hi everyone and apologies for the late intro! holiday weekend and all; i was enjoying my couple days off of work. this is actually rian here w a 2nd muse after he grew overnight and wouldn’t leave me alone: meet wu jiayi!
i’ll get to my messages hopefully tomorrow evening, but in the meantime pls feel free to lmk if you’d like to plot w the boy! i’ll include a rly brief summary and a couple rough plot ideas under the cut for your consideration.
thank you!
BRIEF HISTORY
long story short, his mother, a werewolf herself) was expecting when her husband/mate died under rather unknown circumstances. she was heartbroken and it was a miracle she survived the death of her mate to begin with. her brother brought her away from china, from the places where those memories happened, to try to start again in korea. he didn’t know she was pregnant at the time, so she gave birth to jiayi while being welcomed into a large pack in the countryside.
jiayi grew up in korea, so he’s fluent in both korean and mandarin. that said, he was literally raised by wolves. his mother was never quite herself again, but the other mothers of the pack would raise their children together anyways. jiayi didn’t suffer at all. he doesn’t even know that his uncle resents him for resembling his father!
it’s unclear what the ultimate intentions were, but jiayi’s uncle had started cleverly planting the idea that jiayi should challenge the alpha in his head ever since it was clear he was leading the adolescent werewolves of the pack. there’s a natural alpha tendency in jiayi, and he thought he would actually help the pack grow and move forward if there was a young alpha in charge. unfortunately, he lost the fight. because he’s still so young, rather than kill him the alpha exiled him.
that’s how jiayi finds himself in seoul! he doesn’t really know anyone here, being pretty far from his hometown, but now the fight with the alpha is personal. he left all his family and friends behind and he wants to go back, but not cowering and begging for forgiveness. jiayi’s looking to recruit strong local werewolves to his own cause to challenge that old alpha again, and this time with backup.
he’s technically homeless, but not mad about it. he’d say he likes the freedom. because of this though, he doesn’t really have any of his own things. his clothes are all ill-fit bc they’re stolen off of someone’s line or out of a laundromat and he discards them pretty quick since he sleeps as a wolf to keep out the cold. the sleeping outside he’s used to, at least.
A LITTLE ABOUT HIS PERSONALITY
he’s SUCH an extrovert; he has absolutely no issue walking up to someone and starting a conversation. jiayi pretty much just walks up to werewolves he thinks are promising candidates for his rebellion and asks to spar with them to test them out. he’s a pretty good fighter, mostly in wolf form, and he knows it. he can be a pretty cocky, a little too bold, and probably annoying. i usually describe him as wolfy; he was practically raised in the wild and while he’s smart and can pretend and blend in pretty well, he can be ignorant on pop culture and technology. not quite an old man, just underexposed to this stuff. he’s also very protective, loyal, territorial, and definitely has the “take no shit” attitude of a budding young alpha, though he’s still beta-status for now.
ROUGH PLOT IDEAS
werewolves: while jiayi probably thinks it’s not worth wasting his time on omegas, he can size your muse up and ask them if they’re interesting in helping him out, and if he can test their strength.
werewolves: jiayi was an excellent babysitter in his pack, meaning that he was great at training younger, weaker wolves to be better. if your muse needs a little help getting in touch with their wild side, he’s the go-to guy.
vampires: because of his upbringing, he really hasn’t had much exposure to bloodsuckers. he’s also been taught that they’re dangerous and to be feared, if one’s not confident enough to destroy them. i would love to see both muses who cement his fears, and ones who try to convince him otherwise.
anyone: someone stole your favorite [hoodie? jeans? pick an item of clothing that’s quickly and easily recognizable and might be unique]. jiayi’s wearing it, and they spot him. what happens next?
anyone: you don’t listen to jiayi’s insistence that he’s fine on his own and that he needs a place to spend the night. you might regret letting an untrained animal into your home, but at least you already clarified it’s just for one night.
familiars: he has never met one before so he would like to fight one (if they’re close to his wolf’s size). just to see how the fae’s og companions compare to the witches’/lite version.
anyone/hunter?: jiayi is not familiar with the city’s hunters and how their methods and tactics compare to the ones he knew out in the country. he gets stuck in a trap (we can discuss the details later) and EITHER A: your muse, who is not the hunter, helps him out. or B: your muse is the hunter. what comes next may depend on your muse. possibility for multiple plots tho not if i feel like he’s getting stuck in a trap every other day or something; he would learn better quick enough.

