not gonna submit em bc i dont think theyll get enough submissions to enter and also thatd take a while -_- but here are some other trans characters from earth 2068 that havent been submitted! as of the ask you answered a few days ago
all three of these were introduced as college students in the past (time travel shit): theres brandon, the college football captain whos like kind of a himbo and catches flynn when hes thrown across the football field after being mistaken for a football ("he looked small and throwable, im very sorry!") and in the future becomes a super famous football star and one of the supporting characters has a big celebrity crush on him- hes also dating stephanie, the class valedictorian and kind of an academic alpha bitch type with really pretty hair, and in the future she becomes an author and writes sapphic coming-of-age stories that another one of the supporting characters reads. theres also jordan whos a nonbinary lesbian and the context for them is so long and complicated (and sort of a mystery in the comic right now?) that i cannot even begin to get into it but shes nice and a very good friend!
I absolutely love that Earth 2068 has a cast full of trans.
Of the three characters you mentioned, only Jordan has been nominated (once).

What is Earth 2068 about ?
so glad you asked!
earth 2068 (@earth2068 on tumblr) is my sci-fi action/comedy webcomic that updates on mondays and thursdays.
the comic is about flynn valakos, a teenage boy living in a giant dome underneath the ocean who gets wrapped up in a scheme to rob the CEO of LION Robotics, the mega-corporation that essentially controls the whole place. this robbery scheme turns out to be just one part of a larger operation to save the world!
the story is currently in its second chapter, so while were still in the beginning, things are heating up fast!
(we also have a discord server!)
things you can look forward to: - an extremely snarky protagonist who is shorter than everyone else - his smug conspirator friend who has massive, MASSIVE gender - flynns dad being the sweetest man on the planet
- the very, very awkward one-sided romance between the CEO and flynns dad - said CEO being a pathetic wet napkin of a man
- cool sci-fi gadgets and weapons!!! - everyone in the main cast is explicitly stated to be trans, except for the main villain
go read it if youre interested! also my askbox is always open for questions about it

Same Same but Different
by aereandria
Summary: Vera’s comet was spotted with some excitement in 2068. Considering the comet’s trajectory it probably be the closest a comet has ever come to the earth’s atmosphere. However what scientists had not predicted, had not guessed was that while the comet had indeed come the closest to the Earth’s atmosphere that any other comet as predicted so close, in fact, that it had skimmed the surface of the atmosphere itself. This caused the comet to fracture. The larger rock continued on it’s path largely undeterred however the smaller rocks that had been sheered off and fell to the Earth’s surface.
Yuuri and Viktor had been married for almost 50 years and had been living a happy life in Hasetsu. They had gone to watch the comet as it bolted across the sky as the New Year came in. That's when it happened.
Another Time Travel fic with a twist: dimension hopping! Yuuri wakes up after dying (?) in what seems like an alternate dimension. He’s older than he’s supposed to be, in 2013 and living in Tokyo. And he’s husband of 50 years is not by his side.
While this fic could be more emotion heavy, it’s not. A light, somewhat fluffy read with a lot BAMFyuuri and Yuuri winning gold. I enjoy this story (it’s bookmarked for awhile now) when I want some of the time travel trope with less drama. Characters may feel OC but it kind of works seeing as that 1) different dimension and 2) Yuuri lived a full life before dying and is actually a 70 yo man in a 23yo body. Also: poor Viktor. XD

My Perfect Wedding
This is a follow up to Safety of McCoy
Leonard McCoy x Reader
Word Count: 2068
Warnings: a few swear words and implied fun times (honeymoon-esque)
It had been only a month since Lee had proposed, but the whole ship was abuzz about the impending wedding. Jim still thought he was going to perform the wedding; neither you nor Lee had the heart to tell him you were waiting till you were on Earth to be Wed. Scotty, Chekov, and Sulu would not stop arguing over best man duties, each thinking that they were most qualified for the job. In the end, Leonard chose Spock. It shocked everyone, but he had a few good reasons. Firstly, Spock was the only one who hadn’t brought it up a trillion times and second, Lee could count on him to not go overboard. The same couldn’t be said for the other three.
You had chosen Uhura to be the maid of honor. No one was surprised and everyone thought that she was a solid choice for the role. Nurse Chapel was the only other woman you knew well enough to have in her in the wedding. You thought it was comical how involved the rest of the ship was in your wedding when neither you nor Leonard had put much thought into the details yet.
You two were forever busy in the Medbay. Scotty and his engineers were not making it any easier for you either. You prayed for a day that the engineers didn’t get hurt, but no such luck. You thought that it was Scotty’s way of getting back at Leonard for not choosing him. Leonard didn’t disagree with the analysis and took it upon himself to have a talk with the lead engineer and his crew. It ended with an irritated Lee being escorted back to Medbay by a very entertained Captain Kirk, who took it upon himself to intervene instead of calling security, cause honestly, how often did the opportunity arise to play babysitter to the CMO.
You laughed as the men walked in and Lee went straight to his office and pulled out his Bourbon; the special bottle that he kept for extra stressful shifts. You stopped laughing and left the captain to join Lee in his office. He had sprawled out on the sofa and looked utterly defeated. You felt terrible for him. You placed his feet on your lap and just sat there with him. Neither of you said anything for the longest time and for a minute you almost thought he had fallen asleep.
