[eating one now] anyway king arthur baking tricked me into making cornbread. "corn maple muffin" i read. how intriguing. perhaps this will be a delightfully textured thing. a different flavour from the applesaucy ones. or pancaky ones i made last. THIS IS CORNBREAD. i like cornbread. to be clear. its just pretty dense. for a muffin. that i eat alone as a snack. instead of with a meal or smth.