Supernatural Imagine: Hey Angel - Castiel x Reader(Named Female)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: Reader was saved by an angel as a child, and later, she speaks to an angel, her angel.
As a small child, before everything changed, I was saved by an angel. I know it. No one’s believed me, but I know. I know that it was an angel, because the men with black eyes who’d taken control over my father’s body and killing my whole family before coming after me was easily defeated by the angel. I was hidden in the small little space under our cabin. The trap door was thrown open and above me was my father, covered in blood with a wide smile and black eyes. Before I knew it, a bright white light was all around him and he was screaming. It vanished and I remember a man stepping into my view. I had never seen him before, but his eyes were bright and shining, like blue stars and I could see black wings folded behind his back.
“Come here, little one.” His voice was deep and soft, and I could hear the small echo of another voice below it. Like playing two recordings of the same thing but different people at the same time, only one was louder than the other.
He reached out, and picked me up. His body was warm, like the heating blanket my mom had. I can still remember how he held me close and how his wings expanded before we were suddenly at a very familiar house. He set me down, and I held his hand.
“Go on, he will take care of you. I promise.” The angel, with black wings and shining star eyes, placed a small kiss to my forehead and was gone.
All I really remember after that is screaming for Uncle Bobby and telling him everything.
Now, as a young woman, barely out of high school at twenty years old, I remember that night every time I fall asleep. The image of the man was fuzzy, but I remember his eyes and wings. Uncle Bobby didn’t really believe me when I said angel, he was still skeptical. He raised me, being the only living family I had, and I can remember him telling me to keep what happened between us. He told me that many people didn’t know about the real supernatural, and that some people wouldn’t be too nice about it. So I kept it secret and I only shared my stories and questions with my pastor. I wasn’t raised catholic, but after the accident, I wanted to know more. More about the angel that saved me.
I pray to him, and hope he hears how thankful I am. I tell him about my day, and talk to him a lot. I don’t know his name, but I feel that to speak to him, that is not important. My thoughts are directed to him, so I suppose he will hear. I write it all down in my journal, using the letter A, as a fill in for his name. I hide them all in a box in a floorboard under my desk.
I also keep small personal items in there. I’ve got a few pictures of family members, the first knife Dean gave to me for my sixteenth birthday, a small locket Bobby gave me with a picture of my parents and one of my sister, a charm for luck that Sam gave me for my birthday as well. I also have my many journals in there. The box was wood and I made it myself, it took me many years and help from Bobby, but I even placed some small design on it. A single wing. It was fitting.
I bring this up now, because I had a dream about him last night. The angel. It was a dream, perhaps maybe not. It was dark in my room and I had the radio on. I had been lying in bed, in the dark, trying to sleep. I had not been sleeping well since Dean’s death. He’s only been gone for four months, and Uncle Bobby and I have not heard from Sam in a long time. I text him often, and receive few replies. However, I know he sees them. The moon gave little light from my window, and I left it cracked open, giving my room a cool temperature. My radio was at a low volume, and had been playing on a random station. It gave a soft white noise, before the room got quiet. I hadn’t noticed, not until a voice said my name.
“Elyse.” It was almost as if I had heard it in my head. But I knew that voice, I knew it. I sat up, eyes wide as I looked around my room. “Elyse.” My attention was to the radio then, as the knob turned on its own, bringing the volume up. My first thought was a ghost, as they are drawn to electronic items, but the voice. It was him. I threw the covers off of me, running to the radio and picking it up.
“Hello?!”
It ringed again before his voice broke through. “It has been too long, Elyse.” I felt a smile pull my lips, and I set the radio down on my desk, sitting in my chair.