When he finally spoke up, your heart almost shattered. You had noticed that he had been agitated since the engagement, however you had thought that it was the stress of the job. Now he was telling you that that wasn’t the case at all.
“Before I say anything, I don’t regret anything I said or even proposing; but I wish I hadn’t done it here. The more people bring it up, the more afraid I get. You know I have been here before and I know you are nothing like her, but I am afraid I will mess this up too and that would quite literally kill me. I cannot lose you, but I feel like I will. I am so sorry, (Y/N). I shouldn’t be unloading all of this on you. I know.”
Words couldn't convey what you were thinking and feeling now. You hated Jocelyn for what she did to Lee. He lacked all confidence in himself when it came to relationships. He always doubted himself and there was no reason for it. You grabbed the hand that he had laid on his stomach and he looked up. You could see tears welling up in his eyes. There was a mixture of anger, fear, and sadness masking his features, but you knew it wasn’t directed at you. It was all for himself.
“Leonard Horatio McCoy, there isn’t a damn thing you could do to lose me. I love you and I am right here beside you. One hundred percent, we are in this together. I know you have been here before, but you're right I am not her. You can talk to me about anything you need to. That’s how a relationship is supposed to go. I talk to you, I expect you to talk to me. We are a team in every aspect of our lives. I love you more than I will ever be able to convey and I will spend the rest of my life making sure you know that. I owe you my life; both literally and I wouldn’t be here on this ship if you hadn’t fought for me. As for the being afraid; I am too. Neither of us has a great track records and I have never been here before. I love you so much and so unconditionally that it terrifies me. I couldn’t live without you either. And if the wedding is stressing you out, we can wait however long you need. I love you, Lee. I don’t need a big wedding if it means hurting you in the process.”
Halfway through your words, Leonard had shifted and was now curled up into your lap sobbing. Kirk had shut the door as soon as you had walked in, but you hadn’t noticed until you had thought to shut it yourself. Jim had also gone down to tell Scotty to rein in his men so the Medbay wasn’t crowded with redshirts. You had called M’Benga in to relieve both you and Leonard with strict orders not to go to the CMOs office. You knew Leonard was in no condition to get up and head to your room, but you didn’t need an emergency to stress him out further.
He sat there in silence, sobbing to himself for an hour. He hadn’t responded to your words, but his tears told you that he had heard them. He hadn’t let go of your waist since he had buried himself into you and your shirt was soaked; you didn’t say anything, he needed to let everything out and if it was at the cost of your uniform, well Jim went through so many he would have no room to talk. When Lee finally spoke again, it was barely audible.
“(Y/N), let’s get married tomorrow morning. I don’t wanna wait till we are planet-side. I wanna make you Mrs. McCoy. Jim’s here. We have plenty of witnesses. We have civilian clothes here for shore leave. Let’s do it!”
He had perked up quite a bit and you were relieved, but you had to laugh. The thought of Kirk was almost more than you could handle. You also had a request. If you weren’t getting married under peach trees in Georgia, then you were getting this…
“I want you to wear your dress uniform. And do you have any idea how insufferable Jim is going to be after this!”
“You always were a sucker for me in uniform. Of course, I’ll wear it, Beautiful. As long as you wear that pretty green sundress you wore when we visited my parents. As for Jim, when isn’t he insufferable.”
“You’re in luck darling, I brought it with me.”
“I know, I saw it this morning and I was almost late because I got caught up daydreaming about seeing it on you again.”
“Haha, tomorrow you can see on me and then you can help take it off me. I am putting you on medical orders to take the day off.”
“What a coincidence beautiful, I just put you on medical leave tomorrow.”
Jim must have been looking at the duty log for tomorrow because you communicator immediately went off and a very confused Jim was on the other end. You gave Lee a look asking him if you should tell Jim about the plans, he just nodded. Kirk was too excited and you could hear the entirety of the bridge crew in the background whooping and hollering. Scotty was also up on the bridge cause he was also in the background.
After that, you and Lee went to bed. It was the most restless night of your lives. Neither of you slept much, you were just too excited to see how your lives together would go. He made anything feel possible.
That morning, you put on your dress and helped Lee get his uniform on. The entire time wondering what it would be like to take it off your husband. You had decided on the observation room for the wedding, it felt right. The walk was strangely quiet and when you got to the door, Scotty was waiting for you. He had Leonard go in and take his place by the Captain. You were to stay out there with him. He told you that since he couldn’t be the best man, he was going to be there to give you away. You were happy that it was going to be Scotty to give your hand to Lee.
Sulu gave the cue and you started walking in. Considering the short noticed, Uhura did an amazing job setting everything up. Jim did a wonderful job reading his part. But Lee’s vows made you cry, you didn’t even try to hold back your tears.
“I knew from the moment I saw you that you were the one. I knew when you started telling me about yourself and I started learning everything I could about you, that you were too good for a broken man like me. I never knew that someone could pick up my broken pieces and put me back together, but if it had to be anyone, I thank God every day that it was you, (Y/F/N). And I promise you that I will spend every day of my life and every breath in my lungs, loving you and protecting you. You are my rock, my guardian angel, and my best friend. I can’t wait to spend the rest of forever with you by my side. I Love You.”
It took you a minute to gather your composure to give your vows, you couldn’t get over how beautiful his words were.
