Sorry for the late post (I work nightshifts) but I figured I should give more info on the Hungers thing. It's a theory I've mostly seen being floated in the youtube comments or one-off tumblr posts, so I'm not sure where it originated. It's one of those "this is either the key to the whole series or a fan-created red herring that will be discredited by the end of season 1".
The primary evidence of it is the fact that for the first 5 episodes the horror has been entirely driven by a passion or desire of the statement give, and their desires have gotten more focus then their fear.
Harriet wants to see her dead husband again, even if he's come back wrong. RedCanary seems driven by the thrill of urban exploration and a desire to clear the magnus institute first. Darla has body image issues (hence why the probable flesh avatar ink5oul can get her) and thus wants to feel pretty (ink5oul also is only willing to work on her when she states a clear desire). Samuel Webber wants to be with the wife he murdered. Voilin guy from episode 4 (who tumblr user fandom-geek stipulated might be James Smithson of the Smithsonian museum) wants his musical talent to be recognized even if it costs blood (and Stranger McArtifact gives him his deepest desire rather than his worst fear). Tom the horror fan is ecstatic to get a personal screening of an obscure horror movie he's been searching for.
Again, any theory based on the first 5 episodes should be taken with a grain of salt. Needles doesn't really fit into it (I guess he wants people to be afraid of him?) and the stranger and buried's charity auction from hell in episode 7 certainly doesn't fit in (unless the "good cause" is playing ironic genie to the people the artifacts are being sold to). It's just an idea I've seen being floated around about how the powers might be different in this timeline.
Thank you so much for the extra info on the hungers/desires theory! when discussing it with my roommate we are starting to beileve that what we're seeing in this world is the birth/ creation of avatars and they had the theory that avatars (at least in protocol) are born from a strong desire I really love this idea so I'm gonna try to prove the few from the newest episode under this theory that
EP 8: Give and Take - for this one we actually can't fit that cleanly into the theory (if you have a theory about how it could fit in please leave it in the comments or send a ask :D ) we are thinking that the inccident read in the episode about the brutalist liminal spaces was a ritual, rather than the birth or the individual act of an avatar.
EP 9: Rolling with it- this avatar (Evil dice dude) was born from a desire to control his luck.
Ep 10: Saturday night: Neil Dickerson is tricky i still have no idea if he's an avatar himself or if it's just Mr Bonzo but either way Bonzo was created from Nigels desire to be famous,
I'll be interested to know if this pattern continues into future episodes. So far I see the Desire theory being a pretty strong case to explaining the origin of the esoteric inccidents the O.I.A.R files.
also just a quick update: I'm working on a Episode 10 breakdown but Its taking a while because I wanted to illustrate some scenes to add some visual flair :0 it will hopefully be out by tomorrow or monday!

Currently you could be going feeling burdened, low, perhaps a burnout. this could be due to any reason, something is stressing you out and thats why you are behaving the way you are. you might feel unprogressive in a way. nothing is wrong with you, its just a phase and only you can get yourself out of here. firstly you need to analyze and find the root cause of this issue and how you can get out of this, if you need help about it, you will receive it at the right time, in the right way. all you need to do is analyze and then ask for help if you need. its really important for you to find the underlying cause. take your time, no need to hurry, be easy on yourself, once you are done with that make a firm plan to get out of this slow, unprogressive place by a healthier routine and actions that lead you to where you want to be. youll have to be firm and strong. this pile people feel young and maybe even a little naive. if someone has been through a recent breakup you need to be more gentle to yourself, love yourself and take your time to rise. My favorite songs of 2023
Tumblr media
I am putting together my favorite songs released in 2023. I started off doing a project where I listened to as many new albums as I could (and recording my findings in a spreadsheet), but that project tapered off around June when my move + school year started. But even though I wasn't able to listen to every album that came out, I still came out of 2023 with some of my favorite musical projects of all time. Also as another disclaimer: I am not a professional music writer.
I am also limiting this list to 1 song per album/project.
1. Scaring the Hoes by JPEGMafia and Danny Brown. I wish I could go back and experience again what happened to my brain when I first heard this track so I could properly convey it with text. When I first saw this project was announced, I knew it would take over my life. When I heard this track before the album was released, I knew I would have to form some kind of religion around it. The reason why I'm limiting this list to one track per album is because Scaring the Hoes has 14 tracks so I wouldn't be able to fit them all (other songs I would have given the number 1 spot include Burfict!, Shut Yo Bitch Ass Up/Muddy Waters, God Loves You, and Kingdom Hearts Key). But the title track is the perfect introduction. It's less of a single and more of a thesis statement for the entire project. The production throughout this album is incredible, but STH hits different. The rhythmic, almost menacing handclaps (fun fact: those aren't handclaps--that's the sound my asscheeks make when this song comes on) and the horn sample which I can only describe as Blood Money era Tom Waitsian, it is by far my favorite beat of 2023. Combined with Danny and JPEG's charisma and the way they bounce back and forth, this song is a shot of adrenaline straight to the heart. Also I saw them live and that experience elevated a 10/10 to a 20/10 for me.
2. Prof. Aronnax' Descent into the Vast Oceans by Ahab. I started seriously listening to German nautical funeral doom metal band, Ahab around early 2022 so this was the first new release I got to experience. Even though I loved what I heard previously, nothing could have prepared me for this. The opening track is everything I want from a doom metal song. It starts out with a frantic onslaught of screaming and inhuman growls before mellowing out into a serene instrumental before the mournful vocals kick in. It really feels like the initial shock of your body slamming into the water, then having to slowly drift among the waves as your muscles give out and you're taken deeper into the depths. That's what I like about doom metal: it's music to decay to. This track (and by extension this album) hooked me from a story-telling perspective right away, which shouldn't be a surprise as it was based on Jules Verne's Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. The story presented in this album intrigued me so much that I had to read the book for myself. Then I read it again. Then I read two different translations. Now I'm working on a visual novel adaptation. I know metrics for album rankings are subjective, so I'm willing to give an album an extra bump if it gets me to read a 19th century novel at least five times in less than two months and learn Python coding. (Other tracks I would have included: the album is at its strongest as a single listening experience, but I especially enjoyed Mobilis in Mobili and Ægri Somnia).
3. What A Man by Debby Friday. This is a track off of Nigerian-Canadian electronic musician Debby Friday's first album Good Luck and holy shit, what a debut. This is such a well-formed project I can't believe it. I was already enjoying the album throughout the first few tracks. It brought me back to listening to 2000s club music and thinking "wow I wish I got invited to parties." But then I got to What A Man and the world screeched to a halt. I think I was posting on my main blog at the time, so anyone unfortunate enough to follow me had a chance to see my incoherent screeching in real time. This track is incredible. Debby's warm and sultry voice, the spacey production, THE ELECTRIC GUITAR? The first time the guitar kicks in, that's just a teaser for what ended up being one of my favorite music moments of the year. The electric guitar feels like an oncoming storm and Debby is standing strong before it, taking on the wind and rain as her voice becomes louder and almost yearning. Then the song builds with Debby yelling to the high heavens as the guitars wail around her before fading back down into the low bass and rhythmic breathing motif found throughout the album. This track is an experience, and the music video is gorgeous too (the picture I chose for the banner is from the video itself) and the fact that it has less than 20K views hurts me. (Other tracks I would have included: I Got It, So Hard To Tell, Let U Down)
4. Bite Back by Algiers (ft. billy woods and Backxwash). Speaking of songs that build... This is the sixth track off of Algiers' album, Shook and by this point I was already feeling pretty good about the release. I was already prepared to put the opening track, Everybody Shatter on my top 20, but when Bite Back kicked in, something changed. Here's a recreation of my initial reaction: "this sounds pretty good, I like the way this intro...is that billy woods??") Just to be transparent: billy woods' involvement would have been enough to give this an automatic top slot for me, but it helps that his verse is fantastic. His flow is slower than the introductory verse, but that only makes his lyrics stand out more. From the opening lines "One hand wash the other, they both wash the face / Centrifugal force and inertia keep everything in its place / Slowly, spinning in space, speeding, lead foot on the brakes" I knew I was in for something special. One thing I really appreciate about this track is the production. billy woods has a very steady flow with an almost menacing quality to it depending on the subject matter of the lyrics, and the beat shifts during his verse to reflect that. It sounds like it could be a billy woods beat, but it doesn't sound like one of his beats was carelessly shoved into an Algiers song. It's like the beat ebbs and flows with the artists involved. The production gets gradually more intense as billy picks up more ferocity in his delivery. A detail I really like is when billy says "claws rattling, delicate as roaches' wings," the percussion on the backing track picks up an almost rattling quality, but it doesn't sound corny or too obvious. Then billy continues, the backing track picking up even more intensity until it feels like each noise is blasting at full power...and then the tension releases and settles down with Algiers frontman, Franklin James Fisher, delivering the second verse. His delivery contrasts wonderfully with billy woods' too, with his faster, almost whispered vocals allowing the track to pick up momentum again after the previous release of tension. This track knows when to breathe and it's fantastic. But it also knows when to take the air from your lungs as Fisher goes all out with the vocals in the hook and third verse, reinstating what an absolute powerhouse vocalist he is. And just when the track is at its peak ferocity, in comes Backxwash with the steel chair! If billy and Fisher were allowing the beat to gradually shift under their performances, Backxwash grabs the song by the throat and makes it do whatever she wants. Her verse then trades off into Fisher delivering the outro, operating at full power in his delivery. This song is so well-crafted and none of the artists feel out of place. (Other tracks I would have included: Everybody Shatter, A Good Man, Irreversible Damage)