“Wh-what-How is this possible? Why are you inside my radio?” I ask quickly, not sure why my words were so jumbled. I have so many questions, and I often ask them in my journal, but with that I receive no answer to them. My mind is running miles a minute, and I cannot seem to sit still. My legs are bouncing and I cannot settle my breathing. He’s here. He is speaking to me.
“I am here to tell you, that we will meet soon.” My eyes widened. He continued before I could ask when, “I have saved him. Your family is very important to us, Elyse.”
“To us? You mean heaven?”
“Yes.”
“Why? Is this why you saved me-when I was little?” I ask, unable to resist asking. I’ve always wanted to know why he saved me, all those years ago. Uncle Bobby told me that many people were unfortunate to not be saved, but that hunters were trying their best to do so.
“You are important to me, Elyse. It is my duty to protect you, and I have done so since the night your parents conceived you.” His voice was kind but I could hear a sternness to it. As if he was stating something obvious and yet, I didn’t ever realize.
“Can...can I ask your name?”
“My name is Castiel.” The reply makes me smile, and I cannot help but quickly write it down. I’ve always used cursive, but I write it in many different ways.
“Thank you, Castiel,” I test his name, it feels right. “I never thanked you.”
“You have thanked me everyday, Elyse.”
I cannot help but blush, “You-you could hear me when I spoke to you?”
“Whenever you thought of me, I was able to hear.” I didn’t know whether I was able to be happy or embarrassed, with thoughts of my ten year old immaturity, and then now. I’ve grown and my interests have changed, and I’m sure he was plagued with many unimportant ramblings of myself to him. About everything. “Sleep, Elyse. Tomorrow is a new day.”
“Goodnight, Castiel.”
“Dream peacefully Elyse.” Was his response before I crawled into bed with a smile.
I awoke this morning, and ran downstairs. I was calling to Uncle Bobby, wanting to tell him of what had happened last night when I stopped. What if Uncle Bobby did not believe me? What if he told me that it was dangerous? I knew Castiel could be dangerous, because he defeated a demon easily. He’s a warrior of God, no matter what people say about angels being soft beings and protective of earth. When I got into the living room, I stopped. There, Dean stood with my Uncle Bobby.
I froze in the doorway, and when they noticed me they both smiled.
“It’s him, El, I already did all the precautions.” I ran to Dean, jumping into his arms and instantly taken into a large bear hug. Setting me back down, I looked him over.
“You! Y-How?” I was lost for words, and looked to Uncle Bobby, “What did you do?”
“I didn’t do anything!” Uncle Bobby’s voice was harsh, offending from my accusation.
“Did Sam?” I ask, turning to Dean.
“I don’t know.” Dean shook his head, glancing at us. “We need to find him.”
I nod, “He’s not talking to us. I call and text him often, but I don’t get replies.”
Dean grumbles, and I feel the urge to speak up about Castiel but I feel I should keep it to myself. Castiel has been a small secret of mine. Uncle Bobby didn’t know I had been talking to him, or writing to him, and I was unsure of how he would take last nights dream-or maybe conversation. I think it may have been a dream, perhaps not. I don’t know.
“El!” I blink, looking up and replying with a small ‘huh?’
“You okay? You spaced out.” Uncle Bobby furrows his brow and I nod.
“Yeah, why wouldn’t I be?”
“Well we found Sam, so c’mon.” I nod, going upstairs to get dressed and grabbing an overnight bag. I wore a pair of tight jeans with a black shirt and one of Dean’s old blue flannels. It was big on me, but fit and I didn’t have to pay for it. I wore my lighter brown boots, and thicker grey socks that kept my feet warm. I didn’t wear make-up, it was a great hassle and I found my skin stayed less irritated when I left my face natural. My hair was cut to my shoulders, and a dull brown with a little wave.
I had pictures of my mother, who is Uncle Bobby’s younger sister by a couple years. She and I look very similar, the only difference is that I have my father’s hair color and eye color. My facial features are striking in similarity with my mother. I have memories of my family, before the attack. I can remember them in important moments, but also things that are so insignificant.