“Leonard Horatio McCoy, I love you more than words could ever describe. You saved my life that day and you have been saving my life every day since. You protected a woman you didn’t even know, you protected a woman without realizing the dangers that followed right behind her. You befriended a broken girl and loved her when she couldn’t find it in herself to believe in love anymore. You showed me your heart and what it is like to be truly loved. Today, I vow to give you all that I am and everything that I have; in this life and the next. I am so thankful that it’s you that I’ll have by my side, now and forever. I love you, Leonard, and nothing will ever change that.”
“I now pronounce you man and wife, you may now kiss the bride.” “It is my honor and privilege to introduce you to Dr. and Dr. Leonard McCoy!”
Jim was tearing up. Upon looking around, you couldn’t find a single dry eye in the room. You heard a familiar chime and you realized that even though only your closest friends were in the room with you, Chekov had opened a shipwide channel so everyone could watch the wedding of their favorite doctors.
The reception was in a recreational “gym” hall. Everyone was drinking, and for the first time in forever, Lee danced the whole night. Mostly with you, but Uhura had stolen him for a dance towards the end of the night. Jim took the opportunity to steal you away. He was happy that his best friend had gotten back up on the proverbial horse and rode it straight to you. Uhura was taking a different approach with a brief lecture along the lines of a “Don’t you ever hurt her Leonard McCoy, because if you do, I will take pleasure in hurting you back.” Of course, it was said with love.
The night ended eventually and you and Lee slipped away. As promised, he helped you get out of the dress and you had loads of fun getting his uniform off of him. The rest of the night was spent, just the two of you in your shared quarters, using it as a makeshift honeymoon suite. The real honeymoon would have to wait for shore leave. Tomorrow you were back to the Medbay. The only difference was that this time, you were the Dr. McCoy on duty.

When I started to share this chart, 2012 and 2016 stood out A LOT! I constantly shared numbers and simple equations related to this chart, yet around those two years as much. I learned how there is a perfect alignment, a point in time where everything aligns for ‘something to happen’. Not coincidences, not accidents but m moments where past present and future are in alignment with each other. At first I thought I was seeing 2012 constantly because it was holding a relevance with the mayan calendar simply by standing out so much through the math I was sharing, and it held relevance to the construction of the chart with 20 X concentric circles and 12 months. But so was 2016, standing out, constantly being highlighted... and I kept connecting it to the solar cycle, still do although I wanted to highlight how those two years, of 2012 and 2016 are still standing out, as does 2068, holding a significant key to the axial tilt of 23.5 degrees. 2068 ÷ 88 = 23.5
There’s always a tipping point isn’t there, and it’s 2059, look....
2068+2093+2016= 6177÷ 3 = 2059
(Second animation added in this post highlights the numbers 88 and 2068 sharing the same point in time) and between them they are trying to convince me that something massive is going to happen on Earth and there’s nothing we can do about it
Simple math yes, in a chart of time that has shown me that patterns are held within time bonding past to future. We can’t change time, it is a constant but we can change how we fill time, and maybe I’m meant to share this chart for us to read what is to unfold in time. Is it as obvious to you as it is to me that we are facing some pretty rough times ahead.
I find it pretty messed up that my early research was highlighting Russia, and also the royal family. Russian of past and the English, and still, something bonding my past thoughts to present there. In my research I had learned that Putin, and the queen of England had a connection with the year he was born and the succession to the throne, she was coronated in 1953.
1952 So, maybe there is this weird unseen connection between them now, and I was chatting with my lad about it. You know how it works...our minds see things better when we chat about it, and I read him this post and as I did I thought ‘what if it is her dying and he does’, or ‘he dies with another royal succession and coronation’...
But something else also came to mind, past research surfaced about Alaska being purchased all the way back in 1872 from the Russian empire, and with Putin on a path of reclaiming what was once theirs does make me wonder ya know. Maybe it is why I was compelled to research the Russian empire in the past, because of Alaska.

540 OCs??? damn.i would probably just say the star one?? or the android
Oh Caph and Alder? They’re some of my newer babs I’m very fond of them.
I have their story written, I mean it’s still a WIP but I’ve gotten a good chunk of it done. It started out as a kind of challenge of writing a story with a scene per page and it’s been a lot of fun tbh.
I don’t want to say everything because it’s better to read it all in context but lets see.
Caph is a star, yes, based on a real star in fact part of the constellation Cassiopeia. 54 lightyears away from Earth. He can only visit Earth once per solar rotation (once a year) because while stars are OP they aren’t THAT OP. He makes a materialized form on Earth but it’s more akin to like... joining an MMORPG but it’s VR and also you can feel everything that happens in game.
Anyway he started coming to Earth in 1768, about three hundred years later (give or take a few) is when the story really starts going, so 2068. Caph meets Alder outside of a store, as Alder is waiting for his owner to come out, and Caph has never seen an android before so he’s like O:
And he’s all curious so he goes to find Alder again later to ask questions but Alder’s like I’m busy but finally after like idk six years of refusing to let it go Alder agrees to talk to him.
No spoilers but due to reasons Alder eventually starts doing things on his own, androids start gaining sapience, Caph ends up confessing his crush and it turns out it’s mutual so now they are boyfriends.