5. Billions by Caroline Polachek. As of writing this, I haven't been keeping up with other people's year end lists, but I know this album is going to make everyone else's. So I feel a bit intimidated to talk about it, but I will try. The production on this album is so good my brain can't even comprehend how it was crafted. I've seen it described as "maximalist," but that doesn't fully capture how well this album knows when to pull back and let the tracks breathe. Billions is one of the more sparse tracks compared to some of the others, but that only makes each production decision stand out more. The second time Caroline says "give me the closure," you hear a little musical sting in the background (probably some kind of synth, but at first listen I thought it was an electric guitar) which didn't show up after the first time that lyric was sung. It's that attention to detail and letting the production build on itself that makes this project incredible. And it goes without saying that Caroline is an outstanding vocalist. She sounds like a siren. It's ridiculous. (Other tracks I would have included: Welcome to My Island, I Believe, Hopedrunk Everasking)
6. The Black Seminole by Lil Yachty. Opening track off of Lil Yachty's psychedelic rock album, Let's Start Here, and what an opening track on a fantastic project. It should be clear by this point that I love songs that build, and holy shit does this song build. I first listened to this album while I was on a plane, and this track synced up with my takeoff. So while the plane was lifting off the ground and I was being pressed against my seat, Lil Yachty gave the final line before the electric guitars and the female vocalist kicked in, both wailing with equal ferocity. Top 10 music experiences of the year, but even going back to listen to that same track when I'm not on an airplane delivered the same euphoric experience. (Other tracks I would have included: Drive Me Crazy, Should I B, We Saw the Sun)
7. Xena by Skrillex and Nai Barghouti. I debated whether to put this song or Hydrate on the list, but Xena was the first track that made me fall in love with this album. With vocals by Palestinian singer, Nai Barghouti, Skrillex delivers an absolutely outstanding dubstep track. Like Billions, it's the kind of music production that makes me have to step back and fully appreciate the craft. The song is incredible at building intensity, but he also knows when to pull back to let the tension build again. And Barghouti isn't just a feature--she is the heartbeat of this song. Her voice melds with the production so well, but in a way that sounds like she's commanding it. My absolute favorite part of the song is when she starts singing in her lower register as the production turns to more naturalistic instruments. Sometimes I see electronic producers robbing their singers of their voices for the sake of cohesive production, but that isn't the case here. Nai Barghouti's voice is crisp, unique, and perfect. It's a fantastic melding of producer and vocalist that makes way more sense than it should. (Other tracks I would have included: Hydrate, Rumble, Ratata)
8. Babylon by Bus by billy woods and Kenny Segal. I already talked about billy woods, but he was a feature so this still counts. Everything I already said about billy woods' skills applies here as well, especially now that he has full control over the track. billy's flow sounds both effortless, and that he knows the perfect word to use for each line. And he uses interesting words. "Glistening waterbug on clean counter / Plague mask, gave the place a cursory glower / He ran away, I gave chase but gave up and sat on his gate for hours" I love this series of bars. He is a storyteller. And then, the beat pauses after billy's first verse, with low menacing notes, a clattering of naturalistic metallic percussion, and then the switch up??? Seriously the way the beat ramps up for SkrapKnel's verses takes the song to another level. The way the Curly Castro and PremRock pass the mic back and forth to each other is outstanding. This doesn't feel like a guest verse; this is a fully realized project. The shamelessness is even more apparent when billy takes the mic again for the final verse, but now with more ferocity in his delivery as if he's building off of the energy created by SkrapKnel. This song is masterful. "I take care of these words, Munchausen by proxy / Somehow beat the tox screen / God save the queen, but that train doesn't stop here anymore" (Other tracks I would have included: FaceTime, Year Zero, Soft Landing)
9. Drain You Empty by Cannibal Corpse. I listened to this album right around midterms and I needed it. But this was the song I kept coming back to. For one, it's fun. Obviously: it's Cannibal Corpse. But I love the way the song opens with a full minute of just blasting you before the drums, riffs, and screams really kick in. Good god the drumming on this album is so good. I absolutely love Corpsegrinder's delivery on this track. The way he shifts from bellowing growls to shrieks, the way he speeds up his delivery to match the pace of the drums, it's so good. I'm sorry I don't have a better analysis. It's fun. (Other tracks I would have included: Chaos Horrific, Overlords of Violence, Blood Blind)
10. Crossing Guard by Model/Actriz. This is a song that made me wish I went to gay clubs more. Yes, it's a killer dance song, but what draws me in is how chaotic the production is. It starts out slow and quiet, then bam! The production starts screeching at you in a glorious onslaught of noise, held together with a fantastic bassline. I love the vocalist too. He can be monotone and subtle, but he also knows how to raise his voice to match the ferocity of the production. I listened to this song countless times last year (often while crossing the street and trying not to get hit by cars), and the line "Like Germanotta, Stefani / Pull the weight from under me" will be stuck in my head forever. (Other tracks I would have included: Donkey Show, Amaranth)

Okay so you've apologized for choosing the wrong words over the SAGE 2024 showcase trailer, but doesn't that mean that somewhere inside you still think parts of what you said are true? You still came to those conclusions one way or another.
Yes and no.
I would like to open this saying I used to be known as a pretty harsh critic when I started writing about SAGE for TSSZ News. I hurt a lot of feelings but I always had a logic behind what I was saying. Ultimately I figured I was judging people by standards they didn't deserve, and I kind of softened my view.
By that I mean I was judging fangames against more professional standards, and then I realized these were just hobbyists having fun and didn't deserve to be raked over the coals like that. After all, a game you pay for and a game you download for free create two very different expectations.
So I'm going to single someone out here and I'm sorry in advance for doing this, but I saw Sonic Test Labs in the SAGE 2024 showcase video. They've removed Sonic and replaced it with an original character -- a furry wolf wearing jeans, I believe. (It's a rat)
Now, I'm not out here to insult somebody's OC or even their fursona. Something I've been trying to remind people in slamming on the brakes of all of this SAGE hot water over on Twitter is that I think anybody should make anything and be proud of that. I literally just put out a Shadow Generations video 2-3 months ago where I have a long montage of fanart I drew of my Sonic OC, as I talk at length about not running from your past and embracing who you used to be, even if it was cringe. I am not here to tell anyone to stop making things.
But, like, the 90's were full of "mascots with attitude" and really only one or two stuck around, and the most prominent example is Sonic the Hedgehog. Most of these furries were lucky to get a single sequel and then they disappeared off the face of the planet, some only resurfacing ironically.
Sonic the Hedgehog, just as a character design, is kind of a one-in-a-million shot. To be so simple and so iconic and so appealing to so many people... the epitome of lightning in a bottle.
And the indie game space is a very different place than it was when a lot of people were pitching Sabrina to ditch "Lilac the Hedgehog" and make Freedom Planet into an original game she could sell, you know?
So when I see Sonic Test Labs and it's got a new name, it's dropping the Sonic connection and it's starring a fursona it's like, good for you, all the power in the world to you, I hope you succeed, but also, at this point... is this going to be worth the change? I guess I'm not the developer of what is now "Wick3r: Tricks, Keys & Speed", so I can't answer that. They have a lot of talent, though, and Sonic Test Labs was a standout game for me last year, so we'll see.
I am coming at this from my own perspective as a game developer, and I've hit a pretty big streak of bad luck as of late, I feel. I have no more time for the sort of game development I really want to do and I haven't released anything meaningful in years. The last few things I did release, I'm not really proud of anymore.
Let's take OverBite. I genuinely wanted to make OverBite into a real game. I was making steps towards that. Then my whole life got turned upside down, I lost my motivation, and I got caught up in the Youtube game.
The further I get from OverBite, the more I see its flaws. It was a Game Jam game. Most of its levels were constructed in about five hours. I have a fat design document full of too many ideas for the final game that need to be re-thought, paired down and streamlined.
I can't do any of that. I have absolutely no faith that a current version of OverBite would sell anything even remotely meaningfully for me to be worth the time I'd put into expanding (or even outright rewriting) its code, polishing up its visuals, implementing new mechanics, new levels, bosses, etc. That means spending years effectively wasting time I could be spending on my Youtube channel, where my hard work is more directly rewarded.
And it kills me. It makes me want to cry. But there's a cold part of me that says, "Get over it. You can't have your cake and eat it too. You can't do everything. Pick a lane and build that up, you can't be so scattershot anymore."
But I have so many game ideas, and more keep piling up. And even if I tell myself I can't be so scattershot anymore, I still end up working on some of them anyway. Because my heart wants to make video games and my brain says it's not worth it anymore. The market is too crowded, the investment is too large, the gains are too small.
If I put my full weight behind my Youtube channel, I make thousands of dollars a year. Not even five figure numbers, but a non-trivial amount. For Overbite, I made just over a hundred bucks, and most of that was begging for people to help cover the Steam Greenlight fee.
