first, check out tend skin - it’s an ointment that you put in after to help with the itchiness and redness shaving. using moisturizer after helps a lot too!

second - epilator. they are little devices that pull out hair. i haven’t tried one but they supposedly hurt like a bitch.

third - IPL, basically an at home laser device. doesn’t work as well as going to get it done but definitely helps!

fourth - waxing. waxing makes the hair thinner over time and makes it stay gone longer. waxing is tedious and difficult but worth the time. if you go to someone it can be expensive too.

fifth - nair/veet. these are hair removal creams which essentially chemically burn off the hair. it smells horrendous but it works fairly well and keeps the hair off your body longer while also making the hair thinner over time

2. I get all my clothes from Amazon haha... I'm too nervous to buy feminine clothes in person so I just have them delivered to my place under a girl's name... 😖 It's always fun to shop for clothes though but it's hard to get the size right cuz the clothes weren't made for boys' bodies. I mostly fit into smalls or mediums.

3. I don't really go out too much haha... Just work and the gym mostly, I am pretty shy and get a bit anxious going to new places. I prefer nature and stuff so I like to go hiking or walk along the canal downtown. My friends are good about inviting me to stuff though, and I can definitely reccommend Massachusetts avenue for some cool shops and good food! Bottleworks is fun too, lots of food and games and a cool movie theatre! But most days I like to stay in and draw or play video games. <3

4. Thank you so much! I should at some point make a post dedicated to skincare and keeping your body smooth because like most boys I was doing it wrong for a long time. My legs are extremely sensitive and get razor bumps very easily, so I have to be very very careful when I shave them. Basically, you should buy high quality razors and replace the blades every two weeks, and use ultra sensitive shaving cream if you can. Using hair removal cream is a great alternative too! Much easier than shaving, but not for everyone's skin. I used Nair before, but that DESTROYED my skin it was so red and itchy for a week! I recently started using Veet on my legs and have had no issues at all with it! I'm gonna keep trying it and if it keeps working well l'll probably use that as my go-to method for hair removal. Of course, exfoliating and moisturizing your skin is also 100% essential. I use an exfoliating cream and scrubber once or twice a week, and I put lotion on my skin after almost every shower, I like the shea butter stuff from bath and body works, it smells great and keeps skin moisturized for a long time!

My Ramblings: So it's not a big deal that Penn is chatting on the MUHU in front of passersby? Hm, ok. I guess we haven't been told that this is a no-no, I just that it was. I mean, such technology would be crazy to see. Anyways, BROCK AND VONNIE! KISS CAM! Hey Old Man Middleburg, what are you- oh, you wanna watch them make out? Ok...

Poor Penn, he just wanted to make the world a litter better and ends up almost killing Phyllis, who would've known it would be flowers, her weakness (and allergy). Wish someone informed Penn that, but did he really never question the "in case of flowers" button (which is just bombs)? Maybe he could've forgotten? Sashi and Boone know what's up. Three months to recover from that? Damn, Phyllis, you poor thing. I'm surprised she didn't lash out.

So colorism? Right? Is that what's happening in the Yellow Submarine world? Also getting flashbacks to the PSI King's Sensorium, which was also inspired by Yellow Submarine. Both wreck my eyes but I'd rather attend the "Feast of the Senses" than be here. But literally that's what's happening here, colorism or shadism. Throw some "The Sneetches" in there too.

I'm surprised there's no really wacky critters in this world. Just foxes, like Belvedere. Rabbits too, but we don't see them.

Rippen stating his distaste for rhymes is reasonable but, I'm sorry my guy, that's their way of life. He tried to voice them and I love his animation for when he did, his little hand movements.

COLORFUL WILHELM!

Veet much like the touch of the Hue's slowly losing their colors each time a rock is taken. Especially when Penn blushes and you see the color fade from his cheeks, very good.

