halsin has to be a werebear. i just made him reclass and he can still transform into the cave bear only.
he DOES need a wild shape charge but it’s curious that it’s still there. i happen to have that helmet that gives him an extra wild shape charge but when i remove that, the option to transform is still THERE just grayed out. that’s definitely something.