Or, let's say, "Better Bubsy." That Bubsy joke game that stopped being ironic and started being earnest. I work on it for a few weeks every April for the last four or five years. It got to the point where some respected people I know were saying I should pitch it to whoever owned the Bubsy IP. Which at the time was UFO Entertainment. Eventually that changes hands when Atari buys the Bubsy IP from UFO, and the CEO of Atari is out there making an open call for indie devs to submit a Bubsy pitch. This is my chance. Better Bubsy could be a real thing!
I even speak to someone who works directly at Atari! I don't even have to drop it in their pitch inbox! It's getting personally sent up the chain!!!
...
Atari and Limited Run announce a Bubsy remaster pack where they are making their own "select improvements" to the old games. That is effectively confirmation that they did not care about what I was selling. More time wasted.
Forgive me if I'm not very warm to certain ideas right now and I have a cynical, bitter heart towards certain aspects of game development. I am personally in a very conflicted place right now, and it came out in the wrong ways towards people who did not deserve it.
(For those of you who don't know what this is about, this, this, and this twitter thread should clear things up.)

The Final Prize is Soup: Character Design (2)
Get these posts straight to your inbox by subscribing to my newsletter!
Our Spooktober entry, The Final Prize is Soup, released recently at the start of October.
You who are unqualified to drink Meng Po's soup, you have been chosen for the game of life. Three worlds, three rounds. Win all three and you may avert your fated death. Lose any and your bones are forfeit for tomorrow's lunch broth. Good luck. Our ghosts have prepared their takeout containers, all plastic, non-microwaveable. —A survival-horror yuri visual novel.
Let’s talk a bit more about character designs!
Tumblr media
Meet Cheng Yanxu (程燕栩), also known as Mimi (咪咪), one of two heroines in our newest visual novel.
A woman in her mid-20s. Our protagonist’s ex-girlfriend, a gloomy and introverted pretty girl who seems very attached to her cellphone.
visual design
Throughout the game, she wears a black cat hoodie over a pink dress—a semi-pastel goth attire. Frills and jirai-kei fashion would suit her!
For her day job, she would wear a more plain outfit, but these are her casual clothes.
The key points about Yanxu’s design:
extra color in her hair! (self-explanatory)
girlish quietness! (a slightly gloomy vibe but she is doing her best)
kitty cellphone case! (a cat motif, like her nickname)
Tumblr media
From the oldest sketches of Yanxu’s design (pen on paper the oldest), you can see that much of her design was set quite early on: hairstyle, jacket, dress, cat phone!
Initially, I contemplated giving her dyed strands of hair in her bangs, but for ease of drawing, the dyed hair was moved to the back.
You might’ve noticed the messy note “maybe no jacket” in the old pen on paper sketch, but I decided to keep the hoodie for a bit more of a cozy look. (Though it’s never quite mentioned in game, the story takes place in autumn!)
Although the neck area of the dress was modified from a collar to a turtleneck look, her dress kept a relatively simple look for ease of drawing given that this was a jam game! I hope I still conveyed her cute-femme and slightly gloomy vibes. (I want to see her in a frilly outfit too…!)
And the kitty phone case is a kitty phone case all the way through! (Although she got a phone strap to attach to it once I iterated on the case a bit)
What about colors?
Unless particularly plot necessary, I don’t usually think too much about colors when drawing my initial sketches. Thus, I had quite an adventure deciding the palette while making her character sheet.
In another world, she would have a yellow/orange palette with light brown hair!
The main limitations for the cast’s colors were:
There can’t be too much overlap between their main colors.
Their hair colors must be natural or reasonably obtainable (for the human cast).
Even the pink highlight in the back of her hair wasn’t decided until lots of trial and error later. Initially, I tried light blue streaks in her bangs before quickly transitioning to indigo-blue dyed hair in the back.
After lots of experimentation with the colors for her outfit, I ultimately went back up and added the pink.
Color, what a thing!
My daughter is doing her best…!
It seems that she’s more expressive around our protagonist Hailu…
-
How did Yanxu die? Why is she also in this strange and cruel series of death games?
If you haven’t played The Final Prize is Soup yet, please do check it out! (o´▽`o)

Hey, play the Enigmatic Worlds demo on Steam and thought it was pretty good (was going to type this as a Steam review but curators are the only ones who can currently do that, I also cant really dm you this so... sorry). The gameplay (while confusing at first [I'm blaming that on my stupidity]) was interesting in the sense of it being an FPS with things to collect to summon an exit. I really love the surreal visuals, it gives me Zorch, Dream Emulator, and Yume Nikki vibes. The enemy designs are really bizarre, looking like things you'd find in really obscure DOS games (which I think was actually the whole point)
now I only have two/three minor issues/gripes I have, 1... and 2: I think the maps can be slightly bigger and/or have problems to solve that are more than just mostly shooting cracks with rockets and finding different colored... shape... key... thingy mcbobs (I know this is only the 1st level but still, more things to figure out then just looking for a specific texture to shoot would be cool) (honestly, say this is totally pointless because there will definitely be more in the later levels).
And 2... or 3: the spam click function for the starting gun is kinda... worthless, at least from what I can tell from this demo, holding down mouse1 will shoot projectiles at a decent rate as is, not even mention the fact that it is always accurate and doesn't even take ammo. the only time it could be useful is when you are surrounded, which practically never happened, and if it did ever happen, I'd just use the alt-fire to freeze some of the enemies and try to squeeze through them. a simple way of fixing this is making a basic "one-click" shot consume ammo and make it so that if you run out of ammo, it just gets weaker or slower.
please do take what I'm typing with a not just grain of salt, but an entire 25-pound bag of Morton's table salt, as I am no game developer, Hell, I'm not even that good of a map maker.
I am excited to see what comes from this game and wish you the best of luck and hope to God this isn't going to annoy you
sincerely, some dickwad
yeah the later levels are much larger compared to the demo level, the first level is pretty much meant to be simple, and hmm yea ill mess around with the plasma guns spam click. thanks for the feedback!
(also if you ever wanted to send feedback via steam, the steam discussions are the place to go)

A field guide on conquering a Toxic Workplace!
It's been five years since I first stepped away from a trade, full of energy and eagerness to prove myself. Back then, I was unprepared for the challenges that lay ahead—not the physical demands of the job, but the emotional and psychological toll of navigating a toxic work environment. I quickly learned that survival here isn’t just about competence or hard work; it’s about cultivating a mindset of resilience, sharpening your strategic instincts, and holding onto your inner strength.
What follows is a reflection on the hard-won lessons I’ve gathered, infused with insights from Stoicism, Robert Greene’s *48 Laws of Power*, and my own battles through the dark days. These are the truths I’ve come to know—the wisdom forged in the fires of experience.
The First Lesson: Recognize the Reality
The early days were disorienting. The air was thick with unspoken tensions, egos clashed, and outdated mentalities lingered like shadows. It wasn’t long before I realized that this wasn’t just a job—it was a battlefield. The first step was acknowledging the toxicity without letting it consume me. I learned to see things as they were, not as I wished them to be. Marcus Aurelius captured this truth when he said, “You have power over your mind—not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” Recognizing the reality of my situation was the first crack of light in what felt like an endless night.
The Second Lesson: Growth Is the Antidote to Stagnation
In a place like this, comfort is a trap. There were days when the easier path was to simply go through the motions, to let the challenges wash over me without resistance. But I knew that comfort in such an environment is dangerous. I had to keep pushing myself, learning new skills, and seeking out challenges, even when it felt like the world was pressing down on me. I held on to the words of Epictetus: “It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.” My reaction was growth—it was my rebellion against the stagnation that threatened to engulf me.
The Third Lesson: Strategic Mobility Is Key
Navigating a toxic workplace isn’t just about perseverance; it’s about playing the game strategically. I learned to position myself carefully, sometimes making lateral moves or accepting temporary setbacks. Greene’s Law 3 from *48 Laws of Power*—"Conceal your intentions"—became my guiding principle. I realized that not every move had to be visible, and not every victory had to be celebrated. When a high-profile project opened up, I quietly took on extra responsibilities, positioning myself as the ideal candidate without making a big show of it. In this world, strategy isn’t optional—it’s essential.
The Fourth Lesson: Cultivate Self-Reliance
In a place where trust is scarce, self-reliance became my anchor. I focused on building my skills, expanding my knowledge, and connecting with people outside my immediate circle. I made sure that if everything around me crumbled, I would still have something solid to stand on. Seneca’s wisdom resonated deeply: “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” I refused to rely on luck alone. I prepared myself, day after day, so that when the storm hit, I would be ready.
The Fifth Lesson: Mental Fortitude Will Keep You Standing
I’ve watched good people crumble under the weight of this environment—watched their motivation drain away until there was nothing left. But I’ve also seen those who rise above, who thrive despite the odds. What sets them apart is mental fortitude. They keep their eyes on their goals, refusing to be dragged down by the negativity around them. Greene’s Law 1—"Never outshine the master"—taught me to choose my battles wisely, to conserve my energy for the fights that mattered. To build mental resilience, I turned to Stoic practices like journaling and negative visualization. These rituals helped me stay grounded, even when the world seemed to tilt.
