#I am feeling absolutely horrible and fatigued lately and I’m scared I’ll never be well again#I know that sounds like catastrophizing but I’ve had experience of weird long running shit no one ever really found out#and it’s been happening so much lately#maybe a vitamin d thing maybe the bad air quality#also have recurring tendon issues I’ve finally made an appointment about#I just feel overwhelmed and exhausted and I have to keep going because what other choice is there#but I want to feel well again#I want to make art again#I want to cook dinner and dye my hair#and I can’t do anything