For instance, I remember picking out a small pink elephant in the hospital for my new baby sister when I was only four. I remember a few Christmases, up until I was eight and Uncle Bobby took me in. I remember school, and getting into trouble for small things like not wanting to participate with the others. I was a very lone wolf type of child. I liked my own things and I didn’t want others to touch or play with them or me. I’m still like that. I hate when others touch my things, especially when they snoop.
I’ve caught Dean snooping once, inside my journal that I had been writing in before falling asleep. Even in my sleep, I could feel it. I snapped awake so quick he almost had a heart attack. I was eleven, and I yelled at him to get out and don’t come back into my room ever. I think I scared him so bad he actually listened for a good month.
‘Ugh, Castiel, I hope you never have to eat McDonald’s...frappe’s are good though’ I rattle off in my head, so use to talking to him. I smile to myself, watching trees pass from the window in Bobby’s truck. ‘Hm, I like knowing your name. It feels a little less awkward talking to a no-name angel. I feel better knowing your name. I know it wasn’t my fault, not really even yours, but I always felt I was insulting you when I didn’t know it.’
“El!” I jumped, turning to look at Bobby who was frowning at me.
“Huh? What? What is it?” I sit up, looking around for danger. I was always in my head at the wrong moments.
“I was tellin’ ya that we’re almost there.”
“Oh,” I relax as he turns left. I glance at Dean, seeing he was in deep thought as well. “Okay, sweet.”
I continue to think about Castiel, and our conversation last night. ‘I have saved him’. That sentence, was one of the first things he’s ever said to me.
I look at Dean, seeing a strained look upon his face. Saved him. Saved...My eyes widened and I choked on my frappe, coughing roughly as I tried to even my breathing.
Dean turns, placing a hand to my shoulder.
“Hey! You okay?”
I nod, taking deep breaths pass my burning throat. Oh my god, I think I have chunks of chocolate chips in my lungs.
“Jesus, slow down there would ya?” Uncle Bobby comments and I blink away the tears in my eyes.
“I’m fine, good.” I pat Dean’s hand. He releases me and I sit back. I sag in my seat, my energy suddenly drained from almost dying from my frappe chocolate chip chunks-and the fact that CASTIEL, an angel, brought back Dean.
“H-hey,” My voice rasped, and I cleared it. “Dean.”
“Yeah?”
I leaned up, propping myself in between the two front seats and smiling. “So...we don’t know who or what brought you back?”
“Nope, it’s probably Sam. He made a deal, he had to of.”
I nod along thoughtfully, “Why, do you have an idea of what did it?”
“Yeah-but it probably sounds stupid.”
“Nah, c’mon, let’s hear it.”
I glance at Dean and Bobby before looking out the window. ‘Should I Castiel? Do you want them to know? Are they not supposed to know yet?’ I didn’t want to upset Castiel if it was supposed to remain a secret. What if I say something and then it wasn’t supposed to be shared just then? Should Castiel just do it himself? What if I just mention it and don’t say Castiel? I’ve already said that I have ideas…
“Um..well what has more power than a room full of demons?” I ask after a moment of silence, my voice weak as I try bring the conversation to a close.
They both remain quiet until Dean looks at Bobby. “Uh…”
“Think Dean.” I roll my eyes, playing the part of ‘it’s so obvious’. In truth, I probably wouldn’t have guest Angels or God, if Castiel had not told me. “Who created them?”
“God?”
“Hm, and he’s a big...deal...upstairs, and down here, and probably there.” I ramble, playing with my hands as I try to avoid the topic of Castiel. “You know, the big capital G. G-man..”
“Okay, one, don’t hurt yourself.” I blush as Dean smirks, “Second, are you saying God wanted me out?”
“Y-yeah?”
“So you think God and Angels are real?”
“Of course.” I shoot back, confidently stating my belief. I knew it was real. They were real. Castiel was real. “I was saved-”
Dean finishes my sentence, “by an angel when you were seven, yadda yadda yadda.” He waves is hand and I bite my lip from yelling at him about Castiel. I didn’t feel it was my place to tell about him. Plus, he’s always been my secret. “I don’t think so. Maybe some big demon?”
I sigh, “Dean, if you believe in one, you got to believe in the other. You know, yin and yang? Two sides of the same coin?”