The Sixth Lesson: Adaptability Is a Superpower
In this place, change is constant, and adaptability became my greatest ally. I learned to see change not as a threat, but as an opportunity. Marcus Aurelius’ words guided me: “The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.” I took the obstacles thrown in my path and turned them into stepping stones, finding ways to move forward when others might have stumbled. Adaptability isn’t just about surviving—it’s about thriving in the face of adversity.
The Seventh Lesson: Balance and Boundaries Are Essential
It’s all too easy to let the job consume you, to let the demands of a toxic workplace seep into every corner of your life. But I’ve learned, often the hard way, that balance is essential. I made a conscious effort to set clear boundaries, to carve out space for myself outside of work. Greene’s Law 15—"Crush your enemy totally"—taught me that sometimes, the enemy isn’t a person but the job itself. Crushing it means taking control of your life, maintaining your well-being even when the pressure is relentless.
The Eighth Lesson: Keep the Long-Term Vision
When you’re in the thick of it, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. The daily grind can wear you down, make you forget why you’re here in the first place. But I’ve found that keeping a long-term vision is crucial. Whether it’s mastering my craft or moving into management, having clear goals has been my North Star, guiding me through the storms. Epictetus advised, “First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.” By keeping my eye on the prize, I’ve been able to navigate the short-term challenges without losing my way.
Deepening the Impact: Practical Advice and Support
These lessons aren’t just for reflection—they’re tools for survival. Here’s what I’ve found invaluable:
- Build a Strong Support Network: In a toxic environment, isolation is your enemy. Cultivate relationships with trusted colleagues, mentors, or friends outside of work. They’ll provide the emotional support and perspective you need when things get tough. It’s crucial to have a support system independent of the company—people who will stand by you when the workplace doesn’t.
- Document Incidents. When things go wrong, it’s easy to feel powerless. But knowledge is power, and documentation is your weapon. Keep a detailed record of mistreatment or unethical behavior. This might be crucial if you decide to take further action down the road.
- Seek External Advice. Sometimes, you need to look beyond the walls of your workplace for guidance. Consult with trusted mentors, career coaches, or legal professionals. While the union or HR might be a first step, getting an external perspective can provide the clarity you need.
- Share our Story. There’s strength in numbers, and in sharing your story, you can help others going through the same struggles. Creating a sense of community among those facing similar challenges can be empowering, both for you and for them.
These past five years have tested me in ways I never imagined, pushing me to the brink and pulling me back again. But through it all, I’ve learned that pain can be a teacher, and perseverance, a weapon. The lessons I’ve shared here are not just survival tactics—they’re the keys to thriving in the most difficult of environments. Remember, as Marcus Aurelius said, “The best revenge is to be unlike him who performed the injury.” In a toxic workplace, your success and resilience are the greatest victories you can achieve. Keep moving forward, and know that every step you take is a step toward a brighter future.

𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓭𝓲𝓷𝓰 for 🎀
Hello! May i get a reading pls if it's possible? I'm intrigued to know the answer to this question I have, my question is career related. I would like to ask u what kind of career will be most fulfilling and successful for me?
hello 🎀 ! thank you so much for following my blog and requesting a personal reading from me. i have used my self-made deck Snow White and my oracle deck Yume to answer your question in detail.
Yume: Death Mother, White Buffalo, The Gate, Octopus.
Yume is showing me that you are feeling a bit trapped right now in terms of your career. maybe you're feeling that you don't have the time and space to look into what you're truly interested, rather you're in a forked road and being forced to choose when you don't really know where you're headed yet. Yume says that you should be more in touch with your spirituality and that you are being called to contact whatever spiritual entity or philosophy you believe. meditation is one great way to be more in touch for guidance and messages. it might feel really unclear at the moment, but the 'right answer' is actually right there- you just need to go a little further to see the full picture. i also see you having a good opportunity coming your way pretty soon so be on the lookout for that. make sure you manage your time and priorities well so that good things come your way. your patience and intelligence will help you find what is most fulfilling for you!
Snow White: Six of Swords, Ace of Pentacles, Three of Pentacles, Five of Pentacles, Five of Wands
i'm picking up on a couple different things. if you're still a student, have you considered leaving your hometown to pursue higher studies? the six of swords, visually, shows someone who is crossing a body of water on a boat to a new place. it signifies movement, moving on from something of the past. i can also mean you are physically moving. i think you moving or any form of movement will be tied to your success and luck. your fulfilling career does to be that you will need to spend quite some time studying for it. the job may require you to help people move forward from the situations that they're in. the swords energy is air energy and also your thoughts, so the job will require lots of thoughts/intelligence and communication. there is also a lot of movement so i feel that it might be a fast-paced environment that you are a part of that might feel stressful. but with time, i do think you will get used to it.
there is a specific focus on unmet justice and judgment within your reading. your fulfilling career may have that kind of righteous, justice-filled nature to it. have you ever had moments where you would see media footage of the horrible bads of this world that made you so angry? or heard about situations where one person who deserved justice did not get theirs served that made you so upset? the fulfilling career calls for you to reach upon these qualities of empathy, intellect, understanding, neutrality, and justice. this profession has a lot of heartbreak, chaos, and intensity within it. you won't be working alone- you will be working together with other people. collaboration is key within this career as well, because you alone won't be able to fulfill all your duties and tasks. there will be unjust situations that you have to interact with where you must give a reasonable ruling/verdict/answer/judgment. this will be a competitive workforce and i'm hearing people talking to each other, debating or reasoning with one another. there is an argumentative tone to the job you will have to do.
Page of Wands
overall, do what feels right for you. the page of wands is someone who is eager to start off their journey. there is lots of passion and curiosity. don't feel rushed to make a particular decision on what you want to do yet because you still have time. plus, there is never "late" in this world. you can start something in your 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, etc. and it won't be too late. go at your own pace and discover what really sparks your interest because that spark will propel you towards a fulfilling career.
i would also like to mention that your reading had one air card while a majority were earth or fire. it makes me think you career will have a more grounded and serious undertone to it. it's very focused on the reality of the world and lots of movement/action. creative or artistic professions are usually more associated with water cards.

hi hi hi today's reminder is a list of nct members i expect/want to see releasing solo albums (excluding taeyong bc he already has one out, dojaejung bc I have a strong feeling sm wants to push the unit as opposed to the solos, and markhyuck bc i will pay big money for them to take a nap):
1. ten: call me delusional but it is definitely happening by the end of 2024. he can sing, he can rap, he can dance, he speaks 618292 languages, he has the visuals, he has the brand recognition plus he's heavily associated with taem (hit the stage and superm) and i just Know they're gonna push him as the next taemin
2. taeil: at least a mini album before he has to enl*st or i will fucking riot
3. yuta: much like ten - can rap, can sing, can dance, beautiful specimen of a human man, super funny, plus he is one of the most popular members worldwide. it would make Big numbers, but it seems unlikely because he'd eat up nct japan. I'd still love to see it tho, i adore his voice
4. winwin: i just know even in a full solo album he'll end up with a collective 2 minutes of lines and I'm very curious how that would work
5. chenle: my baby. dream has a solid vocal line, so i wouldn't call it a hard carry , but he definitely is the backbone (watch their killing voice, he is the soul of their live singing) of their vocals. the harmonies, the ad libs, and he absolutely kills his own parts, and he's super versatile. this is one of the more unlikely ones on this list but I'd be very interested in listening to that
7. renjun: brilliant singer, i love his voice, he has such a pretty tone that deserves to shine more. also it would top the charts because each and every nct member would buy five of each version just to collect all the photocards. they could ask sm but they wanna do it right. want a fansign call? good luck, you're going up against 20 grown men who would kill for him no questions asked
8. xiaojun: he has never not been the star of a song he's on. take off, moonwalk, make a wish. he's the resonance era golden boy, just a well of potential. the boy is a Star
9. yangyang: universe era golden boy. he's quickly reached Mark/taeyong/Doyoung levels of fitting every single song, and has the unique advantage of sm knowing this and actually putting him on songs. again - sings, dances, raps, models, very funny boy. he has the Range
10. Kun: who's surprised here? honestly his voice is so severely underutilised, it hurts my heart, he has the absolute prettiest singing voice. give him the reins like taeyong and he'll produce an absolute masterpiece
bonus duos bc i thought of some while i was writing those:
1. any/all pairs out of xiaojun, renjun and yangyang: renyang bc besties and their voices would compliment each other, junjun because their unbreakable love cover is the third most watched youtube video in my history, xiaoyang bc again would compliment each other super well and it'd be a fun mixup in the wayv Duos
2. renjun and winwin: i just need to see the rest of them spontaneously combust
3. taeil and chenle: your honour in my heart they are Besties
4. Kun and Chenle: obviously
5. Johnny and Hendery: they would vibe. i know they barely know each other right now but i just believe they would Vibe. also you specifically would love it, and the world should revolve around your wants and needs
Hiiii! Ten definitely has a solo album around the corner. Like he's definitely been preparing for it like if not by year's end for sure in the beginning of next year. Like its just inevitable. I'd even just accept an ep from Taeil. Something cause once Sehun enlists it's only a matter of time for Taeil. Plus Taeil is injured so just one solo song will do. Till he returns.