This really is one of Rippen's better days, huh? Heroes are failing miserably, Larry's off with his fox, and he's been able to keep out of the bickering and obstacles of the two groups. I would have died of laughter or sheer second-hand embarrassment for the Trio as the Hues footballed the last rock into my wacky rocky knocker thing. Or I would go on a hot date with a volcano, good pun. Like he said, he can adapt to well worlds, especially wackier ones. He does have more experience, which helps too.

Rippen is so right to ditch the Drabs, he's tired of your color war. Even Sashi agrees with the idea of ditching, nothing states that they needed help from Hues, just save the rocks. But Penn has a lesson to make here! Penn solves colorism! While Boone still thinks the Hues are better.

How long has Rippen had those full-time villain business cards for? Must be sad just to see those wasting away in your apartment. Also, what does being a full-time villain entail? I don't know if they ever properly explained that. I keep thinking if he wins he gets to rule the world he won in, which maybe also that? But it is more than that, just don't know what.

That is the most Maurice LaMarche that Maurice LaMarche can get in his out of nowhere narration. Like I know he voices a lot of characters in the show, but it hits me everytime when he speaks here and his role in the next episode. Why are the rock eggs now just hatching? Do they do that everytime the need to spread color or something?

Now the ending, at first I thought Rippen was smiling because Larry is crying, we learn later on that he finds crying funny. But no! He's very caring and soft towards Larry! Yes, he did seem uncomfortable with the hug, he still assured him that everything will be alright. Such a randomly wholesome moment!

~The Characters~

Penn Zero: He wanted to make the world a little better, but that might be hard back at home, but hey! He did it here, and everyone is better for it.

Boone Wiseman: Boone, you colorist!

Sashi Kobayashi: Hated every second of being there but behaved very well. I would've committed arson.

Rippen: Almost a win, so close! But the power of newly found friendship beat him. Ok, but seriously, I can't stop thinking about the ending! It would have been so easy for him to blow up at Larry, especially after that failure, but he doesn't! He can be such a soft fellow!

Larry: He's gone for most of the mission to go and ride Belvedere, the bestest boy around! Until he bites Larry. Hopefully he learned his lesson that foxes aren't easy to care for. Foxes arr very different from elephants after all!

Dimension(s): It's bright, colorful and wacky... I would hate it there so much. My eyes would burn and I would murder a hue. Me and Sashi will go on a spree if we're here any longer!

Forms: No thanks to any of these. Rippen is the only one I sort of like, he a giant compared to everyone else and a has funny name, Grayson Drabswatch. Actually, Boone's is good to. He pulls of beards well, just like his dad.

My Ramblings: RACE TIME! Me and Penn are part of the scooter squad, who needs bikes? Also why did Sashi need a back-up wrench to sabotage Penn's back-up scoot? I get the joke, it's funny, but still. Either way she could have just used that grappling hook of hers and swing through the town, Spider-Man style.

But Penn has got a trick up his sleeve, big brain time! Why not just stealthy sneak into Rippen's car and hitch a ride? I bet he's done this numerous times before, he's way to confident in that. Larry does have a ride, but it's just so much easier to hitch a ride with Rippen on the way to their other jobs. Don't forget what the Pilot took from us! Poor Rippen must feel insane randomly hearing Penn's voice, don't do that to the poor old man!

Oh, Sashi tries to swing spider style but the mere idea of a flying shark catches her attention and she hits a pole. Same. My dad used to just say: "Look a distraction!" That always git me as a kid.

Boone's right, it's not about winning, it's about stealing form your opponent's backpack! I would do that. Pickled chubfish? I get why he would eat that, fish makes you smarter according to him... but would that even taste good? Doesn't matter, Phyllis ate the cupcake with the wrapper on, go queen.

MY GOD RIPPEN! The Trio wasn't the only ones racing but wow. They're in the same car and Rippen just hits another (empty) car from the sheer adrenaline like he's racing someone far behind him, slides over his hood, and he freaking tries to slam the Larry's door while he's opening it! Poor Larry has to put up with his ass.