Dean rolls his eyes, I can tell from the little shake of his head he’s doing.
I roll my eyes at his I-don’t-need-to-believe-everything-you-say attitude. Dean hadn’t changed, and I loved him, I did. I sit back in my seat, smiling as I remembered I use to picture him, the angel, Castiel, flying beside my window to keep me safe. I wondered if guardian angels actually did do that.

When Sam put his arms around me, I was burning up.
“ You’re burning up, are you sure you’re okay? “
“ I’m fine. “
He looked at me, not believing me.
“ Sam, we might have just saved your brother..“
I pulled on a smile.
“ I’d say I’m pretty damn good. “
“ Alright, let’s get to a motel and get some sleep. “
I shook my head, pulled the keys from my pocket and held them out to him.
“ No, you take her, I’ll take yours. “
We went to the closest motel and checked in. I took a nice hot shower. Was I okay? Something wasn’t right, but I didn’t know what it was. I was getting dressed when I seen a big bruise starting on my arm, in the shape of a hand print. Where did that come from? I shook my head, then finished pulling on my clothes.
“ So I say we go back to the bunker tomorrow. “ Sam tossed his bag on the bed.
Before Jade could say anything, her phone rang.
“ Andrew, alright, slow down. What’s going on? “
Jade got to her feet.
“ Okay, don’t try to be the hero, I’ll be there as soon as I can. “ She ended the call.
“ What’s going on? “  Sam asked, when she started packing her bag.
“ Vamp problem back in Houstin, I gotta go. “ She went into the bathroom.
“ Where’s Jade? “ I asked.
“ She just got a call, she’s got a case in Houstin. “
“ Okay, what’s the big deal Sam? “
Before he answered, I clued in.
“ Tell her you don’t want her to leave Sam. “
“ She has to go. “
“ Maybe, but she also needs to know, that you don’t want her to. “
I sat beside him.
“ You let her walk away once, are you going to let her leave again? “
Jade rushed out of the bathroom, grabbed her bag then looked at me.
“ I need to borrow your car. “
I hesitated, then tossed her my keys.
“ One scratch Jay. “
“ Thank you. “
She looked at Sam, then left the room. He hesitated, then went after her.
“ Jade. “
She closed the trunk and looked at him.
“ Sam, I have to go. “
“ I’m not going to let you leave, until you promise me that you’ll come back. “
Her heart skipped a beat.
“ I’m not going to let you walk again. “ He said softly.
“ I’ll be back in a few days. “
He didn’t hesitate to wrap his arms around her tightly, and kiss her forehead.
“ Be careful Jade. “
“ Always am. “ She smiled.
He let her go and watched her speed off down the road. I smiled, leaning in the doorway.
“ You really like her, don’t you. “ I closed the door when he came inside.
He didn’t respond, but he couldn’t help but smile.
“ You’re good for her Sam. “
“ It’s different with her now. “ He passed me a beer from fridge.
“ Meaning? “
He popped the cap off his beer and sat down at the white table.
Back Stanford, I was always the one telling her everything was going to be okay. “
He took a drink and continued.
“ She always needed me and now its..it’s the other way around. She doesn’t need me anymore. “
“ You don’t think? Just because she doesn’t need to hear those things anymore, doesn’t mean she doesn’t need you Sam. “
He took in a breath and started picking at the label on his bottle.
“ Tell me something. “
“ What? “
“ Do you ever wonder what could have been between you guys, if you would have never let her leave? “
“ I never stopped. “
He hesitated.
“ I loved Jess, don’t get me wrong, but at first honestly she was a rebound after Jade. “
“ I take it, you guys haven’t sat down and talked about any of this. “
“ It’s a touchy subject. “
I finished my beer then set it in the trash.
“ Gonna have to rip the band aid off sooner or later Sammy. “
I kissed his cheek.
“ Try and get some sleep, long drive tomorrow. “
He smiled, and watched me get into my bed. He knew I was right. He needed to talk to her. He set the half drank bottle on the counter, then tried to get some sleep. Jade handled the vamp problem as soon as she got to Houstin.
“ So what have you been doing? “ Andrew asked, as they got to his place.