I hope yuta does a rock album, like its just so him and needs to happen. If Yuta brings back screaming from kpops distant short visual kei past. Like a full rock album from Yuta would be everything. I also have songs I'd like for him to cover. Hatefuck - Motionless in white, Closer - Nine inch nails, Sinematic - Motionless in white, throne - bring me the horizon, I have a playlist I'll just send it to him.
Sweet baby Renjun, definitely needs a solo album soon, his voice is so pretty and needs to be highlighted. Chenle too!! Oooh and a Renjun and Chenle duet would be wonderful. Xiaojun, just put him in the studio and let him go it's what the world needs. I would love to see a Yangyang solo, I loved lowlow so much I need more Yangyang. I would like for him to also cover peach by yixing, it would just fit him. It's what Yixing would want. Of course Kun needs to have an album, it would be a beautiful album of ballads with just one unhinged song that no one expected.
Speaking of Yixing, I need Winwin to really go for it. I want multiple solo albums from Winwin and for his career to really prosper in China, make sm beg him to comeback but he's just too famous and busy. I used to be worried but I need Winwin to get only the best and succeed. But I really feel like SM is purposely holding him back cause they know the power he'd have.
Speaking of hear me out Renjun, Yangyang and Winwin, there's some untapped power there and I kinda need that. We have more than enough proof how good Kun, Taeil and Chenle are together, it's just destined. Yessss Hendery and Johnny would be best friends if they aren't already. And you are too kind but if I had one wish granted by sm it would be Hendery and Johnny duet that's it. Also Johnny, Jungwoo, Jaemin and Hendery there's something here. Not just cause they're all my biases. They're all the same level of weird and a little out of their minds. I don't even want a song. Just put them in a room alone with a camera I want to see what happens.

Ight, lets get a post in here
So metroid dread came out not too long ago. I'm very pleased with it. Samus returns was a little shaky imho, and i was only slightly concerned that it was the same people. But I think they surpassed expectations. Issues from the 3DS game didn't make it in, the art design is phenomenal, and the world and story are very cool and fitting for the universe. I'm a particular fan of this sort of rebuilt power suit that totally still has fusion suit elements all over it still. And the chozo boss who's face rips open is quite pretty. Good game. 10.
But anyhow, it's definitely not supermetroid levels of non linear. And this is the tie breaker. Metroid 1 was about as open as possible. Kind of a rough expereince even by the standards of the era honestly, I'm kind of amazed the series didn't die then and there. But the sequel did wonders for the series. It is also however, much more linear. Now, you can backtrack if you want, and honestly, the map is small enough where it's not that much of a pain in the ass. But it's not open design really.
Supermetroid was a mix of the two. Metroid 1 with the sensabilities of metroid 2, and like five times the tech to make it all work. And it did work. But it's also not nearly as open as people think it is. It just does a real good job at hiding it, and it is kind of nonlinear as it has four distinct paths to travel down once you get through the intro exploration. The hidden movement tech also did wonders for it. People suck this games cock all the time though, so I won't dwell on it's acomplishments.
Fusion is way more linear. It does open up in places, but for the most part, you're stuck following orders and being a shadow of your former self, and fighting your own ghosts. Ibreally like the game though, and it feels and plays just like how I want metroid to feel and play.
I guess what I'm trying to get across is that dread not being a hand free "wander this vast cavern and good luck" kind of game isn't really that weird, and metroid hasn't been about open ended exploration for most of it's lifespan. Much like many games, it's a puzzle room. The keys are just very fun to play with, and it likes to hide secrets. I think metroid has always been about the lonly atmosphere, as well as the idea that something sinister is watching at the same time.
Now it's worth noting that I never played the prime games, but the only 2d game I haven't beaten is samus returns, and that's cause my 2DS has been lost. But I think that this is that thing about the series that no one ever mentions cause of how the genre the series helped create has formed over the years. Metroid has never been interested in being a metroidvenia. Which is kind of weird to think about.
Anyhow, visually, it's always bugged me that samus is supposed to be this powerful woman who takes no shit, got bird hrt, and can brave situations that few others can get out of alive, but is built like a barbie doll. People have pointed out the shoulders before. It's weird, and never has been addressed in canon. It's always obscured too when she changes in and out of her power suit, so, if her arms are even in there is a bit of a debate.
My solution is buff samus. Niklas Arne Jansson did the concept a bit better, and I think there's a handfull of other people who drew her stacked like a truck, but not enough imho. I also wish she'd wear anything but the zero suit once in a while. Cause it's cool and all, but pockets are dope as shit.
The arm canon is another issue. Seeing as she has like, an arm in there. Anyone even slightly savy with ballistics can tell you that a snub nosed thing like that is gonna be aweful. The crazy bit is that the barrel opens up instead of the rockets just using folding fins or something. How 250 rockets fit in that thing is another question entirely, but I guess, there's like, borderlands digitalization or something, so it's workable I guess. Recoil will be harder to handle without a wrist, and aiming is kind of impossible without a heads up display I expect. The fusion arm canon has more issues, and I seriouy doubt you could get a forearm in it and still have room for any of the cool foldy stuffs.
I really do not have a lot of solutions here, but there are two ways I figure. The easiest is to just remove the arm. Which is always cool. Robot arms that transform into guns is like, peak design. The other way is to extend the cannon, or make it offset from the actual arm. Maybe even a combination. That way there's room forbthe big arm gun to be like, actually big and gun, and still let samus have all the thumbs to fly a spaceship. Also, I feel like she should be able to drop the thing. Like take it off and set it down, piloting the ship with a partially armored forearm and hand, with exposed internals and hardpoints to mount the blaster.
But yeah.

Doraemon Movie Review: Nobita's Great Adventure in the Antarctic Kachi Kochi (2017)
What is Doraemon? The title character of the Doraemon manga and anime is a blue robotic cat from the 22nd Century who keeps an array of high-tech gadgets in a portable pocket dimension on his belly, and has traveled from the future to improve the fortunes of a hapless schoolboy named Nobita. Although relatively obscure in the English-speaking world, Doraemon is a Mickey-Mouse-level cultural icon in East Asia (and some other regions, too). The Doraemon franchise was a big part of my childhood, and there are still elements of it that I enjoy now.
Doraemon has released theatrical films almost annually since 1980, most of which involve Nobita and his friends (kind Shizuka, brash Gian, and crafty Suneo) getting swept into adventures thanks to Doraemon's gadgets. Despite being of potentially broad appeal to fans of science fiction and animated films, there are very few English reviews of the Doraemon movies, so I'm embarking on a project to write about all the films that have come out so far. Good luck to me…
Tumblr media
Movie premise: Nobita and Doraemon build an amusement park on an iceberg for their friends, but then discover a mysterious artifact from Antarctica.
My spoiler-free take: A visual treat that has its merits, but makes a few puzzling decisions in the use of its setting and story.
POTENTIAL SPOILERS AFTER THIS POINT
Review: I have mixed feelings about this one. I found several story elements here to be odd: for example, Dorami makes a voiced cameo telling Doraemon that she’s been fortune-telling and her readings indicate that he should stay away from ice, a prediction that Doraemon dismisses. Although intended as foreshadowing, I thought that this interaction was strange, because Dorami doesn’t usually come across as the superstitious type. Even as a means of foreshadowing, the scene seemed unnecessary, because after all, the title of the movie already indicates that the protagonists will be visiting Antarctica, so ice being involved is a given.
Then there’s the imposter situation that occurs partway through the adventure, in which a shapeshifting robot pretends to be Doraemon while leading the other main characters into an obvious death trap. Why there is a shapeshifting robot guarding the particular abandoned tower they’re exploring is never explained, so the whole thing felt as though it were inserted just for the sake of creating a mid-story conflict. The imposter conundrum isn’t resolved in a particularly clever or heartfelt way either; instead, Nobita “just knows” which one is the real Doraemon without much supporting evidence. I get that it is supposed to show the close bond between Nobita and Doraemon, but I would have preferred if this had been represented in a more subtle way—perhaps Nobita could have picked up on some telltale body language from the real Doraemon, for example. At the very least, the main characters could have tried quizzing the imposter on some harder questions than just Gian and Suneo’s names.
On the bright side, some of the visuals in this film are really pretty. In addition, though most of the protagonists don’t receive much characterization here, I thought that this was actually quite a good movie for Doraemon himself. Not only does he come up with a clever solution to help the others save himself when they get separated from each other in time (probably the best-executed subplot in this film), but he also plays a key role during the final battle. Furthermore, his gigantic, flying, ice-drilling vehicle might be one of the most impressive gadgets he’s ever pulled straight from his pocket.
I also appreciated that there are a fair few references to Earth science in this film: Snowball Earth, the Cambrian explosion, and the history of Antarctic glaciation are all mentioned. (Just don’t write down the part about aliens being the cause of Snowball Earth if you’re taking an Earth science exam...) Something I’m surprised that this movie does not explicitly address, however, is anthropogenic climate change. Considering that the film begins with reports of record high temperatures in Tokyo, I was fully expecting that climate change would play some role in the plot, especially given that environmentalism is a recurring theme in Doraemon.
