So, you know how you get an option to kiss a companion once you've romanced them? I think you should get an option to hug Karlach once you've fixed her engine in Act 2. Like, she's had no physical contact for 10 years and, romanced or not, she should be allowed all the hugs you can give. They even have the animation ready to go because you can already hug her that one time when you fix her engine! Just copy and paste indefinitely. Easy to implement, definitely top priority, IMO.
