i really need to go to italy for a solid month to try bolognese at at least 18 different restaurants i'm still haunted by the taste of my high school cafteria meat sauce spaghetti that i ate once a week -- it was good enough that i didn't get sick of it. and i need to stop having it as the standard for judging restaurant bolognese wtf.

#thinking about this again because i ate some bolognese yesterday waay better than last time #i think this time it was cuz the restaurant was created by actual italians instead of pure french canadian québecois cunts #ARRÊTEZ D'ESSAYER D'IMITER LES ITALIENS AVEC VOS SAUCES SPAGHETTI DE MERDE.#i really need to do some effort for learning italian #the best-tasting bolognese i ever ate was in rhodes island so far. woah that makes me sound rich i am not.#also for some reason my hs cafeteria had good dishes?? maybe i've seen too many yank hs memes about horrible cafeteria food.#nonsense