Alder himself sort of develops his personality throughout the story. Initially he’s cold, calculated, typical computer, but he later becomes fairly compassionate, driven, sticks close to his hobbies, loves to socialize, and even becomes a bit of an activist. He loves gardening, and dogs, hates rabbits. He doesn’t have to eat but he likes making food for his bf when he visits.
The pair of them are very close and very soft with each other, but each of them are learning how relationships work at the same time so they run into problems now and then. Also distance sometimes becomes an issue.
But they love each other a lot so they’ll work things out.
there is no ask meme this is just me but - bls i would like to know more about your OCs,,,,
Ahhhh I appreciate it a lot but wh... which ones. I have a lot of them......

[RF] After the collapse
Fall of 2068
Jeremy woke up, cold in his bed. The sun was not yet up. Ever since the collapse, he always had to be on constant guard. He went out and opened his blinds, peering out of his window. He checked if the fire beacons were lit. They weren’t. A sigh of relief escaped him.
The beacons were lit whenever an invading army had been sighted near the town. Since the Great War twelve years ago had destroyed modern civilization, all modern technology had been lost, and groups of towns were ruled by local warlords. There had been rumors of an invading army being nearby the town, but apparently, they were false.
He grabbed a candle and walked downstairs. Nobody else was up yet. He checked to see if the fire from last night was still lit. It wasn’t. He’d have to do with just fruit for this morning, he didn’t have the patience to light matches, or the time to prepare something else. He decided on a few apples and picked out a book at random from his shelf. It was the History of the Collapse by Jeremy Roberts. Unlike most books nowadays, written in scrawly handwriting, as if the author were anxious to finish the copy, or the older books in plain, emotionless print, this one was written in carefully crafted, italic handwriting. It was a rare artifact, bought at a bargain from a homeless man who had wanted to burn it for firewood. He flipped it open and began reading.
“I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones” - Albert Einstein, 1948. The leaders of all the great powers of earth knew that another worldwide conflict would be the last, but that would not, could not stop them. The rampant capitalism of the west had driven the political leaders there to become beholden to mega corporations, unable to act autonomously any longer. In 2049, the democracy of the twentieth century was less than a façade, it was an act. Nobody made an effort anymore to hide the corruption from the common citizen, they would do, could do nothing. The eastern nations didn’t have it much better. While the Emperor of China, having dropped any façade of “President” in the 2020s, had effectively unlimited power in his country with his iron grip on technology, it was not enough for him to stop any of the upcoming changes. For he could only stay in power if his economy continued to grow, which meant continued conflict with the western powers. Tensions continued to rise throughout the 2030s, with the Taiwan Incident, the Internet War, and the Second Scramble for Africa all contributing to the inevitable conflict. But what sparked the war was yet another conflict in the middle east.
In 2043, Iran, with a new fascist government in power, had invaded the rich oil fields of Iraq. Although largely depleted, corporations in the States still made enormous profits off of oil sales, profits they could not afford to lose. They pressured the President into declaring war. Initially, Iran’s numerical superiority overwhelmed Iraq’s defenses, but-
Jeremy got bored. He flipped to a random page towards the end of the book.
After the battle of Delhi had drained both India’s and China’s last resources, the last stable great powers in Asia collapsed. Popular rebellions in China, along with warlords taking advantage of the relative weakness of the state in India, broke the governments of both nations. Russia, perhaps for the best, had already dropped out of the war and was in the midst of a brutal civil war, but as they had stopped the carnage earlier, they had managed to somewhat avoid total collapse. Europe was a tangle of feudal states, and a few scatted small nations with even a few local democracies left around. After fighting off Russia and the north Africans, the peninsula had broken from the continued strain of the war, although national governments still held token power. America had still never been invaded even during the war, but the complete collapse of unity combined with the decades of hate for the government caused by it’s total inebriation to corporations caused an almost immediate breakdown of federal power just a few years after the start of the war. With the south Americans having long been effective puppets of the States, and the Africans being a blob of mixed loyalties to Europeans and Chinese, neither of them were stable enough to last long either.
All major governments thus collapsed during the war. The diseases spread during the war as a result of biological warfare were also a contributing factor to the collapse, with a major portion of the world population being killed within the weeks following their release, and a steady decline thereafter. The complete destruction of the climate also lowered the total carrying capacity of the planet, and previously unknown feedback loops had caused a mass global cooling of the planet, devastating crops. Much modern technology was lost, and an EMP following shortly after the war wiped out any remaining hope of rebuilding to the prior technological level. If the governments of the major powers had prepared plans for the collapse that had unfolded, they were lost in the confusion.
Jeremy sat up. He bookmarked his page and closed the book. He wondered how with all the devices the world had had, with all the powers of the governments, they had managed to fall so much to their current state. Growing up in the shadow of the collapse, the technology of the previous world was just a glint in his foggy memories of early childhood, with it always being overshadowed by the struggles of the wars. He was 16.
He got up, he was done eating. He walked outside, he was heading to the town. There wasn’t any school anymore, for there wasn’t much to teach. He would be going to buy some new farming tools in exchange of some excess produce, which he had packed. While the older generations pushed for a select group to be taught all the lessons of the old world, most did not learn much at all of what had happened before. All of the incredibly impressive, almost magical devices seemed almost like fantasy to many, and they saw no use for what they considered frivolous when there was work to be done building the foundations for a new society. What use was knowing how a telegraph functioned when they simply didn’t now? Nowadays you’d just ask the local Messenger to carry a message for you, the location they were to deliver it, and the person who should receive it. More confidential information was discussed in person, and urgent news was sent across the fire beacons. He snapped out of his thoughts as he arrived at the edge of town, and to his alarm, saw the tops of the fire beacons alight. He started running.