“ I’ve helped Rebecca with some vamp and wolf problems. “ She tossed her wet hair out of her face.
“ Wait a minute, isn’t she running with the Winchesters? “
“ And? “
“ They are bad news Jade, you’ve heard the stories. I don’t think it’s a good idea that you stick around there. “
Jade looked at him.
“ Listen Andrew, Sam and Dean are two of the best hunters I’ve ever met. There are reasons to their madness. “
“ Isn’t he the one who broke your heart all those years ago? And yet you’re still fighting for him? “
“ I’m not aloud to fight for him, because we didn’t work out, but I’m aloud to fight for the person who killed my father? “
“ That was low Jade, that was an accident, and you know that. “
“ Yeah, but it’s true. So before you try telling me who I should and shouldn’t fight for, you should remember what I’ve done for you. “
“ Where are you going? “ He asked, when she headed for the door.
“ I did my job and now I’m going back to finish the job I left to help your ungrateful ass. “ She slammed the door behind her.
She was livid. She got into my car and sped off onto the high way. Right when she pulled into the left lane, a huge truck slammed into her, sending the car flipping.
I tossed and turned for a few hours then woke up and took in a deep breath. Sam sat up and looked over at me.
“ Bec, you okay? “
I steadied my breathing.
“ I don’t know, there’s so much going on in my head. “
Sam got up from his bed, laid down on mine and pulled me into his chest. I instantly felt calm. This was habit for him. It was something that he always did every night back in Lawrence. He put his chin on the top of my head.
“ Sam. “
“ Yeah? “
“ I miss this. “
“ I know. “
After a few minutes, we both fell back to sleep. Around 4 am, I woke up to my phone ringing. I answered it still half asleep.
“ Miss Maddax. “
“ Speaking. “
“ I’m calling because you are an emergency contact for Jade Casey. “
I pushed off Sam’s chest and sat up.
“ Is she okay? “
“ She’s been in a serious car accident, she’s here at Houstin General. “
“ Is she okay? “ I repeated.
“ She’s in critical condition. “
“ I’ll be there in a few hours. “ I ended the call.
“ What’s going on? “
“ Jade’s been in a car accident. “
We both got our stuff and got into our cars and he followed me to Houstin. When we finally made it to the hospital, I pushed the door open and seen her. The right side of her face was all black and blue and her lip was busted, and she had a cast on her left leg. Sam took in a breath and ran his hand over his face.
“ Rebecca Maddax? “ The doctor asked coming into the room.
“ Yeah. “
He filled us in on how she was doing.
“ We are going to keep her overnight just to make everything is working the way it should be. Other than the hefty recovery time, she will be just fine. “
“ Thank you. “ Sam said.
When the doctor left, he put his arm around me.
“ She’s going to be okay Bec. “
“ I’m going to get  some air. “ I walked out of the room.
Sam sat in the chair next to Jade’s bed and took her hand in his, After a few minutes, she stirred and slowly opened her eyes.
“ Hey, take it easy. “ He said as she tried to sit up.
“ Sam. “
“ Yeah, I’m here. “ He squeezed her hand gently.
She looked at him, her head pounding.
“ What happened? “
“ You got into a car accident. “
“ Is the car okay? “
Sam couldn’t help but let out a little laugh. Of course that’s what she would be worried about.
“ I don’t think so. “
“ Becca’s gonna kill me. “
“ Jade. “ I came back into the room.
“ I will fix her up myself. “
“ What are you talking about? “
“ Your car. “
I shook my head with a laugh.
“ Jay, I could give two shits about the car right now. You’re okay and that’s all matters. “
Sam and I spent the night in Jade’s room. She woke up when the nurse came in to give her a once over.
“ You’ve got a hell of a family, they fought with us about staying in her last night. “
She couldn’t help but smile. Sam woke up and got to his feet.
“ She’s clear to go. You make sure you keep an eye on her, and keep her off her feet for at least two weeks. “ The nurse told him then left.
“ How are you feeling? “
“ I’m weak but not bad. “
Jade looked at me, curled up in the chair.