In fact, I even have to wonder whether this movie might give some young or impressionable viewers the wrong idea about ongoing climate change. The main threat in the story poses the risk of freezing the entire world, with similar entities having already frozen other planets, so when the protagonists’ movie-exclusive allies are shown to have successfully melted the ice on their own home planet in the end, this is portrayed as a positive outcome (and in the context of the narrative, it certainly is one)... yet would this imply that the melting of polar ice in the real world is a good thing? Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it seems to me that a plot emphasizing the importance of ice caps to maintaining current Earth systems would have been a more appropriate use of the setting and premise of this movie.
Star rating: ★★★☆☆

Additional Considerations
When searching for the best web designing institute in Laxmi Nagar, it's essential to look beyond the basics and consider several additional factors that can greatly influence your educational experience and career outcomes. Here are some key considerations to keep in mind:
1. Location and Accessibility
The location of the institute plays a significant role in your daily routine. Look for an institute that is easily accessible via public transportation or has ample parking facilities. A convenient location can help reduce travel time and make it easier for you to attend classes regularly. Laxmi Nagar is well-connected, so consider institutes that are close to metro stations or major bus routes.
2. Class Size
Class size can affect the quality of your learning experience. Smaller classes often mean more personalized attention from instructors, which can enhance your understanding of complex concepts. Institutes that maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio are usually better equipped to provide tailored support, making them a preferable choice for aspiring web designers.
3. Fees and Financial Aid
Consider the cost of tuition and any additional fees associated with the courses. While high fees often correlate with better facilities and resources, it's important to find an institute that fits your budget. Many institutes, including Modulation Digital, offer flexible payment plans, scholarships, or financial aid options to help make education more accessible. Don't hesitate to inquire about these options when exploring your choices.
4. Networking Opportunities
Networking is crucial in the web design industry. Look for institutes that facilitate opportunities to connect with industry professionals, such as guest lectures, workshops, and networking events. These connections can lead to internships, job opportunities, and mentorship, which can be invaluable as you start your career. Institutes like Modulation Digital often host events that allow students to meet and learn from industry leaders.
5. Alumni Success
Investigate the success stories of alumni from the institutes you’re considering. Many institutes will highlight their graduates' achievements, such as job placements and career advancements. Understanding where alumni are now can give you insight into the institute's effectiveness and reputation in the job market.
Conclusion
Choosing the right web designing institute in Laxmi Nagar involves careful consideration of various factors. By evaluating location, class size, fees, networking opportunities, and alumni success, you can find the best fit for your educational and career goals. Institutes like Modulation Digital stand out not only for their comprehensive curriculum and experienced faculty but also for their strong support systems that help students thrive in the competitive world of web design. Take the time to weigh these additional considerations, and you'll be on your way to a successful career in web design!

Exploring the Tiranga Lottery: A New Era of Chance and Opportunity
Tumblr media
In the ever-evolving landscape of lotteries, the Tiranga Lottery has emerged as a captivating and innovative addition, capturing the imagination of participants across the nation. Launched with the intention of adding a fresh twist tiranga lottery traditional lottery systems, the Tiranga Lottery blends the excitement of chance with a patriotic flair, celebrating the essence of national pride.
What is the Tiranga Lottery?
The Tiranga Lottery is a unique lottery initiative that stands out for its integration of the Indian flag, the Tiranga, as a central theme. Unlike conventional lotteries, which often focus solely on monetary prizes, the Tiranga Lottery emphasizes a deeper connection to national identity. The name "Tiranga" itself, meaning "tricolor," pays homage to the Indian flag’s colors and its symbolic representation of unity, peace, and progress.
How Does It Work?
Participation in the Tiranga Lottery is straightforward. Players purchase lottery tickets, each adorned with a representation of the Indian flag. The tickets are then entered into a draw, where winners are selected based on a combination of luck and chance. The excitement of the draw is heightened by the visual connection to the Tiranga, making each ticket a symbol of patriotic pride.
Prizes and Benefits
One of the key attractions of the Tiranga Lottery is its prize structure. Beyond the typical cash prizes that are a staple of most lotteries, the Tiranga Lottery offers a range of rewards that reflect the spirit of its theme. Prizes may include exclusive merchandise, travel experiences, and other items that celebrate Indian culture and heritage. The lottery also contributes a portion of its proceeds to national causes and charitable organizations, further aligning with its patriotic ethos.
The Cultural Impact
The Tiranga Lottery has not only introduced a new form of entertainment but has also fostered a sense of unity and national pride among participants. The integration of the Tiranga into the lottery’s design serves as a daily reminder of the values and ideals that the Indian flag represents. This cultural touchstone resonates deeply with individuals who see participating in the lottery as an expression of their patriotism.
Supporting Good Causes
In addition to its entertainment value, the Tiranga Lottery is committed to supporting various charitable initiatives. A significant portion of the revenue generated from ticket sales is directed towards projects that aim to improve education, healthcare, and social welfare. This commitment ensures that the lottery’s impact extends beyond individual gains, contributing positively to the broader community.
Looking Ahead
As the Tiranga Lottery continues to grow in popularity, it is poised to become a significant fixture in the realm of national lotteries. Its blend of excitement, patriotism, and philanthropy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional lottery models. Participants not only have the chance to win valuable prizes but also to engage in a meaningful celebration of their national identity.
In conclusion, the Tiranga Lottery represents a new chapter in the world of lotteries, combining the thrill of chance with the joy of national pride. As it evolves and expands, it promises to bring people together in celebration of their shared heritage and to support causes that benefit society as a whole. For those looking to participate, the Tiranga Lottery is more than just a game of luck; it’s an opportunity to embrace and contribute to the vibrant spirit of the nation.

The Final Prize is Soup: Character Design (1)
This devlog was originally sent out in my newsletter on September 14, 2023. Subscribe for free to get these posts straight to your inbox!
With Spooktober around halfway over (that means only around 2 weeks till the release of our survival horror yuri visual novel, The Final Prize is Soup), let’s talk a little bit about character designs!
Tumblr media
First, let me introduce our protagonist: Qian Hailu (千海露)
A young woman in her mid-20s. A slightly abrasive extrovert and our protagonist whose journey through a series of death games in the afterlife we follow.
character setting
A working adult, mid-20s, someone who has already been in a relationship before. Just like for Lachesis or Atropos, I decided to go with a cast that’s already out of school.
This is a game about dead people trying not to die. Hailu is still young; she’s only lived the start of a fulfilling life, but she’s also not so young that she hasn’t lived at all.
As an introvert, it’s actually a little hard for me to relate to Hailu, but I think that also makes this game interesting to write. The story is being cowritten by a familiar face, Pumpkin Spike, so you’ll get to see some different sides of Hailu depending on which route you go on!
visual design
As Hailu is the POV character, she won’t have a sprite on screen (like Alice and Mana from the last two years), but you’ll certainly be able to see her in our various CGs.
Throughout the game, she’s wearing her casual clothes: jeans, t-shirt, a comfortable autumn jacket.
Although her name has to do with water, the blue-green eyes came along as I fiddled with various eye colors, and they just happened to stick.
I wanted to go with relatively realistic hair colors for the human cast of The Final Prize is Soup, so I played around with hair colors as well and ended up sticking with good old black hair.
(The second choice was a light dyed brown color!)
The key points about Hailu’s design:
bangs & ponytail! (a little bit of a rogue-ish vibe…)
white sneakers! (a modern person who doesn’t really get messy)
wristband! (since she’s not an ojou, she doesn’t get the smartwatch)
Tumblr media
The point about the bangs and ponytail is probably the biggest one.
You can see, above, some older sketches of her design before I cleaned it up for the character reference sheet. Although the initial design went with bangs swept the other way and a low ponytail, the general gist of her hairstyle managed to stay the same from start to now.
Low ponytail => high ponytail => make her look a little softer?
Is it perhaps the yuri ponytail protagonist era? (ft. Suzukaze from Consummation as well)
That’s a secret!
-
What sort of person is Qian Hailu? Will she survive through these death games?
Please look forward to the release of The Final Prize is Soup at the end of the month to find out! (o´▽`o)

MTV 📺
Tumblr media
Do you got what it takes to understand the MTV? T.V. (connect the dots, the M is hidden)
M T V = A (flip it)
M = 13, A = 1, T = 20 (which adds up to 34/7 or 17+17)
M = map, A = compass, T = cross or X marks the spot. To escape the MATrix you need your map & compass or your M@ = MA (MOTher) AHHH I get it, EUREKAHH!
youtube
MAT The secret to escaping the MATrix is understanding MAT. How do you expect to break your chains and programming if you can't even understand the MATh or MATTer?
To break your A.I/NPC programming you need to understand the letters and the numbers. These letters and numbers are sentient and when you are able to move them around with tesseract thinking you will start to see GODS truth much more clearly.
M = 4 lines (1111/11:11)
The "M" creates two sevens/77 you can see it clearly here on MARIOS hat.
Tumblr media
We can also see the "7" on Luigi's hat. The "L" is an upside down T or 7. Don't forget that the T = UR = KEY. 🦃 (gobble gobble MOTherf—ker)
Tumblr media
The "sevens" are important and key to how you escape the matrix. I have escaped and I am showing you the correct way (flip the w and t = mat).