The Road to the Anti-Christ, Part 4
August 7, 2019 I am persuaded that Comet Shoemaker/Levi-9, that bombarded Jupiter for seven days, starting July 16, 1994, was a twenty-one year warning to mankind by Yehovah. It was 21 impacts, an average of 18 hours apart, for seven days. I first thought it was 20 impacts, marking the year 2014 as the start of something worldwide, on August 4th, according to the Hebrew calendar. It was too early for it to be signifying the rebuilding of the Temple.
So I thought it might mean the fall of the US dollar. What it turned out to be, instead of the economic crash of the USA, was the outbreak of Ebola, in West Africa, where I had a radio broadcast. Once I found out that it was 21 impacts, instead of 20, I felt July 26, 2015 would be the start of the last 7 years, and the Temple in Jerusalem would be built. I was wrong again.
Now, the only thing that could be left is that the Comet signaled when the missing 70th week of Daniel would begin, which would have been Sunday, July 26, 2015. Seven years from that date will be the 5th Hebrew month, and the 9th day that occurs in the year 2022. That would be in the July/August time frame.
A shadow picture of these events occurred to Jacob and his family in the book of Genesis. Joseph became governor in Egypt in the year 2038 BC, when he was 30 years old.
Genesis 41:28 - 31 28 This is the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What God is about to do he sheweth unto Pharaoh. 29 Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt: 30 And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land; 31 And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous.
Now, let’s jump down to vs 39 39 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: 40 Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou. 41 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt. 42 And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;
43 And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt.
Now, we skip to verse 46. 46 And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt.
Joseph was born in 2068 BC, when Jacob was 90 years old. When Jacob was introduced to Pharaoh by Joseph, Jacob was 130 years old.
Genesis 47:9 And Jacob said unto Pharaoh, The days of the years of my pilgrimage are an hundred and thirty years: few and evil have the days of the years of my life been, and have not attained unto the days of the years of the life of my fathers in the days of their pilgrimage.
So the seven years of plenty started in 2038 BC. The seven years of famine started in 2031 BC. Jacob and his family endured over 3 years of famine in Canaan before migrating to Egypt in 2028 BC. I suspect that it was 3 ½ years. Being in the land of plenty, which was Egypt after during the famine, the children of Israel were protected and nourished during the last 3 ½ years. Can you guess where I’m going with this?
If the 70th week of Daniel began July 26, 2015, then the time of plenty ends in the July/August timeframe in 2022 AD, depending on if there is an Adar Bet, which is Hebrew for second 12th month. Adar is the last month in the Hebrew calendar. At least one of the coming 3 years will have the barley not being ripe enough in order to declare the beginning of the new year, which is the month called Aviv. The barley crop in Israel has to be ripe enough in order to have the Feast of First Fruits after the 14th day of the new month, which is the day of Passover. If the barley is late, then a second 12th month is declared in order to give the barley another month to reach the stage called “aviv”. In the book of Genesis, the translators mistakenly spelled it abib.
Exodus 13:3-5 3 And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.
4 This day came ye out in the month Abib. 5 And it shall be when the Lord shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that thou shalt keep this service in this month.
After the current seven years have ended, which is like the seven years of plenty in Egypt, the seven years of famine will begin. A ten nation alliance will arise, and the anti-Christ will seize control over three of those nations.
Following this, the seven other nations will give control to this man, and a seven year agreement will be made, which will open the door to the Temple being built in Jerusalem. In January of 2022 AD, I suspect that the Arc of the Covenant will be revealed for all to see, forty years after it was rediscovered in 1982, along with the table of showbread and other furniture that was kept in the Holy of Holies in the Temple before it was destroyed in about the year 587 BC.
I wonder what the atheists and agnostics will think when Enoch and Elijah show up in Jerusalem. It will be a prophecy fulfilled for all mankind to see. The last seven years before the rapture will begin, and the brimstone will hit the fan. 3 ½ years later, after they are killed by the Beast, also known as the Anti-Christ, and they arise and ascend back up to Heaven, the Beast will begin his 3 ½ year reign of terror on the Earth.
He will be joined by the false Jesus, also known as the false prophet. What might happen is that those that think that the rapture will come before the great tribulation will be fooled by the false prophet. The false Jesus will yield submission to the anti-Christ, and will be able to perform miracle after miracle.
A statue of the Beast will be made, and the false Jesus will give the statue a life of its own. We will read from Revelation chapter 13, starting at vs 5: 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
The Anti-Christ, will declare himself to be God, probably saying that the real God, Yehovah, does not exist. He will swear against God’s name, declare the new temple in Jerusalem to be his own, and that it was erected in his honor. He will swear against Yehovah, His angels, and every entity that lives in Heaven. God will allow Satan to give enormous power and influence to the Beast.
Now, verse 7. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
Let me pause here. Some people believe in what is called predestination. It is not really true. God knows the future, and the hearts of mankind. The people that will “give up”, and go with the flow, their names are already missing from the book of life that Yehovah has in Heaven.
