apparently twitter is cancelling kate langbroek and i watched the clip of the Project and i don't understand why
#i mean a news story has come up about some 15 minute city (?????) and kate langbroek just says she loves a conspiracy theory#which part of this is wrong?????#who doesn't love a conspiracy theory????????#apparently the 15 minute city is just a town planning thing - ideally they want a city to be quicker to get around or something idk#it sounds too idealistic esp for a city as complex as melbourne but good luck to them#also i think they're pushing for more things to be a 'walkable' distance so that people drive less#like mate i'm one step ahead of you - i walk everywhere#wait no i only walk to the train station then catch the train then walk to work#it WOULD take me 15 minutes if we didn't have dumb rules that e-scooter/bikes can't be ridden on footpaths#LIKE I KNOW PEOPLE RIDE THEM ON FOOTPATHS BUT THE RULES SAY YOU CAN'T
