Thinking about testing out RPG Maker! I have some game ideas that are proving to be difficult in my current Roblox Studio limitations, and from what I've seen of RPG Maker it would work really well with what I have in mind!! If anyone has worked with it before, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

#i wanna make a cutesy horror game themed around being late to a birthday party. and roblox requires too much stuff for the look i want.#like i want the classic 2d pixel style. i dont even know how to create a fixed camera point in roblox studio.#also roblox works in lua which my brother doesnt know so he cant help me #ive yet to finish a game but ive started a few #this one is the only one where i have a clear ish plotline and solid concept though #the rest im just making up as i go along #the rpg maker website lists tools that sound heavenly for the kinds of games i wanna make.#roblox studio works fine but not for the projects i have in mind #also creative ownership on roblox is a little sketchy i dont quite understand it #so if im taking a proper attempt at game making i wanna be able to have it be wholeheartedly mine ya know #anyways yeah rpg maker. thoughts?#batty blogging #text