God also knows who will accept and keep true salvation, which is repentance, making the decision to stop all wrong doing, being water immersed using the name of Jesus, or Yeshua the Messiah, and receiving the Holy Ghost of Yeshua, evidenced by the speaking of the Spirit when it comes. Anything and everything else is false conversion doctrine.
Let me also say, that there will be people with enough godliness and righteousness that are not saved that will resist taking the mark of the beast, whatever form of mark it will be. It could be a tattoo, an implant, or whatever. But the main target of the anti-Christ will be those that claim to be Christians, and the real Christians will endure till the end, if they live that long.
10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. 11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
This is the advent of the false Jesus, also known as the false prophet. Many people will believe that this impostor is Christ, and that he has come to take the Saints away. WRONG!!! This false messiah will show obedience to the anti-Christ, and persuade many to worship the Anti-Christ Those people are the ones whose names are not found in the book of Life.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
The Beast will apparently suffer an assassination attempt, which normally would be fatal. But he will recover, with powers given to him by Satan, and kill the two witnesses.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
The above verses imply that the greater evil will come from the false messiah, showing that he has seemingly divine powers. But be not deceived. Behold I have told you before, as did Yeshua.
IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK.
Have a blessed day and week. May Yeshua the Messiah bless you, Love, Debbie

CF-129
An astronaut, at the end of a long journey, receives a signal from a supposedly uninhabited planet...
The sound coming from the radio is like nothing I’ve ever heard before. The chaotic screech, sounding like glass being pulverized by a blender, pierces my ears and awakens me from my slumber. I look at the display on the radio, checking the origin of the signal. Could this be the message from home I’ve been waiting for? Much to my dismay, the signal isn’t from home. It isn’t even from the right part of the galaxy.
The apparent source of the signal is a small planet named CF-129b, or Seefee, as the brainiacs back home called it. Seefee is smaller than Earth, but also denser in such a way that, by sheer coincidence, it has gravity almost identical to Earth’s. It’s located firmly in the Goldilocks zone, an area existing in every solar system where planets receive the perfect amount of sunlight. Seefee orbits around a star extremely similar to the sun and has a metallic core that protects it from solar winds. Seefee’s atmosphere is primarily made of oxygen and nitrogen, while its surface is primarily covered in liquid water. On the few islands that dot the oceans of Seefee the soil is filled with a variety of nutrients important for plant growth. It even has a gas giant, CF-145a, that is similar in size to Jupiter and located 600 kilometers away that protects Seefee from asteroids.
The discovery of Seefee was groundbreaking. A planet, so similar to earth, only twenty-five light years away. A planet where we could very easily create a human colony. The plan was to, over the course of twenty years, send fifty ships containing the supplies necessary to colonize the planet. I was chosen to be the sole occupant of the first ship sent to Seefee.
There’s something else you need to know about Seefee. It’s supposed to be uninhabited. When I see that the garbled radio signal is coming from Seefee, my first thought is that the signal must be extraterrestrial in origin. After all, Seefee is almost identical to Earth in every way. The idea of life forming on its surface isn’t so farfetched.
I wipe the sweat from my brow. They told me, before I left, that there was a chance I may encounter aliens. Still, making first contact with an alien lifeform isn’t something I’m prepared for. I grab the microphone and turn on my end of the radio. “This is Captain Jacobson of the UNS Red Atum,” I shout. “Do you read me?”
The chaotic screech coming from the radio becomes quieter. Slowly, the signal clears up and becomes more refined. Then, after a few minutes of this, I clearly hear a word. “Saluton?” the voice on the other end of the radio says.
This is not the voice of an alien. The voice is very clearly human. Before I can think about this revelation, I hear another voice. “Kiu vi estas?” it asks.
“I don’t understand what you’re saying. Do you speak English?” I ask over the radio.
After a moment of silence, a new voice comes in over the radio. The voice of a young woman. “I speak a little English,” she says.
Her voice is strange. She has an odd accent, one that I can’t quite pin down. She speaks slowly, properly enunciating each word, trying to make sure she doesn’t mispronounce them. “It took us a few minutes to figure out how to communicate,” she says. “Your ship uses very old technology. Our early messages came out distorted, yes?”
“Yeah,” I say. “It sounded horrible.”
“We are sorry,” she says.
“It’s okay. Do you have a name?” I ask.
“I am Mortigi,” she says. “I am a scientist working for the Seefee government space agency. Who are you?”
“My name is Captain Michael Jacobson. I’m the sole occupant of the UNS Red Atum.”
“You are alone?”
“Yeah.”
“Good.”
I raise my eyebrows. “My radio tells me that your signal is coming from CF-129,” I say. “But, that planet is supposed to be uninhabited.”
“Uninhabited?” she says. “Seefee has been populated for hundreds of years.”
“What? That’s impossible!”
“No, what’s impossible is someone not knowing about the planet they’re trying to land on. Nobody notified us of a ship called the Red Atum. Who are you?”
“I told you, my name is Michael Jacobson. I’m a botanist from Earth who was chosen in 2068 to create the first human colony on CF-129.”
“2068? How are you still alive?”
“Because of the length of the journey, my ship came equipped with a cryogenic freezing pod. I’ve only been awake for a week. The pod was programmed to awaken me a week before landing so I could get in contact with NASA and figure out how to land this thing.”
