Just a reminder to all you fanfiction writers out there. Please don't feel bad about daydreaming scenarios in your head with no intention to write them down (regardless of how good an idea it is). I can't be the only one who struggles with this. Every time a story pops into my head, instead of allowing myself to enjoy it I feel obligated to write it (and I don't have to tell you that that's a hassle and a half). I'm working on letting myself just enjoy my daydreaming again, without any pressure, not every story needs to be written. I want to pass time when I'm bored, I want an escape from an uncomfortable situation, I want to stare at the roof as the story plays out in my mind when I go to bed. Like I used to before I started writing.

If an idea comes back to you when you're ready to write, then that's great, it's fate! If not, then it brought you joy/entertainment for a while and that's amazing too!