“ You guys didn’t have to stay in here all night. “
“ We weren’t leaving you. “
Her heart skipped a beat when he looked at her that way.
“ What? “
“ Nothing. “ She smiled softly.
“ You’re awake. “ I rubbed my eyes as I got to my feet.
“ Can we get the hell out of her now? “ I laughed.
When we got back to the bunker, I hit Dean’s pillow and I was out. Sam grabbed a bottle of water and brought it to Jade in her room.
“ Thanks. “ She smiled as he sat down next to her on the bed.
“ You need anything? “
“ No, I’m good. “
Sam just looked at her.
“ I told you I’d be back in a couple days. “ She smirked.
When he didn’t even crack a smile, she knew something was up.
“ Sam, what’s wrong? “
He hesitated.
“ I never apologized for Stanford. “
“ Sam, that’s in the past. “
“ I shouldn’t have let you leave. “
She took in a deep breath.
“ Why did you? “ She asked.
“ I was scared Jay. “
“ Of what? “
“ I knew that one day Dean or my dad would drag me back into this life, and I didn’t want to get you involved int any of it... I thought it was best for you. “
“ But Sam, this life is what’s best for me. We save people. We kill things people couldn’t even imagine for a living. It might not be the easiest job, but the reward is worth every damn minute. “
“ I’m sorry Jade. “
“ I know. “
She took a drink of her water then sat it on the table beside her bed.
“ I don’t want to go anywhere Sam. “
“ You don’t have to. “ He smiled.
She looked into those brown eyes and emotions hit her.
“ What? “
She smiled,
“ I just forgot how easy it was to be with you. “
“ Get some sleep, you’ve had a long day. “
Before he left the room, he leaned down and kissed her forehead softly.
“ Thank you. “
He smiled, then shut the door behind him. He was falling for her, all over again and it scared the hell out of him. The next few weeks, they stayed busy at the bunker, while I was off doing random cases. I was almost back to the bunker, when Cas appeared in front seat.
“ Phone Cas. “
“ Sorry. “
“ What’s up? “ I asked.
“ Bobby wants to see you. “
I got an instant bad feeling in my gut.
“ Everything is fine, he just wants to talk to you. “
I pulled onto the side of the road and let out a breath.
“ Alright. “
With that, we were standing in front of Bobby’s door in that white hallway.
“ I will come back in a bit. “
I hesitated then stepped inside. I seen Dean passed out on the couch. Bobby looked at him as he spoke.
“ He was really far gone. “
“ Was? “
“ The mark is fading and he’s starting ti get back to the sarcastic idjit we all love. “
I felt a huge wave of relief come over me.
“ So it’s working. “
“ He snapped a couple times, and he’s been pretty sick, but he always pulled himself together. “
I couldn’t help but smile.
“ Do you know how much you mean to that boy? “ Bobby asked.
I looked at him as he continued.
“ Dean’s not good with emotions, so he stands off, but the way he has been talking about you, I know he’s got it bad. “
He glanced at Dean snoring away on the couch.
“ I know he can be a real ass, but just don’t let him shut you out. “
“ I won’t. “
“ I’m glad those boys finally found someone to keep their asses in check. “
“ I’ve been trying. “ I smiled.
We sat down and talked for an hour or so, then I got to my feet.
“ It’s been great to sit and talk to you, but I should probably get out of here before he wakes up. “
Bobby got up.
“ Listen, how’s Sam holding up? “
“ Well he’s got someone keeping his mind off everything. “
“ And what’s her name? “
“ Jade Casey. “
A smirk pulled at his lips.
“ I was hoping she’d stumble into this craziness. “
I smiled, then opened the door.
A second later, Cas came walking down the long hallway.
“ It shouldn’t be that much longer. “ He said.
“ Cas, thank you. “
I hugged him but he pulled away.
“ You’re body temperature is extremely high. What is wrong with you? “
“ I’m fine Cas. “
He looked at me, then pulled up the left sleeve of my jacket and seen the bruised hand print.
“ What happened? “
I pulled my arm from his grip and let out a laugh.
“ I don’t know Castiel. I do kill monsters for a living, this isn’t my first bruise. “
He just looked at me.