I adore the concept for the episode. No power, no mission! So what will they do for the day? Go to Larry's place of course! Well, everyone doesn't want to at first, I mean, it's kind of weird to be invited by your principal to his place. But we get the sad realization that no one has come to his place, not even for any if his probably awesome parties. Rippen, Boone and Sashi don't give a fuck. I'm surprised that Boone doesn't wanna go. But Penn has a heart and why not? What are your going to do? Literally anything else? Nah.

Now we get to learn that Larry is loaded as hell by winning 32 lotteries. How? By buying the winning tickets, silly. It's that simple.

Phil and Phyllis? Give me that chessboard! I want it so bad! Ah yes, the three means of communication, Penn's MUHU, Sashi's Specs, and Boone's phone... which he left at home. That's funny. Also hey look! He's got a Lazlo Matavaqua poster in his room! So, zapping is on, but no heroes or villains, what to do? Phil and Phyllis will just do it themselves.

The dining room is big and empty, just like the table that has 15 chairs but only 5 are filled. So sad.

We get to hear a bona fide Rippen joke! He got a good one so don't die laughing!

Rippen: What do you call a chef with bananas in his ears? Anything you want. He can't hear you!

Crickets. The joke isn't that funny but his delivery and roaring laughter from his own joke is priceless. Still, Larry didn't even laugh. I liked you joke, buddy. I wish I had that self-confidence when I told a joke.

Anyways, MASTER TONY IS MISSING! Rippen reaction, yes, the elephant. It's so unnecessary to have them say that, but it's funny!

"Why would I want $25 worth of Larry merch?" Why not, Rippen?

Rippen: Au contraire. Rippy welcomes competishi.

Wow Penn, don't even jump on the idea of helping Larry find Tony? Only when it's a competition and bragging rights? I like Boone and Sashi don't even try, they don't want to be here. Until they see the gaming room.

Why does he have a snake and bat room? So does Old Man Middleburg basically live here? Why is he here? Hmm, quite the mystery.

Remember when Rippen kind of comforted Larry in the last episode? Yeah, he's run dry of softness and niceties by this point.

How did Fredericks figure out that Matthews was behind it? I don't know, but all fingers point to her. A cliche as the butler did it. Rippen looks like such a creeper in those bushes.

Rippen found Tony, he won! That gift certificate that he doesn't want is as good as his! Why would Matthews do such a thing? Again, how did Fredericks know where Tony is? And why does he have Tony's adorable little beanie!? Ah ha! The other butler did it! But why? Because of the pain of being constantly be outdone by someone.

Deus Ex Pickled Chubfish. Was Penn just keeping that in his pocket the whole time? Fredericks probably thought he smelled like pickled death.

Sashi! Why are you tieing up Matthews!? Tony is safe- where did he go!?  Not the snake room that also has bats! Rippen killed a snake with the sheer force of his ass.

It's really depressing to see Rippen almost on the brink of tears about almost losing a competition to a child that doesn't really get him anything, just bragging rights (and a $25 he doesn't want). He's so desperate to have any one-up over Penn and to be proud of finally winning anything. How is he still doing his job? I know what that's like, to do a thankless job. I just recently quit. He wasn't crying, he sounded like he was going to, probably was gonna save that for home.

But oh no! Penn somehow alerted to bats he threw a rock at and attacked him, Tony is in Rippen's grasp now! Rippen is such a big kid sometimes.

So how did Phil and Phyllis' mission go? Phyllis rocketed Phill to a sun, no biggie.

Imagine if you will, seeing your nemesis/art teacher gleefully parading around his novelty items, boasting his win (that you gave him) like a spoiled kid and then he scratches his ass with a back scratcher right in front of you. How would you feel?

It enjoyed how they tied the butlers, and Penn and Rippen all together. Symmetry, my dear. Symmetry. I wanna see more of these two butlers relationship and to see Matthews carry Fredericks more, while singing to him.

Looks like Larry gonna have to change the name of the 32 Express to 33 Express! I like to think that after this stressful time of losing your teacup elephant temporarily, he decides to buy a ticket to blow off steam.

I use the veet hot wax that comes in a jar and you have to heat it up! I only use it for arms and legs tho. And I don’t really prep my skin lol I just do it as per the instructions!
