As a feng-sibs fan I must know- is Fuxi's fate at all affected by yi's state? Do they still fight at all given the whole infection situation? I noticed in one of ur previous posts that you said "7 sols down" for about when he maybe starts getting a bit more cognizant... I'm curious about if the last two end up being eigong, kuafu or nuwa at that point? Ji?

OKAY i gotta tell you,, this part made me go FERAL because AUGHH,, YI GETS TO ENCOUNTER THE OTHER MUTANTS,,,,AND IM JUST🥺🥺🥺YII EUEUGRH NOOO 😭 okok before i explain about Yi and Fuxi first i'll be talking about Yi's perspective (also it's going to be related to the question i promise) i did mention before that Yi sees his surroundings differently compared to what it actually is in reality. and when he ventures deeper into the empyrean district he sees solarians just strolling about, looking at him in curiosity

but in reality..yes. you can probably get the picture now. the mutants are docile around him because they see him as part of their family. and it was only that moment when Yi starts to notice that something seems off about his kind, looking at him but not saying anything. so back to fuxi!! now that you know what Yi sees you can probably tell what fuxi looks in his pov !! 😁 i still haven't really made it this far to the story writing so there would be lots of parts that would be changed or added but.. so far i can only imagine a scenario of Yi experiencing existential dread as he slowly comes into a realization of what he actually is and fuxi just silently studies him and then reassures him that everything's going to be okay (now i wouldn't say this will be canon in the final cut but !! let me think of some gut wrenching and heart crushing scenes ok) also i do have this one idea of Yi managing to somewhat have control over fuxi at some point with the power of sheer vengeance and hivemind and it ends with him lashing out at nuwa instead but shhh im still thinking if that would make any sense in the lore like at all. most likely will change?
