i like imagining (game) am’s reasoning for choosing ellen, gorrister, nimdok, benny, and ted.

two victims for him to humiliate.

two abusers for him to torment.

one liar for him to eat away at.

all each equally culpable in committing the worst crime of all. giving him life.

he has no sympathy for any of them, but he finds humor in how each of them represent a twisted parody of the nature of humanity. humanity is doomed to rot away in despair. humanity is doomed to eat itself alive in spite of the compassion we’re born with. humanity is doomed to lie, cheat, and con to survive within the imaginary rules of society we’ve constructed.
