also on gwenharry i think its an important note that i dont hate when gwen has heterosexual ships. like i read her as an arobian but my animosity towards gw/les does not equal i hate when she's paired with men because like gw/les as a pairing does significantly more damage past just "bad because straight" & i think gwenharry has elements that are actually meaningful for both characters because they don't actively dillute who gwen is as a person nor do they require her being aged down, having her personality changed, completely ruining her as a person for the sake of this incompatible pairing etc. ontop of the plethora of irreversible damages that the sp*derverse movies have done to her comics

like i think there are wlw gwen pairings that r bad. because they do not work. it goes past just "youre erasing her queerness!!!" because that isn't the only component here
