Good day to the people who sing ron’s part in granger danger and only those people. We deserve more appreciation.
#cat.txt#this is for a very specific group of people who probably aren’t even following me ajshsjsbsnsn#is draco’s part more fun to sing? probably. is ron’s part better? yes 100%#i tell you nothing is more difficult than listening to a liveshow version of granger danger and singing along to ron’s part#because the entire crowd + lauren is singing draco’s part#anyway we are doing god’s work akshsjsbdnd#this was brought to you by Cat discovers that Starkid Homecoming albums are on spotify and proceeds to listen to them on repeat#my friend got virtual tickets for it and we watched it together but i still love listening to it#also the BAND!!!! adding brass and strings to starkid songs is something i didn’t know i needed but god to i love it#and there is a flute bit in granger danger that i am determined to learn#honestly i kind of think the band is the reason i love starkid homecoming so much akshsndbd#also nostalgia#starkid (especially avpm) is super nostalgic to me because it is a defining part of one of my friendships#like my best friend and i both got into starkid together and we were both obsessed and we sang all the songs#we divided parts of going back to hogwarts when we sang it#like she sang harry and hermione and cedric and dumbledore’s parts and i would sing ron and draco and cho’s parts in gbth#and we also sang granger danger a lot and i was ron and she was draco (hence this post)#and i was also quirrell in different as can be (but we sang that less)#but yeah avpm is super nostalgic for me and for her for that reason and I absolutely love it
