just wrote two new paragraphs in my fanfic. be proud of me plz
#why is writing fanfic so hard#also shoutout to. me. for knowing the word “churr” exists and only having to double check against a dictionary once#also rip fried fish guy you sure are fried#dont have energy to write mr asshole today tho. maybe later. the thing that needs to happen now is a very specific dialog thing#that. didn't happen in canon. we are now firmly in the realm of canon divergence for the fantasy au#also on one hand the very clever use of not allowing character who is a siren to speak at all in the one w the good ending#and having him have excessive dialog in the bad ending version. which I'll write later#but on the other hand writing indirect dialog is so hard why am I doing this to myself#like yeah its fancy and like. proper lit of me. but also ghhh I need him to interrupt pov characters all the time#which is SO hard when the other characters actually. yknow. HAVE normal dialog#like do I just have them cut off mid-sentence and use the “before jimmy cuts her off to announce that” bc like. idk#that feels vaguely jarring? which is good bc the entire game experience was also. a fucking trip#but like the other characters shouldn't be dragged down just because jimothy doesn't have rights in this fic#ahhhh