“ Can you bring me back downstairs please, I’d like to check on Jade. “
He let out a breath, then I was sitting in the Impala. I took in a deep breath then made my way back to the bunker. I tossed my bag on the big table, then knocked on Jade’s door.
“ Hey, how’d it go? “ Sam asked, sitting back in his chair.
“ Milk run. How are you feeling? “ I sat beside her.
“ I’ll be a lot better when I get this damn thing off. “ She looked at the cast on her leg.
I smiled at Sam.
“ I’m glad you’re in here. I just talked to Bobby. “
His face lit up.
“ And? “
“ The mark is fading, he said that he is starting to go back to his normal self. “
He let out a sigh of relief.
“ We did it. “ I stated.
When I left the room Cas appeared.
“ Cas what’s up?” Jade asked.
“ Had Rebecca been acting different lately? “
“ No why? “
“ Her body temperature is sky high and I have a feeling it has something to do with the bruise on her arm. “
“ You’re worried about a bruise Cas? “ Sam laughed.
“ It’s a hand print. “
“ I don’t see what the big deal is. I’ve gotten plenty of those. “
“ There’s something not right about it. When I touched it, I just felt dark. Just keep an eye on her. “ Cas disappeared.
“ There always has to be something. We really can’t catch a break. “ Jade said, getting frustrated.
“ We just need to keep an eye on her Everything is going to be okay. “
The next couple weeks, I kept buys not wanting to focus on whatever was going on with me. For some odd reason, I knew I had felt like this before, but I just couldn’t put my finger on it. My head was pounding and I felt weak. I took a shower then tried to sleep it off.
“ Did she just go to bed? “ Jade asked, walking past her crutches slowly and sat on the couch.
“ Yeah, I think she’s getting sick. “
“ You don’t think this has anything to do with that bruise that’s still there  do you? “
Right then Sam remembered how I acted when I let Jo possess me.
“ What? “ Jade asked.
“ She acted kinda like this before, right after Jo left her body. “
“ You think someone is using her as a meat suit? “
“ I’m going to find out. “
She stopped him before he hit the door.
“ Sam, let her sleep we will talk to Cas in the morning. “
The next two days, I could barely get out of bed and I just wasn’t in good shape.
“ Alright, I’m calling Cas. “ Jade said, leaving you and Sam in the room.
“ Don’t look at me like that. “
“ Why didn’t you tell me something was going on with you? “
“ Because you’ve had enough to deal with, plus I don’t know what’s going on with me. “
“ Cas will be here. “
Castiel stood besside her before she finished her sentence. He came over, stood beside my bed and just looked at me.
“ Who did you invite in? “ He demanded.
“ What? Cas, I didn’t invite anyone in. There’s no way I would be someone’s meat suit again. “
He looked me in the eyes and sat down next to me.
“ Well someone is in there Rebecca, but it’s just black. I have no idea who or what it is. “
“ What? “
“ You need to think about what you did before you got that bruise. “
I ran my fingers and thought to myself.
“ The only thing I did was talk to. “
“ Crowley. “ Jade said, her blood boiling.
“ I will go deal with Crowley. “ Castiel disappeared.
“ I don’t get why Crowley would want to possess you. “
That was the last thing before I felt a tug and I blacked out. When my eyes opened, they looked at Sam.
“ You okay? “ Jade asked.
They watched as I got to my feet with a smirk.
“ Perfect. “ I said walking out of the room.
“ What are you doing to Rebecca? “ Castiel demanded in Crowley’s face.
“ Excuse me. “
“ The hand print. “
“ Listen Castiel, I have no idea what you’re talking about. You actually think I would lay a hand on Spitfire, so I can have Dean on my, I don’t think so. “
“ You talked to her before it showed it. “
Crowley thought for a second.
“ I wasn’t the only one. “
He didn’t have to say another word, for Castiel to figure it out. He appeared in the bunker, right as Sam and Jade were following me into the big room.
“ Amara. “ Castiel called.
She smirked,
“ What? “ Sam asked confused.
She turned and looked at him. He seen her eyes and they were almost black.