Mortigi repeats my words to her friends and they discuss something in a language I don’t understand. “Let me get this straight,” Mortigi says, “You were asleep, for close five hundred years?”
“Yeah. The Atum can only go five percent lightspeed. No human could live long enough to survive the trip,” I say.
“That explains everything. We figured out how to travel faster than lightspeed in 2109 and colonized Seefee not long after.”
“Seriously?”
“You’ve been asleep for a very long time, Michael. The world is a very different place. We have made discoveries that you could not even comprehend.”
“Yeah, I know. Still, it feels weird. I left everything, my family, my friends, my home planet, so that I could help move humanity forward. Finding out that everything I’ve worked for was pointless...it’s hard to comprehend.”
“I can give you some time to think, if you want.”
“No, it’s good to hear another person’s voice. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?”
Mortigi stays silent for a few moments. “I am sorry, for everything that has happened to you,” she says. “And, for everything that’s going to happen.”
“Going to happen?” I ask.
“I wish I wasn’t the one that had to tell you this. The only reason I am talking to you is because I am the only one who speaks English.”
“Mortigi, what do you mean, everything that’s going to happen?”
“Your ship, it is dangerous.”
“Dangerous? The only thing on this ship is me, a cryo-pod, some food, and a bunch of seeds.”
“Are you sure that is all? Is it possible that your primitive ship may be housing a virus that we have long since eradicated?”
“A virus?”
“Interplanetary ships undergo thorough cleaning to prevent illnesses from traveling between worlds. But, your ship was launched centuries ago. We have no way of knowing if your ship is clean.”
“Mortigi, I swear I’m not carrying any viruses.”
“I wish I could take your word as fact. But, I am obligated to my people. An archaic illness could kill thousands. We cannot risk that.”
Mortigi sighs. “I didn’t want to call you,” she says. “I wanted to blow your ship up in an instant, leaving you unaware of your demise. The others, they wanted to tell you why you were dying. They think this is more humane. I disagree.”
“Mortigi, please. You don’t have to do this.”
“I’m sorry, Michael.”
The radio goes silent. I frantically try to call Mortigi back, to plead with her for my life. She doesn’t answer. A few minutes later, the explosions begin. Then, there is only blackness.

Translator’s Note #3: What do I know about Zi-O going in?
I saw this on http://kamenrider.wikia.com/wiki/Kamen_Rider_Zi-O.
“In the fall of 2018, a time machine appears before a hero born in the year 2000. The hero has always dreamed of becoming a king. A mysterious girl appears from the time machine, telling the hero “I come from the year 2068, a world without hope where the king of demons reigns supreme.” The girl has come from the future in a desperate effort to change her own time. The girl then gives the hero an ominous warning “You will become Kamen Rider Zi-O, King of Time, the demon destined to rule the world.” Can this really be the hero’s fate? This is the story of a Kamen Rider who would be king, who will fight to save the past, present, and future, encountering the various Heisei Kamen Riders throughout space-time.“
So, I guess I know who wrote this season.
The fact that the season is hitting the ground running at that point instead of building up to it is one of the reasons I decided to start my blog focusing on it. From past seasons I’ve seen I know that Kamen Rider usually builds from their starting point (last season we had an amnesiac genius physicist fighting a villainous group engaged in human experimentation and trying to prove an escaped convict was innocent of the murder he’d been accused of) to something much larger and more dramatic. At the mid point of last season the previously mentioned characters wound up embroiled in a war. Later it was revealed that an alien who had destroyed Mars and wanted to destroy Earth had been manipulating all three sides of the war. If Zi-O is starting at the point the plot summary describes I can’t wait to see how it goes even further.
I also know that this is the last Kamen Rider series of the Heisei era (Translator’s note: The Heisei era began in 1989 with the death of Emperor Hirohito who was posthumously renamed Emperor Shōwa.) I understand that this season is supposed to be something of a retrospective on the Kamen Rider shows of the era with Zi-O using the powers of the Riders that came before him.
The last thing I know before going in is that there is a second Rider named Geiz. I think I’ve read that he will be, at least in the beginning, hostile to Zi-O. With that said I am about to start downloading the first episode of Zi-O and plan to begin liveblogging shortly.

The following blog post, unless otherwise noted, was written by a member of Gamasutra’s community. The thoughts and opinions expressed are those of the writer and not Gamasutra or its parent company.
I’m finally closing in on the ending of Horizon Zero Dawn (yes I know it’s been a couple of months but still), and in the game’s final hours, it’s begun to spill some of the secrets about how the Earth we know was transformed into a home for robosauri (and…robomammals, I guess. There’s deer and horses and bulls too).
While it would be a bit too much of a spoiler to talk about these revelations, and why they do a great job tying into how the game's heroine, Aloy, grows as a character, it was enough to make me stop and think about the game’s overall approach to the end of the world. This approach grounds character perspective and narrative purpose in everything from environment design, to voiceover, to game art, and beyond.
It’s a notable strategy that other games could stand to learn from, and shows why developers would benefit from not setting their games in the immediate aftermath of an apocalyptic event.
Spoilers do follow, so please be aware.