A lowercase "h" = 4, "E" = 3, "L" = 7
To escape hell you need the 4377 or the (4+3=7) 777 which = LUCK. You grow your LUCK by harmonizing with the one true GOD. That GOD is MAT/MOT/MA or the MOT/HER. S/he is both masculine and feminine. Remember only a woman can give birth and to do that requires MATernity/MATernal.
Tumblr media
7x7 = 49/64 (8x8)
The queen in chess moves 27 squares she crosses 7 three times (777+6). She is both the strongest and luckiest piece in chess. We also have 27 bones in our hands.
Tumblr media
God designed this reality very similar to the game of chess. There are good moves and bad moves. These bad moves in chess are called inaccuracies, mistakes and blunders. Bobby Fischer was known as one of the most accurate players in the game of chess. If you know anything about his life he went very crazy in old age. He started to become too obsessed with the chaos of the world and went insane. Very sad to lose such a brilliant mind to hate for the world. This is how easy it is to be brought down into the lower degrees/levels of hell.
Tumblr media
The game of chess teaches us many things that are important for escaping the MATrix. One of those things is improving the cognitive skills of the brain. Chess improves your memory and your ability to visualize on a deeper level.
Skilled chess players have a better than average ability to remember and quickly recognize visual patterns, which researchers think comes from memorizing complex chess positions.
youtube
The parts of the brain that chess improves is very important to developing your "psychic skills" and skills required to escape. Telepathy requires a very strong ability to visualize. Most chess masters are able to play chess blind folded due to their ability to visualize the board in their heads and keep track of where the pieces are.
Tumblr media
If you can't visualize well you are cutting off your connection to higher powers. I believe anyone can develop these skills. I used to always fall in all my dreams till I started listening to hypnosis and lucid dreaming audio tapes back in 2001-2006. Then I had my first lucid dream and began hovering in my dreams which eventually turned into flying. Now all my dreams are very lucid, mostly consisting of flying. And I have full on lucid dreams on a regular basis.
The more you practice Toiletology and harmonize with Gods true frequency. You will start unlocking these dormant skills or powers. It could be your dormant DNA activating the 64 codons.
The genetic code is made up of 64 codons, or base triplets, which are sequences of three nucleotides in DNA or RNA.
Tumblr media
It took me a few years once I unlocked the door to these gifts from God back in 2012. I remember around 2016 when I first started having telepathic experiences. It was scary and confusing, I could feel a very strong energy radiating off one of my most telepathic friends who I believe is the reincarnation of MLK (they share the same birthday).
One day we were working on music and he turns around towards me and ask if I feel that, I'm like yeah I do. It felt like two strong magnets being pushed away from each other. It was an extremely puzzling paranormal event. He also knew something about me that was impossible to know randomly one day along with many other strange experiences. He is currently trapped down low on psychotropic drugs because he couldn't make sense of the clues and went crazy. I am still trying to free him from his bumbling rambling. He was the one who first taught me about the perfect timing back in 2016 when we were both in school for audio engineering.
Years later I realized this is how God trains you once you start unlocking these secret doors. God will bring allies into your life that are on a similar path. His bumbling and rambling I was never able to make sense of. The one way we differed was I was older and didn't let my ego get the better of me and always stayed open minded that I was wrong about everything. He got stuck in his ways and got trapped by his own mind.
Tumblr media
Now in the year 2024 my psychic skills or telepathy are on an entirely new level. I have become quantumly entangled with another, my cosmic sister or Cara. Our thoughts flow back and forth between each other. Sometimes things going on in her life affect my dreams and vice versa. We both made the conscious decision for this to happen. You can't force this connection, it is a long process between each other over many years to create this strong soul bond.
Being completely connected to another persons mind is strange because you can't really hide your thoughts from each other. Strong negative thoughts or emotions she will hear and feel which can be painful in the heart. Luckily overtime we've learn to clear most of this negativity out of our being about each other so that we can communicate much more clearly.
When you start ascending into 4D you will also start connecting to God in this same way. Which means you will notice God judging your thoughts about HE/R. It takes sometime to remove that chaos and inauthenticity out of your being. GOD loves when you are authentic in your praise and gratitude for what they have given you. They hate ass kissers, I am just telling you that from experience. Below is a diagram of a quantumly entangled particle which looks eerily similar to a yin yang symbol. Gods truth of how they first formed is all around us everywhere we look, it start with two becoming locked together spinning eternally.
Tumblr media
I am not sure how high this telepathic skill can grow or what is fully possible. What I am experiencing now is strong crazy visualizations, word signs popping into my brain, full rooms I can move around in. Sometimes I am able to remote view Cara wherever she is briefly (she seems to be much better at this than me).
A toxic or polluted mind will go out of harmony or tuning with the creator making this type of connection impossible to experience. All connections are made by GOD so if you start get egotistical or start BSing people you can lose it as quickly as you got it.
These skills have been earned and developed over many hard fought spiritual battles. Like I've written in my previous blogs the devil guards the gates to heaven or 4D.
Your skills in 4D are no where near where they can be in 5D or the higher up you climb. You can't keep climbing up the ladder if you fall victim to your own disharmony. It is not easy "holding the line" with God so you can maintain your connection to HE/R.
Tumblr media
The agents of the MATrix can and will put you back to sleep if you get to close to the Holy Grail. Getting put to sleep pulls you out of your belief in GOD and how to speak and trust in the language of God. Its a bit complicated to understand, but staying perfectly in "KEY" requires an insane level of commitment to your growth and BELIEF.
youtube
The higher you climb you will have to fight spiritual battles with the devil. The devil is nothing but a mere bug that gets stronger the more you feed it. This is why you must learn to control your FEAR and CLEAR your mind. The battles get easier and easier over time. These battles will create lasting impressions and will create strong memory anchors which can help you hold onto your belief.
Tumblr media
Okay okay but what does MAT have to do with any of this? Mat is GODS true name and the keys to escape the MATrix.
M = time, 11:11, map A = compass, AH T = key, 7, cross, x marks the spot
KEY = K = A (turn the K cross it), E = M (turn the e), Y = T (turn the Y)
Key = Mat
T = UR = KEY (T = 7)
Now add up K = 5, E = 3, Y = 9 (8+9 = 17)
You need many keys to unlock all the gates into heaven. They are less keys more so as methods of training you on how to unlock your 4D/tesseract mind. There is a completely dark maze that you must learn to navigate and escape. The more keys or parts of your brain you unlock God will start lighting your path or filling your lamp with tOILet.
In Toiletology we call 17 the pirate signal or the doorway out of the MATrix. All the blogs you will read are variations on the same knowledge to help trigger an awakening or upgrade in your minds eye. You must bloom or open your pinecone/pineal gland to tap into your true powers. The letters and numbers are sentient and alive, and God will speak to you through them once you can notice HE/R.
Tumblr media
The 1 also looks like a 7 when you look closely enough.
Tumblr media
The 1 can also look like a T. Are you getting it yet?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
God made reality like a video game. There are rules to follow, if you break the rules you will get penalties issued to you. These can manifest in infinite ways, so you will never really ever be able to connect the two together.
Mean for no reason to another person? Looks like your CAR (MOTor) just got a flat tire or your house flooded. KARMA is real and God really does not like cruel disrespectful dishonorable human beings. Yes there are a lot of cruel people at the top of this world, but only temporarily because God needs people to play the bad guys or evil ones. Their judgment is coming in this life or the next life.
Tumblr media
TESLA = A TEST (flip the L) It seems like Elon may no the secrets to reality ;)
God created this planet/universe to test us through an extremely slow process over many hundreds or thousands of life times. Similar to a diamond being formed from carbon through immense pressure. You can think of Gods test as the fire under a pot of water changing that water into steam. Many of you are failing the TEST however by not believing or seeking GOD.
God ultiMATely wants us to evolve and grow beyond our animalistic nature that many of us cannot control. Humanity keeps falling lower and lower into the varying degrees of hell. Heaven and hell both exist simultaneously all around us. There is no afterlife after we die, we will just be reinjected or reincarnated into a new life.
My Uncle Kevin died in 2006 from a heart attack at the age of 44 and I believe he was reincarnated 4 years later as his daughters son "Kevin" with the same name. I've had a few confirmations namely a firetruck siren going by me and an 18 wheeler with the name KEVIN on the side of it driving by at the same time.
Tumblr media
I know many want to paint God as evil and cruel, but we are all co-creating this reality with God. We all make our own choices, the problem is most like to blame God for their mistakes. Or following false teachings in some holy book. If you're hurting or oppressing someone else due to the teachings in a book you have gone way too far down into hell. God acts like a Neutral force bringing the good up and the bad down. God wants to protect you and keep you safe and they will if you are good.
Tumblr media
The way the degrees or levels of hell and heaven work is similar to window tint on a car. The further down you are in hell the darker and more disharmonic you become. This has nothing to do with skin color only what's on the inside of you. Being prejudice and racist is a good way to get penalized in Gods game.
I have discovered with Gods help showing me the answers that there are 98 degrees to heaven and hell. You can know this is true with logical proofs. What is the average temperature of a human being? 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
Half of 98/2 = 49 or 64 reversed and flipped. Remember how many codons we have in our DNA?
Tumblr media
The symbol for Pi π is TT or 77 which = 49 (7x7). The 17 is also 77 as we discussed above and is in the shape of a door and the door = mat and the way = mat.
