At what point did you realise you wanted to C6 your favourite 5-Stars? Do you have any advice when it comes to saving for future constellations?

i mean prob as soon as i understood the whole constellations thing and that u usually dont c6 5stars just for fun? idk how to put this KJABSCK its jsut, idk if i can call it a habit, but i have this thing for literal years where i put extra work into my fav characters.

back in SO4 days i leveled only my fav char to 255 while i kept the rest at 200. in fgo i also grailed only my fav chars all the way and maxed their skills and pulled for np. in genshin when i understood constellations and had my fav characters very clear (which was childe to many peoples surprise prob, bc everyone thought id go for zhongli on my first time) i just decided to myself i wanna pull their constellations ajbsk (childe was really nice to me bc he had his banner shortly after i started playing and came home twice <3)

its jsut this, "i love this character so much and i wanna make them the strongest/give them the best stuff/make them pop out from the rest" thing that i have going on for years

anw childe and zhongli are my absolute favs/mains so was pretty clear to me alr that i wanna max them where i can, get their best stuff etc etc

but once i finish childe c6 some time, ill prob do xiao and hu tao constellations next since theyre also my faves

for advice..........hmmmm, this is kinda the reason why i keep an eye on leaks and proper banner speculations or hyv drip marketing in general. i avoid story related stuff or new characters appearances as much as i can (some are very hard to avoid, like my entire tl is filled with kaveh by now tho idc much about it anymore i guess?) but i keep an eye on upcoming banners and reruns so i can plan rolls/saving pulls. its prob difficult to do for ppl who strictly avoid leaks of any kind so the drip marketing might be better to prepare for the next versions new banner and think about your rolls?

this is just how i plan rolls etc so idk what to say as advice (and i suck at advice jacbk) tho theres one thing that i just wanna say in general:

dont "build pity" for upcoming characters by pulling on a random banner, how often had i friends "accidentally" get the event 5star and complain about it then ahhhhhh. just save your primo pls ! <3