To help establish why Horizon Zero Dawn’s apocalypse differs from so many other games, it’s worth establishing a brief timeline of that apocalypse, and what key events lie along that timeline. Here’s a rough visual in case you need it spelled out. (Years referenced via this wiki)
Current era (2017)—> Corporate Dystopia (2036-2064)—> World falling apart (2064-2068)—> Gameplay period (3021)
By contrast, the world of Fallout only puts a couple hundred years between its apocalypse and its gameplay setting, and other games like The Last of Us will only set up a matter of decades. This means that for these games, there’s still a lot of connections between the player perspective, the character perspective, and an understanding of “the world that was.”
It also means that there’s effectively two different eras the player can learn about, meaning there’s a certain gap in knowledge that they share with Aloy and the people in her world. You could compare this to Fallout’s pre-apocalyptic universe, but since that retro-futuristic world mirrors the development of our known history, and takes place in extremely familiar settings, that gap in knowledge isn’t quite as large.
With that timeline in mind, let’s review some of the dynamics the game uses define character interactions and its environments along this timeline.
The first notable dynamic is how characters, either as a group or as individuals, respond to artifacts and information about “the old world.” Across the game, different NPCs Aloy encounters will spout facts about old-world artifacts, either adhering to a doctrine or religious philosophy, or just making idle speculation about the oddities they’ve uncovered.
Depending on the character, the mission, or a mystery the game is setting up, the player will likely have one of three reactions. First, they might know what the object, fact, or location is and have context for it the characters don’t, which gives them a more voyeuristic look at the interaction. This tends to apply to information pulled from general human history or learned science.
In Fallout, this distance is often used for cheap gags about how Wastelanders don't know about things like baseball, but Horizon Zero Dawn manages to stretch this perspective beyond just humor. (Though it's still certainly present.)
Second, they might not know firsthand about the object or interaction, but they and Aloy have together learned something about the object or location that other characters haven’t yet. This tends to apply to information from the corporate dystopia or apocalyptic periods along the timeline. It’s also the kind of information that tends to drive the main quest.
Third, players actually won’t know about the information being discussed, since it mostly relates to information that comes from humanity’s rebirth. This tends to apply to recent history for the characters, the different tribal backgrounds, etc. Very often, Aloy won’t know this information either, since she grew up isolated from her own people and the tribes of the rest of the world. This kind of information drives the game’s sidequests, and one main quest that starts in Meridean.
(A brief note, this would be the best place to link to Dia Lacina’s piece about the Tribal and Native imagery in Horizon Zero Dawn, which for all its detail and creative design, does borrow some imagery and cultural references from groups of people still in our society today.)
It’s important to pay attention to each of these reactions because they do a lot to drive home some of the game’s themes, which deal with speculation, discovery, and the line where personal conflicts overlap with political or religious ones. Since the player is literally hanging over Aloy’s shoulder, they’re right alongside her and will respond to how she responds to these three different scenarios.
It’s a great way to build a connection with a protagonist who has clearly defined personality traits, layering every such encounter with the player to either sync with Aloy’s frustration, curiosity, or amusement, or give them an opportunity to step back and watch her organically react to information they otherwise know.
The next notable way that the staggered timeline influences the game’s design is the way historical perspective is used to inform the player (and Aloy) about the tragedies of the old world.
Much of this information is delivered in the game’s audio logs, or in notable cutscenes where Aloy gets to watch recorded holograms of older characters, but even though much of this information is optional, its presentation is still notable because so much of the buildup to the apocalypse isn’t told in a straight exposition to Aloy, but is pieced together by reading characters’ reactions to it.
Again, this technique is obviously familiar to those who’ve read through the various logs of Fallout or BioShock, but there’s a deliberate rollout of the pre-apocalyptic world that does a lot of work hiding the “what” of what’s happening behind an uncanny, unfamiliar world that’s been radically affected by technological advancement.
Since the truth about the robot-driven apocalypse is hidden behind the game’s main quest, the audio and text logs the player discovers are focused on showing how people of the old world were reacting to the changes around them as they grew more dire and dire. Reactions to climate change and corporate overreach are brushed off and become part of the mundanity of daily life, buried in news reports about veterans not being paid and secretaries complaining about fights between visiting politicans.
It’s not just an account of daily life (or a way to kick off sidequests), it’s information that plays differently to a player who has yet to live this future, and to Aloy who can't fully grasp concepts like pensions or even secretaries.
The third and final influence of this staggered apocalypse is the way it’s used to shape environment and level design. Just like how different parts of the narrative are laid along the timeline to create a varying sense of narrative distance, different locations draw from different levels of familiarity to either pull the player in with a sense of knowledge that Aloy doesn’t have, or they’re so alien and unknowable they defy any ability to deduce their purpose.
Just for quick reference, here’s a glance at three locations that would evoke different reactions in a new player. There’s the various populated spaces of the tribes and bandits which are populated enough to evoke the familiar feel of a normal city.
There’s the underground areas, which obviously look like spaces from our modern world, but are futuristic enough to create some distance between the player and their purpose.
And finally there are the Cauldrons, underground facilities which are involved in the creation of their machines, but it’s anyone’s guess as to what the purpose of any individual room is.
As the story unfolds, each kind of location is given a sense of purpose and narrative context, but until the end of the game, when all is laid bare before Aloy (and the player), this distance helps give a unique sense of character, space, and mystery, which are all great rewards for surviving combat with the Horizon Zero Dawn’s monstrous machines and apocalyptic factions.
