i was watching avm s2 again and i realized, was this little shockwave tsc does a kind of hint/spoiler that he does have powers?

cus it is similar to a power that tco has (the one he uses against the virabot) and both tsc and tco are supposed to be connected somehow, so if it is a hint then damn thats cool!! cus im pretty sure this was a loooooot earlier than the ep of ava that first introduced the virabots and stuff