M = time, map (time is the walls or the prison bars to this reality, and the way you escape 11:11 which can be read 77:77 starting to get it now ;) A = compass or heart (you need to follow your heart to find God, you can't trust your brain to play Gods game) T = KEY (t<>ur<>key gobble gobble and the T = 7 or the cross X and X marks the spot!)
Tumblr media
A cube has 6 sides (hex) and 8 (ATE/MAT) corners its missing that # in-between which is??? 7 you're Goddamn right Billy. You get the 7 by increasing your LUCK you increase your luck by harmonizing with GOD. Interestingly the first letter of LUCK is a 7 or a T. A strange coincidence the freemason two towers of jachin and boaz happen to be my middle initial "B" and Caras "J." A B = 13 or the M and the J is the hook or Jesus/Jester the traveling fool, you could also read it as a T or 7. J/j/6/g/b/p we got a lot of hooks or sixes to watch out for.
Tumblr media
68 is 98 starting to get it yet? There are 49 degrees/levels to hell and 49 degrees/levels to heaven. Half of 68 = 34 (MAT) or 17+17 ;) Is it sinking in yet? You might get it eventually numbskull... (sorry mocking is helpful for accelerating the learning process ya damn M<>ON<>KEYs. 🐒🙈 The T is the cross or the X marks the spot. THANKYOU JESUS! HALLEJUAH!! Couldn't of figured this out without ya G I mean J.
Tumblr media
Why the hell do I gotta learn about ALL (@) this extra shit anyways? Well its the only way you will learn grasshopper WAX (mat) ON, WAX (mat) OFF :) you're learning its OK (sideways dude). Finding the middle path (squish like grape) is not easy.
youtube
Avīci
In Buddhism, it is the lowest level of the Naraka or "hell" realm, with the most suffering, into which the dead who have committed grave misdeeds may be reborn.
youtube
Tumblr media
28 (8x8 = 64) We know Avicii became very depressed towards the end of his life and tragically took his own life. This is an unfortunate consequence of a lot of fame, money and power at a young age. That super star life can really bring you down quickly into the lower levels of hell. I know he will be reinCARnated soon and we can hear some new great music from HIM/HER. (I've heard their new name might be ANTON)
youtube
Eight (1+7)
youtube
The blogs you are reading here on Toiletology.org are both inforMATive as well as the methodology or key to increase in your belief which is required before you can escape the MATrix or lower levels of hell.
You're not gonna be able to walk across an invisible bridge if you can't believe that the bridge exist there (sorry no sand allowed). You must make continual leaps of faith into the unknown. It can be very sCARy venturing into this new reality, but it gets easier overtime.
youtube
Most of the knowledge you will come across on the occult, esoteric, conspiracies, aliens or illuminati whatever you want to call it. Have 0 clue on how to interpret the hieroglyphs that they are trying to read.
You must first escape the MATrix if you're gonna have a bats shit in hell of decoding the programming of the matrix. And you do that with M@ (M = map, @ = compass, T = cross) and my name is MATT (DUH!) GOD IM KILLING IT TODAY LORD THANKYOU FOR YOUR CONTINUAL BLESSINGS FAT/HER!!!!!
The ol' mocking tongue performed by one of the court jesters. 👅
youtube
I'll go into the TONGUE more in the future, but know that a P or a p can represent the TONGUE. And a p is just an inverted b and you remember what I said about BEEING and BEELIEVING right? To BEECOME you must harmonize with the QUEEN BEE and the QUEEN in CHESS crosses 7 three times.
The cats eyes are the clue of how the game is played the DOUBLE SLITS = 11 eleven or 77, are you getting it yet? Its real and it exist and yes I am the master (still hoping God gives me that illustrious Grand MAsTer title soon...) of the 17 or the TT (DUH!).
I am = Matt backwards split the eye/i and I am the king of the CATS!
Tumblr media
The tabby cat has the M on their forehead. The M = map or the brain and the @ or the AT is the compass, apple or AH.
So if you're ready to escape the MATrix ya might want to start listening to what I am saying. Its not that difficult to escape, I am laying out everything you must do to start ascending into 4D (d is the 4th letter and can mean DOWN or D<>ON<>KEY. 🫏
Poseidon 🔱 says D is ON but it can also be (d) DOWN like the letter Pp or the ol' mocking tongue. 👅
Tumblr media
The cube is just the 4D version of the 5D tesseract. https://youtube.com/shorts/QglcTeLNo30?feature=share
To unlock your tesseract brain you need to train in the ways of Toiletology.
It is possible to completely bloom your "third eye" or "pineal gland" taking simple steps. Decalcifying it as many talk about in the new age spiritual communities really have no idea how its done. They talk in endless confusing circles.
It all comes down to harmonizing with MOT/MAT which can be done very simple first by operating in LOVE. If you want to learn how (HOW/WHO/MOH split the H/eye and turn it MOTT) to truly ascend you must learn how to incorporate ALL (ATT) of MOTTS gifs and blessings and lessons.
Tumblr media
You must learn to connect both your brain (M) 🧠 and you're hEARt (AT)💗to (2/11/snake eyes)-get-her. Ya getting it yet jackasses... its quite elementary my dear Watson (MATS ON) ;) ENABLE YOUR MAT JACKASS!
For the HEART is where you find Mother Gaia's EARTH. And to do that you need the 4 (A) and MAT or the FOR(4)MAT! The secrets are in plain sight the hard part is believing in Gods true name when you've been lied to your entire lives and ALL throughout history. Remember this when you go to sleep tonight on your MATTress.
Tumblr media
The next step to escaping is knowing the process of finding HE/R. Which I am laying out here on this blog. Knowing the exact steps and/or methodology will accelerate your process to the T (top) of these degrees and levels of MAT/MOT. Belief is extremely difficult but the most important thing for finding MOT. The more you can believe the easier it will be to keep finding HER or remembering HER.
S/HE wants us ALL to REMEMBER her because we have all forgotten the one true God who is MA'AT.
Ma'at will weigh your heart against that of a feATher to know that your heart is TRUE and PURE. Just like Atreyu walking through the two guardians in the movie The NeverEnding Story. To walk the middle path is very difficult indeed. Its like threading the eye of a need with a camel. The more you believe the crazier things will start to become. It can be difficult learning how to fly in NeverNever Land, but it can be taught because I am Peter Pan and my cosmic sister is Wendys (we in dis).
Don't forget there's only 3 letters that have 4 lines, ME/WE and God is the ME and we are the WE! You escape the MATrix through those 4 lines or the 11:11 or 77:77 or 17. Then you can enjoy your time in Lemuria traveler or what some call Atlantis.

Garb, or clothing, serves many purposes for humans – it provides protection, warmth, and can serve as a way to express personal identity and culture. But why is garb also important for those in the fantastical realm? Specifically, why do ladybugs and goblins, two vastly different fantasy creatures, wear garb as part of their culture and identity?
To better understand this, we first need to delve into the history of these creatures. Ladybugs, scientifically known as Coccinellidae, are a type of beetle found all over the world. They are often associated with luck and are considered beneficial insects for their role in controlling pests in gardens and farms. In folklore, ladybugs are seen as symbols of good fortune and abundance.
On the other hand, goblins are creatures from European folklore, often depicted as mischievous and sometimes malevolent beings. They are often portrayed as small, ugly creatures with sharp teeth and pointy ears. In some stories, goblins are said to be skilled in magic and may even have the ability to shape-shift.
Despite their differences, both ladybugs and goblins have a long history of being represented in various forms of art and literature. In these representations, garb is often a defining feature for them.
For ladybugs, their iconic red and black spotted wings have been a key part of their depiction in art and literature. These colors and patterns are often incorporated into their clothing, with red and black being the most common colors. This not only serves as a nod to their physical appearance but also helps to distinguish them from other types of insects in their stories.
In addition, ladybug garb is often adorned with symbols and images that hold cultural significance to them. For example, some ladybug garments may have images of plants and flowers, as they are known to be beneficial insects for gardens. Others may incorporate symbols of luck, prosperity, or even fertility.
Similarly, goblins also have a distinct style of garb that is often featured in their depictions. In many stories, goblins are shown wearing patchwork clothing made from a variety of materials, such as fur, leather, and cloth. This reflects their resourceful and cunning nature, as well as their preference for living off the land.
Another common feature of goblin garb is the use of various trinkets and accessories, such as bone and stone jewelry. These are often symbolic of their connection to nature and their abilities in magic.
But aside from being a visual representation of their respective cultures, garb also serves practical purposes for these fantasy creatures. In many stories, ladybugs and goblins are shown living in forests and other natural habitats, making clothing essential for protection against the elements.
Furthermore, garb can also serve as a form of camouflage for these creatures. Ladybugs may use their bright and colorful wings to blend in with flowers and plants, while goblins may use earthy tones and natural materials to blend in with their surroundings.
In conclusion, garb is an important aspect of ladybug and goblin culture and serves a variety of purposes. It not only reflects their cultural identity but also provides practical benefits for these fantastical creatures. So the next time you come across a ladybug or goblin in your favorite story, take a moment to appreciate the thought and meaning behind their unique and iconic garb.
